Fig. 13 is a schematic structural view of a portion C in fig. 12.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hand-held garment steamer, which includes a garment steamer body 10, a coupler 20 and a garment steamer support base 30; wherein the hand-held garment steamer further comprises a first lock 41, a second lock 42 and an operating member 43; the first latch 41 and the second latch 42 are both rotatably disposed on the steamer support 30 to connect the coupler 20 to at least one of the steamer body 10 and the steamer support 30; the operating member 43 is movable relative to the steamer support base 30 and abuts one of the first and second latches 41, 42 to change the connection between the steamer body 10, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 by rotation of the first or second latch 41, 42.
Specifically, the garment steamer is used for heating water, so that the temperature of the water rises and is gasified into steam, and the high-temperature steam can iron the clothes to be ironed, so that the clothes to be ironed are relatively flat. Wherein, the hand-held garment steamer is small in size and convenient to carry.
The hand-held garment steamer comprises a garment steamer body 10, wherein the garment steamer body 10 comprises a body shell and a heating part, a water tank, a water pump and the like which are arranged in the body shell. The water pump is connected between the heating element and the water tank and used for conveying water in the water tank to the heating element. The heating member heats water to form steam, and the steam is discharged from the heating member and is ejected outwards through the air injection holes in the garment steamer body 10.
A battery (not shown) is also provided on the hand-held steamer for powering components such as the water pump. The battery can be a lead-acid battery, a lithium iron phosphate battery and the like, has larger capacity, can be charged and discharged for many times, and has longer service life.
Wherein, the heating member is a heat storage member. When the steamer body 10 is electrically connected to the coupler 20 and is connected to a power source via a power cord, the power source supplies power to the heat generating member, and at this time, the heat generating member is in a heat storage state. Then, when the garment steamer is in a wireless state, the heating element can heat water through self heat so as to make the water generate water vapor, and at the moment, the heating element is in a heat release state. Until the heat of the heat generating member is exhausted or the heat of the heat generating member is insufficient to vaporize the water.
To facilitate gripping, the garment steamer body 10 includes a handle portion and a body portion that facilitate gripping. Wherein, each component in the garment steamer body 10 can be arranged on the handle part or the main body part according to the requirement. In the exemplary embodiment, the water tank, the water pump and the heating element are all located on the main body portion, and the battery, and components such as an electric connection wire, an electric connection joint and a control panel connected with the battery are arranged on the handle portion.
In this way, coupler 20 may be electrically connected to the handle portion. The handle portion is provided with a first coupling portion electrically connected with the coupler 20, the coupler 20 includes a coupler housing 21, a coupler seat 22, and a second coupling portion, the coupler seat 22 and the second coupling portion are provided in the coupler housing 21, and the second coupling portion is provided on the coupler seat 22.
For avoiding the user to use when handheld garment steamer, the power cord influences user operation, and first coupling portion can set up the tip that deviates from the main part at handle portion, and like this, the interval between power cord and the main part is great, avoids the power cord winding on the main part, influences steam and gives vent to anger.
The first coupling part and the second coupling part may be of a structure well known to those skilled in the art. Illustratively, the second coupling part is internally provided with a positive electrode contact piece, a negative electrode contact piece and a grounding contact piece which are arranged at intervals, and when a power line is connected with a power supply, the positive electrode contact piece and the negative electrode contact piece are communicated with alternating current. The first coupling portion is provided with three contact pins, and when the first coupling portion is electrically connected with the second coupling portion, the three contact pins are respectively connected with the positive electrode contact piece, the negative electrode contact piece and the grounding contact piece, so that the electric connection between the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 is realized.
The supporting seat 30 of the garment steamer can be supported on the supporting table-board such as the ground, the table-board and the like, the contact area between the supporting seat 30 of the garment steamer and the supporting table-board is large, and the supporting is stable. Wherein, the coupler 20 is used for supplying power for the steamer body 10, namely the steamer support base 30 is a non-electric base, and the steamer support base 30 only plays a role in supporting and fixing.
The steamer support base 30 may be a solid block structure. In some alternative embodiments, to reduce the weight of the garment steamer support 30, the garment steamer support 30 may be a hollow container-like structure to receive the first and second latches 41, 42 within the garment steamer support 30, simplifying the appearance of the garment steamer support 30. For example, the steamer support base 30 includes a base 310 and a cover 320, the base 310 can be used to be supported on a support table, and the cover 320 closes the opening of the base 310.
In some alternative embodiments, the steamer support base 30 is provided with a recess 32, and the coupler 20 is removably received in the recess 32. The recess 32 may have a recess depth greater than the height of the coupler 20 so that a portion of the garment steamer body 10 extends into and is supported within the recess 32 when the garment steamer body 10 is connected to the coupler 20. Thus, when the hand-held steamer is in the "wireless" state, the coupler 20 is located inside the recess 32, and the user can observe the coupler 20 only at a specific angle, so that the appearance is concise. And when the hand-held garment steamer is in a 'locking' state, the height of the hand-held garment steamer is smaller.
Wherein, the internal diameter of depressed part 32 can also be with the external diameter looks adaptation of handle portion, like this, when handheld garment steamer is in "locking" state, the internal wall face of depressed part 32 and the outer wall contact of handle portion, the internal wall face of depressed part 32 forms the spacing to handle portion, and garment steamer body 10's support stability is higher. Certainly, the side wall surface of the recessed portion 32 is further provided with a trace notch for the power line to pass through.
The recessed portion 32 has different recessed directions, and the handle portion can be supported on the support base 30 of the garment steamer in different directions, so that the user can take the garment steamer conveniently. Illustratively, the recessed portion 32 may be vertically recessed with the handle portion vertically supported above the garment steamer support base 30.
Wherein, the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are detachably connected, and the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 are detachably connected. Namely, the connection between the first coupling part and the second coupling part and the detachable connection structure are included between the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20; and a detachable connecting structure is also arranged between the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 30 of the garment steamer.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application is also provided with a first locking piece 41 and a second locking piece 42 which are rotatably connected with the supporting seat 30 of the garment steamer; the first latch 41 rotates relative to the steamer support 30 and can pass through the recess 32 to connect or disconnect the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20; the second latch 42 pivots relative to the steamer support 30 and can pass through the recess 32 to connect or disconnect the coupler 20 from the steamer support 30.
To rotate the first and second lock members 41, 42, the embodiment of the present application further includes an operating member 43 that is movable relative to the support base 30. Because the first lock 41 and the second lock 42 are spaced apart, when the operating member 43 moves to different positions of the steamer support base 30, the operating member 43 can be connected to one of the first lock 41 and the second lock 42 and separated from the other, or the operating member 43 can be separated from the first lock 41 and the second lock 42 at the same time, so as to change the connection state between the steamer body 10, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30, i.e. to switch the hand-held steamer between the "wired", "wireless" and "locked" states.
Specifically, when the operating member 43 drives the first locking member 41 or the second locking member 42 to rotate, so that the coupler 20 is connected to the steamer support 30 and the steamer body 10 is separated from the coupler 20, the steamer is in a "wireless" state. Components such as water pumps in the garment steamer body 10 can be powered by batteries, the heating part releases heat to heat water through self heat, the garment steamer is suitable for the condition that the battery electric quantity is sufficient and the heat storage capacity of the heating part is sufficient, and at the moment, a user does not need to be limited by the length of a power line on the coupler 20 when using the garment steamer.
When the operating member 43 is used to rotate the first locking member 41 or the second locking member 42, the coupler 20 is connected to the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 is separated from the steamer support base 30, the steamer is in a "wired" state. At this time, the garment steamer can be electrically connected to the power source through the coupler 20, the battery and the heating element are both powered by the power source, and the garment steamer is not limited by the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heating element. No matter the battery power and the heat storage capacity of the heating element are remained, the user can choose to use the power supply to supply power. That is, even if the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heat generating member are sufficient, the garment steamer body 10 can be powered by the power supply.
When the first lock 41 or the second lock 42 is rotated by the operating member 43 to simultaneously connect the steamer body 10, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 together, the steamer is in a "locked" state. At this point, when the connection between the coupler 20 and the power source is broken, the hand-held steamer may be in an idle state, i.e., the user is not using the hand-held steamer. Or when the coupler 20 is electrically connected to a power source via a power cord, the hand-held steamer is in a state of supplying power to the battery and storing heat for the heat generating member. Of course, the user can also iron the garment directly using the hand-held steamer in the "locked" state.
Like this, the handheld garment steamer that this application embodiment provided does not receive the restriction of battery electric quantity and the piece heat accumulation that generates heat, and the user can use handheld garment steamer, convenient to use at any time. And the user realizes the switching of the state of the hand-held garment steamer through the movement of the operating piece 43 relative to the garment steamer supporting seat 30, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Wherein the operating member 43 can be removably connected to different positions of the steamer support base 30. In some alternative embodiments, the steamer support base 30 is provided with a sliding part 31 slidably connected with the operating part 43, and two ends of the sliding part 31 extend towards the first locking part 41 and the second locking part 42 respectively; when the operating member 43 is moved to a different position of the slide portion 31 in the direction in which it extends, the operating member 43 can be brought into abutment with or separated from either one of the first lock member 41 and the second lock member 42.
Thus, the user can drive the operating member 43 to move along the extending direction of the sliding part 31, so as to change the relative position of the operating member 43 relative to the supporting seat 30 of the garment steamer, and the operation is convenient.
The sliding portion 31 may be a guide projection projecting from the outer wall surface of the steamer support base 30. Optionally, when the support base 30 is a hollow container-shaped structure, the sliding portion 31 may also be a guide groove communicating the inside and outside of the support base 30, one end of the operating element 43 is located inside the support base 30, and the other end of the operating element 43 extends out of the support base 30 and forms an operating end for a user to hold. In the moving process of the operating member 43, the outer wall surface of the operating member 43 contacts with the inner wall surface of the steamer support base 30 or the guide groove, and the stability is high.
The extending direction of the sliding portion 31 may be different according to the relative positions of the first and second lock members 41 and 42. For example, the sliding portion 31 may be disposed between the first locking member 41 and the second locking member 42, and the sliding portion 31 extends in a linear direction, so that the structure of the sliding portion 31 is simple and easy to mold.
The operating member 43 may be in contact with the first lock member 41 or the second lock member 42 by its own body structure. In some alternative embodiments, the operating member 43 is provided with a first abutting portion 431 and a second abutting portion 432, the first abutting portion 431 is used for abutting against the first locking member 41, and the second abutting portion 432 is used for abutting against the second locking member 42.
The first abutting portion 431 protrudes toward the first lock 41, and the second abutting portion 432 protrudes toward the second lock 42, so that the moving stroke of the operating member 43 can be reduced, and the operation by the user is facilitated.
In alternative embodiments, a damping member (not shown) is disposed between the operating member 43 and the steamer support base 30 to keep the operating member 43 fixed relative to the steamer support base 30 when the steamer body 10, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 are connected in different states.
The damping member may be an elastic rubber member, for example, the damping member may be attached to an inner wall surface of the guide groove, the operation member 43 is inserted into the guide groove, and the damping member is deformed and pressed between the operation member 43 and the guide groove.
Like this, the frictional force between operating piece 43 and the garment steamer supporting seat 30 is great, and the frictional force between user's application of force resistance operating piece 43 and the damping member is in order to drive operating piece 43 and remove, avoids operating piece 43 to remove relative garment steamer supporting seat 30 by oneself, and garment steamer's safety in utilization is higher.

Fig. 20 is a second structural view of the coupler seat, the locking block and the connecting block in fig. 16. Fig. 21 is a schematic structural diagram of the locking block of fig. 16.
Referring to fig. 1-21, in some alternative embodiments, a locking mechanism is provided between the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 for connecting the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20; the first locking piece 41 is provided with a convex locking part 411, the coupler 20 is provided with a first clamping groove 211, when the operating piece 43 moves to one end of the sliding part 31 close to the first locking piece 41, the operating piece 43 is abutted against the first locking piece 41, and the first locking piece 41 can drive the locking part 411 to extend into the first clamping groove 211 so as to connect the coupler 20 and the garment steamer supporting seat 30; and the first latch 41 can simultaneously trigger the locking mechanism to unlock the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20.
Wherein the locking mechanism is used to connect the steamer body 10 with the coupler 20. That is, in the natural state, the coupler 20 is connected to the steamer body 10 by the locking mechanism, and the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 are in a separated state, i.e., the steamer is in a "wired" state.
The coupler 20 is provided with a first catching groove 211, the first locking member 41 is provided with a protruding locking portion 411, and the recess portion 32 is provided with a first connecting hole 321. Thus, when the first locking member 41 rotates relative to the support base 30, the locking portion 411 can extend into or separate from the first engaging groove 211 through the first connecting hole 321. When the operating member 43 abuts against the first locking member 41 and drives the first locking member 41 to rotate, for example, forward rotation, the locking portion 411 extends into the first engaging groove 211, and the coupler 20 is locked with the supporting seat 30 of the garment steamer by the first locking member 41. When the operating member 43 moves toward a side away from the first locking member 41, the first locking member 41 rotates, e.g., reverses, and the locking portion 411 is disengaged from the first catching groove 211, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 are separated from each other.
In order to realize the switching between the wired state and the wireless state of the garment steamer, when the locking part 411 extends into the first clamping groove 211, the first locking part 41 can trigger the locking mechanism at the same time, so that the locking mechanism disconnects the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20, the coupler 20 is connected to the garment steamer supporting seat 30, the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are separated from each other, and the garment steamer is switched to the wireless state. It can be appreciated that when the locking portion 411 is disengaged from the first snap groove 211 and the coupler 20 is separated from the support base 30 of the garment steamer, the locking mechanism simultaneously locks the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20, and the garment steamer switches to the "wired" state. The first locking member 41 may be connected to the locking mechanism through the first connection hole 321. Optionally, in this embodiment, the recess 32 is further provided with a second connection hole 322, the second connection hole 322 is spaced from the first connection hole 321, and the first locking member 41 is connected to the locking mechanism through the second connection hole 322. That is, a portion of the first latch 41 connected to the locking mechanism is spaced apart from the locking portion 411.
That is, the garment steamer can be switched between "wired" and "wireless" by the abutment of the operating member 43 with the first latch 41.
In some alternative embodiments, when the locking portion 411 is disengaged from the first snap groove 211, the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are locked by the locking mechanism; the operating member 43 is movable to different positions of the slide 31 to connect the second lock 42 to the steamer body 10, or the second lock 42 is separated from the steamer body 10 to unlock the steamer body 10 from the steamer support base 30.
That is, the locking portion 411 is disengaged from the first engaging groove 211, and when the operating member 43 is located at different positions of the sliding portion 31 during the process that the operating member 43 moves towards the end away from the first locking member 41 along the extending direction of the sliding portion 31, the garment steamer can be switched between the "wired" state and the "locked" state.
Specifically, when the operating element 43 is located at the middle of the sliding portion 31, the locking portion 411 is disengaged from the first locking groove 211, the coupler 20 is separated from the steamer support base 30, and the second locking member 42 does not connect the steamer support base 30 to the steamer body 10 or the coupler 20, so that the steamer is in a "wired" state.
When the operating member 43 moves to the end of the slide portion 31 near the second lock member 42, the operating member 43 may abut against the second lock member 42. When the operating member 43 abuts against the second locking member 42, the second locking member 42 can be driven to rotate, for example, rotate reversely, so that the second locking member 42 is fixedly connected to the steamer body 10 or the coupler 20, and thus the steamer body 10, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 are mutually locked and fixed, and the steamer is switched to the "locked" state. When the operating member 43 moves toward a side away from the second lock 42, the second lock 42 rotates, for example, rotates forward, the second lock 42 is separated from the steamer body 10 or the coupler 20, that is, the steamer support base 30 and the steamer body 10 and the steamer support base 30 and the coupler 20 are separated, and the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are locked by the locking mechanism, so that the steamer is switched to the wired state. The recessed portion 32 is provided with a third connecting hole 323, and the second locking member 42 can pass through the third connecting hole 323 to be connected and fixed with the garment steamer body 10 or the coupler 20.
That is, the garment steamer can be switched between "wired" and "locked" by abutment of the operating member 43 with the second lock 42.
To switch the garment steamer between "wired" and "locked", the second lock 42 can be snapped into the garment steamer body 10 or the coupler 20. In some optional embodiments, the garment steamer body 10 is provided with a second clamping groove 11; when the operating element 43 moves to the end of the sliding part 31 close to the second locking member 42, the operating element 43 abuts against the second locking member 42, and the second locking member 42 can extend into the second clamping groove 11 to connect the garment steamer body 10 and the garment steamer support base 30.
Thus, when the second locking member 42 rotates forward and backward, the second locking member 42 can extend into or separate from the second engaging groove 11 through the third connecting hole 323. When the second locking member 42 extends into the second engaging groove 11, the garment steamer body 10 is fixed relative to the garment steamer support base 30. Because the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are now fixedly connected by the locking mechanism, the hand-held garment steamer switches to a "locked" state. When the second locking member 42 is separated from the second clamping groove 11, the garment steamer body 10 and the garment steamer support base 30 are separated from each other, and at the moment, the garment steamer body 10 is fixedly connected with the coupler 20 through the locking mechanism, so that the handheld garment steamer is switched to be in a wired state.
That is, through the joint or the separation between second locking piece 42 and the second joint groove 11, can realize being connected or breaking off between garment steamer body 10 and garment steamer supporting seat 30, the joint is firm, and easily switches convenient operation between two kinds of connection status.
In some alternative embodiments, a first elastic member 44 is disposed between the second locking member 42 and the support 30, and an end of the second locking member 42 engaged with the second engaging groove 11 can rotate toward a side away from the second engaging groove 11 under the elastic force of the first elastic member 44.
That is, in the initial state without being driven by the operating member 43, the second locking member 42 is separated from the second engaging groove 11 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 44, the garment steamer body 10 and the garment steamer support base 30 are in an unconnected state, and the user can select the "wired" or "wireless" state as required when using the garment steamer.
The first elastic member 44 may be a spring, an elastic rubber block, or other elastic components capable of restoring deformation.
In some alternative embodiments, a second elastic member 45 is disposed between the first locking member 41 and the garment steamer support base 30, and the locking portion 411 can rotate toward a side away from the first catching groove 211 under the elastic force of the second elastic member 45.
That is, in the initial state without being driven by the operating member 43, the locking portion 411 of the first locking member 41 is disengaged from the first engaging groove 211 by the elastic force of the second elastic member 45, the coupler 20 and the steamer support base 30 are in the unconnected state, and the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are locked by the locking mechanism, that is, the hand-held steamer is in the "wired" state.
The second elastic member 45 may be a spring, an elastic rubber block, or other elastic component capable of restoring deformation.
In some alternative embodiments, when the hand-held garment steamer is switched to the "wired" state, the operating member 43 is located at the middle of the sliding part 31, the second locking member 42 can abut against the second abutting part 432 under the elastic force of the first elastic member 44, and the first locking member 41 can abut against the first abutting part 431 under the elastic force of the second elastic member 45. Of course, depending on the protrusion heights of the first abutting portion 431 and the second abutting portion 432, the first locking member 41, the second locking member 42 and the operating member 43 can be separated from each other when the hand-held garment steamer is in the "wired" state.
In some alternative embodiments, the coupler 20 includes a coupler housing 21, the coupler housing 21 is provided with a first through hole 212; the locking mechanism comprises a locking block 51 and a third elastic piece 52, the locking block 51 is slidably arranged in the coupler shell 21, the third elastic piece 52 is connected between the locking block 51 and the coupler shell 21, and the locking block 51 extends out of the coupler shell 21 through the first through hole 212 under the elastic force of the third elastic piece 52 and is clamped with the garment steamer body 10.
Thus, in a natural state, the locking block 51 may be extended to the outside of the coupler housing 21 by the elastic force of the third elastic member 52 and be engaged with the coupler housing 21.
Correspondingly, the handle portion of the garment steamer body 10 is provided with a third clamping groove 12, and the locking block 51 can extend into the third clamping groove 12 and be clamped with the third clamping groove 12.
The direction of the elastic force of the third elastic member 52 faces the outer side of the coupler housing 21, and the direction of the elastic force of the third elastic member 52 forms an included angle with the inserting direction of the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20, so that the outer wall surface of the locking block 51 can be clamped with the inner wall surface of the third clamping groove 12, and the clamping is firm.
The third elastic member 52 may be an elastic rubber block, a spring, or the like, which is easy to restore and deform, and the embodiment is not limited.
The locking block 51 may be provided inside the coupler housing 21, so that the appearance of the coupler 20 is concise. In some alternative embodiments, the locking mechanism further includes a connecting block 53 movable relative to the coupler housing 21, one end of the connecting block 53 abuts against the locking portion 411 of the first locking member 41, the other end of the connecting block 53 abuts against the locking block 51, and the connecting block 53 can push the locking block 51 to retract into the coupler housing 21 under the force of the locking portion 411.
Thus, one end of the connecting block 53 extends into the coupler housing 21 and is connected to the locking block 51, and the other end of the connecting block 53 extends out of the coupler housing 21 and is connected to the locking portion 411, so that the locking block 51 is driven by the locking portion 411 to resist the elastic force of the third elastic member 52 and retract into the coupler housing 21.
In some alternative embodiments, the contact surface between the locking portion 411 and the connecting block 53 is an inclined surface, the contact surface between the connecting block 53 and the locking block 51 is an inclined surface, and the moving direction of the connecting block 53 and the moving direction of the locking portion 411 and the moving direction of the connecting block 53 and the moving direction of the locking block 51 are included at an angle.
The contact surface between the locking portion 411 and the connecting block 53 is an inclined surface, so that the moving direction of the locking portion 411 and the moving direction between the connecting block 53 form an included angle. Correspondingly, the contact surface between the locking block 51 and the connecting block 53 is an inclined surface, and the moving direction of the connecting block 53 and the moving direction of the locking block 51 can also be arranged at an included angle, so that the coupler 20 with limited size can be applied.
The moving direction of the first lock member 41 and the lock block 51 may be set as needed according to the inclination angle and the inclination direction of the slope. For example, the moving direction of the first locking member 41 may be arranged in parallel with the moving direction of the locking block 51, and the moving direction of the connecting block 53 may be arranged perpendicular to the moving direction of the locking block 51.
