When the steamer body 20 is electrically connected to the coupler 30 and to the power source via the power cord, the power source supplies power to the heat generating member, and at this time, the heat generating member is in a heat storage state. Then, when the garment steamer is in a wireless state, the heating element can heat water through self heat so as to make the water generate water vapor, and at the moment, the heating element is in a heat release state. Until the heat of the heating element is exhausted or the heat of the heating element is not enough to gasify the water
To facilitate gripping, the steamer body 20 includes a handle portion 22 and a body portion that are connected. Wherein various components within the steamer body 20 can be disposed on the handle portion 22 or the main body portion as desired. Illustratively, in this embodiment, the water tank, the water pump and the heat generating member are all located on the main body portion, and the battery, and electrical connection wires, electrical connection joints and the like connected to the battery are provided on the handle portion 22.
In this way, coupler 30 may be electrically connected to handle portion 22. The handle portion 22 is provided with a first coupling portion electrically connected to the coupler 30, and the coupler 30 includes a coupler housing and a second coupling portion accommodated in the coupler housing.
In order to avoid the influence of the power line on the operation of the user when the user uses the hand-held garment steamer, the first coupling part can be arranged at the end part of the handle part 22 deviating from the main body part, so that the distance between the power line and the main body part is larger, and the influence of the power line on the winding of the main body part on the steam outlet is avoided. Correspondingly, the second magnetic connector 21 is arranged at the end of the handle portion 22 facing away from the body portion.
The first coupling part and the second coupling part may be of a structure well known to those skilled in the art. Illustratively, the second coupling part is internally provided with a positive electrode contact piece, a negative electrode contact piece and a grounding contact piece which are arranged at intervals, and when a power line is connected with a power supply, the positive electrode contact piece and the negative electrode contact piece are communicated with alternating current. The first coupling portion is provided with three contact pins, and when the first coupling portion is electrically connected with the second coupling portion, the three contact pins are respectively connected with the positive electrode contact piece, the negative electrode contact piece and the grounding contact piece, so that the electric connection between the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 is realized.
The supporting seat 10 can be supported on the supporting table top such as the ground, the table top and the like, the contact area of the supporting seat 10 and the supporting table top is large, and the supporting is stable. Wherein, the coupler 30 can be used for supplying power to the steamer body 20, that is, the support base 10 is a non-electric base, and the support base 10 only plays a role of supporting and fixing.
The support base 10 may be a solid block structure. In some alternative embodiments, to reduce the weight of the support base 10, the support base 10 may be a hollow container-like structure, and the support base 10 includes a seat body that can be used to support on a support table and a cover that closes an opening of the seat body.
Wherein, the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 are detachably connected, and the coupler 30 and the supporting seat 10 are detachably connected. That is, the connection between the first coupling part and the second coupling part is included between the steamer body 20 and the coupler 30, and the detachable connection structure is also included between the steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 and between the coupler 30 and the support base 10.
Correspondingly, the present embodiment further includes a first magnetic connector 11, a second magnetic connector 21 and a third magnetic connector 31, wherein the first magnetic connector 11, the second magnetic connector 21 and the third magnetic connector 31 are respectively disposed on the support base 10, the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30. Any two of the first magnetic connector 11, the second magnetic connector 21 and the third magnetic connector 31 may have a magnetic attraction force, or a magnetic repulsion force, or no magnetic force therebetween, so as to connect the coupler 30 to at least one of the steamer body 20 and the support base 10, i.e. to switch the hand-held steamer between the "wired", "wireless" and "locked" states.
Specifically, when the second magnetic connector 21 and the third magnetic connector 31 are separated from the magnetic force action range, and the third magnetic connector 31 and the first magnetic connector 11 are in the magnetic force action range and magnetically attracted, the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 are separated from each other, the coupler 30 and the support base 10 are relatively fixed, and the handheld garment steamer is in a wireless state. At this moment, subassembly such as water pump in the garment steamer body 20 can be through battery powered, and the piece that generates heat is exothermic and heats water through self heat, is applicable to the sufficient and comparatively sufficient condition of the piece heat accumulation that generates heat of battery electric quantity, and at this moment, the user does not receive the restriction of power cord length on the coupler 30 when using handheld garment steamer.
When the second magnetic connecting piece 21 and the third magnetic connecting piece 31 are in the magnetic force action range and are in magnetic attraction, and the third magnetic connecting piece 31 and the first magnetic connecting piece 11 are separated from the magnetic force action range, the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 are relatively fixed, the coupler 30 and the supporting seat 10 are separated from each other, and the handheld garment steamer is in a wired state. At this time, the hand-held garment steamer can be electrically connected with a power supply through the coupler 30, the garment steamer body 20 and the heating element are both powered by the power supply, and the garment steamer is not limited by the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heating element. No matter the battery power and the heat storage capacity of the heating element are remained, the user can choose to use the power supply to supply power. That is, even if the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heat generating member are sufficient, the garment steamer body 20 can be powered by the power supply.
When the magnetic force acting range is between the second magnetic connector 21 and the third magnetic connector 31 and between the third magnetic connector 31 and the first magnetic connector 11, and the magnetic attraction is generated, the garment steamer body 20, the coupler 30 and the support base 10 are fixed to each other, and the hand-held garment steamer is in a locking state. At this point, the hand-held steamer may be in an idle state, i.e., the user is not using the hand-held steamer, at which point the connection between the coupler 30 and the power source is broken. Or in a state of supplying power to the battery and storing heat for the heat generating member, in which case the coupler 30 is electrically connected to the power source through the power line. Of course, at this time, the user can also iron the clothes directly using the hand-held steamer.
Like this, the handheld garment steamer that this application embodiment provided does not receive the restriction of battery electric quantity and the piece heat accumulation that generates heat, and the user can use handheld garment steamer, convenient to use at any time. Illustratively, when the battery capacity and the heat storage capacity of the heating element are not enough, and the user needs to use the hand-held garment steamer, the user can switch the hand-held garment steamer to a wired or locked state, and supply power to the garment steamer body 20 through the power supply, so that the use is convenient.
In order to realize the detachable connection between the support seat 10 and the coupler 30 and between the coupler 30 and the garment steamer body 20, at least one of the first magnetic connector 11, the second magnetic connector 21 and the third magnetic connector 31 is a magnet.
For example, the first magnetic connecting element 11 and the second magnetic connecting element 21 are magnets, and the third magnetic connecting element 31 is a metal element magnetically attracted to the magnets. Thus, the metal member may be fixed to the first magnetic connector 11 or the second magnetic connector 21 by attraction, or may be fixed to both the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member by attraction.
Thus, when a user can hold the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 or the coupler 30 and the support base 10 and the distance between the two is increased or decreased, the two can be separated from each other or fixed by being adsorbed to each other, so that the hand garment steamer can be switched between the states of 'wired', 'wireless' and 'locking'.
For example, a user may hold the coupler 30 and the support stand 10 and move the coupler 30 and the support stand 10 close to each other, and when the first magnetic connector 11 and the third magnetic connector 31 are within a magnetic force acting range, the coupler 30 and the support stand 10 may be fixed by magnetic attraction between the first magnetic connector 11 and the third magnetic connector 31. Meanwhile, the user can hold the garment steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 and separate the garment steamer body 20 from the coupler 30, so that the user can resist the magnetic adsorption force between the second magnetic connecting piece 21 and the third magnetic connecting piece 31 and separate the second magnetic connecting piece 21 and the third magnetic connecting piece 31 from the action range of the magnetic force, and the handheld garment steamer can be in a wireless state.
In some alternative embodiments, the third magnetic coupling 31 is a magnet. The magnet may be a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet can be made of rare earth permanent magnet material, ferrite permanent magnet material and the like. The permanent magnet is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to obtain, and is convenient to assemble in the handheld garment steamer.
In order to save physical strength and facilitate user operation, the third magnetic connecting member 31 is optionally an electromagnet. The electromagnet includes an iron core and a coil, and the iron core is magnetized by inputting a current to the coil. The type of the third magnetic connector 31 can be selected according to the manufacturing cost of the hand-held garment steamer, the reserved space of the garment steamer body 20 and the like.
When the third magnetic connecting member 31 is an electromagnet, the third magnetic connecting member 31 can be made magnetic or the magnetic force disappears by turning on or off the coil. By changing the direction of the input current in the coil, the polarity across the third magnetic connector 31 can be changed. By varying the magnitude of the input current, the magnitude of the magnetic force on the third magnetic connection 31 can be varied.
In some alternative embodiments, the first magnetic connecting element 11 is a magnet or a metal element that can be magnetically attracted to the third magnetic connecting element 31.
When the first magnetic connecting member 11 is a magnet, the magnet may be a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. When the first magnetic connecting element 11 is a metal element, the material of the metal element may be iron, nickel, cobalt, etc.
In some alternative embodiments, the second magnetic connecting element 21 is a magnet or a metal element that can magnetically attract the third magnetic connecting element 31.
When the second magnetic connecting member 21 is a magnet, the magnet may be a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. When the second magnetic connecting member 21 is a metal member, the material of the metal member may be iron, nickel, cobalt, or the like.
In some alternative embodiments, the hand-held steamer further includes a control switch 40 and a circuit board 50, the circuit board 50 being electrically connected to the third magnetic coupling 31, the control switch 40 being disposed on the steamer body 20, and the control switch 40 being electrically connected to the circuit board 50 to control the energized state of the third magnetic coupling 31.
The current state of the third magnetic connector 31 can be understood as the current magnitude, the current direction, and the like of the third magnetic connector 31 when the third magnetic connector 31 is powered on or powered off and the current is conducted into the third magnetic connector 31.
When the third magnetic connecting piece 31 is an electromagnet, the circuit board 50 is used for controlling the on/off of the third magnetic connecting piece 31 or the current direction and the current magnitude of the current. Of course, when the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21 are electromagnets, the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21 are also electrically connected to the circuit board 50 to control the power-on states of the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21, respectively.
The circuit board 50 may be disposed on any one of the steamer body 20, the coupler 30 and the support base 10, and the embodiment will be described by taking the circuit board 50 disposed on the steamer body 20 as an example. Meanwhile, the operating switch 40 is also arranged on the garment steamer body 20, for example, the operating switch 40 is arranged on the handle part 22, so that when a user holds the handle part 22, the user can press or toggle the operating switch 40 by the hand of the user, so that the hand-held garment steamer can be switched among the states of 'wired', 'wireless' and 'locked', and the operation is convenient.
In some alternative embodiments, the third magnetic connecting element 31 is an electromagnet, the first magnetic connecting element 11 and the second magnetic connecting element 21 are both permanent magnets, and the polarities of the ends of the first magnetic connecting element 11 and the second magnetic connecting element 21 facing each other are the same. Thus, when the manipulation switch 40 is toggled to input a current into the third magnetic coupling 31 and change the current direction of the input current, the third magnetic coupling 31 can magnetically attract one of the first magnetic coupling 11 and the second magnetic coupling 21 and magnetically repel the other. I.e. the coupler 30 can be fixed relative to one of the support 10 and the steamer body 20 and separated from the other. Also, the hand-held steamer is switched between "wired" and "wireless".
To switch the hand-held garment steamer between the "wired", "wireless" and "locked" states, the first magnetic attachment 11, the second magnetic attachment 21 and the third magnetic attachment 31 may alternatively be electromagnets.
Thus, when the hand-held garment steamer is switched between the "wired" and "wireless" states, the circuit board 50 can input current into the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21, so that the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21 have magnetism, and the polarities of the ends of the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21 facing each other are the same. When the direction of the input current of the third magnetic connector 31 is changed, the third magnetic connector 31 can magnetically attract one of the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21 and magnetically repel the other. I.e. the coupler 30 can be fixed relative to one of the support 10 and the steamer body 20 and separated from the other. Also, the hand-held steamer is switched between "wired" and "wireless".
When the hand-held garment steamer needs to be switched to the locking state, the direction of the input current of any one of the first magnetic connector 11 and the second magnetic connector 21 can be changed simultaneously, so that the magnetic adsorption force is provided between the second magnetic connector 21 and the third magnetic connector 31 and between the third magnetic connector 31 and the first magnetic connector 11, and the support base 10, the coupler 30 and the garment steamer body 20 are relatively fixed, namely the hand-held garment steamer is switched to the locking state.
Of course, when the first magnetic connecting piece 11, the second magnetic connecting piece 21 and the third magnetic connecting piece 31 are all electromagnets, other control methods may be provided among the three pieces to switch the states of the hand-held garment steamer, and the embodiment is not limited.
In some alternative embodiments, the supporting seat 10 is provided with a receiving groove 12, and the coupler 30 is detachably received in the receiving groove 12. The receiving groove 12 may be provided on the cover. The recess depth of the receiving cavity 12 may be greater than the height of the coupler 30 so that a portion of the handle portion 22 extends into and is supported within the receiving cavity 12 when the steamer body 20 is connected to the coupler 30. Thus, when the hand-held garment steamer is in a wireless state, the coupler 30 is located in the containing groove 12, and the user can observe the coupler 30 only at a specific angle, so that the appearance is simple. And when the hand-held garment steamer is in a 'locking' state, the height of the hand-held garment steamer is smaller.
The inner diameter of the accommodating groove 12 can be matched with the outer diameter of the handle part 22, so that when the hand-held garment steamer is in a locking state, the inner wall surface of the accommodating groove 12 is in contact with the outer wall surface of the handle part 22, the inner wall surface of the accommodating groove 12 limits the handle part 22, and the support stability of the garment steamer body 20 is high. Certainly, the side wall surface of the accommodating groove 12 is further provided with a trace notch for the power line to pass through.
The recess direction of the receiving groove 12 is different, and the handle portion 22 can be supported on the supporting base 10 in different directions, so that the user can take the holding groove conveniently. Illustratively, the receiving slot 12 may be vertically recessed with the handle portion 22 vertically supported above the steamer support base 10.
In some alternative embodiments, the first magnetic connector 11 is disposed at the bottom of the receiving groove 12. Thus, when the coupler 30 is fixedly attracted to the support seat 10, the distance between the third magnetic connecting piece 31 and the first magnetic connecting piece 11 is relatively small, the magnetic force between the third magnetic connecting piece 31 and the first magnetic connecting piece 11 is relatively large, and the coupler 30 and the support seat 10 are relatively firmly connected.
In some alternative embodiments, the length direction of the third magnetic connector 31 extends along the axial direction of the coupler 30.
Thus, the opposite poles of the third magnetic connector 31 face the steamer body 20 and the support base 10, respectively. When the steamer body 20 is connected with the coupler 30, or the support base 10 is connected with the coupler 30, the distance between the third magnetic connector 31 and the second magnetic connector 21 and the distance between the third magnetic connector 31 and the first magnetic connector 11 are smaller, the magnetic force between the third magnetic connector 31 and the second magnetic connector 21 and the magnetic force between the third magnetic connector 31 and the first magnetic connector 11 are larger, and the connection between the steamer body 20 and the coupler 30 or the connection between the coupler 30 and the support base 10 is more stable.
