Description

A rust cleaning device for rail
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rust removing device for a steel rail.
Background
After the steel rail leaves a factory, the surface of the steel rail is easy to be corroded due to factors such as long-time placement and the like. In the construction process of urban rail transit, the seamless steel rail welding is usually operated in a flash butt welding mode. When the flash butt welding mode is adopted for operation, two ends of a steel rail to be welded need to be electrified, but the corrosion can seriously affect the electrifying efficiency and the welding result of the steel rail, and the condition that an electrifying loop cannot be formed can be caused in serious conditions.
In the current urban rail transit construction, a copying grinder or a handheld grinder which needs manual operation is mostly adopted to remove rust on the steel rail. The grinding machine polishes the steel rail in a grinding mode, inevitably damages a steel rail base metal, and meanwhile, metal processing powder is generated during polishing, so that the operation environment in the tunnel is seriously polluted. Because the environment of a construction site is complex, the steel rail is easily polluted by pollutants such as oil stains, and the like, and because the rust removing method of a grinding wheel machine and the like adopts contact cleaning, the pollutants or sand particles on a grinding wheel are easily attached to the surface of the ground steel rail, so that secondary pollution is generated. The derusting result is judged by human eyes, and the derusting efficiency is greatly influenced by the proficiency of operators. The derusting mode consumes time and labor, and the construction process can cause great damage to the health of operators, so that the current requirements on the laying precision and speed of the seamless line cannot be met.
