The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a cleaning device with both garbage collection function and dust collection function comprises a machine body 1, a detachable inner barrel 4, an air inlet duct 5, an air outlet duct 6, a dust collection motor 7, a cover opening motor and a control module.
The machine body 1 is substantially a rectangular parallelepiped, and its six surfaces are a front side, a rear side, a left side, a right side, a top surface and a bottom surface. The body 1 includes a body 2 and an upper cover 3. The body 2 has an inner cavity and an opening, the opening is located at the top surface of the machine body 1, and the opening is communicated with the inner cavity. The upper cover 3 is movably disposed at the opening of the body 2, and can be driven by a cover opening motor disposed in the body 2 to move, thereby opening or closing the opening on the body 2.
The detachable inner barrel 4 is used for containing garbage and is detachably arranged in the inner cavity of the body 2. The upper end of the detachable inner barrel 4 is provided with a barrel opening, and when the detachable inner barrel is arranged in the inner cavity, the barrel opening is correspondingly communicated with the opening of the body 2. An inner side air inlet 16 and an inner side air outlet 17 are correspondingly arranged on the wall of the inner cavity of the detachable inner barrel 4 and the wall of the inner cavity attached to the wall, for example, the inner side air inlet 16 is arranged below the inner side air outlet 17. A filter screen 20 is arranged at the inner air outlet 17. The air inlet duct 5 is arranged in the body 2 and connected between the outer air inlet 14 and the inner air inlet 16; the air outlet duct 6 is arranged in the body 2 and connected between the inner air outlet 17 and the outer air outlet 15. The dust collection motor 7 is arranged in the body 2 and is connected with the air outlet duct 6. When the upper cover 3 is closed, the dust collection motor 7 is started, and then the dust collection system formed by the air inlet duct 5, the detachable inner barrel 4 and the air outlet duct 6 can be used for sucking the garbage, dust and the like outside the machine body 1 into the detachable inner barrel 4. On the basis, the cleaning device also comprises an external accessory 18, such as a hose and the like, which can be connected with the outer air inlet 14 or the inner air inlet 16, so that the actual air inlet can be extended to other positions to clean the positions of a table, a sofa and the like.
The control module comprises a cover opening sensor, a garbage sensor, an automatic controller and a manual controller. The uncovering sensor is arranged at the opening of the body 2 and used for outputting an uncovering sensing signal when an uncovering gesture of a user is sensed. The cover opening sensor can adopt an infrared gesture sensor. The garbage sensor is disposed outside the body 2, and is configured to output a garbage sensing signal when sensing that there is garbage outside, for example, the garbage sensor may be disposed near the bottom of the front side of the machine body 1. The automatic controller is used for realizing the control of the functions of the cleaning device in an automatic mode, and the control logic based on the uncovering sensing signal and the garbage sensing signal is as follows: firstly, the garbage sensor senses that garbage or barriers exist outside, and the upper cover 3 is closed at the moment, the automatic controller controls the dust collection motor 7 to start; and secondly, when the cover opening sensor senses the cover opening gesture of a user and the dust collection motor 7 is in a stop state, the automatic controller controls the cover opening motor to start to drive the upper cover 3 to open. Therefore, the dust collection motor 7 cannot be started in any opening state of the upper cover 3, the upper cover 3 can be opened by opening the cover only when the dust collection motor 7 is stopped, and the opening sensor is shielded in any opening state of the dust collection motor 7. The manual controller is used for manually controlling the dust collection motor 7 to start when the upper cover 3 is closed, and a manual control button can be adopted. A control panel 19 may be provided on the body 2 at one side of the opening, and a cover opening sensor, a manual controller, is provided on the control panel 19.
The cleaning device is a novel product which is developed by combining the advantages of the induction garbage can and the vacuum garbage recycling can, has more use scenes and solves the problem of insufficient products in the past. The cleaning device can be used as an induction garbage can by sensing the cover opening, so that the discarded household garbage and garbage dumped from a dust can of a dust collector can be conveniently stored; the cleaning device has the dust vacuum collection function, the upper cover 3 and the body 2 are closed to form vacuum, and the garbage on the ground and the table top can be automatically and manually recycled.
