The present application provides a mounting bracket, including main bracket 100, main bracket 100 is provided with therein: the connecting groove 110, the connecting groove 110 includes a first sidewall 111 and a second sidewall 112, the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112 are disposed at intervals to form a first opening; the mounting groove 120, the mounting groove 120 includes a third sidewall 121 and a fourth sidewall 122, the third sidewall 121 and the fourth sidewall 122 are disposed at an interval to form a second opening; wherein the first opening is used for connecting the target device 1, the mounting groove 120 is used for arranging the auxiliary member 2, and the auxiliary member 2 acts externally through the second opening.
In one embodiment, the first and second opposing and spaced apart sidewalls 111 and 112 form a clamp. When the mounting bracket is connected with the target equipment 1, part of the target equipment 1 extends into the first opening and is limited between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112, and the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are matched to clamp the target equipment 1 to realize mounting.
Further, in this embodiment, the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are relatively movable. Before the subject apparatus 1 is inserted into the first opening, the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are moved away from each other, so that the opening degree of the first opening is increased to facilitate the entry of the subject apparatus 1; after the target apparatus 1 is inserted into the first opening, the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are brought close to each other to abut against the target apparatus, thereby achieving connection with the target apparatus 1.
To achieve relative movement of the first and second side walls 111, 112. In one embodiment, the mounting frame further comprises a driving member (e.g., a cylinder, an electric cylinder, etc.), and the first side wall 111 and/or the second side wall 112 are connected to the driving member and can move toward or away from each other under the driving of the driving member. In another embodiment, an elastic member (e.g., a spring) is disposed between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112; a compression elastic member, the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 being away from each other; when the external force is removed, the elastic member is restored, and the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112 are close to each other.
Alternatively, the first and second sidewalls 111 and 112 may have a certain elasticity by themselves. In the non-connected state, the opening degree of the first opening is slightly smaller than the thickness of the part of the target device 1 extending into the first opening; during insertion of the target apparatus 1 into the first opening, the target apparatus 1 acts on the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 so that the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are fitted to both surfaces in the thickness direction of the target apparatus 1 and are away from each other; after the target device 1 is inserted into position, the opposing force generated by the first and second sidewalls 111 and 112 can compress the target device 1 because of their tendency to return to their original positions.
In this embodiment, the connection slot 110 can be directly connected to the target device 1.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the target apparatus 1 is a cabinet body, which includes four sidewalls, an upper sidewall, a lower sidewall, a left sidewall, and a right sidewall, and a plurality of laminate plates are further disposed in the cabinet. Either the side wall or the laminate has a thickness. According to the needs, the mounting frame can be arranged on the side wall and also can be arranged on the laminate. At this time, the first opening is only required to be opposite to the side wall or the laminate required for connection, and then the side wall or the laminate is enabled to extend into the first opening, so that the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 can contact with two sides of the side wall or the laminate in the thickness direction, and therefore the side wall or the laminate is clamped, and connection of the mounting rack is achieved.
It is easily conceived that the installation direction of the installation frame is changed such that the second opening of the installation groove 120 in the main supporter 100 provided on the side wall faces the inside of the cabinet, or faces the outside of the cabinet; it is also possible to make the second opening of the mounting groove 120 in the main support 100 provided on the deck face the upper portion of the cabinet, or face the lower portion of the cabinet. And then the action direction of the auxiliary member 2 can be conveniently adjusted according to the requirement.
Wherein the auxiliary element 2 may be a light fixture for providing illumination inside the cabinet or as a silhouette light outside the cabinet. In other embodiments, the auxiliary component 2 may also be a sensor, a fan, a sound, or other functional components.
The application does not limit the specific structure of the targeted device 1 and the actual function of the auxiliary element 2.
It should be further explained that, when the auxiliary member 2 acts externally, the target device 1 may be acted, or other positions may be acted, and the application does not limit the acting target of the auxiliary member 2.
In another embodiment, the mounting bracket further includes a snap 300 for coupling the target device 1 and the coupling groove 110.
In this embodiment, the buckle 300 is used as a universal connector, which can be conveniently disposed at any position of various target devices 1, and can be extended into the connecting groove 110 from the first opening of a conventional size, and finally connected to the main support 100.
First, it should be explained that the first and second side walls 111 and 112 have a distance a, and the portion of the subject apparatus 1 to which the main support 100 is attached has a thickness B, and when a is smaller than B, the first and second side walls 111 and 112 cannot hold the portion. It will be readily appreciated that even if the first and second side walls 111, 112 are relatively movable, there is a limit to the spacing between the first and second side walls 111, 112 that does not accommodate all of the installation needs in the market.
Therefore, the universal buckle 300 is provided, the buckle 300 is provided on the target device 1, and the main support 100 is connected to the buckle 300, so that the main support 100 can be quickly mounted and dismounted. In addition, since the structure of the target apparatus 1 is not critical to the installation of the buckle 300, when the main stand 100 is connected to the target apparatus 1 through the buckle 300, it is not necessary to adjust the structure of the main stand 100 with respect to the actual structure of the target apparatus 1, thereby improving the versatility of the mounting bracket.
Wherein, buckle 300 includes: a main board 310 for connecting the target apparatus 1; and an insert plate 320 provided at one side of the main plate 310 and capable of extending into the first opening to be coupled to the main support 100.
Optionally, a side of the main board 310 facing away from the board 320 is a plane, so that the main board 310 is attached to and disposed at any position of the target device 1. In some special cases, the side of the main board 310 away from the board 320 may also be a curved surface or a bent surface, etc. with a special-shaped structure, so as to adapt to the connection position of the target device 1.
After the main board 310 is connected to the target apparatus 1, the card board 320 is disposed away from the target apparatus 1 so as to be in contact with the connection slot 110.
To facilitate the connection of the main board 310 to the target device 1, a glue strip may be disposed on the main board 310 and/or the target device 1 or an adhesive may be applied to the main board 310 and/or the target device 1, so that the main board 310 is adhered to the target device 1. Alternatively, the main board 310 may be soldered to the subject apparatus 1.
Still alternatively, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a threaded hole 311 may be provided in the main board 310 and/or the target device 1, and the main board 310 and the target device 1 may be mounted by screwing a screw into the threaded hole 311.
Further, when the screw hole 311 is provided on one of the main plate 310 and the target apparatus 1, a kidney-shaped hole may be provided on the other. When the waist-shaped hole extends along the height direction of the target device 1, the height of the main board 310 can be adjusted by loosening the screw; after the main plate 310 is adjusted to a desired height, the main plate 310 and the target device 1 can be fixed again by screwing the screws into the threaded holes 311 and the kidney-shaped holes. In addition, the waist-shaped hole may also extend along the depth direction of the target device 1, so as to adjust the relative position between the main board 310 and the target device 1, and further adjust the position where the auxiliary 2 acts (for example, the auxiliary 2 is a lamp, and when the auxiliary is used for lighting the target device 1, the distance between the lamp and the target device 1 is adjusted, the position and range of illumination can be adjusted, so as to illuminate a desired area). Of course, the waist-shaped holes can be extended along other directions according to requirements.
Further alternatively, a slide groove may be provided in one of the main board 310 and the target device 1, and a slider may be provided in the other, so that the slider is engaged with the slide groove, and the main board 310 and the target device 1 may be mounted. Further, the slider is made to slide in the slide groove, and the relative position of the main plate 310 and the target device 1 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the action position of the auxiliary 2. The arrangement direction of the sliding groove is similar to the waist-shaped hole, and details are not repeated.
In summary, in some embodiments, the main board 310 is movably disposed on the target apparatus 1. At this time, if the connection position of the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300 is relatively fixed, the position of the main bracket 100 may be adjusted by adjusting the position of the main plate 310, so that the auxiliary 1 is applied to a desired place. In other embodiments, the connection position of main bracket 100 and buckle 300 may be adjustable, as described in detail below.
In one embodiment, the insert plate 320 may be a unitary block structure capable of being inserted into the connecting groove 110 and contacting the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112.
In another embodiment, the inserting plate 320 comprises a first clamping arm 321 for connecting the first sidewall 111; and a second clip arm 322 for connecting the second side wall 112. Through setting up first card arm 321 and second card arm 322, can alleviate the quality of buckle 300 on the one hand, on the other hand, can promote the corresponding relation of picture peg 320 and connecting groove 110 to picture peg 320 inserts in connecting groove 110 accurately.
Further, the first clamping arm 321 and the first side wall 111 are provided with a first clamping groove 11 and a first clamping block 12 which are matched with each other; and/or the second clamping arm 322 and the second side wall 112 are provided with a first clamping groove 11 and a first clamping block 12 which are matched with each other; the first latch 12 is engaged with the first engaging groove 11, so that the buckle 300 is connected to the main bracket 100.
Taking the first arm 321 and the first sidewall 111 as an example for description, the first arm 321 may be provided with the first engaging groove 11, and the first sidewall 111 may be provided with the first engaging block 12; the first arm 321 may also be provided with a first block 12, and the first sidewall 111 is provided with a first slot 11; the first arm 321 may also be provided with the first engaging groove 11 and the first engaging block 12, and the first side wall 111 is correspondingly provided with the first engaging groove 11 and the first engaging block 12.
When the clamping device is installed, one end of the connecting groove 110 is close to the end of the buckle 300, so that the first clamping arm 321 is opposite to the first side wall 111, and the first clamping block 12 is opposite to the first clamping groove 11; the main bracket 100 is pushed in along the extending direction of the first block 12, that is, the length direction of the first engaging groove 11, so that the first block 12 can move along the first engaging groove 11, and the main bracket 100 can be gradually connected to the buckle 300. Similarly, when the main bracket 100 is detached, the main bracket 100 is pulled out along the extending direction of the first engaging block 12, so that the connection between the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300 can be conveniently released.
Or, during installation, the distance between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 is increased, and/or the distance between the first clamping arm 321 and the second clamping arm 322 is decreased, after the first opening is over against the buckle 300, the main bracket 100 is pushed in the direction of the buckle 300, that is, the first clamping arm 321 and the second clamping arm 322 can extend into the connecting groove 110; the external force is removed, so that the distance between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112, and/or the distance between the first clamping arm 321 and the second clamping arm 322 is restored, and the first clamping block 12 can be clamped into the first clamping groove 11, thereby realizing the connection between the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300. Similarly, the connection between the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300 can be released by applying force to the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112, and/or the first clamping arm 321 and the second clamping arm 322 again.
The structures of the second latch arm 322 and the second sidewall 112 are similar to those of the first latch arm 321 and the first sidewall 111, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
Through the cooperation of the first clamping groove 11 and the first clamping block 12, on one hand, the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300 can be quickly and accurately installed, and the auxiliary part 2 is convenient to install, maintain and replace. On the other hand, due to the interaction of the first clamping groove 11 and the first clamping block 12, the main bracket 100 can only move along the length direction of the first clamping groove 11, but cannot move along other directions, which is beneficial to ensuring the stable positions of the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300, and further ensuring the stable structure of the mounting rack.
When the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300 are connected through the first engaging groove 11 and the first engaging block 12, the relative position between the main bracket 100 and the target device 1 can be changed by changing the fitting position of the first engaging groove 11 and the first engaging block 12. For example, the buckle 300 is arranged along the height direction of the cabinet, when the main bracket 100 is connected to the buckle 300 through the matching of the clamping groove and the clamping block, the main bracket 100 may be connected to only the upper half of the buckle 300, and at this time, the overall position of the main bracket 100 is higher; the main support 100 may be coupled to the lower half of the buckle 300, and at this time, the entire position of the main support 100 is lowered.
It should be added that, after the clamping grooves are connected with the clamping blocks, the main bracket 100 can be better limited from displacing in other directions, and therefore, the length of the buckle 300 along the extending direction of the first clamping groove 11 may be different from the length of the main bracket 100 along the extending direction of the first clamping groove 11. As long as at least part of the main support 100 is connected with at least part of the buckle 300 through the engagement of the clamping groove and the clamping block, the connection accuracy can be ensured.
Further, in order to ensure that the main support 100 is accurately coupled to the subject device 1 and to improve the stability of the coupling, the entirety of the buckle 300 may be seated in the coupling groove 110 after the insert plate 320 is inserted into the coupling groove 110.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a side of the buckle 300 facing away from the insert plate 320 is fittingly disposed on the target device 1, and the main support 100 is connected to the buckle 300 through the connecting groove 110. When main support 100 is coupled to target device 1, a side surface of buckle 300 facing away from insertion plate 320 is flush with outer surfaces of first and second clamping arms 32 and 322 adjacent to target device 1. At this time, the outer surfaces of the first and second chucking arms 32 and 322 also adhere to the target apparatus 1. In this way, during the process of connecting the main bracket 100 to the buckle 300, the target device 1 may provide a reference surface to facilitate the alignment of the first engaging groove 11 and the first engaging block 12, so as to further ensure the connection accuracy between the main bracket 100 and the buckle 300. In addition, since the main support 100 is coupled to the buckle 300 and attached to the target device 1, it is advantageous to calibrate the installation position of the main support 100, and it is possible to ensure that the main support 100 reaches the position every time the main support 100 is coupled to the buckle 300, so that the auxiliary member 2 accurately acts to the outside.
It is easy to think that if the orientation of the second opening is a straight direction, the range of action of the auxiliary member 2 is small when the auxiliary member 2 acts on the outside along the second opening. For example, the auxiliary member 2 is a lamp, and when the light is emitted straight along the second opening, only the position corresponding to the straight line can be illuminated. Meanwhile, if the mounting bracket is provided at the side of the target apparatus 1, when the auxiliary member 2 needs to act on the target apparatus 1 through the second opening, the linearly-oriented second opening may prevent the auxiliary member 2 from acting on the target apparatus 1.
For this purpose, the orientation of the second opening can be adjusted, through which the auxiliary element 2 is guided to act better on the desired location.
Specifically, the mounting groove 120 further includes a guide wall 123 connected to the third sidewall 121 and extending in a direction away from the fourth sidewall 122; the second opening is formed between the guide wall 123 and the fourth side wall 122.
Referring to fig. 4, the third sidewall 121 and the fourth sidewall 122 define a mounting groove 120 with an open lower end, and the auxiliary member 2 is disposed at the bottom of the mounting groove 120. By providing the guide wall 123 connecting the third side wall 121 and inclined toward the target apparatus 1, the second opening can be made to face the target apparatus 1 so that the auxiliary 2 passes through the second opening to act on the target apparatus 1.
It is easy to think that the inner wall of the guide wall 123 close to the fourth side wall 122 has a limiting and guiding function, and by adjusting the inclination direction of the inner wall of the guide wall 123, the orientation of the second opening can be adjusted, and thus the acting direction of the auxiliary 2 is adjusted, so that the auxiliary 2 acts on a desired position of the target apparatus 1, or acts on a desired position outside the target apparatus 1.
Accordingly, in some embodiments, the guide wall 123 is rotatably disposed on the third side wall 121. After the main bracket 100 is installed in place, the size of the second opening and the orientation of the opening can be adjusted by adjusting the inclination degree of the guiding wall 123 relative to the third side wall 121.
Further, the mounting groove 120 further includes a cover 124 for covering the second opening.
In one embodiment, the cover 124 shields the second opening to prevent the auxiliary 2 from acting on the outside, and the cover 124 releases the shielding of the second opening to facilitate the auxiliary 2 acting on the outside.
In another embodiment, the cover 124 may be a protective cover to prevent the auxiliary member 2 from being damaged by the outside, or prevent the auxiliary member 2 from directly acting on the outside.
In yet another embodiment, the cover 124 may be a filter screen capable of filtering particles generated by the auxiliary 2 or particles in the external environment, thereby protecting the human body, the subject device 1 or the auxiliary 2.
According to the actual structure of the auxiliary member 2, or the purpose of shielding the second opening, the sealing cover 124 may be made of different materials, have different structures, and have different functions, and will not be described in detail.
In order to facilitate the installation of the sealing cover 124, the third side wall 121 and/or the fourth side wall 122 are/is provided with a second clamping groove 13, and the sealing cover 124 is provided with a second clamping block 14; or the third side wall 121 and/or the fourth side wall 122 are/is provided with the second latch 14, and the cover 124 is provided with the second latch slot 13; when the second latch 14 moves along the second latch slot 13, the cover 124 can cover the second opening, or the cover 124 can release the cover of the second opening.
The second latch 14 and the second card slot 13 are installed and matched in a similar manner to the first latch 12 and the first card slot 11, and will not be described in detail here.
By arranging the clamping groove and the clamping block to be correspondingly matched, the installation of the sealing cover 124 can be realized, and the relative position of the sealing cover 124 and the second opening can be limited.
Further, the cover 124 is gradually distanced from the mounting groove 120 from the end near the target apparatus 1 to the end distant from the target apparatus 1.
Referring specifically to fig. 4, the cover 124 is disposed obliquely toward the target apparatus 1 so as to facilitate the auxiliary 2 to act on the target apparatus 1. In other embodiments, the cover 124 is disposed obliquely toward other positions, and can also serve as a guide for the auxiliary member 2.
It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the second sidewall 112, the third sidewall 121 and the guide wall 123 are formed on the same bracket wall. The wall surface of the holder wall adjacent to the first side wall 111 constitutes a second side wall 112, the wall surface adjacent to the fourth side wall 122 constitutes a third side wall 121, and the wall surface connecting the third side wall 121 and inclined toward the target apparatus 1 constitutes a guide wall 123.
In other embodiments, the second sidewall 112, the third sidewall 121, and the guide wall 123 may be stand walls that are independent of one another, or two of the walls may be formed on the same stand wall while the other wall is formed independently.
Since the main support 100 is provided with the coupling groove 110 and the mounting groove 120 therein, the main support 100 is partially hollow and easily deformed by an external force. In order to improve the structural stability of the main support 100 and prevent dust from being accumulated in the coupling groove 110 and the mounting groove 120, the mounting bracket further includes an end cap 200 for coupling the end of the main support 100.
Through setting up end cover 200, on the one hand, can seal connecting groove 110 and mounting groove 120, play the guard action, on the other hand, because the tip of main support 100 is injectd by end cover 200, when main support 100 receives external force oppression, end cover 200 can support the tip, avoids the tip to warp to improve the rigidity of main support 100. In addition, when the main support 100 is vertically arranged, the end portion thereof may be required to abut against the ground or contact the top of the installation position, and the end cover 200 is provided to contact the outside, thereby being beautiful and reliable.
It should be noted that the mounting bracket has a certain length.
In one embodiment, the connecting slot 110 and the mounting slot 120 may be open at one end and closed at one end, i.e., the connecting slot 110 and the mounting slot 120 do not extend through the main support 100. In this case, the end cap 200 may be provided only at the open end of the tank body.
In another embodiment, the coupling groove 110 and the mounting groove 120 may be perforated, in which case both ends of the coupling groove 110 and the mounting groove 120 are open, and thus, two end caps 200 may be provided to couple the end portions.
To facilitate the connection of the end cap 200 and the main support 100, an insert may be provided on a side of the end cap 200 adjacent to the mounting bracket. When the end cap 200 is coupled to the main support 100, the insertion block is inserted into the coupling groove 110 and/or the mounting groove 120 of the main support 10, so that the relative positions of the end cap 200 and the main support 100 can be defined.
Of course, a locking groove may be formed on a side surface of the end cap 200 adjacent to the main bracket 100 such that the end of the connecting groove 110 and/or the mounting groove 120 is locked into the locking groove, and a relative position between the end cap 200 and the main bracket 100 may be defined.
Further, a reducing groove 130 is further provided in the main support 100, which can reduce the mass of the main support 100; the end cap 200 is provided with a first insertion block 210 capable of being inserted into the mounting groove 120; the end cap 200 is further provided with a second insert 220 capable of being inserted into the reduction groove 130.
The mass of main support 100 is reduced by providing the relief groove 130, which not only saves materials, but also facilitates transportation and installation of main support 100.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the decrement groove 130 can communicate with the connection groove 110, further reducing the mass of the main support 100.
In addition, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the second insert block 220 is arranged on the end cap 200 to be clamped with the decrement groove 130, so that the contact area between the end cap 200 and the main support 100 can be increased, and the stability of the installation of the end cap 200 can be further ensured.
It should be noted that, because the connecting groove 110 is used for clamping the target device 1 or the buckle 200, in order to facilitate the connecting groove 110 to be separated from the target device 1 or the buckle 200, the position of the end cover 200 close to the connecting groove 110 may not be provided with an insertion block, thereby preventing the insertion block from influencing the clamping between the connecting groove 110 and the target device 1 or the buckle 200. Alternatively, the end cap 200 may avoid the connecting groove 110, and particularly, the connecting groove 100 may be exposed when the end cap 200 is connected to the main support 100, so as to facilitate the clamping of the targeted device 1 or the buckle 200.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
