The locking member 513 penetrating the end cover housing 511 extends into the latch groove 400, and is stopped at an included angle at the upper end of the latch 300, when the panel 100 moves upward or moves in the horizontal direction, the latch 300 is blocked by the locking member 513, and the locking member 513 can limit the degree of freedom of the panel 100 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so that the panel 100 can be prevented from falling off from the upper end or the horizontal direction relative to the door body assembly 200.
In actual implementation, the position of the locking hole 512 on the end cover housing 511 for mounting the locking member 513 corresponds to the position of the catching groove 400, and when the catching groove 400 is located on the left side, the locking hole 512 is located on the left side; when the catching groove 400 is located at the right side, the locking hole 512 is located at the right side.
As shown in fig. 12, the locking member 513 is detachably mounted to the left side of the head cover housing 511 of the upper head cover 510 by a connector 530, achieving limitation of the degree of freedom of upward and rightward movement of the panel 100.
A specific embodiment of the installation of the door upper panel 100 of the electric appliance will be described.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the latch 300 on the back of the panel 100 is aligned and pushed into the latch slot 400 on the door assembly 200, sliding the panel 100 from right to left to the target position.
As shown in fig. 6, the locking member 513 is inserted from the locking hole 512 at the left side of the head cover housing 511, the locking member 513 may be mounted to the head cover housing 511 of the upper head cover 510 through the connector 530, and the degree of freedom of the door panel upward and rightward movement is defined by the locking member 513, effectively preventing the panel 100 from falling off from the upper end with respect to the door body assembly 200.
In actual implementation, when the panel 100 is removed from the door of the appliance, the connector 530 and the locking member 513 on the end cap housing 511 may be removed first, and then the panel 100 is pushed to leave the target position from left to right, and the panel 100 is pulled to move outwards, so as to take out the panel 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a guide groove 241 is provided on the door body assembly 200, and the guide groove 241 is used to communicate the locking hole 512 of the upper cover 510 and the catching groove 400 of the door body assembly 200.
In this embodiment, the guide groove 241 is disposed opposite to the locking hole 512, the guide groove 241 communicates the locking hole 512 with the latch groove 400, and the locking member 513 enters from the locking hole 512 and passes through the guide groove 241 to finally extend into the latch groove 400 to be stopped against an included angle at the upper end of the latch 300.
In actual implementation, the guide slot 241 is sized larger than the locking member 513, facilitating the locking member 513 from the locking aperture 512 into the through guide slot 241.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the locking member 513 includes a securing portion 514 and a locking portion 515.
The fixing portion 514 of the locking member 513 is mounted on the head cover housing 511 of the upper head cover 510, and the connection mounting relationship between the fixing portion 514 and the head cover housing 511 includes, but is not limited to, a connection manner such as a connector connection and a locking connection.
The locking portion 515 of the locking member 513 is connected to the fixing portion 514, the locking portion 515 is located at the lower end of the fixing portion 514, and the penetration of the locking member 513 through the locking hole 512 means that the locking portion 515 of the locking member 513 penetrates the locking hole 512 of the end cap housing 511.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a limiting opening 517 is disposed at the lower end of the locking portion 515 of the locking member 513, and after the locking member 513 extends into the buckle slot 400, the limiting opening 517 is stopped at an included angle where two opposite sides of the buckle 300 are connected, that is, an included angle where the limiting opening 517 is stopped at the upper end of the buckle 300.
In practical implementation, the shape of the limiting opening 517 is matched with the shape of the included angle at the upper end of the buckle 300, the included angle at the upper end of the buckle 300 is a right angle, and the shape of the corresponding limiting opening 517 is a right angle.
It is understood that the limiting opening 517 is stopped against the intersecting included angle between the two connected sides of the buckle 300, and the length of the two sides of the limiting opening 517 is smaller than the length of the two intersecting sides of the upper end of the buckle 300.
As shown in fig. 9, the locking member 513 is stopped at an included angle on the upper end of the latch 300, when the latch 300 moves upward and rightward, the latch 300 is blocked by the locking member 513, and the locking member 513 limits the degrees of freedom of the panel 100 vertically upward and horizontally, so as to effectively prevent the panel 100 from falling off from the upper end or the horizontal direction relative to the door body assembly 200.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the locking member 513 is detachably mounted to the end cover housing 511 by means of a connector 530, and a through hole 516 is provided in the fixing portion 514 of the locking member 513, and a mounting hole is provided in the end cover housing 511 accordingly.
The through hole 516 and the mounting hole are disposed opposite to each other, the connector 530 is inserted from the through hole 516, the through hole 516 and the mounting hole are penetrated, and the locking member 513 is detachably mounted to the end cap housing 511.
In actual implementation, the connection 530 for achieving the removable mounting between the locking member 513 and the end cap housing 511 may be a threaded connection, a snap-fit connection, or the like.
In some embodiments, the door body assembly 200 includes a door body main body and door body brackets, which are frame portions of the door body assembly 200, the door body brackets being disposed at both sides of the door body main body.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the door body supporter may include left and right side columns 210 and 220 provided at both sides of the door body.
The buckle groove 400 can be formed in the door body main body, the corresponding buckle 300 is arranged on the back surface of the panel 100, the buckle 300 stretches into the buckle groove 400, and the buckle groove 400 is formed in the door body support, so that the panel 100 and the door body assembly 200 are installed in a plugging relation in the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments, the door body includes an inner door liner 230 and an outer door panel 240.
It will be appreciated that the door body of the electric appliance may be installed at the opening of the storage space of the electric appliance, the inner door bladder 230 is a component of the door body on the side close to the storage space of the electric appliance, and the outer door panel 240 is a side close to the panel 100.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the fastening groove 400 is disposed on the outer door panel 240 near one side of the panel 100, the corresponding fastening buckle 300 is disposed on the back of the panel 100, a plurality of fastening grooves 400 may be disposed in the middle area of the outer door panel 240, the lower ends of the plurality of fastening buckles 300 on the back of the panel 100 overlap the outer door panel 240, and the gravity of the panel 100 is uniformly distributed on the outer door panel 240, so that the installation of the panel 100 and the door body assembly 200 is more stable.
In this embodiment, the inner door bladder 230 may be connected to the outer door panel 240 through a door body bracket to form a door body of an electric appliance having a certain thickness.
A gap may be left between the inner door liner 230 and the outer door panel 240, where the gap may perform functions such as routing, filling functional materials, or disposing sensing devices.
Taking the door body bracket as an example, the door body bracket includes a left side stand 210 and a right side stand 220.
As shown in fig. 11, the left side buckle 310 on the back of the panel 100 extends into the buckle groove 400 of the left side pillar 210, the right side buckle 320 extends into the buckle groove 400 of the right side pillar 220, and the inner door liner 230 and the outer door panel 240 are connected through the left side pillar 210 and the right side pillar 220.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an electric appliance, which comprises the door body of the electric appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electric appliance can be an electric appliance such as a display cabinet, a refrigerator, a refrigerated cabinet, a retail cabinet, a vending machine, a microwave oven, a dish washer and the like.
According to the electric appliance provided by the invention, the buckle 300 and the buckle groove 400 for realizing the horizontal plugging are arranged in the door body assembly 200 and the panel 100, so that the upper panel of the door body of the electric appliance can be quickly installed and removed, the panel 100 on the door body of the electric appliance is replaced, the operation is simple, the cost is low, the requirement of a user for pursuing various visual effects can be met, and the use experience of the user is improved.

1. An appliance door, comprising:
the panel and the door body assembly are provided with a buckle, one of the panel and the door body assembly is provided with a buckle groove, the buckle and the buckle groove are inserted in the horizontal direction, and when the panel is positioned at a target position relative to the door body assembly, the buckle is in limit fit with the buckle groove;
the buckle includes:
a connection section;
the buckling arm is connected with the connecting section, and the buckling arm, the connecting section and a plane connected with the connecting section define a buckling groove;
a flange is arranged on one side of the buckling groove along the vertical direction, the buckle is provided with a vertical buckling groove, and the flange stretches into the buckling groove at the target position;
the upper end cover is arranged at the upper end of the door body assembly;
the lower end cover is arranged at the lower end of the door body assembly;
the upper end cap includes:
the end cover shell is arranged on the door body assembly and is provided with a locking hole opposite to the buckling groove;
the locking member penetrates through the locking hole, and two sides connected with the buckle are propped against the locking member;
the locking member includes:
the fixing part is detachably arranged on the end cover shell;
the locking part is connected with the fixing part and is provided with a limiting opening, and two sides connected with each other on the buckle are stopped against the limiting opening.
2. The door of claim 1, wherein the size of the latch arm gradually decreases in a direction from a bottom of the latch groove to a notch.
3. The door body of an electric appliance according to claim 1, wherein the door body assembly is provided with a guide groove facing the locking hole, the guide groove is communicated with the locking groove, and the locking member penetrates the guide groove and extends into the locking groove.
4. The door of an appliance of claim 1, further comprising:
the connecting piece, the fixed part is equipped with the through-hole, be equipped with on the end cover casing with the through-hole just right mounting hole, the connecting piece runs through the through-hole with the mounting hole connects locking component with the end cover casing.
5. The door of an appliance of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the door assembly comprises:

an inner door liner;
the outer door plate is connected with the inner door liner, and the buckling groove is formed in the outer door plate.
