In addition, a plurality of fixing holes 211 are formed at the bottom of the top edge 210 of the garbage inner tub 200. The top edge 210 of the inner garbage bin 200 is provided with a fixing frame 240, and the fixing frame 240 presses the periphery of the opening of the plastic bag at the peripheral edge of the inner garbage bin 200. The outer side of the fixing frame 240 is hinged with a plurality of clamping pieces 241 corresponding to the fixing holes 211, and the clamping pieces 241 are clamped in the corresponding fixing holes 211 to fix the fixing frame 240 on the garbage inner barrel 200.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, a labyrinth gas distribution module 300 is installed at an inlet of the air outlet duct D. The labyrinth gas distribution module 300 is located in the connection cavity B and right above the discharge hole d, so that the airflow can block the garbage on the labyrinth gas distribution module 300 and directly send the garbage into the garbage inner barrel 200. In addition, the position of the labyrinth gas distribution module 300 corresponds to the position of the object taking hole 124 of the second housing 120, and the labyrinth gas distribution module 300 can be taken in and taken out through the object taking hole 124, so that the labyrinth gas distribution module 300 can be cleaned conveniently.
Specifically, labyrinth gas splitting module 300 includes a base 310, a labyrinth air duct 320, and a filtering device 330. The base 310 is disposed at the inlet of the air outlet duct D and is fixedly connected to the chamber housing by bolts. The base 310 is provided with an air inlet e corresponding to the outlet of the air inlet pipeline C, a first air outlet f corresponding to the inlet of the air outlet pipeline D, and a second air outlet g corresponding to the inlet of the garbage inner barrel 200. Along the direction of the airflow entering the air outlet duct D, the labyrinth air duct 320 and the filter device 330 are sequentially disposed on the base 310. The labyrinth air duct 320 has an air inlet h, a first air outlet i, and a second air outlet j, where the air inlet h corresponds to the air inlet e of the base 310, the first air outlet i corresponds to the first air outlet f of the base 310, and the second air outlet j corresponds to the second air outlet g of the base 310. The filtering device 330 includes a filter screen 331 and a HEPA filter screen 332, and the air flow enters the air outlet duct D after passing through the filter screen 331 and the HEPA filter screen 332 in sequence along the direction of the air flow entering the air outlet duct D.
More specifically, the labyrinth air path 320 includes a plurality of air deflectors. In this embodiment, first flow deflectors 321 arranged in a splayed shape are arranged along the direction of the air entering the air outlet duct D, one end with a large opening is an air inlet h of the labyrinth air duct 320, and the inner side surface of the first flow deflector 321 converges the air flow between the two flow deflectors; then, a U-shaped second baffle 322 is disposed behind the first baffle 321, and the second baffle 322 divides the converged air flow to the outer side of the first baffle 321; finally, the outer side of the first flow guide plate 321 guides the branched airflow to the filtering device 330.
In this embodiment, although only one specific structure of the labyrinth air duct 320 is provided, the structure of the labyrinth air duct 320 has a variety of implementation structures as long as the structure can divide the air flow into two parts, and most of the air flow flows to the first air outlet i and a small part of the air flow flows to the second air outlet j.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the fan assembly 400 includes an electric fan 410, and a dust suction hose 420. Wherein, electric fan 410 passes through the bolt to be installed in the chamber shell, and electric fan 410 communicates with air-out pipeline D, the total air outlet b of shell of chamber shell respectively. One end of the dust suction hose 420 is connected to the main inlet c of the chamber housing, and the other end thereof may be mounted with a dust suction head (not shown) having a different function. The dust suction hose 420 is placed in the placing chamber E, and is convenient to store.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, drive assembly 500 includes a motor 510, an external gear 520, and a transmission 530. Wherein, the motor 510 is fixed on the second housing 120 through a motor base, and the motor 510 is located below the cavity a. The outer gear 520 is fixedly coupled to an output shaft of the motor 510. The driving member 530 is arc-shaped, and one end of the driving member is fixedly connected to the trash can cover 150 and is located below the trash inner barrel 200. The transmission 530 is provided with a tooth portion 531, and the tooth portion 531 is internally meshed with the external gear 520.
Referring to fig. 11, the hanging plate 600 is fixed to a wall or a cabinet wall by screws. The hanging plate 600 is provided with hanging pieces 610 corresponding to the hanging holes 113, the hanging pieces 610 are inserted into the hanging holes 113, the outer side surfaces of the hanging pieces 610 are abutted against the inner side surfaces of the hanging holes 113, and the garbage outer barrel 100 is hung on the hanging plate 600. The hanging plate 600 is further provided with the shockproof cotton 620 corresponding to the groove 114, and the shockproof cotton 620 is partially embedded in the groove 114, so that a certain positioning effect is achieved, the shock of the garbage can is relieved, and the noise is reduced.
Referring to fig. 12, the control device 700 includes a first travel switch 710, a second travel switch 720, an infrared detection module 730, a plurality of buttons 740, and a control module 750. Wherein, the first travel switch 710 is fixed on the second housing 120 by bolts, and is used for detecting whether the trash can cover 150 is completely opened. The second travel switch 720 is fixed to the second housing 120 by bolts, and is used for detecting whether the trash can cover 150 is completely closed. The infrared detection module 730 is disposed on the second housing 120, has a detection distance of 10-50 cm, and is configured to detect whether there is an obstacle in front of the trash can, in this embodiment, the infrared detection module 730 adopts an infrared reflection sensing switch. The button 740 is disposed on the top surface 121 of the upper cover 130 and is used for selecting an operation mode of the trash can, which includes opening the trash can cover 150, closing the trash can cover 150, starting a dust collection function, and closing the dust collection function. The control module 750 is electrically connected to the electric blower 410, the motor 510, the first travel switch 710, the second travel switch 720, the infrared detection module 730, and the button 740.
The working process of four working modes:
(1) when the button 740 for opening the trash can cover 150 is pressed, the control module 750 starts the motor 510, the motor 510 drives the trash can cover 150 to be opened through the meshing of the external gear 520 and the transmission piece 530, until the trash can cover 150 is completely opened, the trash can cover 150 triggers the first travel switch 710, and the control module 750 turns off the motor 510; during the period, when the trash can cover 150 is fully opened and no obstacle is detected in front by the infrared detection module 730 within a certain time, the control module 750 starts the motor 510, and the motor 510 drives the trash can cover 150 to be turned back to the original position through the engagement of the external gear 520 and the transmission member 530.
(2) When the button 740 for closing the lid 150 is pressed, the control module 750 activates the motor 510, the motor 510 drives the lid 150 to flip back through the engagement of the external gear 520 with the transmission 530 until the lid 150 is fully reset, the lid 150 activates the second travel switch 720 and the control module 750 deactivates the motor 510.
(3) When the dust collection function is started by pressing, the control module 750 starts the electric fan 410 and does not start the motor 510; referring to fig. 13, the airflow carrying the garbage sequentially passes through the dust collection hose 420, the main air inlet C and the air inlet duct C and then enters the connection cavity B, wherein heavier garbage enters the garbage inner barrel 200 from the connection cavity B through the discharge port d, the material guide member 122 and the material discharge port a under the self-weight of the heavier garbage, and lighter garbage flows to the labyrinth type gas distribution module 300 along with the airflow; then, the labyrinth air duct 320 blocks light garbage from entering the air outlet duct D, and the labyrinth air duct 320 divides the air flow into two parts, wherein most of the air flow flows from the first air outlet i of the labyrinth air duct 320 to the filtering device 330, a small part of the air flow carries tiny garbage from the second air outlet j to the garbage inner barrel 200, the air flow also brings the hair intercepted on the labyrinth air duct 320 into the garbage inner barrel 200, and the garbage enters the garbage inner barrel 200 after passing through the material outlet D, the material guiding member 122 and the material dropping opening a; then, after the airflow entering the garbage inner barrel 200 sequentially passes through the blanking port a, the material guiding member 122 and the material outlet d, the airflow reenters the base 310 from the second air outlet g and flows to the filtering device 330; finally, the airflow filtered by the filtering device 330 enters the air outlet pipeline D from the first air outlet f of the base 310, and flows to the outside after passing through the air outlet pipeline D and the main air outlet b.
(4) When the dust suction function is pressed off, the control module 750 turns off the electric fan 410 and does not start the motor 510.
Compared with the prior art, the garbage can not only can be opened to lose garbage, but also can suck dry/wet garbage into the garbage inner barrel 200, so that the garbage can is convenient to clean. More importantly, the garbage can adopts the labyrinth type gas distribution module 300, so that the condition that all airflow carrying garbage enters the inner can is effectively avoided, the plastic bag is prevented from being lifted, the fixing frame is prevented from being in direct contact with the garbage for a long time, the frequency of cleaning the fixing frame is reduced, and the garbage can is convenient to use. Moreover, the labyrinth gas distribution module 300 can be disassembled, is convenient to clean or replace, and is helpful for ensuring the cleanness and sanitation of gas discharged from the garbage can. In addition, when the garbage can sucks liquid, the liquid is blocked by the first guide plate 321 and the second guide plate 322 at the labyrinth air duct 320 and flows into the garbage inner can 220 under the guide action of the guide plates, so that the liquid is prevented from entering the air outlet pipeline D, and the electric fan 410 is prevented from being burnt out.
