Fig. 13 is a schematic structural view of an operating member in a garment steamer provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of a first locking member in a garment steamer provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of a second locking member in a garment steamer provided in an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 3 and 13 to 15, the housing assembly may include a housing 21, a chassis 22 and a mounting seat 23, the housing 21 is covered on the chassis 22 to form a first accommodating cavity, the mounting seat 23 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity, the first locking member 242 is disposed on a side of the mounting seat 23 away from the chassis 22, the second locking member 243 is disposed on the chassis 22, a through hole is formed in the mounting seat 23, the operating member 241 may pass through the through hole and may move along an axial direction of the through hole, so that two ends of the operating member 241 respectively abut against the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243, the through hole provides a relatively fixed moving path for the movement of the operating member 241, therefore, when the operating piece 241 moves and pushes the first locking piece 242 or the second locking piece 243 to move, the stability and the reliability of switching the garment steamer between the wired state and the wireless state can be ensured.
Optionally, the side wall of the housing 21 is provided with a first opening 211 and a second opening 212, the first opening 211 is opposite to the first locking member 242, and the second opening 212 is opposite to the second locking member 243, since the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243 are both located in the first receiving cavity, the first opening 211 and the second opening 212 can provide an avoiding space for the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243 to protrude from the first receiving cavity, so that the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243 can be respectively clamped with the ironing body 30 and the base 10.
The first locking member 242 has a first hooking portion 2421, the second locking member 243 has a second hooking portion 2431, and when the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243 move, the first hooking portion 2421 and the second hooking portion 2431 can respectively extend out of or retract into the first opening 211 and the second opening 212, so that the connector 20 can be relatively fixed to the base 10 or the ironing body 30 by the movement of the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243.
Further, a plurality of first openings 211 and second openings 212 may be formed in the side wall of the housing 21, and correspondingly, the first locking member 242 may have a plurality of first clamping portions 2421, the second locking member 243 may have a plurality of second clamping portions 2431, the first clamping portions 2421 correspond to the first openings 211 one by one, and the second clamping portions 2431 correspond to the second openings 212 one by one, so as to improve the reliability of the clamping structure in the locking state.
In order to lock the connector 20 with the ironing body 30 and the connector 20 with the base 10, corresponding structures on the ironing body 30 and the base 10 are required to be matched with the locking piece of the connector 20 when the locking piece abuts against the ironing body 30 or the base 10, and the corresponding structures of the ironing body 30 and the base 10 will be described in detail below.
As an alternative embodiment, the ironing body 30 may include an ironing part 31 and a handle 32, the ironing part 31 is connected to one end of the handle 32, the other end of the handle 32 abuts against the connector 20, the handle 32 has a second accommodating cavity, the connector 20 is at least partially inserted into the second accommodating cavity from the end of the handle 32, a first locking groove 321 may be disposed on an inner wall of the second accommodating cavity, and the first locking groove 321 is opposite to the first opening 211.
Specifically, the outer diameter of the top of the connector 20 is smaller than the inner diameter of the end of the second accommodating cavity, the top of the connector 20 can be inserted into the second accommodating cavity from the end of the handle 32, the first opening 211 is arranged on the outer wall of the partial structure of the connector 20 inserted into the second accommodating cavity, when the first clamping part 2421 extends out of the first opening 211, the first clamping part can be clamped with the first clamping groove 321, so as to achieve the locking state of the connector 20 and the ironing body 30, correspondingly, when the first clamping part 2421 retracts, the connector 20 can be separated from the ironing body 30, so that in the wired working mode of the garment steamer, the reliability of connection between the connector 20 and the ironing body 30 can be improved, and the connector 20 is prevented from falling off from the ironing body 30 when a user holds the ironing body 30 by hand.
Optionally, the base 10 may be provided with a second clamping groove 13, the second clamping groove 13 is opposite to the second opening 212, so that the second clamping portion 2431 can be clamped with the second clamping groove 13 when extending out from the second opening 212, so as to lock the connector 20 and the base 10, when the steamer needs to be used in an unlimited state, the connector 20 may be left on the base 10, the connector 20 is prevented from being taken up when the ironing body 30 is taken up, and a user can separately hold the ironing body 30 for ironing.
Since the operating member 241 moves the first locking member 242 or the second locking member 243 in a radial direction of the connector 20 when pushing the first locking member 242 or the second locking member 243 to move, it is also necessary to reset the first locking member 242 or the second locking member 243 in another direction, for example, when the operating member 241 moves upward, i.e., in the direction of the first locking member 242, the first locking member 242 is pushed to move away from the first opening 211, so as to be disengaged from the ironing body 30, so as to unlock the connector 20 from the ironing body 30, and when the operating member 241 moves downward, the operating member 241 moves in the direction of the second locking member 243, so that the first locking member 242 needs to move in the direction of the first opening 211 to be reset, so as to lock the connector 20 and the ironing body 30.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 12, in some embodiments, the control assembly 24 may further include a first elastic member 244 and a second elastic member 245, the first elastic member 244 abuts an end of the first locking member 242 facing away from the first opening 211 and applies an elastic force to the first locking member 242, so that the first locking member 242 may extend from the first opening 211, and the second elastic member 245 abuts an end of the second locking member 243 facing away from the second opening 212 and applies an elastic force to the second locking member 243, so that the second locking member 243 may extend from the second opening 212, and thus after the operating member 241 pushes the first locking member 242 or the second locking member 243 to retract from the first opening 211 or the second opening 212, as the operating member 241 moves, the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243 may be reset.
Alternatively, the mounting seat 23 may be provided with a first sliding slot 231, the first elastic member 244 and the first locking member 242 may be both disposed in the first sliding slot 231, and the first locking member 242 may slide along the first sliding slot 231 under the pushing of the operating member 241 or the first elastic member 244.
Accordingly, the chassis 22 may be provided with a second sliding groove 221, the second elastic member 245 and the second locking member 243 may be disposed in the second sliding groove 221, and the second locking member 243 may slide along the second sliding groove 221 under the pushing of the operating member 241 or the second elastic member 245, so as to define a moving track of the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243, and avoid the first locking member 242 and the second locking member 243 from deflecting or being stuck during moving to disable the locking function.
Optionally, the first elastic member 244 and the second elastic member 245 may be springs, the springs with different elastic forces may provide damping forces with different magnitudes for the movement of the operating member 241, and the types and parameters of the springs may be selected according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In order to facilitate the operation of the control assembly 24 by the user to control the movement of the operation member 241 outside the connector 20, the control assembly 24 may further include a sliding member 246, the side wall of the housing 21 is provided with a third sliding slot 213, the third sliding slot 213 extends along the axial direction of the connector 20, and the sliding member 246 may be inserted into the third sliding slot 213 and may slide along the third sliding slot 213.
The third sliding groove 213 and the operating element 241 are arranged oppositely, the operating element 241 can be provided with a third clamping groove 2411, part of the structure of the sliding element 246 can penetrate through the third sliding groove 213 to extend into the first accommodating cavity and be clamped with the third clamping groove 2411 to drive the operating element 241 to slide, when a user uses the garment steamer, the user can drive the operating element 241 to move by operating the sliding element 246 to adjust the working mode of the garment steamer, so that switching between a wired state and a wireless state is realized, and the clamping structure and the clamping mode of the sliding element 246 and the third clamping groove 2411 are not particularly limited in the embodiment.
Optionally, the base 10 may be provided with a second receiving groove 102, and the second receiving groove 102 is used for receiving the sliding member 246. Thus, the user can operate the slider 246 easily, and the convenience of use is improved.
In addition, the surface of the sliding member 246 may be provided with a plurality of anti-slip protrusions spaced along the moving direction of the sliding member 246, so as to prevent the user from slipping when pushing the sliding member 246 to move to change the operation mode of the garment steamer, thereby improving the user experience.
As an alternative embodiment, the ironing body 30 may be provided with a first electrode, the connector 20 may be provided with a second electrode, and the second electrode may be provided on the mounting seat 23, when the end of the ironing body 30 is plugged into the upper end of the connector 20, the first electrode may pass through a through hole at the top of the housing 21 of the connector 20 and abut against the second electrode, so that when the ironing body 30 is connected to the connector 20, a wired operation mode of the ironing machine may be realized.
Optionally, a charging source can be arranged in the ironing body 30, the first electrode is electrically connected with the charging source, the connector 20 can be connected with an external power source through an electric wire, and the second electrode is electrically connected with the electric wire, so that when the garment steamer works in a wireless state, the charging source in the ironing body 30 can provide a certain duration, and when the garment steamer works in a wired state, the external power source can supply power to the charging source through the switching of the connector 20, and in addition, when the electric quantity of the charging source is exhausted, the garment steamer can be charged.
Further, the ironing body 30 is provided with a heat accumulator, a water pump and a water tank, when the ironing body 30 is connected with the connector 20, the connector 20 can provide electric energy for the heat accumulator to heat through being connected with an external power supply, and a charging power supply inside the ironing body 30 can supply power for the water pump, extract water in the water tank and form hot steam through the heat accumulator. When the garment steamer is operated in a wired state, the external power supply can continuously heat the heat accumulator through the switching of the connector 20 without being influenced by the endurance time; when the garment steamer works in a wireless state, the heat accumulator can retain heat generated by heating in a wired state, and the garment steamer has certain endurance time.
Fig. 16 is an exploded view of a base in a garment steamer provided by an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 16, in some embodiments, a first receiving groove 101 may be provided on the base 10, a part of the ironing body 30 and the connector 20 may be placed in the first receiving groove 101, one end of the connector 20 abuts against a bottom of the first receiving groove 101, and the ironing body 30 abuts against the other end of the connector 20 and protrudes from a notch of the first receiving groove 101, so that stability of the ironing body 30 and the connector 20 placed on the base 10 may be improved.
Specifically, the base 10 may include a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, the first housing 11 is covered on the second housing 12, and a part of the first housing 11 is recessed toward the second housing 12 to form the first receiving groove 101.
In addition, the base 10 may further be provided with a third receiving groove 103, the connector 20 has a connection terminal 25 connected to an external power source, and the third receiving groove 103 is used for receiving the connection terminal 25, so that when the garment steamer is used in a wired state, the interference between the wire connected to the connector 20 and the base 10 when the connector is taken out from the first receiving groove 101 is avoided.
The garment steamer that this embodiment provided includes the base, the connector and irones the body, the base can be dismantled with the connector and be connected, it can dismantle with the connector and be connected to iron the body, the connector includes casing subassembly and control assembly, control assembly installs on casing subassembly, control assembly includes operating parts and two at least locking pieces, the both ends of operating parts respectively with different locking piece butt, casing assembly's axial displacement can be followed to the operating parts, in order to promote arbitrary one in two at least locking pieces to remove, make connector and base and iron one of body between the two lock, with another person's unblock, thereby can realize garment steamer at wired state, wireless state and fixed state switch between, the user can select according to the actual use scene, do not receive the restriction of time of endurance, also can have good convenience.

Claims (14)

1. A garment steamer is characterized by comprising a base (10), a connector (20) and an ironing body (30), wherein the base is detachably connected with the connector, and the ironing body (30) is detachably connected with the connector (20);
the connector (20) comprises a housing assembly and a control assembly (24), the control assembly (24) is mounted on the housing assembly, the control assembly (24) comprises an operating piece (241) and at least two locking pieces, two ends of the operating piece (241) are respectively abutted with the different locking pieces, the operating piece (241) can move along the axial direction of the housing assembly to push any one of the at least two locking pieces to move, so that one of the base (10) and the ironing body (30) is locked with the connector (20), and the other one of the base and the ironing body is unlocked with the connector (20).
2. The garment steamer of claim 1, wherein the locking member comprises a first locking member (242) and a second locking member (243), the first locking member (242) and the second locking member (243) being spaced apart in an axial direction of the connector (20), the operating member (241) being located between the first locking member (242) and the second locking member (243);
the first locking part (242) is arranged opposite to the ironing body (30), and the first locking part (242) can move along the radial direction of the connector (20) so as to be clamped with or separated from the ironing body (30); the second locking member (243) is arranged opposite to the base (10), and the second locking member (243) can move along the radial direction of the connector (20) so as to be clamped with or separated from the base (10).

The garment steamer according to claim 2, wherein the abutting surfaces of the locking member and the operating member (241) are inclined surfaces, and when the operating member (241) moves along the axial direction of the connector (20), two ends of the operating member (241) can respectively slide along the inclined surfaces to push the first locking member (242) or the second locking member (243) to move along the radial direction of the connector (20).

The garment steamer according to claim 3, characterized in that when the operating member (241) is moved towards the first locking member (242), the first locking member (242) is pushed by the operating member (241) and is disengaged from the ironing body (30) to unlock the connector (20) from the ironing body (30); the second locking piece (243) is clamped with the base (10) so that the connector (20) is locked with the base (10).

The garment steamer according to claim 3, characterized in that when the operating member (241) moves towards the second locking member (243), the second locking member (243) is pushed by the operating member (241) and disengages from the base (10) to unlock the connector (20) from the base (10); the first locking member (242) is engaged with the ironing body (30) to lock the connector (20) with the ironing body (30).

A garment steamer as claimed in any one of claims 2-5, characterized in that the housing assembly comprises a housing (21), a chassis (22) and a mounting (23), the housing (21) being arranged on the chassis (22) to form a first receiving chamber, the mounting (23) being arranged in the first receiving chamber, the first locking member (242) being arranged on the side of the mounting (23) facing away from the chassis (22), the second locking member (243) being arranged on the chassis (22); the mounting seat (23) is provided with a through hole, the operating piece (241) penetrates through the through hole and can move along the axial direction of the through hole, so that two ends of the operating piece (241) are respectively abutted to the first locking piece (242) and the second locking piece (243).

A garment steamer as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the housing (21) is provided with at least one first opening (211) and at least one second opening (212) in a side wall, the first opening (211) being opposite to the first locking member (242) and the second opening (212) being opposite to the second locking member (243);
the first locking part (242) is provided with at least one first clamping portion (2421), the second locking part (243) is provided with at least one second clamping portion (2431), and when the first locking part (242) and the second locking part (243) move, the first clamping portion (2421) and the second clamping portion (2431) can respectively extend out of or retract into the first opening (211) and the second opening (212).

Garment steamer according to claim 7, characterized in that the ironing body (30) comprises an ironing part (31) and a handle (32), the ironing part (31) being connected to one end of the handle (32), the other end of the handle (32) abutting the connector (20); the handle (32) is provided with a second accommodating cavity, and the connector (20) is at least partially inserted into the second accommodating cavity from the end part of the handle (32); a first clamping groove (321) is formed in the inner wall of the second accommodating cavity, and the first clamping groove (321) is opposite to the first opening (211) so that the first clamping portion (2421) can be clamped with the first clamping groove (321) when extending out of the first opening (211), and therefore the connector (20) is locked with the ironing body (30).

A garment steamer as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the base (10) is provided with a second catch (13), the second catch (13) being opposite the second opening (212) so that the second snap-fit portion (2431) can snap-fit with the second catch (13) when protruding from the second opening (212) to lock the connector (20) with the base (10).

A garment steamer according to any one of claims 7-9, characterized in that the control assembly (24) further comprises a first resilient member (244) and a second resilient member (245), the first resilient member (244) abutting an end of the first locking member (242) facing away from the first opening (211) and being adapted to exert a resilient force on the first locking member (242) to cause the first locking member (242) to protrude from the first opening (211); the second elastic piece (245) is abutted against one end, away from the second opening (212), of the second locking piece (243) and is used for applying elastic force to the second locking piece (243) so that the second locking piece (243) extends out of the second opening (212).
11. The garment steamer as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that the mounting seat (23) is provided with a first sliding slot (231), and the first elastic member (244) and the first locking member (242) are both arranged in the first sliding slot (231);
the chassis (22) is provided with a second sliding groove (221), and the second elastic piece (245) and the second locking piece (243) are both arranged in the second sliding groove (221).

The garment steamer according to claim 6, characterized in that the control assembly (24) further comprises a sliding member (246), a third sliding slot (213) is provided on a side wall of the housing (21), the third sliding slot (213) extends in the axial direction of the connector (20), and the sliding member (246) is inserted into the third sliding slot (213) and is slidable along the third sliding slot (213);
the third sliding groove (213) is opposite to the operating part (241), the operating part (241) is provided with a third clamping groove (2411), and part of the structure of the sliding part (246) penetrates through the third sliding groove (213) to extend into the first accommodating cavity and is clamped with the third clamping groove (2411) so as to drive the operating part (241) to slide.
13. A garment steamer according to claim 12, characterized in that the base (10) is provided with a second receiving slot (102), the second receiving slot (102) being adapted to receive the slider (246).

A garment steamer according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the base (10) has a first receiving slot (101), the connector (20) is located in the first receiving slot (101), one end of the connector (20) abuts the bottom of the first receiving slot (101), the ironing body (30) abuts the other end of the connector (20) and protrudes from the mouth of the first receiving slot (101);
the base (10) is provided with a third accommodating groove (103), the connector (20) is provided with a connecting end (25) connected with an external power supply, and the third accommodating groove (103) is used for accommodating the connecting end (25).
