Specifically, the first pressing piece 5a has a first pressing end 51a, the second pressing piece 5b has a second pressing end 51b, and the first pressing piece 5a is pressed by pressing the first pressing end 51a, so that the first pressing piece 5a is driven to move downwards; the pressing of the second pressing piece 5b is achieved by pressing the second pressing end 51b, causing the second pressing piece 5b to move down.
Further, in order to facilitate the pressing operation of the first pressing end 51a or the second pressing end 51b by the operator, in this embodiment, the first pressing piece 5a further includes a first pressing piece body 52a connected to a lower end of the first pressing end 51a, and the second pressing piece 5b further includes a second pressing piece body 52b connected to a lower end of the second pressing end 51b, wherein the first pressing end 51a, the first pressing piece body 52a, the second pressing end 51b and the second pressing piece body 52b are all of a cylindrical structure, and a diameter of the first pressing end 51a is greater than a diameter of the first pressing piece body 52a, and a diameter of the second pressing end 51b is greater than a diameter of the second pressing piece body 52 b. Thus, the pressing operation of the first pressing end 51a or the second pressing end 51b by the operator is facilitated.
In order to lock or unlock the base 1 and the coupling connector 3 and the garment steamer body 2 and the coupling connector 3 by the movement of the pressing member 5 and the locking member 41, a corresponding connection mechanism is also provided between the base 1 and the coupling connector 3 or between the garment steamer body 2 and the coupling connector 3. Optionally, the steamer 100 further comprises a locking mechanism 32, and the locking mechanism 32 can be triggered by the locking unit 4 to unlock the steamer body 2 and the coupling connector 3 and lock the base 1 and the coupling connector 3. Wherein the locking mechanism 32 can be located on the base 1, the coupling connector 3 or the garment steamer body 2.
In a specific embodiment of the present embodiment, the coupling connector 3 includes a second housing 31, and the locking mechanism 32 is located in the second housing 31. It will be appreciated that the shape of the second housing 31 may match the shape of the mounting groove 11 to be stably seated in the mounting groove 11.

Figure 16 is a schematic cross-sectional C-C view of the garment steamer 100 of figure 5 in a corded state. Fig. 17 is a partially enlarged schematic view at I in fig. 16. This will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 6 to 17.
In an alternative embodiment, a first avoiding hole 111 is formed in a wall of the mounting slot 11, and a part of the locking mechanism 32 can extend into the mounting slot 11 through the first avoiding hole 111 to lock the base 1 and the coupling connector 3, so that the garment steamer 100 provided in this embodiment is in a fixed state or a wireless state.
Specifically, the first avoiding hole 111 may be plural, so that different portions of the locking mechanism 32 may pass through different first avoiding holes 111 to extend into the mounting groove 11. Different parts of the locking mechanism 32 can be in contact with the coupling connector 3 or the steamer body 2, respectively, to snap or trigger movement of other structures to perform the unlocking or locking function.
In order to connect the base 1 and the coupling connector 3, in the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 32 includes a first locking block 321, and when the locking unit 4 moves relative to the installation groove 11, the first locking block 321 may extend into the installation groove 11 through the first avoiding hole 111 to lock the base 1 and the coupling connector 3, or retract to the outside of the installation groove 11 to unlock the base 1 and the coupling connector 3.
Specifically, the first locking block 321 may be located at a side of the locking member 41 facing the installation groove 11, and may extend into the installation groove 11 through the first avoiding hole 111. Thereby abutting or engaging with corresponding structures on the coupler connector 3, thereby locking the coupler connector 3 in the mounting groove 11, and completing the locking between the base 1 and the coupler connector 3. And the first locking piece 321 can also be retracted out of the mounting groove 11 along with the locking piece 41 to release the connection between the base 1 and the coupling connector 3.
In order to be connected with the first locking block 321 in a matching manner, a corresponding connecting structure is required on the coupling connector 3, in this embodiment, a limiting groove 314 is formed in a side wall of the second housing 31, the limiting groove 314 is disposed opposite to the first locking block 321, a notch of the limiting groove 314 faces the locking element 41, and when the first locking block 321 on the locking element 41 moves towards the coupling connector 3 and extends into the limiting groove 314, the limiting groove 314 can fix and limit the first locking block 321. At this time, the coupling connector 3 cannot be upwardly separated from the mounting groove 11 by the fixing action of the first locking block 321 and the limiting groove 314, so as to lock the base 1 and the coupling connector 3. Further, in addition to the structure for connection such as the first stopper groove 314, an electrical connection structure such as a connection terminal in the coupling connector 3 may be fixed and housed in the second housing 31.
In order to reduce the shaking condition of the base 1 and the coupling connector 3 during locking, the shape of the first locking block 321 can be matched with the shape of the limiting groove 314, so that when the first locking block 321 extends into the limiting groove 314, the gap between the first locking block 321 and the limiting groove 314 is small, the base 1 and the coupling connector 3 are connected reliably, and the shaking condition is small.
In some embodiments, the locking unit 4 further comprises a first elastic member 42; the locking piece 41 is provided with a sliding groove 413, one end of the sliding groove 413 facing the installation groove 11 is provided with an opening 4131, the first locking piece 321 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 413, and the first locking piece 321 protrudes out of the opening 4131 of the sliding groove 413 and can extend into the installation groove 11 through the first avoidance hole 111; the first elastic member 42 is connected between the locking member 41 and the first locking block 321, and the elastic direction of the first elastic member 42 is directed from the outside of the mounting groove 11 to the inside of the mounting groove 11, and the sliding stroke of the first locking block 321 in the sliding groove 413 is smaller than the moving stroke of the locking unit 4 relative to the mounting groove 11.
Since the first locking block 321 is movably connected to the locking member 41 through the first elastic member 42, the first locking block 321 will not move continuously when moving to a position where it abuts against the bottom of the limiting groove 314. At this time, even if the locking unit 4 needs to be moved continuously in order to unlock the coupling connector 3 from the steamer body 2, the first locking piece 321 does not move forward again, but reversely presses the first elastic member 42 to compress, and keeps itself at a position contacting the bottom of the stopper groove 314 with respect to the coupling connector 3, thereby not interfering with the continuous movement of the locking unit 4.
The first elastic member 42 may be a spring or other conventional elastic elements, and the specific structure and form of the first elastic member 42 are not limited herein.
In order to unlock the garment steamer body 2 and the coupling connector 3 when the locking unit 4 is moved, a corresponding trigger unlocking structure can be arranged on the locking unit 4.
In order to realize the locking and unlocking between the coupling connector 3 and the garment steamer body 2, optionally, the locking member 41 includes a locking portion 414, the upper housing 311 is provided with a second avoiding hole 3111, and when the locking unit 4 moves relative to the mounting groove 11, the locking portion 414 can extend into the mounting groove 11 through the second avoiding hole 3111 to unlock the garment steamer body 2 and the coupling connector 3. In particular, the locking mechanism 32 includes a trigger assembly 322, and when the locking portion 414 extends into the mounting slot 11, the locking portion 414 can abut against the trigger assembly 322 to facilitate disconnection between the steamer body 2 and the coupling connector 3.
In this way, the locking unit 4 is provided with not only the first locking block 321 for controlling the locking relationship between the base 1 and the coupling connector 3, but also a locking portion 414 for controlling and triggering the unlocking of the coupling connector 3 from the garment steamer body 2; when the locking member 41 is moved toward the mounting groove 11 by the pushing of the pressing member 5 and the first locking piece 321 and the coupling connector 3 are engaged, the locking portion 414 is also inserted into the mounting groove 11 from the second avoiding hole 3111 along with the movement of the locking member 41. The locking portion 414 may be used to apply a force to a component on the coupler connector 3 to trigger unlocking between the coupler connector 3 and the steamer body 2.
The locking part 414 may have various forms, for example, the locking part 414 may be a protrusion protruding toward the mounting groove 11 side of the locking member 41, a hook, or the like.
Specifically, the locking mechanism 32 can be locked to the steamer body 2 by a variety of different structures, such as including a retractable snap tab in the locking mechanism 32, and using the snap tab to lock the steamer body 2 to a position. In an alternative configuration, the trigger assembly 322 includes a second locking block 3221, a connecting block 3222, and a second resilient member 3223; the second locking block 3221 and the connecting block 3222 are slidably disposed in the second housing 31, the sliding directions of the second locking block 3221 and the connecting block 3222 are different, the second elastic member 3223 is connected between the second locking block 3221 and the second housing 31, and the second locking block 3221 protrudes out of the second housing 31 under the elastic force of the second elastic member 3223 and is clamped with the garment steamer body 2; the first end of the connecting block 3222 abuts against the locking part 414, the second end of the connecting block 3222 abuts against the second locking block 3221, and when the locking part 414 extends into the mounting groove 11, the connecting block 3222 pushes the second locking block 3221 to retract from the clamping position under the action of the locking part 414.
In order to be engaged with the second locking block 3221, a corresponding opening or an engaging groove may be formed on the sidewall of the steamer body 2, and the second locking block 3221 is engaged with the opening or the engaging groove. In addition, the second elastic element 3223 may also be a spring, or other common elastic elements, and the specific structure and form of the second elastic element 3223 are not limited herein.
Further, the connecting block 3222 may be located between the locking portion 414 and the second locking block 3221, and opposite ends of the connecting block 3222 may abut against the locking portion 414 and the second locking block 3221, respectively. The connecting block 3222 is thus able to transmit displacement and force from the locking portion 414, thereby pushing the second locking block 3221 to a position retracted inside the mounting slot 11, so that the coupling connector 3 and the steamer body 2 are unlocked.
Since the first locking piece 321 needs to be retracted into the first avoiding hole 111 in the opposite direction when the locking portion 414 is extended toward the mounting groove 11, the connection piece 3222 needs to transmit the force from the locking portion 414 to the other direction by its own shape. In order to realize the direction-changing transmission of the acting force, optionally, the contact surfaces of the locking portion 414 and the first end of the connecting block 3222 are inclined surfaces, the contact surfaces of the second locking block 3221 and the second end of the connecting block 3222 are inclined surfaces, and the sliding direction of the connecting block 3222, the sliding direction of the locking portion 414, and the sliding direction of the second locking block 3221 both form an included angle.
Here, the locking part 414 and the second locking block 3221 may be located at different positions in the axial direction of the coupling connector 3, so that in order to transmit the acting force between the locking part 414 and the second locking block 3221, the moving direction of the locking part 414 and the second locking block 3221 relative to the second housing 31 may have an angle with the sliding direction of the connecting block 3222. Illustratively, the moving direction of the locking part 414 and the second locking piece 3221 may be along a radial direction of the coupling connector 3, and the sliding direction of the connection piece 3222 may be along an axial direction of the coupling connector 3. Since the contact surfaces between the connecting block 3222 and the locking portion 414 and between the connecting block 3222 and the second locking block 3221 are inclined surfaces, wherein the contact surface between the connecting block 3222 and the locking portion 414 can be defined as a first inclined surface 3222a, and the contact surface between the connecting block 3222 and the second locking block 3221 is defined as a second inclined surface 3222b, the inclined directions of the first inclined surface 3222a and the second inclined surface 3222b are opposite. When the locking portion 414 moves in the radial direction of the coupling connector 3, that is, in the horizontal direction in the figure, by the first inclined surface 3222a, the component force of the acting force of the locking portion 414 in the vertical direction in the figure pushes the connecting block 3222 to slide axially along the coupling connector 3; while the connecting block 3222 is axially slid along the coupling connector 3, a component force in the horizontal direction in the figure can also be applied to the second locking block 3221 by the second inclined surface 3222b, and since the first inclined surface 3222a and the second inclined surface 3222b are oppositely arranged, the component force in the horizontal direction is opposite to the acting force of the locking part 414, so that the second locking block 3221 can be pushed to move along the radial direction of the coupling connector 3 and retract to the inside of the second housing 31 of the coupling connector 3.
In addition, in order to ensure the operational reliability of the first locking block 321 when unlocking is triggered, optionally, the first locking blocks 321 are two and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the locking part 414. Thus, the two first locking blocks 321 correspond to different limiting grooves 314, so that the connection limitation between the coupling connector 3 and the base 1 is reliable.
