The application provides an inlay dress lamp includes: the mounting rack 10 is used for arranging the lamp 1; and the electricity taking assembly is used for connecting the lamp 1 and a power supply.
Referring specifically to fig. 1 and 2, the mounting bracket 10 extends in a first direction and has a certain length. At this time, the first direction may be regarded as a longitudinal direction of the mounting bracket 10.
Wherein, get electric subassembly and mounting bracket 10 detachably connection.
Because the structure of the mounting bracket 10 is independent and the mounting bracket 10 has a certain length, the mounting bracket 10 can be cut according to the size of the assembly space when the mounting bracket 10 is actually used.
For example, when the light fixture 1 is vertically installed in a cabinet for illumination, the mounting bracket 10 needs to be arranged along the height direction of the cabinet. Assuming that the factory length of the mounting rack 10 is L1, the cabinet height is L2, and L1 is more than L2; it can be known that the mounting rack 10 of normal length cannot be directly installed in the cabinet; therefore, before the mounting block 10 is inserted into the cabinet, the mounting block 10 needs to be cut so that the mounting block 10 is cut into two sections, wherein one section has a length of L2, and the other section has a length of L3, and L2+ L3= L1. At this point, a section of the mount 10 of length L2 may be erected within the cabinet, while the remaining section of the mount 10 of length L3 may be mounted elsewhere.
As is easily conceivable, since the independently provided mounting frame 10 has cuttability, when the assembling space is small, the mounting frame 10 can be cut; when the assembly space is large, the mounting rack 10 with different lengths can be obtained by cutting, and then the multiple sections of the mounting rack 10 are assembled to meet the requirements of different lengths.
Wherein, a mounting groove 20 is arranged in the mounting rack 10, an opening is arranged on the mounting groove 20, a first supporting wing 11 is arranged on one side of the opening, a second supporting wing 12 is arranged on the other side of the opening, and the first supporting wing 11 and the second supporting wing 12 are oppositely arranged.
The mounting groove 20 is used for arranging the lamp 1, and when the lamp 1 works, light can act outwards through the opening. With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in the mounting frame 10, the mounting groove 20 is also extended along the first direction, so as to mount the strip-shaped lamp 1 (such as a lamp strip or a lamp tube).
The lamp 1 is accommodated in the mounting groove 20, so that on one hand, the lamp 1 can be protected, and the lamp 1 is prevented from being exposed to the outside and damaged; on the other hand, the opening can guide and define the light emitting direction of the luminaire 1 so that the luminaire 1 illuminates a desired position. In addition, the opening is deviated from the lamp 1, so that the direct vision of the luminous point by human eyes can be avoided, and the light use safety is ensured.
By providing the first and second support wings 11 and 12 at both sides of the opening, the mounting bracket 10 is facilitated to be mounted and dismounted.
Referring specifically to fig. 3 and 4, in the illustrated embodiment, a mounting channel B is formed on the mounting plate a, and the mounting channel B has a certain length and is used for installing the mounting bracket 10. The bottom of the mounting frame 10, which is far away from the opening, is firstly placed into the mounting channel B, and the first support wings 11 and the second support wings 12 are continuously close to the mounting plate A along with the fact that the mounting frame 10 continuously extends into the mounting channel B; when the first support wing 11 abuts against the mounting plate a on one side in the width direction of the mounting passage B and the second support wing 12 abuts against the mounting plate a on the other side in the width direction of the mounting passage B, the mounting bracket 10 is hung in the mounting passage B. At this time, the opening of the mounting groove 20 faces upward, and the lamp 1 can illuminate the upper side of the mounting plate a through the opening.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, when the mounting bracket 10 needs to be removed, the mounting bracket 10 can be conveniently detached from the mounting passage B by applying force to the first support wing 11 and/or the second support wing 12 placed on the upper surface of the mounting plate a.
When the two sides of the mounting channel B in the width direction are in the same plane, the first support wing 11 and the second support wing 12 for contacting the bottom surface of the mounting plate a can be in the same plane, so that the mounting frame 10 can be horizontally hung in the mounting channel B.
When the heights of both sides in the width direction of the installation passage B are different or have slopes, the bottom surfaces of the first and second support wings 11 and 12 may be disposed corresponding to the surface of the installation plate a so that the support wings (the first or second support wings 11 or 12) stably contact the installation plate a.
Optionally, the top surfaces of the first support wing 11 or the second support wing 12 are in the same plane.
Wherein, the top surface of the support wing is a surface arranged opposite to the bottom surface of the support wing.
The top surfaces of the two support wings are in the same plane, and after the mounting frame 10 is placed into the mounting channel B, the surface of the mounting frame 10 protruding out of the mounting plate A is flat, so that the mounting frame is attractive and safe.
Meanwhile, since the opening is formed between the first support wing 11 and the second support wing 12, when the top surfaces of the two support wings are in the same plane, the opening extends horizontally, which is beneficial to the light emitting of the lamp 1.
Alternatively, the first support wing 11 and the second support wing 12 are symmetrically disposed.
Optionally, the end surface of the first support wing 11 and/or the second support wing 12 facing away from the opening is a cambered surface.
Reference may be made in particular to fig. 2, in which the left end face of the first support wing 11 is rounded and the right end face of the second support wing 12 is rounded. The end faces of the supporting wings are cambered surfaces, so that sharp corners can be eliminated, and the use safety is improved.
Optionally, the portion of the opening connecting the first support wing 11 and/or the portion of the opening connecting the second support wing 12 are rounded. So that the two circular arcs of the opening extend to facilitate the putting in or taking out of the lamp 1 to the mounting groove 10, and the use safety can be improved.
Optionally, at least the first support wing 11 is of a gradual thickness for connecting the ends of the opening. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the thickness of the right end of the first supporting wing 11 gradually decreases from the side close to the opening to the side far from the opening.
Optionally, at least the second support wing 12 is of a gradual thickness for the end of the connection opening. Referring specifically to fig. 2, the thickness of the left end of the second support wing 12 gradually decreases from the end close to the opening to the end far from the opening.
By making the thickness of the end of the support wing smaller the further away from the opening, when the mounting frame 10 is hung in the mounting channel B, only the end of the support wing connected to the opening contacts the mounting plate a, and there is a gap between the other portion of the support wing away from the opening and the mounting plate a.
Referring specifically to fig. 4, the tip of the support wing has greater strength due to the greater thickness of the tip of the support wing connected to the opening. Therefore, after the installation frame 10 is placed in the installation channel B, the support wings can effectively support the installation frame 10 to be hoisted and are not easy to deform. Meanwhile, the gap between the front end of the support wing far away from the opening and the mounting plate A can facilitate the action of the human hand on the support wing, so as to conveniently put in or take out the mounting frame 10 from the mounting channel B.
Optionally, the first support wing 11 and/or the second support wing 12 comprise: a transition portion 11a connected to the mounting groove 20; a balance part 11b connected to the gradually changing part 11a and extending in a direction away from the opening; the thickness of the gradual change portion 11a gradually decreases from the side close to the opening to the side far from the opening, and the thickness of the balance portion 11b does not change.
Through setting up invariable balancing unit 11b of thickness, can avoid the support wing to keep away from opening thickness littleer, lead to support wing front end intensity undersize, atress yielding or impaired.
In one embodiment, the mounting groove 20 includes a groove bottom wall 21, a first side wall 22 and a second side wall 23, and the first side wall 22 and the second side wall 23 are spaced apart from each other on the groove bottom wall 21.
In this embodiment, the opening is formed between the first side wall 22 and the second side wall 23.
Referring specifically to fig. 1 and 2, the first and second sidewalls 22 and 23 are spaced apart in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, which may be considered as a width direction of the mounting bracket 10. The lamp 1 may be disposed on the bottom wall 21 of the groove, or disposed on the first side wall 22 or the second side wall 23, or suspended in the mounting groove 20, and the application does not limit the specific mounting position of the lamp 1.
In this embodiment, since the opening faces the bottom wall 21 of the groove and is close to the first side wall 22 and the second side wall 23, when the lamp 1 works in the installation groove 20, light directly passes through the opening to act on the outside. On one hand, the light rays are directly emitted outwards, the illumination range is small, and the brightness is uneven; on the other hand, when the human eye looks at the opening, the light emitting part of the lamp 1 can be directly seen, and the human eye is easily injured by strong light.
To this end, in another embodiment, the mounting groove 20 further includes: a first extension wall 24 connected to the first side wall 22 and extending obliquely away from the second side wall 23; a second extension wall 25 connected to the second side wall 23 and extending obliquely in a direction close to the first side wall 22; an opening is formed between the first extension wall 24 and the second extension wall 25, the first support wing 11 is connected to the first extension wall 24, and the second support wing 12 is connected to the second extension wall 25.
Referring specifically to fig. 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the first extension wall 24 and the second extension wall 25 are each inclined from top to bottom to the right such that the opening is offset from the slot bottom wall 21. Therefore, when the human eyes look at the opening, the groove bottom wall 21, the first side wall 22 or the second side wall 23 cannot be directly seen, so that the human eyes cannot directly see the lamp 1, and the light safety is facilitated.
Further, in this embodiment, when the lamp 1 is mounted on the bottom wall 21 of the groove, the light is emitted upward, and after a part of the light contacts the second extension wall 25, a primary reflection occurs; after part of the reflected light contacts the first extension wall 24, a secondary reflection occurs. The light-emitting direction of the lamp 1 can be optimized through multiple reflections, the illumination range of the lamp 1 is further enlarged, and meanwhile, the light-emitting uniformity of the lamp 1 can be improved, and the illumination effect is guaranteed.
Optionally, the first extension wall 24 is parallel to the second extension wall 25.
Alternatively, the extending direction of the first extending wall 24 intersects the extending direction of the second extending wall 25.
By adjusting the extending direction of the first extending wall 24 and/or the second extending wall 25, the light emitting direction and the illumination range of the luminaire 1 can be adjusted.
Optionally, the wall surface of the first extending wall 24 and/or the second extending wall 25 is a curved surface.
Optionally, the wall surface of the first extending wall 24 and/or the second extending wall 25 is a rough surface.
The wall surface of the first extending wall 24 and/or the second extending wall 25 is a cambered surface or a rough surface, so that the light of the lamp 1 can be reflected in a diffused mode.
Alternatively, the first side wall 22 is obliquely disposed on the groove bottom wall 21, and the first side wall 22 obliquely extends away from the second side wall 23.
The first side wall 22 is disposed to extend obliquely in a direction away from the second side wall 23, and/or the second side wall 23 is disposed to extend obliquely in a direction away from the first side wall 22, so that the mounting groove 20 is in a trumpet shape. At this time, the opening of the mounting groove 20 gradually decreases from the opening of the mounting groove 20 to the bottom of the groove. The tapered opening can facilitate insertion and removal of the luminaire 1. Simultaneously, for guaranteeing that the wall thickness of mounting bracket 10 is comparatively unified (unified wall thickness can avoid the support body to shrink or invaginate, is favorable to the structural stability of mounting bracket 10), when adaptation opening convergent mounting groove 20, mounting bracket 10 deviates from the open-ended bottom and also can dwindle gradually, can make things convenient for putting into and taking out of mounting bracket 10 in installation passageway B.
Alternatively, the second side wall 23 is vertically disposed on the tank bottom wall 21.
By providing a side wall (either the first side wall 22 or the second side wall 23) perpendicular to the channel bottom wall 21, the wall thickness of the mounting block 10 can be controlled, which facilitates the structural stability of the mounting block 10.
Referring specifically to fig. 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the second sidewall 23 is vertically disposed, and the first sidewall 22, the first extending wall 24 and the second extending wall 25 are all disposed from top to bottom and inclined to the right. At this time, the side wall and the extension wall (the first extension wall 24 or the second extension wall 25) are matched, so that the opening direction is changed for many times, which is beneficial to diffuse reflection of light of the lamp 1, and is also beneficial to hiding the lamp 1 and ensuring light safety.
Optionally, when the first sidewall 22, the first extending wall 24 and the second extending wall 25 are all obliquely arranged in the same direction (as in fig. 2, the first sidewall 22, the first extending wall 24 and the second extending wall 25 are all obliquely arranged from top to bottom and right), the slope of the first extending wall 24 is greater than that of the first sidewall 22, and/or the slope of the second extending wall 25 is greater than that of the first extending wall 24.
The slope of the side wall or the extension wall is adjusted, so that the light emitting direction of the lamp 1 and the diffuse reflection reversal of light rays can be adjusted and controlled, and the lamp 1 can emit light better.
In one embodiment, the mounting bracket 10 includes a bottom plate 13, a first side plate 14 and a second side plate 15, and the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15 are spaced apart from each other on the bottom plate 13. The mounting groove 20 is formed between the bottom plate 13, the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15, and an opening is formed between the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15; the first support wing 11 is connected to the first side plate 14, and the second support wing 12 is connected to the second side plate 15.
When the first side wall 22, the first extension wall 24 and/or the second extension wall 25 of the mounting groove 20 are obliquely disposed, the configuration of the mounting groove 20 is oblique such that the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15 on the mounting bracket 10 are not uniform in thickness.
Referring to fig. 5, in the illustrated embodiment, the first side wall 22 ', the first extension wall 24' and the second extension wall 25 'are all obliquely arranged from top to bottom and right, such that the configuration of the mounting groove 20' is obliquely arranged right. At this time, the width of the first side plate 14 'along the second direction gradually increases from top to bottom, and the width of the second side plate 15' along the second direction gradually decreases from top to bottom.
As can be easily understood, the larger the thickness of the plate wall and the structural strength thereof, the more difficult the plate wall is to deform; the smaller the thickness of the panel wall and the structural strength thereof, the more easily the location is deformed. When the thickness of the mounting bracket 10 is not uniform, the mounting bracket 10 is easily displaced and damaged once being subjected to external force due to different structural strengths of the positions. Particularly, when the mounting bracket 10 is manufactured by plastic demolding, the portion with a smaller thickness may shrink and sink, and the molding of the mounting bracket 10 is finally affected.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the embodiment shown in fig. 4 is balanced by a slot or hole having a greater thickness.
Optionally, the first side plate 14 is provided with a first limiting groove 16 for clamping the power taking assembly.
Optionally, a second limiting groove 17 is formed in the second side plate 15 and used for clamping the power taking assembly.
The limiting groove (the first limiting groove 16 or the second limiting groove 17) is equivalent to a clamping groove, and the electricity taking assembly is provided with a protruding block which can be clamped into the limiting groove. When the electricity taking assembly is installed, the protruding blocks are aligned to the limiting grooves, and the electricity taking assembly can be installed quickly by inserting the protruding blocks. After the protruding block stretches into the limiting groove, the groove and the block are limited mutually, and the electricity taking assembly and the mounting rack 10 can be fixed.
Further, set up a plurality of protruding positions and depressed part in the spacing groove, correspond, be provided with a plurality of depressed part and protruding position on the protruding piece of getting the electric component. When the electricity taking assembly is installed, the convex part on the convex block is aligned with the corresponding concave part in the limiting groove, and the concave part on the convex block is aligned with the corresponding convex part in the limiting groove, so that the electricity taking assembly is aligned with the mounting frame 10, and the electricity taking assembly is conveniently and quickly clamped; simultaneously, a plurality of protruding positions and sunken position restrict each other, can also increase the area of contact of getting electric subassembly and spacing groove, make the joint of the two more stable.
Optionally, a first fastening groove 18 is formed on a surface of the first side plate 14 away from the mounting groove 20, and a second fastening groove 19 is formed on a surface of the second side plate 15 away from the mounting groove 20; the first slot 18 is opposite to the second slot 19 for connecting a buckle to fix the mounting frame 10.
Wherein the snap is used to reinforce the connection of the mounting bracket 10 and the mounting channel B.
In one embodiment, the latch may be made of a metal sheet, which has a certain elasticity and is affected by the material characteristics. With particular reference to fig. 6, a clasp 4 is illustrated; the buckle 4 is approximately U-shaped, and the inner surface of the buckle 4 is provided with two buckling parts 4a which are relatively raised; the mounting frame 10 is placed into the buckle 4, wherein one of the snap-in parts 4a can extend into the first snap groove 18 and the other snap-in part 4a can extend into the second snap groove 19, whereby the buckle 4 can clamp the mounting frame 10. The clip 4 is placed into the mounting channel B, and the clip 4 can fix the mounting bracket 10 and the mounting channel B.
It should be added that the wall thickness of the mounting frame 10 can be balanced by the arrangement of the first limiting groove 16, the second limiting groove 17, the first fastening groove 18 and the second fastening groove 19.
As can be seen from the above, in an embodiment, the limiting groove is formed on the mounting bracket 10, and the protruding block is formed on the power-taking assembly, so that the mounting bracket 10 and the power-taking assembly can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
In other embodiments, the mounting bracket 10 and the power-taking assembly can be detachably connected through a threaded connection, an insertion connection and the like. This application does not restrict mounting bracket 10 and get the connected mode of electric component.
The electricity taking assembly is used for connecting a power supply and the lamp 1 so that the power supply can supply power to the lamp 1.
Therefore, the electricity taking assembly comprises a lead 2, and the lead 2 has an electric conduction function. One end of the lead wire 2 is connected with the lamp 1, the other end is connected with a power supply, and the lamp 1 can be electrified.
The end of the lead 2 for connecting to the power supply can be provided with a standard component such as a plug or a male terminal, so as to be convenient for connecting to the power supply.
In order to stably connect the lead 2 to the lamp 1, the power-taking assembly further includes an end cap 30 for connecting the mounting frame 10. The lead 2 can be connected to the lamp 1 through the end cap 30.
