In order to solve the problem of inconvenient installation of the lighting device in the prior art, the utility model provides the lighting device which is installed at the installation opening of the inner guard plate 10 of the back door of the vehicle body.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the lighting device includes a lamp body 40, a lamp holder 30 and a cover plate 20, the lamp body 40 is rotatably installed on the lamp holder 30, the lamp holder 30 is detachably installed on the cover plate 20, the cover plate 20 includes an installation portion 210 and an elastic locking portion 230, the installation portion 210 is used for being abutted with an inner wall surface of an installation opening, and the elastic locking portion 230 has a first deformation position and a second deformation position.
When the elastic locking portion 230 is at the first deformation position, the elastic locking portion 230 abuts against the inner wall surface of the mounting opening; when the elastic locking portion 230 is switched from the first deformed position to the second deformed position, the elastic locking portion 230 is released from abutment with the inner wall surface of the mounting opening.
Specifically, the lamp body 40 of the present utility model is mounted on the lamp holder 30, the lamp holder 30 is mounted on the cover plate 20, and then the cover plate 20 is mounted at the mounting opening of the back door inner guard plate 10 of the vehicle body, the mounting opening is a rectangular opening, so that the lamp body 40 is fixed. The lamp body 40 is arranged on the inner guard plate 10 of the back door of the car body through the cover plate 20, so that the lighting device is conveniently fixed, the stability of installation is improved, an auxiliary device of a bracket is not needed, and the space occupation is reduced; meanwhile, the cover plate 20 is detachably arranged at the mounting opening of the back door inner guard plate 10, so that the disassembly and assembly are convenient, and the convenience of use is improved; the cover plate 20 is provided with the mounting holes, so that the lamp holder 30 is fixed, and the problem of loss of the cover plate 20 is avoided.
Further, the lamp body 40 and the lamp holder 30 are installed to form a lighting assembly, and then the cover plate 20 and the lamp holder 30 are installed to form an integral assembly, and then the integral assembly is installed to the installation opening. The elastic locking portion 230 is adjusted to switch the elastic locking portion 230 between the first deformation position and the second deformation position, thereby achieving the fixation of the cover plate 20 and the disassembly of the cover plate 20.
The elastic locking portion 230 has an initial shape, and when the cover 20 is not mounted to the vehicle body, the elastic locking portion 230 is at an initial position. The first deformation position and the second deformation position are both positions of deformation of the elastic locking portion 230 after being stressed, wherein the first deformation position is a position of deformation when the cover plate 20 is fixedly installed at the installation opening of the back door inner-protection plate 10 of the vehicle body; the second deformation position is a deformation position after an external force is applied to the elastic locking portion 230 on the basis of the first deformation position when the cover plate needs to be detached.
In the present embodiment, when the elastic locking portion 230 receives an external force, the elastic locking portion 230 can be switched from the first deformation position to the second deformation position. The elastic locking portions 230 at the first deformation position and the second deformation position have a tendency to move toward the inner wall surface of the mounting opening, so that a pressing force exists between the inner wall surface of the mounting opening and the elastic locking portions 230, and further, abutting fixation is achieved.
In this embodiment, the lamp body 40 is rotatably mounted on the lamp holder 30 to achieve adjustment of the illumination angle. When camping, the lamp body 40 can be adjusted to project light to the position where light is needed, so that the lamp is convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cover plate 20 further includes a body portion, at both ends of which the mounting portion 210 and the elastic locking portion 230 are disposed.
Specifically, the mounting portion 210 and the elastic locking portion 230 may be integrally formed at both ends of the body portion; the mounting portion 210 and the elastic locking portion 230 may also be detachably provided at both ends of the body portion. Wherein. When the mounting portion 210 and the elastic locking portion 230 are detachably connected to the body portion, the mounting portion 210 and the elastic locking portion 230 are connected to the body portion by clamping or by fastening means, such as bolts.

The abutment protrusion 110 extends toward the inner direction of the inner back door protection plate 10, specifically, the abutment protrusion 110 has a first section and a second section that are bent, the first section is perpendicular to the top surface of the edge of the mounting opening, and the second section extends toward the lamp holder 30 to form an L-shaped first section and second section.
Further, the second section extends into the insertion groove 213 and abuts against the top surface of the second extension section 212, i.e. abuts against the inner side surface of the insertion groove 213, so as to accommodate the abutment protrusion 110 in the insertion groove 213, thereby limiting the abutment protrusion 110 to the top and bottom directions of the cover 20.
The vertical direction of the present utility model is the illustrated H direction.
Further, along the thickness direction of the body portion, the first protruding section 211 is located above the second protruding section 212, and the top surface of the first protruding section 211 is flush with the top surface of the edge of the mounting opening, so as to improve the stability and convenience of mounting.
In this embodiment, the first protruding section 211 and the second protruding section 212 are disposed at an angle, the first protruding section 211 is flush with the top surface of the cover plate 20 and the top surface of the inner back door protection plate 10, the second protruding section 212 is obliquely extended, that is, the protruding end of the second protruding section 212 is the first end of the second protruding section 212, the distance between the first end and the first protruding section 211 is smaller than the distance between the second end of the second protruding section 212 and the first protruding section 211, so that an abutting inclined plane is formed on the top surface of the second protruding section 212, so that when the cover plate 20 is installed, the abutting protrusion 110 can abut against the top surface of the second protruding section 212, and the abutting protrusion 110 with different lengths is suitable.
