Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a household appliance, which includes a body 10 and a coupler 20 connected to a power source through a power line; the body 10 is provided with a first electrode 11, the coupler 20 comprises a coupler shell 21 and a second electrode 22 arranged in the coupler shell 21, the coupler shell 21 is provided with an electrode hole 211 communicating the inner side and the outer side of the coupler shell 21, and the first electrode 11 can extend into the coupler shell 21 through the electrode hole 211; an elastic shielding component 30 is further arranged in the coupler shell 21, and the elastic shielding component 30 can shield the electrode hole 211 under the action of self elastic force; the first electrode 11 can push the elastic shielding component 30 toward one side of the second electrode 22, so that the first electrode 11 is electrically connected with the second electrode 22 through the elastic shielding component 30.
The household appliance may be any one of various split appliances, such as a hand-held steamer, an electric iron, a liquid heating container, a food processor, etc., which supplies power to the body 10 through the coupler 20.
The present embodiment is described by taking a household appliance as a hand-held garment steamer. The garment steamer is used for heating water, so that the temperature of the water rises and is gasified into steam, and the high-temperature steam can iron clothes to be ironed, so that the clothes to be ironed are relatively flat. Wherein, the hand-held garment steamer is small in size and convenient to carry.
The hand-held garment steamer comprises a body 10, wherein the body 10 comprises a body 10 shell and a heating part, a water tank, a water pump and the like which are arranged in the body 10 shell. The water pump is connected between the heating element and the water tank and used for conveying water in the water tank to the heating element. The water is heated by the heat generating member to form water vapor, and the water vapor is discharged from the heat generating member and is jetted out through the air jetting holes of the body 10. The heating element, the water tank and the water pump may be any structures known to those skilled in the art, and the embodiment is not limited.
The hand-held garment steamer is also provided with a battery for supplying power to components such as a water pump and the like. The battery can be a lead-acid battery, a lithium iron phosphate battery and the like, has larger capacity, can be charged and discharged for many times, and has longer service life.
Wherein, the heating member is a heat storage member. When the body 10 is electrically connected to the coupler 20 and connected to a power source via a power cord, the power source supplies power to the heating element, and at this time, the hand-held steamer is in a "wired" state, and the heating element is in a heat storage state. Then, when the steamer is in a wireless state in which the body 10 and the coupler 20 are separated from each other, the heating member can heat water by its own heat to make the water become steam, and at this time, the heating member is in a heat release state. Until the heat of the heat generating member is exhausted or the heat of the heat generating member is insufficient to vaporize the water.
For ease of gripping, the body 10 includes a handle portion and a body portion that are connected. Wherein various components within the body 10 may be provided in either the handle portion or the body portion as desired. In the exemplary embodiment, the water tank, the water pump and the heating element are all located on the main body portion, and the battery, and components such as an electric connection wire, an electric connection joint and a control panel connected with the battery are arranged on the handle portion. In this way, coupler 20 may be electrically connected to the handle portion.
The handle portion is provided with a first coupling portion electrically connected to the coupler 20, the first coupling portion including the first electrode 11. For avoiding the user to use when handheld garment steamer, the power cord influences user operation, and first coupling portion can set up the tip that deviates from the main part at handle portion, and like this, the interval between power cord and the main part is great, avoids the power cord winding on the main part, influences the steam and goes out vapour.
The coupler 20 includes a coupler housing 21, and a second coupling portion and a coupler seat 20 which are disposed in the coupler housing 21, the coupler housing 21 being a container-like structure, the second coupling portion being disposed on the coupler seat 20, the second coupling portion and the coupler seat 20 being disposed in the coupler housing 21, the second coupling portion including a second electrode 22.
The first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 may be pin and contact structures as known to those skilled in the art. Illustratively, the first electrode 11 may be a pin, and the number of the pin is at least one.
The coupler housing 21 is provided with electrode holes 211 at positions corresponding to the second electrodes 22, the electrode holes 211 communicate with the inner side and the outer side of the coupler housing 21, and the number of the second electrodes 22 corresponds to the number of the first electrodes 11. For example, the second electrode 22 and the first electrode 11 are both one or both three, and the embodiment is not limited.
When the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected, the first electrode 11 protrudes into the coupler housing 21 through the electrode hole 211 and contacts the second electrode 22, thereby achieving electrical connection between the body 10 and the coupler 20.
The steamer may further include a support base detachably connected to the coupler 20 for supporting the coupler 20 or both the body 10 and the coupler 20.
When the coupler 20 is fixedly connected with the support base, the body 10 can be separated from the coupler 20, that is, the hand-held garment steamer is in a wireless state. Components such as water pumps in the body 10 can be powered by the batteries, the heating part releases heat to heat water through self heat, the heating part is suitable for the condition that the electric quantity of the batteries is sufficient and the heat storage capacity of the heating part is sufficient, and at the moment, a user does not need to be limited by the length of a power line on the coupler 20 when using the hand-held garment steamer.
When the coupler 20 is electrically connected to the body 10 and the coupler 20 is connected to the power source via the power cord, the garment steamer is in a "wired" state. At this time, the garment steamer can be electrically connected to a power source through the coupler 20, the battery and the heating element are both powered by the power source, and the hand-held garment steamer is not limited by the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heating element. No matter the battery power and the heat storage capacity of the heating element are remained, the user can choose to use the power supply to supply power. That is, even if the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heat generating member are sufficient, the body 10 can be supplied with power through the power supply.
To improve the safety of the coupler housing 21, a resilient shield assembly 30 is provided within the coupler housing 21. The elastic shielding member 30 is disposed inside the coupler housing 21 and shields between the electrode hole 211 and the second electrode 22. Therefore, even if the foreign object falls into the electrode hole 211, the foreign object only falls onto the elastic shielding component 30 and cannot fall into the coupler shell 21, and the use safety of the household appliance is improved. When the coupler 20 is needed to supply power to the body 10, the first electrode 11 may abut against the elastic shielding component 30, so that the elastic shielding component 30 moves toward one side of the second electrode 22 until the elastic shielding component 30 is compressed between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22, at this time, the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected through the elastic shielding component 30, and the body 10 may be supplied with power through a power supply.
That is, when the coupler 20 is needed, the first electrode 11 can move against the elastic shielding component 30 until the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected. When the coupler 20 is not needed, the elastic shielding component 30 shields the electrode hole 211, so that the safety is high and the use is convenient.
To electrically connect the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22, the elastic shielding member 30 may be a metal, such as silver, copper, etc.
In order to reduce the cost, part of the structure of the elastic shielding assembly 30 may be made of metal. In some alternative embodiments, the elastic shielding assembly 30 includes a conductive member 31 and an elastic connecting member 32, the conductive member 31 and the elastic connecting member 32 are fixedly connected, and the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 may be electrically connected through the conductive member 31.
The conductive member 31 may be made of silver, copper, or the like, and has high conductivity. The conductive member 31 is disposed at a position of the elastic shielding member 30 between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22. Thus, when the first electrode 11 is extended into the coupler housing 21 through the electrode hole 211, the first electrode 11 may directly abut against the conductive member 31.
The elastic connection member 32 is connected with the coupler 20. For example, the elastic connection element 32 can be connected to an inner wall surface of the coupler housing 21 or to the coupler socket 20. The resilient connector 32 may be a spring, a resilient sheet structure, or other resilient connection structure. The elasticity of the elastic connection member 32 may be directed toward the electrode hole 211 to protrude the elastic shielding member 30 toward the electrode hole 211 side and shield the electrode hole 211.
The conductive member 31 may be fixedly connected to the elastic connecting member 32 by clipping, bonding, or the like. Illustratively, the elastic connection member 32 may be provided with a connection through hole, and one end of the conductive member 31 passes through the connection through hole and is disposed at both sides of the elastic connection member 32 in the length direction of the first electrode 11. One side of the conductive member 31 may be used to contact the first electrode 11 and the other side of the conductive member 31 may be used to contact the second electrode 22.
The number of the elastic connecting members 32 may be one or more. When the number of the elastic connection members 32 is one, one end of the elastic connection member 32 may be connected to the conductive member 31, and the other end of the elastic connection member 32 may be connected to the coupler 20. Of course, both ends of the elastic connection member 32 may be connected to the coupler 20 at the same time, and the conductive member 31 is connected to the middle portion of the elastic connection member 32, which is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the different structures of the elastic connecting member 32 and the conductive member 31, the electrode hole 211 can be shielded by different parts of the elastic shielding member 30. Alternatively, the electrode hole 211 may be shielded by the elastic connection member 32, so that when the first electrode 11 extends into the coupler housing 21 through the electrode hole 211, the first electrode 11 may directly abut against the elastic connection member 32. In the process that the first electrode 11 moves towards the second electrode 22, the elastic connecting piece 32 is pressed and deformed, and the conductive piece 31 moves towards one side of the second electrode 22 until the conductive piece 31 moves to the position of the second electrode 22, and the first electrode 11 is pressed against the conductive piece 31. At this time, a guide portion, such as a guide runner, for guiding the conductive member 31 to move may be provided in the coupler housing 21, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.
When the elastic shielding member 30 shields the electrode hole 211, the elastic shielding member 30 may be spaced from the inner wall surface of the coupler 20, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, and at this time, a gap is formed between the elastic shielding member 30 and the electrode hole 211. At this time, the distribution area of the elastic shielding member 30 is larger than the area of the electrode hole 211, so that the electrode hole 211 is shielded by the elastic shielding member 30.
In order to improve the safety of the household appliance, the elastic shielding member 30 may contact the inner wall surface of the coupler 20, so that the inner and outer sides of the coupler housing 21 may be isolated by the elastic shielding member 30.
In some alternative embodiments, the conductive member 31 or the elastic connecting member 32 may be pressed against the inner wall surface of the coupler housing 21 by the elastic force of the elastic connecting member 32 to cover the electrode hole 211.
That is, in the present embodiment, the electrode hole 211 is covered by the conductive member 31 or the elastic connecting member 32 contacting the inner wall surface of the coupler housing 21. Therefore, the inner side and the outer side of the coupler shell 21 can be isolated through the conductive piece 31 or the elastic connecting piece 32, so that external foreign matters are prevented from falling into the coupler shell 21, and the use safety of the household appliance is high.
It will be appreciated that when the body 10 is electrically connected to the coupler 20, the conductive member 31 is compressed between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22. In order to prevent the conductive member 31 from being separated from the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 due to the elastic force of the elastic connecting member 32, in some alternative embodiments, a clamping structure is disposed between the conductive member 31 and the second electrode 22, so that the conductive member 31 is fixed relative to the second electrode 22 when the first electrode 11 is electrically connected to the second electrode 22 through the conductive member 31.
Thus, when the body 10 is electrically connected to the coupler 20, the conductive member 31 and the second electrode 22 are relatively fixed by the snap structure. That is, when there is no relative movement between the body 10 and the coupler 20, there is no relative movement between the first electrode 11, the conductive member 31, and the second electrode 22, and a stable electrical connection between the body 10 and the coupler 20 can be achieved. The clamping structure can be an elastic buckle or the like.
For convenience of operation, in some alternative embodiments, one of the conductive member 31 and the second electrode 22 is provided with a protruding clamping portion 311, the other of the conductive member 31 and the second electrode 22 is provided with a first clamping groove 221, and the clamping portion 311 may extend into the first clamping groove 221, so that the conductive member 31 and the second electrode 22 are fixed relative to each other.
The clamping portion 311 and the first clamping groove 221 can be centered under the abutting of the first electrode 11, and the clamping portion 311 and the first clamping groove 221 are clamped. Thus, when the conductive member 31 is connected between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22, the engaging portion 311 extends into the first engaging groove 221 and engages with the first engaging groove 221. When the body 10 is separated from the coupler 20, the conductive member 31 moves toward the electrode hole 211 side by the elastic force of the elastic connecting member 32 itself, and the engaging portion 311 and the first engaging groove 221 are separated from each other. The structure is simple.
The clamping portion 311 may be disposed on the second electrode 22, and the first clamping slot 221 is disposed on the conductive member 31. Alternatively, the clamping portion 311 may be disposed on the conductive member 31, and the first clamping groove 221 is disposed on the second electrode 22.
In some optional embodiments, a second locking groove (not shown) is disposed on the conductive member 31, and the first electrode 11 can extend into the second locking groove and be locked with the second locking groove, so that when the first electrode 11 pushes the elastic shielding component 30, the conductive member 31 is fixed relative to the first electrode 11.
That is to say, by providing the second engaging groove on the conductive member 31, in the process that the first electrode 11 pushes the conductive member 31, the first electrode 11 extends into the second engaging groove and is engaged with the second engaging groove, so that the conductive member 31 is prevented from deviating relative to the first electrode 11 due to the elastic force of the elastic connecting member 32, and thus the first electrode 11 can stably push the conductive member 31 to the position of the second electrode 22.
The conductive member 31 provided in this embodiment may be suitable for the conductive member 31 to block the electrode hole 211, and the first electrode 11 may be clamped with the second clamping groove after extending into the coupler housing 21. Or the first electrode 11 is extended into the coupler housing 21 and moves for a part of the stroke, and then the first electrode 11 contacts the conductive member 31 and abuts against the conductive member 31.
The clamping portion 311 and the second clamping slot may be disposed on the conductive member 31 at the same time. For example, the second card slot may be formed by stamping, so that the card portion 311 may be formed on the side of the conductive member 31 facing the second electrode 22, and the structure is simple and easy to form.
Considering that the elastic connection member 32 has an elastic force toward the side of the electrode hole 211, when the first electrode 11 is electrically connected to the second electrode 22 through the conductive member 31, the first electrode 11 has a tendency to move toward the side of the electrode hole 211, that is, the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 have a tendency to be separated from each other.
In some alternative embodiments, a locking structure is disposed between the body 10 and the coupler 20, so that when the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected, the body 10 and the coupler 20 are locked and fixed.
Thus, by providing the locking mechanism, when the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected through the conductive member 31, the body 10 and the coupler 20 can be in a relatively fixed state, relative movement between the body 10 and the coupler 20 does not occur, and the electrical connection between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 is relatively stable.
The locking structure may be a locking pin, a snap, etc., which are well known to those skilled in the art, and is manually operated by a user to connect or disconnect the body 10 and the coupler 20.
To facilitate user operation, in some alternative embodiments, the locking structure includes a first magnetic connector (not shown) and a second magnetic connector (not shown), which are respectively disposed on the body 10 and the coupler 20; when the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected, the first magnetic connecting piece and the second magnetic connecting piece can be magnetically attracted.
One of the first magnetic connecting piece and the second magnetic connecting piece is a magnet, and the other one is a magnet or a metal piece capable of being attracted with the magnet in a magnetic manner. The magnet is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and the embodiment is not limited.
The first magnetic connector and the second magnetic connector have a magnetic attraction force therebetween, so that when the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 are electrically connected, the first magnetic connector and the second magnetic connector between the body 10 and the coupler 20 are within a magnetic force action range, and the body 10 and the coupler 20 are relatively fixed by the magnetic attraction force.
When it is desired to separate the body 10 and the coupler 20, a user may apply a force against the magnetic force between the first magnetic connector and the second magnetic connector to separate the body 10 and the coupler 20.
Of course, when the first magnetic connecting piece or the second magnetic connecting piece is an electromagnet, the electromagnet can be powered off or the direction of current in the electromagnet can be changed, so that the magnetic force in the first magnetic connecting piece and the second magnetic connecting piece disappears or a magnetic repulsive force exists between the first magnetic connecting piece and the second magnetic connecting piece, and thus, a user can conveniently and quickly separate the body 10 and the coupler 20, and physical strength is saved.
In some alternative embodiments, the second electrode 22 is a conductive rod disposed within the coupler 20, one end of the conductive rod is connected to the power line, and the other end of the conductive rod protrudes toward the electrode hole 211. That is, the second electrode 22 has a rod shape and protrudes toward one side of the electrode hole 211, so that the moving stroke of the first electrode 11 can be reduced for the user's convenience.
Of course, the second electrode 22 may be in the form of a sheet, a block, or the like as long as the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 22 can be electrically connected to each other.
The embodiments or implementation modes in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other.
