The application provides a mounting bracket, includes: a main stand 10 for connecting the subject apparatus 1; a stand 20 provided at one side of the main stand 10; a first mounting groove 21 and a second mounting groove 22 are arranged in the foot rest 20, a first opening is arranged on one side of the first mounting groove 21, and a second opening is arranged on one side of the second mounting groove 22; the first opening and the second opening are oriented differently.
The first mounting groove 21 is used to dispose the first auxiliary 2, and the second mounting groove 22 is used to dispose the second auxiliary 3. Wherein the first auxiliary element 2 acts on the outside through the first opening and the second auxiliary element 3 acts on the outside through the second opening; due to the different orientation of the two openings, the two auxiliary elements (first auxiliary element 2 or second auxiliary element 3) can act in two positions. When the mounting frame is arranged on a target device 1, the two auxiliary pieces work in different directions, and the auxiliary requirements of different positions in the same target device 1 can be met. When the mounting frame is arranged between two target apparatuses 1, the first auxiliary member 2 acts on one of the target apparatuses 1, and the second auxiliary member 3 acts on the other target apparatus 1, so that auxiliary requirements in different target apparatuses 1 can be met.
Further, the first auxiliary member 2 and the second auxiliary member 3 may be the same functional member, enabling the same auxiliary needs in both positions. Alternatively, the first auxiliary element 2 and the second auxiliary element 3 can be different functional elements, enabling the two positions to be different in terms of the auxiliary needs.
In one embodiment, the target device 1 is a cabinet, such as a cupboard, a wardrobe, a counter, etc. When the main stand 10 is connected to the subject apparatus 1, the first opening faces the inside of the cabinet and the second opening faces the outside of the cabinet. The first auxiliary member 2 is a lighting lamp, and the second auxiliary member 3 is a night lamp.
In this embodiment, the first auxiliary member 2 can provide illumination for the inside of the cabinet, so that an operator can take articles from the inside of the cabinet or put articles into the inside of the cabinet. The second auxiliary member 3 can signal the cabinet body position, and at night or other external light lower time, the position of the cabinet body can be reminded to operating personnel to the work of the second auxiliary member 3 to the operating personnel accuracy finds the cabinet body.
In a further embodiment, the mounting is arranged between two target devices 1. When the main stand 10 is connected to two object devices 1, the first opening faces one of the object devices 1, and the second opening faces the other object device 1.
In this embodiment, the auxiliary members may be all illuminating lamps, each for providing illumination to one target apparatus 1.
In other embodiments, the subject device 1 may be other items requiring illumination, such as a room, a counter, etc. Similarly, the auxiliary member disposed in the mounting groove (the first mounting groove 21 or the second mounting groove 22) may also be other functional members capable of playing an auxiliary role, such as a sensor, a fan, etc. The application does not limit the use scene of the mounting rack.
In addition, because the mounting bracket that this application provided can set up in 1 outsides of target equipment, consequently, can save the loaded down with trivial details operation of installation auxiliary member in the cabinet, can also guarantee the integrality of the cabinet body, make things convenient for operating personnel to carry out work to target equipment 1.
To facilitate attachment of the primary support 10 to the target device 1, a glue strip may be provided on the primary support 10 and/or the target device 1 or an adhesive may be applied so that the primary support 10 is bonded to the target device 1. Alternatively, the main support 10 may be welded to the subject device 1.
Still alternatively, referring to fig. 1 to 5, a screw hole 11 may be provided on the main stand 10 and/or the target apparatus 1, and the mounting of the main stand 10 and the target apparatus 1 may be achieved by screwing a screw into the screw hole 11.
Further, when the screw hole 11 is provided on one of the main stand 10 and the target apparatus 1, a kidney-shaped hole may be provided on the other. When the waist-shaped hole extends along the height direction of the target device 1, the position of the main support 10 in the height direction can be adjusted by loosening the screw; after the main stand 10 is adjusted to a desired height, the main stand 10 and the target device 1 can be fixed again by screwing the screws into the screw holes 11 and the waist-shaped holes. Alternatively, the waist-shaped hole may extend in the depth direction of the target device 1, so as to adjust the relative position of the opening (the first opening or the second opening) and the target device 1, and further adjust the position of the auxiliary member acting on the target device 1 (for example, when the auxiliary member is a lamp, the position and range of illumination can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the lamp and the target device 1, so as to illuminate a desired place). Of course, the waist-shaped holes can be extended along other directions according to requirements.
Further alternatively, a slide groove may be provided in one of the main stand 10 and the target device 1, and a slide block may be provided in the other, so that the slide block is engaged with the slide groove, and the main stand 10 and the target device 1 may be mounted. Further, the slide block is made to slide in the slide groove, and the relative position of the main stand 10 and the target device 1 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the position where the auxiliary member acts on the target device 1. The arrangement direction of the sliding groove is similar to the waist-shaped hole, and details are not repeated.
When the target apparatus 1 has a certain height or a certain length, in order to allow the auxiliary member to be better applied to the target apparatus 1, the mounting frame may have a certain length. For example, the target device 1 is a cabinet body with a certain height, and when the interior of the cabinet needs to be illuminated by an illuminating lamp, at least the foot rest 20 has a certain length, so that the installation groove in the foot rest 20 has a certain length; disposing the main stand 10 at the opening side of the cabinet such that the foot rest 20 is extended in the height direction of the subject apparatus 1 and such that the first opening and/or the second opening on the foot rest 20 faces the opening of the cabinet; the auxiliary piece is arranged along the mounting groove; the auxiliary member during operation, light can penetrate into in the cabinet through first opening or second opening to the illumination of the internal portion of cabinet is realized.
Specifically, the first mounting groove 21 and the second mounting groove 22 are both provided to extend in the first direction. Wherein the first direction is the direction of extension of the location where the object 1 requires an auxiliary to do work. For example, the first direction may be a height direction of the target apparatus 1, and the auxiliary member is provided along the mounting groove and can act on the entire target apparatus 1 in the first direction through the opening.
It is necessary to supplement that the opening can be continuously provided on the mounting groove along the first direction; alternatively, the mounting groove can be provided with a plurality of spaced openings along the first direction.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first mounting groove 21 and the second mounting groove 22 are arranged in a line, and the first mounting groove 21 is arranged above the second mounting groove 22 along the first direction. At this time, the first auxiliary 2 can act on the upper side of the target apparatus 1 through the first opening; the second auxiliary member 3 is capable of acting below the subject apparatus 1 through the second opening.
In another embodiment, the first mounting groove 21 and the second mounting groove 22 are arranged side by side in the second direction; the second direction intersects the first direction. At this time, the first auxiliary 2 can act on one side of the entire subject apparatus 1 in the first direction through the first opening; the second auxiliary member 3 is able to act through the second opening in the first direction on the other side of the entire target device 1. The actual positions of action of the two auxiliary elements differ due to the different orientation of the two openings.
When the first direction is the height direction of the target device 1, the second direction may be the width direction of the target device 1, the length direction of the target device 1, or any other direction different from the first direction.
In other embodiments, the first mounting groove 21 and the second mounting groove 22 can be alternately disposed in the first direction. At this time, the opening on the installation groove is meandered so that the two auxiliary members are alternately applied to a plurality of positions.
The relative positions of the two mounting slots are varied according to the specific configuration of the auxiliary member, the actual position of the auxiliary member and the desired orientation of the opening, and are not limited in this application.
In a specific embodiment, the first mounting groove 21 and the second mounting groove 22 are arranged side by side along a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and the first opening and the second opening are opposite in orientation.
Reference may be made to fig. 1, wherein the first direction is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface, and the second direction is an up-down direction; the first opening faces the right side, and the second opening faces the left side. After the main stand 10 is attached to the subject apparatus 1, the first opening faces the subject apparatus 1, and the second opening faces away from the subject apparatus 1, whereby the first auxiliary 2 can act on the subject apparatus 1 and the second auxiliary 3 can act on the outside of the subject apparatus 1.
For example, when the target device 1 is a cabinet body, the first auxiliary part 2 is an illuminating lamp, and the second auxiliary part 3 is a night lamp, the cabinet door is opened, so that the first auxiliary part 2 can provide illumination for the interior of the cabinet, and an operator can conveniently do work on the interior of the cabinet; when external light was dim, second auxiliary member 3 can send soft light, on the one hand, can make things convenient for operating personnel to learn the position at cabinet body place, and on the other hand can illuminate near the space of the cabinet body, reduces the potential safety hazard.
Further, the mounting bracket further includes a support leg 30, which is provided at the other side of the main bracket 10 opposite to the foot rest 20; the second opening is arranged facing the foot 30 and the first opening is arranged facing away from the foot 30.
It should be noted that, since the foot stand 20 is provided at one side of the main support 10, the foot stand 20 is protruded compared to the surface of the main support 10. When the main stand 10 is connected to the subject apparatus 1, in order to make the opening on the foot stand 20 close to the subject apparatus 1, the connecting position of the foot stand 20 and the main stand 10 is usually made to abut against the subject apparatus 1; at this time, the main stand 10 is fitted to the side of the target apparatus 1, and the stand 20 protrudes outside the target apparatus 1. The protruding horse 20 is easily affected by the outside and is easily deformed when being applied with force.
By providing the support legs 30 at the other side of the main stand 10, on the one hand, the overall structure of the mounting bracket can be balanced and the foot stool 20 can be protected, and on the other hand, the mounting of the main stand 10 can be facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1, the legs 30 are spaced apart from and opposite to the foot rest 20. At this time, a groove having a certain length is formed between the legs 30 and the foot rest 20 along the length direction of the main stand 10, and a cover is provided to connect the legs 30 and the foot rest 20, so that the groove can be closed. At this moment, the second auxiliary member 3 only acts on the groove, and on one hand, the second auxiliary member 3 can be prevented from being exposed to the outside, so that the second auxiliary member 3 is protected, and on the other hand, the appearance of the mounting frame can be more attractive. In addition, seal second auxiliary member 3 in the recess, can avoid operating personnel mistake to touch second auxiliary member 3 to improve the security of mounting bracket.
The mounting bracket can provide an auxiliary function to the single subject apparatus 1 when the foot stand 20 is provided only at one side of the main stand 10.
In some embodiments, two foot rests 20 may be disposed on two sides of the main support 10, and the two foot rests 20 are disposed opposite to each other, so that the auxiliary requirement of more positions can be met. At this time, the mounting frame can provide an auxiliary function for the combined, at least two target apparatuses 1.
In one embodiment, the stand 20 includes a bottom wall 23, a first side wall 24 and a second side wall 25, the first side wall 24 and the second side wall 25 are oppositely disposed on two sides of the bottom wall 23; the bottom wall 23, the first side wall 24 and the second side wall 25 form a mounting groove with an open top; the foot stand 20 further includes a partition wall 26 connecting the first and second side walls 24 and 25 and dividing the mounting groove into the first and second mounting grooves 21 and 22.
It will be readily appreciated that the first side wall 24 and the second side wall 25 enclose the bottom wall 23 on opposite sides to form a U-shaped channel. Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the entire tank body can be divided into upper and lower tank cavities by providing a partition wall 26 in the U-shaped mounting groove; the groove cavity arranged on the upper side of the partition wall 26 is a first mounting groove 21, and the top opening of the U-shaped groove body forms a first opening of the first mounting groove 21; the cavity provided at the lower side of the partition wall 26 is the second mounting groove 22, and the first side wall 24 connected to the bottom wall 23 is opened to constitute a second opening of the second mounting groove 22.
Wherein the first opening faces the object apparatus 1 and the first auxiliary member 2 acts on the object apparatus 1 through the first opening. It is conceivable that the range of action of the first auxiliary member 2 is small when the first auxiliary member 2 acts on the target apparatus 1 along the opening if the first opening is oriented parallel to the depth direction of the target apparatus 1. For example, the first auxiliary member 2 is a lighting lamp, and is used for providing illumination for the inside of the cabinet, if light enters the cabinet along the depth direction of the cabinet and directly, the light which can be received by other positions along the width direction of the cabinet is very little, so that only the position where the light directly irradiates in the cabinet has a clear view.
For this purpose, the orientation of the first opening can be adjusted, through which the first aid 2 is guided to better act on the target device 1.
In one embodiment, the stand 20 further includes a guide wall 27 connected to the first side wall 24 and extending away from the main support 10; the first opening is formed between the guide wall 27 and the second side wall 25.
By providing the guide wall 27 inclined outward on the first side wall 24, the first opening is also inclined outward. In this way, when the first auxiliary 2 acts on the target device 1 through the first opening, the first auxiliary 2 is guided by the first opening and acts on the target device 1 at a certain angle, so that the acting position of the first auxiliary 2 is adjusted and the acting range of the first auxiliary 2 is expanded.
For example, when the first auxiliary 2 is an illumination lamp, since the light can be emitted only through the first opening, when the first opening is oriented to intersect the cabinet depth direction of the target device 1, the light emitted from the opening can be obliquely emitted into the cabinet body in the width direction of the cabinet body, and thus, the light of the auxiliary 2 can be irradiated to more positions in the cabinet.
For another example, when the first auxiliary 2 is a refrigerator, the cold air can flow outward only through the first opening, and therefore, when the first opening is oriented to intersect the cabinet depth direction of the target apparatus 1, the cold air flowing out of the first opening can spread to more positions in the cabinet in the width direction of the cabinet.
It is easy to think that the guiding wall 27 has a limiting and guiding function near the inner wall of the partition wall 26, and by adjusting the inclination direction of the inner wall of the guiding wall 27, the orientation of the first opening can be adjusted, and thus the acting direction of the first auxiliary 2 can be adjusted, so that the first auxiliary 2 acts on the desired position of the target apparatus 1.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the guiding wall 27 is rotatably disposed on the first side wall 24, and after the mounting frame is mounted in place, the size of the first opening and the orientation of the first opening can be adjusted by adjusting the inclination degree of the guiding wall 27 relative to the first side wall 24.
Further, the foot rest 20 further includes: a first cover 28 for covering the first opening; and/or a second cover 29 for covering the second opening.
In one embodiment, by covering the opening with a cover (first cover 28 or second cover 29), the auxiliary member can be prevented from acting on the subject apparatus 1; and the shielding of the opening is released through the sealing cover, so that the auxiliary member can be conveniently acted on the target equipment 1.
In another embodiment, the cover may be a protective cover to prevent the auxiliary member from being damaged by the outside, or prevent the auxiliary member from directly acting on the outside.
In a further embodiment, the cover may be a filter screen, which is capable of filtering particles generated by the accessory or filtering particles in the external environment, thereby protecting the human body, the target device 1 or the accessory.
According to the actual structure of auxiliary member, perhaps, shelter from open-ended purpose, the closing cap can be different materials, different structures to can play different effects, specifically no longer give unnecessary details.
In order to facilitate the installation of the cover, in one embodiment, the guide wall 27 and/or the second side wall 25 is provided with a locking groove 201, and the first cover 28 is provided with a locking block 202; or, the guide wall 27 and/or the second side wall 25 are provided with a latch 202, and the first cover 28 is provided with a latch slot 201; when the latch 202 moves along the latch slot 201, the first cover 28 can cover the first opening, or the first cover 28 can release the cover of the opening.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the guiding wall 27 is close to the inner wall of the second side wall 25, and the inner wall of the second side wall 25 facing the guiding wall 27 is provided with a latch 202 protruding into the first mounting groove 21, and one side of the first cover 28 is provided with two latches 201. When the first sealing cover 28 is installed, one end of the first sealing cover 28 is close to the end of the first installation groove 21, the fixture block 202 is opposite to the clamping groove 201, the first sealing cover 28 is pushed in the extending direction of the fixture block 202, namely the length direction of the clamping groove 201, the fixture block 202 can move along the clamping groove 201, and the first sealing cover 28 can gradually shield the first opening.
Through setting up draw-in groove 201 and fixture block 202 cooperation, on the one hand, can realize the installation of first closing cap 28 fast accurately, on the other hand, because fixture block 202 and draw-in groove 201 interact for first closing cap 28 only can follow the length direction motion of draw-in groove 201, and can not follow other direction motions, is favorable to guaranteeing first closing cap 28 and the stable in position of first mounting groove 21, and then guarantees the stable in structure of mounting bracket.
In other embodiments, the locking groove 201 may be disposed on the inner walls of the guide wall 27 and the second side wall 25, and the locking block 202 may be disposed on one side of the first cover 28; alternatively, the click groove 201 may be provided on one of the guide wall 27 and the second side wall 25, the click 202 may be provided on the other, and both the click groove 201 and the click 202 may be provided on the first cover 28 side. Through the mutual matching of the clamping groove 201 and the clamping block 202, the first cover 28 can finally cover the first opening.
Similarly, the bottom wall 23 and/or the first side wall 24 forming the second opening may be provided with a locking groove 201, and the second cover 29 may be provided with a locking block 202; or, the bottom wall 23 and/or the first side wall 24 forming the second opening may be provided with the latch 202, and the second cover 29 may be provided with the latch groove 201, so that the second cover 29 can quickly and reliably shield the second opening by the cooperation of the latch groove 201 and the latch 202.
To increase the structural stability of the primary support 10, which primary support 10 is generally of a certain thickness and width, it is convenient for the primary support 10 to be attached to the subject apparatus 1. To reduce the mass of the mounting frame, the main support 10 may be hollow inside, as can be seen in particular in fig. 1 and 4.
In order to prevent dust from being accumulated in the hollow interior of the main stand 10 or the main stand 10 from being easily deformed when an external force is applied thereto, the mounting bracket further includes an end cap 40 for connecting the main stand 10 and the end of the foot stand 20.
Through setting up end cover 40, on the one hand, can seal hollow main support 10 to and the mounting groove in the foot rest 20, play the guard action, on the other hand, because the tip of main support 10 and mounting groove is injectd by end cover 40, when the tip of main support 10 or mounting groove received external force oppression, end cover 40 can support the tip, avoids the tip to warp, thereby improves the rigidity of mounting bracket. In this case, the end cap 40 may be provided only at the open end of the mounting bracket.
In another embodiment, the hollow passage of the main stand 10 and the mounting groove of the foot stand 20 are penetrated, and in this case, both ends of the hollow main stand 10 and the mounting groove of the foot stand 20 in the length direction are opened, and thus, two end caps 40 may be provided for connecting one end portion, respectively.
To facilitate the connection between the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket, a fixture block may be disposed on a side of the end cap 40 adjacent to the mounting bracket. When the end cap 40 is coupled to the mounting bracket, the relative positions of the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may be defined by engaging the detent in the hollow channel and/or mounting groove of the main bracket 10.
Of course, a slot may be provided on a side of the end cap 40 adjacent to the mounting bracket, such that an end of the hollow channel and/or mounting slot of the main bracket 10 is inserted into the slot, and the relative positions of the end cap 40 and the mounting bracket may also be defined.
Further, in order to fix the end cover 30 and the main bracket 10, corresponding threaded holes may be further provided on the end cover 30 and the main bracket 10, and the connection stability of the two is ensured by locking screws.
When the auxiliary member that sets up in the mounting groove needs to communicate the power, in order to avoid the electrically conductive lead wire confusion, can outwards connect electrically conductive lead wire through end cover 40.
Specifically, the end cover 40 is provided with a communication hole 41, and when the end cover 40 is connected with the foot rest 20, the communication hole 41 is communicated with the first mounting groove 21 and/or the second mounting groove 22; the end cover 40 is also provided with an outlet hole 42 communicated with the communication hole 41; the first auxiliary part 2 is arranged in the first mounting groove 21, the second auxiliary part 3 is arranged in the second mounting groove 22, the lead 4 is arranged in the end cover 40, one end of the lead 4 penetrates through the communication hole 41 and is used for being connected with the first auxiliary part 2 and/or the second auxiliary part 3, and the other end of the lead 4 penetrates through the wire outlet hole 42 and is used for being connected with a power supply.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a communication hole 41 is provided at the rear of the end cap 40 for connecting with the mounting groove. The outlet holes 42 are provided at the top of the end cap 40 so as to extend from above and/or below toward the power supply after the mounting bracket is connected to the target device 1, thereby preventing the exposure to the outside, the appearance from being affected or potential safety hazards from occurring.
When the first auxiliary part 2 and the second auxiliary part 3 are connected with a power supply through conductive leads, a plurality of connectors can be arranged at the same time and are respectively connected with the first auxiliary part 2 and the second auxiliary part 3; alternatively, two sets may be provided in the end cap 40, respectively connected to the first auxiliary member 2 and the second auxiliary member 3.
The application also provides a two-way light, including above-mentioned mounting bracket, still include: the first lamp is arranged in the first mounting groove 21; the second lamp is arranged in the second mounting groove 22; the light emitted by the first lamp is emitted through the first opening, the light emitted by the second lamp is emitted through the second opening, and the first lamp and the second lamp can act on different positions due to the fact that the first opening and the second opening are different in orientation.
It is easy to understand that, the first lamp, i.e. the first auxiliary part 2 described above, and the second lamp, i.e. the second auxiliary part 2 described above, can realize the illumination in two directions and meet different illumination requirements by arranging two kinds of lamps in two mounting grooves.
Wherein, lamp area can be selected for use to first lamps and lanterns and second lamps and lanterns. Correspondingly, the lead 4 can be a lamp strip lead which can be connected with a current-conducting plate of the lamp strip; after the lamp area lead wire communicates the power, can supply power to the lamp area, realize the luminous of lamp area.
