In the prior art, components such as a water pump in a wireless handheld garment steamer are powered by a battery, and a heating part can store heat by itself to heat water. However, when the battery capacity is low or the heat storage capacity of the heat generating element is low, the hand-held garment steamer needs to be charged until the battery capacity is sufficient and the heat storage capacity of the heat generating element is sufficient. That is, the user cannot use the hand-held garment steamer at any time, which is inconvenient to use.
In view of this, the present application provides a hand-held garment steamer, wherein the garment steamer body and the coupler are detachably connected through the first clamping assembly. Like this, when battery electric quantity is sufficient and the piece heat accumulation that generates heat is sufficient, the user can break off garment steamer body and coupler through first joint subassembly, makes handheld garment steamer be in "wireless" operating condition. When the battery power is not enough or the heat accumulation of the heating element is not enough, the user can move the driving element, so that the driving element and the first clamping component are positioned in the magnetic force action range, and the driving element and the first clamping component are connected with the hanging ironing machine body and the coupler, the coupler is connected with the power supply through the power line, so that the battery of the hanging ironing machine body and the heating element directly supply power through the power supply, and at the moment, the handheld hanging ironing machine is in a wired state. Of course, the "wired" state of the hand-held steamer is also applicable to situations where the battery power is sufficient and the heat storage capacity of the heat generating element is sufficient. Therefore, the user can use the garment steamer at any time according to the requirement, and the garment steamer is convenient to use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a hand-held garment steamer provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the first hand-held garment steamer of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the second hand-held garment steamer of fig. 1. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the hand-held steamer of FIG. 1 in a "wireless" state. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a portion a in fig. 4. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the hand-held steamer of FIG. 1 in a "locked" position. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a portion B in fig. 6. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the hand-held steamer of FIG. 1 in a "wired" state. Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a portion C in fig. 8.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a hand-held garment steamer, which includes a garment steamer body 10, a coupler 20 and a support base 40; a first clamping component 31 is arranged between the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20, and the coupler 20 can be detachably connected with the garment steamer body 10 through the first clamping component 31; a second clamping assembly 32 is arranged between the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40, and the coupler 20 can be detachably connected with the supporting seat 40 through the second clamping assembly 32; the hand-held garment steamer further comprises a driving part 33, the driving part 33 is a magnetic connecting part, the first clamping component 31 and the second clamping component 32 are both members which can be magnetically attracted with the driving part 33, and the driving part 33 moves relative to the garment steamer body 10 and can drive at least one of the first clamping component 31 and the second clamping component 32 to stretch so that the coupler 20 is connected to at least one of the garment steamer body 10 and the supporting seat 40; and when the coupler 20 is attached to the steamer body 10, the steamer body 10 can be electrically connected to the coupler 20.
Specifically, the garment steamer is used for heating water, so that the temperature of the water rises and is gasified into steam, and the high-temperature steam can iron the clothes to be ironed, so that the clothes to be ironed are relatively flat. Wherein, the hand-held garment steamer is small in size and convenient to carry.
The hand-held garment steamer comprises a garment steamer body 10, wherein the garment steamer body 10 comprises a body shell, and a heating part, a water tank, a water pump and the like which are arranged in the body shell. The water pump is connected between the heating element and the water tank and used for conveying water in the water tank to the heating element. The heating member heats water to form steam, and the steam is discharged from the heating member and is ejected outwards through the air injection holes in the garment steamer body 10.
A battery (not shown) is also provided on the hand-held steamer for powering components such as the water pump. The battery can be a lead-acid battery, a lithium iron phosphate battery and the like, has larger capacity, can be charged and discharged for many times, and has longer service life.
Wherein, the heating member is a heat storage member. When the steamer body 10 is electrically connected to the coupler 20 and is connected to a power source via a power cord, the power source supplies power to the heat generating member, and at this time, the heat generating member is in a heat storage state. Then, when the garment steamer is in a wireless state, the heating element can heat water through self heat so as to make the water generate water vapor, and at the moment, the heating element is in a heat release state. Until the heat of the heat generating member is exhausted or the heat of the heat generating member is insufficient to vaporize the water.
To facilitate gripping, the garment steamer body 10 includes a handle portion 110 and a body portion 120 that are connected. Wherein, each component in the garment steamer body 10 can be arranged on the handle part 110 or the main body part 120 according to the requirement. Illustratively, in this embodiment, the water tank, the water pump and the heat generating member are all located on the main body portion 120, and the battery, and components such as an electrical connection wire, an electrical connection joint and a control board connected to the battery are disposed on the handle portion 110.
In this way, coupler 20 may be electrically connected to handle portion 110. The handle portion 110 is provided with a first coupling portion electrically connected with the coupler 20, the coupler 20 includes a coupler seat 210, a coupler housing 220, and a second coupling portion disposed on the coupler seat 210, and the coupler seat 210 and the coupler housing 220 enclose a receiving cavity receiving the second coupling portion.
For avoiding when the user uses handheld garment steamer, the power cord influences user operation, and first coupling portion can set up the tip that deviates from main part 120 at handle portion 110, and like this, the interval between power cord and the main part 120 is great, avoids the power cord winding on main part 120, influences the steam and goes out vapour.
The first coupling part and the second coupling part may be of a structure well known to those skilled in the art. Illustratively, the second coupling portion is disposed on the coupler seat 210, and the second coupling portion is provided with a positive electrode contact, a negative electrode contact and a ground contact at intervals, and when the power line is connected to the power source, the positive electrode contact and the negative electrode contact are both communicated with an alternating current. The first coupling portion is provided with three contact pins, and when the first coupling portion is electrically connected with the second coupling portion, the three contact pins are respectively connected with the positive electrode contact piece, the negative electrode contact piece and the grounding contact piece, so that the electric connection between the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 is realized.
The supporting seat 40 can be supported on the supporting table top such as the ground, the table top and the like, the contact area of the supporting seat 40 and the supporting table top is large, and the supporting is stable. Wherein, the coupler 20 is used for supplying power for the garment steamer body 10, that is to say the supporting seat 40 is the electroless base, and the supporting seat 40 only plays a role in supporting and fixing.
The support base 40 may be a solid block structure. In some alternative embodiments, to reduce the weight of the support base 40, the support base 40 may be a hollow container-like structure. For example, the support base 40 includes a base body 42 and a cover 43, the base body 42 can be used for supporting on the support table, and the cover 43 closes the opening of the base body 42.
In some alternative embodiments, the coupler 20 is connected to the cover 43, and the supporting seat 40 is provided with a recess 431 for accommodating the coupler 20; wherein, the recess 431 may be formed on any outer wall surface of the support seat 40. Alternatively, the recess 431 may be formed on the top wall surface of the support stand 40, i.e., the recess 431 is formed on the cover 43.
The recess 431 has a recess depth greater than the height of the coupler 20 so that when the steamer body 10 is connected to the coupler 20, a portion of the steamer body 10 extends into and is supported within the recess 431. Thus, when the hand-held steamer is in the "wireless" state, the coupler 20 is located inside the recess 431, and the user can observe the coupler 20 only at a specific angle, so that the appearance is concise. And when the hand-held garment steamer is in a 'locking' state, the height of the hand-held garment steamer is smaller.
The inner diameter of the recess 431 can be matched with the outer diameter of the handle 110, so that when the hand-held garment steamer is in a locking state, the inner wall surface of the recess 431 is in contact with the outer wall surface of the handle 110, the inner wall surface of the recess 431 forms a limit for the handle 110, and the support stability of the garment steamer body 10 is high. Certainly, the side wall surface of the recess 431 is further provided with a trace notch for the power line to pass through.
The concave portions 431 are different in concave direction, so that the handle portion 110 can be supported on the support base 40 in different directions, and is convenient for a user to take. Illustratively, the recessed portion 431 may be vertically recessed, with the handle portion 110 being vertically supported above the steamer support base 40.
Wherein, the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are detachably connected, and the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40 are detachably connected. Namely, the connection between the first coupling part and the second coupling part and the detachable connection structure are included between the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20; and a detachable connection structure is also arranged between the coupler 20 and the support seat 40.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application further comprises a first clamping component 31 and a second clamping component 32, wherein the first clamping component 31 is arranged between the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 and is used for connecting or disconnecting the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20; the second clamping assembly 32 is disposed between the coupler 20 and the support base 40 for connecting and disconnecting the coupler 20 and the support base 40.
In order to drive the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 to move, the present embodiment further includes a driving member 33, and the first clamping assembly 31, the second clamping assembly 32, and the driving member 33 are magnetically attractable members. Thus, a magnetic attraction force or a magnetic repulsion force exists between the driving member 33 and the first clamping assembly 31, and a magnetic attraction force or a magnetic repulsion force exists between the driving member 33 and the second clamping assembly 32. When the driving member 33 moves and is within the magnetic acting force range with the first clamping assembly 31 or the second clamping assembly 32, at least one of the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 can be driven to move so as to change the connection state among the garment steamer body 10, the coupler 20 and the support base 40, namely, the hand-held garment steamer is switched among the states of 'wired', 'wireless' and 'locking'.
Specifically, when the driving member 33 drives at least one of the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 to move through the magnetic force, the garment steamer body 10 is separated from the coupler 20, and the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40 are clamped and fixed through the second clamping assembly 32, the handheld garment steamer is in a wireless state. Components such as water pumps in the garment steamer body 10 are powered by batteries, the heating part releases heat to heat water through self heat, the garment steamer is suitable for the condition that the electric quantity of the batteries is sufficient and the heat storage capacity of the heating part is sufficient, and at the moment, a user does not need to be limited by the length of a power line on the coupler 20 when using the garment steamer.
When the driving member 33 drives at least one of the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 to move through the magnetic force, so that the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are clamped and fixed through the first clamping assembly 31, and the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40 are separated from each other, the garment steamer body 10 is electrically connected with the coupler 20. At this point, the garment steamer is in a "wired" state. At this time, the garment steamer can be electrically connected to the power source through the coupler 20, the battery and the heating element are both powered by the power source, and the garment steamer is not limited by the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heating element. No matter the battery power and the heat storage capacity of the heating element are remained, the user can choose to use the power supply to supply power. That is, even if the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heat generating member are sufficient, the garment steamer body 10 can be powered by the power supply.
When the driving member 33 drives at least one of the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 to move through the magnetic force, so that the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are clamped and fixed through the first clamping assembly 31, and the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40 are clamped and fixed through the second clamping assembly 32, the hand-held garment steamer is in a locking state. At this point, when the connection between the coupler 20 and the power source is broken, the hand-held steamer may be in an idle state, i.e., the user is not using the hand-held steamer. Or when the coupler 20 is electrically connected to a power source via a power cord, the hand-held steamer is in a state of supplying power to the battery and storing heat for the heat generating member. Of course, the user can also iron the garment directly using the hand-held steamer in the "locked" state.
Like this, the handheld garment steamer that this application embodiment provided does not receive the restriction of battery electric quantity and the piece heat accumulation that generates heat, and the user can use handheld garment steamer, convenient to use at any time. Illustratively, when the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heating element are not enough, and the user needs to use the hand-held garment steamer, the user can switch the hand-held garment steamer to a wired state or a locking state, and the power is supplied to the garment steamer body 10 through the power supply, so that the use is convenient.
The first latch assembly 31 and the second latch assembly 32 may include magnets, and the driving member 33 is a magnetically attractable metal member.
In some alternative embodiments, the drive member 33 is a magnet. The magnets may be permanent magnets or electromagnets, and may be selected based on cost, space reserved in the steamer body 10, etc.
The permanent magnet can be made of rare earth permanent magnet material, ferrite permanent magnet material and the like. The permanent magnet is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to obtain, and is convenient to assemble in the handheld garment steamer.
The electromagnet may also be of a construction known to those skilled in the art and comprising a core and a coil, the core being magnetised by applying a current to the coil. And the polarity of the iron core is changed according to the direction of the input current. That is, the polarity of the two ends of the driver 33 can be changed as desired.
In some alternative embodiments, the first latch member 31 includes a magnet or a metal member magnetically engaging with the driving member 33. When the first clamping assembly 31 includes a magnet, the first clamping assembly may be a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and when the first clamping assembly 31 includes a metal piece, the metal piece may be made of iron, nickel, cobalt, or the like. For example, in this embodiment, the first clamping assembly 31 may include a magnet, so that the magnetic force between the first clamping assembly 31 and the driving member 33 is large, and the first clamping assembly 31 is easily moved.
In some alternative embodiments, the second latch assembly 32 includes a magnet or a metal piece that magnetically engages with the driving member 33. When the second clamping assembly 32 includes a magnet, the second clamping assembly may be a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and when the second clamping assembly 32 includes a metal piece, the metal piece may be made of iron, nickel, cobalt, or the like. For example, in this embodiment, the second clamping assembly 32 may include a magnet, so that the magnetic force between the second clamping assembly 32 and the driving member 33 is large, and the second clamping assembly 32 is easily moved.
Wherein, the first clamping assembly 31 can be connected with the garment steamer body 10, and the second clamping assembly 32 is connected with the supporting seat 40. The embodiment is described by taking an example in which the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 are both connected to the coupler 20.
In some alternative embodiments, the first clip assembly 31 can be extended to connect the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 upon activation of the drive member 33; the second clamping assembly 32 is used for connecting the coupler 20 and the support seat 40 and can retract under the trigger of the driving piece 33 so as to separate the coupler 20 and the support seat 40; the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the coupler 20; the driving member 33 is connected to the steamer body 10 and can move to different positions relative to the steamer body 10 along the interval direction between the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32, so that the driving member 33 at least drives the first clamping assembly 31 to extend.
Wherein, to avoid the driver 33 being exposed outside the hand-held steamer and affecting the appearance of the steamer body 10, the driver 33 can be located inside the handle portion 110. The driving member 33 may pass through the handle portion 110 and protrude to the outside of the handle portion 110 for the user to grip.
And the smaller the distance between the driving member 33 and the first and second clamping assemblies 31 and 32 is, the larger the magnetic force between the driving member 33 and the first clamping assembly 31 and between the driving member 33 and the second clamping assembly 32 is, a driving hole is formed on the coupler housing 220 in this embodiment, and the driving member 33 can extend into the coupler housing 220 through the driving hole to drive the first clamping assembly 31 to extend or drive the first and second clamping assemblies 31 and 32 to extend and retract at the same time.
Wherein the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 are arranged at intervals. For example, the first and second snap assemblies 31 and 32 are disposed on the coupler 20 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the coupler 20, and the driving member 33 is correspondingly movable relative to the handle portion 110 along the circumferential direction of the handle portion 110.
Optionally, the first and second clamping assemblies 31 and 32 are disposed on the coupler 20 at intervals along the plugging direction of the plug 14 and the socket 21. That is, the first clip assembly 31 is located at the end of the coupler 20 adjacent the steamer body 10 and the second clip assembly 32 is located at the end of the coupler 20 adjacent the support base 40.
Thus, when the driving member 33 is moved away from the coupler 20, the driving member 33 is in a first position relative to the steamer body 10, the first latch assembly 31 and the second latch assembly 32 are not actuated, the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are separated from each other, the coupler 20 is connected to the support base 40, and the hand-held steamer is in a "wireless" state.
When the driving member 33 is located at the initial position extending into the coupler 20, the driving member 33 is located at the second position relative to the garment steamer body 10, the driving member 33 drives the first clamping assembly 31 to extend out, the garment steamer body 10 is connected with the coupler 20, at this time, the second clamping assembly 32 does not act, the coupler 20 is connected with the supporting seat 40, and the hand-held garment steamer is in the locking state.
When the driving member 33 continues to extend into the coupler 20, the driving member 33 is located at a third position relative to the garment steamer body 10, the driving member 33 can simultaneously drive the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 to extend and retract, the garment steamer body 10 is connected with the coupler 20, the coupler 20 is separated from the supporting seat 40, and the hand-held garment steamer is in a wired state.
In this way, the hand-held steamer can be switched between a "wired", "wireless" or "locked" state when the drive 33 is in different positions relative to the steamer body 10.
In some alternative embodiments, the garment steamer body 10 is provided with a plurality of fixing parts 11, and the plurality of fixing parts 11 are arranged at intervals along the spacing direction of the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32; the fixing portion 11 can be engaged with the driving member 33 for fastening the driving member 33 at different positions of the steamer body 10.
Each fixing portion 11 is correspondingly disposed at different positions of the driving portion 33 relative to the steamer body 10, that is, the driving portion 33 is clamped to the fixing portions 11, so that the driving portion 33 is clamped to the different positions of the steamer body 10, and the handheld steamer can maintain a current using state.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of the chute. Referring to fig. 1 to 11, in order to move the driving member 33, in some alternative embodiments, the steamer body 10 is provided with a sliding chute 12 communicating the inside and the outside of the steamer body 10, the sliding chute 12 extends along the spacing direction of the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32, and the fixing portion 11 is a clamping groove formed on the inner wall surface of the sliding chute 12; the driving member 33 includes a sliding portion 331 for holding, and the sliding portion 331 extends into the sliding slot 12 and can slide along the sliding slot 12; the sliding portion 331 is an elastic member or the sliding portion 331 is covered with an elastic member, and the elastic member can deform under the extrusion of the inner wall surface of the sliding slot 12 and move relative to the sliding slot 12 until the sliding portion 331 is clamped with the fixing portion 11.
Specifically, when the driving member 33 is located inside the handle portion 110, the driving member 33 is connected to a sliding portion 331 for holding. One end of the sliding portion 331 is connected to the driving unit 33, and the other end of the sliding portion 331 extends out of the outer wall surface of the handle portion 110 through the sliding groove 12. Thus, the sliding portion 331 can slide along the sliding groove 12, and an end of the sliding portion 331 extending out of the outer wall surface of the handle portion 110 constitutes an operation end for being held by a user.
In order to make the hand-held garment steamer in a "wired", "wireless" or "locked" state, the sliding part 331 can be fixed on the sliding groove 12 by the fixing part 11, and optionally, the fixing part 11 can be a fastener such as a detachable locking pin. When the slide portion 331 is slid in place, the slide portion 331 is fixed to the handle portion 110 by a lock pin.
The fixing part 11 can also be a clamping groove formed on the inner wall surface of the sliding chute 12; the sliding portion 331 is an elastic member or the sliding portion 331 is covered with an elastic member, and the elastic member can deform under the extrusion of the inner wall surface of the sliding slot 12 and move relative to the sliding slot 12 until the sliding portion 331 is clamped with the fixing portion 11.
Thus, when the slide portion 331 slides in the slide groove 12, the elastic member is pressed and deformed. When the sliding part 331 slides into any clamping groove, the elastic part recovers deformation, the size of the elastic part in a free state is larger than the size of other parts of the sliding groove 12 except the fixing part 11, the sliding part 331 can be prevented from sliding in the sliding groove 12 by itself, the clamping is firm, the operation is convenient, and the structure is simple.
In some optional embodiments, the first clamping assembly 31 includes a first clamping member 311 and a first elastic member 312, one end of the first elastic member 312 is connected to the first clamping member 311, the other end of the first elastic member 312 is connected to one of the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20, and the other of the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 is provided with a first clamping portion 13; the first engaging member 311 can be driven by the driving member 33 to extend into the first engaging portion 13 or retract under the elastic force of the first elastic member 312.
That is, the first elastic member 312 can be connected to the steamer body 10 or the coupler 20, and in a natural state, the first engaging member 311 does not extend into the first engaging portion 13, and the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are in a separated state.
The first engaging member 311 is connected to the coupler 20 through the first elastic member 312 in this embodiment. The first engaging member 311 is a magnetic member, and the first engaging member 311 can be retracted into the coupler 20 under the elastic force of the first elastic member 312. Illustratively, the outer wall surface of the coupler 20 is provided with a first receiving groove, and the first receiving groove is configured to receive the first elastic element 312 and the first clamping element 311. And under the elastic force of the first elastic member 312, the first engaging member 311 does not protrude out of the outer wall surface of the coupler 20.
The first elastic member 312 may be an elastic and deformable component such as a coil spring or an elastic cord.
Correspondingly, the handle portion 110 is provided with a first clamping portion 13 clamped with the first clamping piece 311. Wherein, for the convenience of connection, the end of the handle part 110 can be provided with an annular protrusion 111, and when the garment steamer body 10 is electrically connected with the coupler 20, the annular protrusion 111 surrounds the outer side of the coupler 20. At this time, the first click portion 13 is formed on the inner wall surface of the annular projection 111. The first clamping portion 13 is a clamping groove adapted to the shape of the first clamping member 311.
Since the driving member 33 protrudes into the interior of the coupler housing, the polarities of the ends of the driving member 33 and the first catching member 311 facing each other may be the same. Thus, a magnetic repulsion force exists between the driving member 33 and the first clamping member 311, and when the driving member 33 moves to a position opposite to the first clamping member 311, the first clamping member 311 can extend out under the driving of the magnetic force and is clamped with the first clamping portion 13, so that the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are relatively fixed. And when the driving member 33 moves towards the side away from the coupler 20 and moves away from the first engaging member 311, the first elastic member 312 can drive the first engaging member 311 to contract, so that the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are separated from each other.
Optionally, the second clip assembly 32 includes a second clip member 321 and a second elastic member 322, one end of the second elastic member 322 is connected to the second clip member 321, the other end of the second elastic member 322 is connected to one of the coupler 20 and the support 40, and the other of the coupler 20 and the support 40 is provided with a second clip portion 41; the second latch member 321 can extend into the second latch portion 41 under the elastic force of the second elastic member 322 or retract under the driving of the driving member 33.
That is, the second elastic element 322 can be connected to the coupler 20 or the supporting base 40, and in a natural state, the second engaging element 321 extends into the second engaging portion 41, so that the coupler 20 and the supporting base 40 are relatively fixed. That is, in a natural state, the garment steamer is in a "wireless" state.
In the present embodiment, the second engaging member 321 is connected to the coupler 20 through the second elastic member 322 as an example. The second engaging member 321 is a magnetic member, and the second engaging portion 41 is disposed on a side wall surface of the recess 431. The outer wall surface of the coupler housing 220 may be provided with a second receiving groove for receiving the second engaging member 321 and the second elastic member 322, and under the elastic force of the second elastic member 322, the second engaging member 32 may extend out of the second receiving groove and engage with the second engaging portion 41.
The second elastic member 322 may be a coil spring, an elastic rubber block, or other elastic components capable of restoring deformation.
Since the driving member 33 can extend into the interior of the coupler housing, the polarities of the ends of the driving member 33 and the second snap-in member 321 facing each other can be opposite. Thus, the driving member 33 and the second engaging member 321 have a magnetic attraction therebetween, and when the driving member 33 moves to a position opposite to the second engaging member 321, the second engaging member 321 can be retracted and separated from the second engaging portion 41 under the driving of the magnetic force, so that the coupler 20 and the supporting base 40 are separated from each other. When the driving member 33 moves toward a side away from the coupler 20 and away from the second engaging member 321, the second elastic member 322 can drive the second engaging member 321 to extend into the second engaging portion 41, so that the coupler 20 and the supporting base 40 are relatively fixed.
Thus, referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the driving member 33 is located at the first position relative to the garment steamer body 10, the driving member 33 is located above the coupler 20, the distance between the driving member 33 and the first engaging member 311 and the distance between the driving member 33 and the second engaging member 321 are relatively large, and the driving member 33 and the first engaging member 311, and the driving member 33 and the second engaging member 321 are not located within the magnetic force acting range and are not enough to drive the first engaging member 311 and the second engaging member 321 to move. The first clamping member 311 retracts under the elastic force of the first elastic member 312 and is separated from the first clamping portion 13, and the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are separated from each other. The second engaging member 321 extends into the second engaging portion 41 under the elastic force of the second elastic member 322, the second engaging member 321 engages with the second engaging portion 41, and the coupler 20 is fixed relative to the supporting base 40. At this point, the hand-held steamer is in a "wireless" state.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the driving member 33 is located at the second position relative to the garment steamer body 10, the driving member 33 extends into the coupler 20 through the driving hole and is opposite to the first engaging member 311, the distance between the driving member 33 and the first engaging member 311 is small, and the driving member 33 and the first engaging member 311 are located within the magnetic force action range. The magnetic repulsion force between the first clamping member 311 and the driving member 33 can drive the first clamping member 311 to move and extend into the first clamping portion 13, the first clamping member 311 is clamped with the first clamping portion 13, and the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are relatively fixed. At this time, the distance between the driving element 33 and the second engaging element 321 is relatively large, the driving element 33 and the second engaging element 321 are not located in the magnetic force action range, the second engaging element 321 extends into the second engaging portion 41 under the elastic force action of the second elastic element 322, the second engaging element 321 is engaged with the second engaging portion 41, and the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40 are relatively fixed. At this point, the hand-held steamer is in a "locked" state.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the driving member 33 is located at the third position relative to the garment steamer body 10, the driving member 33 continues to move toward one side of the second engaging member 321 until the driving member 33 is opposite to the second engaging member 321. At this time, the first clamping member 311 and the driving member 33 are still in the magnetic force action range, the magnetic repulsion force between the first clamping member 311 and the driving member 33 can drive the first clamping member 311 to move and extend into the first clamping portion 13, the first clamping member 311 is clamped with the first clamping portion 13, and the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are relatively fixed. Meanwhile, the second engaging member 321 and the driving member 33 are located in the magnetic force acting range, and the magnetic attraction between the second engaging member 321 and the driving member 33 can drive the second engaging member 321 to retract and separate from the second engaging portion 41, so that the coupler 20 and the supporting seat 40 are separated from each other. At this point, the garment steamer is in a "wired" state.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 9, the driving member 33 may be integrally formed as a magnetic coupling member. Considering that the first and second latch assemblies 31 and 32 have a set distance, when the driving member 33 integrally forms a magnetic connector and drives the first and second latch assemblies 31 and 32 at the same time, the driving member 33 has a large size. Optionally, fig. 10 is a schematic view of the structure of section C of the hand-held steamer when another drive member 33 is used. Referring to fig. 10, the driving member 33 may include a connecting member 332 and two magnetic bodies 333 fixed to the connecting member 332, the two magnetic bodies 333 are spaced apart from each other, a distance between the two magnetic bodies 333 is the same as a distance between the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32, and polarities of the two magnetic bodies 333 facing the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 are the same. Thus, when the hand-held steamer is in a wired state, the first clamping assembly 31 and the second clamping assembly 32 can respectively correspond to one magnetic body 333, and the coupler 20 can be stably connected to the steamer body 10.
Optionally, one of the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 is provided with a plug 14, the other of the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 is provided with a slot 21, and the garment steamer body 10 and the coupler 20 are electrically connected through the plug 14 and the slot 21; the plugging direction between the plug 14 and the slot 21 and the telescopic direction of the first clamping component 31 form an included angle, and the plugging direction between the plug 14 and the slot 21 and the telescopic direction of the second clamping component 32 form an included angle.
Where the plug 14 can be understood as the above-mentioned pin, the socket 21 can be understood as a through hole on the coupler housing 220, through which the pin can extend into the coupler housing 220 and contact with the electrode contact, so as to realize the electrical connection between the steamer body 10 and the coupler 20.
Wherein the pins may be provided on coupler 20 and the electrode contacts on handle portion 110. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the contact pins may be provided on the handle portion 110 and the electrode contacts may be provided on the coupler 20. And in order to avoid accidental injury to the user by the pin, the annular protrusion 111 is arranged around the circumference of the pin, and it can be understood that the annular protrusion 111 may form part of the outer wall surface of the handle portion 110.
In this way, when the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion are electrically connected, the annular protrusion 111 may be enclosed outside the coupler housing 220. At this time, the first snap member 31 may be disposed between the coupler housing 220 and the annular projection 111, with the first snap portion 13 formed on the inner wall surface of the annular projection 111. When the coupler 20 is connected to the steamer body 10, the first clamping assembly 31 is hidden inside the body housing, and the appearance of the hand-held steamer is simple.
Through the flexible direction that makes grafting direction and first joint subassembly 31, the moving direction of first joint spare 311 promptly, be the contained angle setting, when garment steamer body 10 and coupler 20 joint, even take place to rock between coupler 20 and the garment steamer body 10, perhaps under the exogenic action, when having the trend of separation between coupler 20 and the garment steamer body 10, the outer wall of first joint spare 311 can with the internal face looks butt of first joint portion 13, avoid being connected between coupler 20 and the garment steamer body 10 to take place to loosen and take off, it is comparatively firm to be connected between coupler 20 and the garment steamer body 10.
The size of the included angle is not set in the embodiment. Meanwhile, the included angle between the extension direction and the insertion direction of the second clamping assembly 32 is not limited in this embodiment.
