The sleeping bag is closed by the first zipper 23, when one leg of the sleeping bag needs to be nursed, the first zipper 23 is opened, and the first female buckle 26 or the second female buckle 27 is buckled with the first sub-buckle 33 or the second sub-buckle 34.

the sleeping bag comprises a front body piece and a back body piece, wherein the front body piece and the back body piece are connected with each other at two side positions to form a first connecting side part and a second connecting side part, the front body piece and the back body piece are connected at the first connecting side part or the second connecting side part through a side zipper or a side buckle, and the front body piece and the back body piece are detachably connected at a shoulder position; the middle part of the front body piece, corresponding to the lower limb, is provided with a first zipper along the direction from the head to the foot of a human body, the first zipper extends to the lower end part of the front body piece, the first zipper comprises a first female chain and a first sub-chain, the middle part of the back body piece, corresponding to the lower limb, is provided with a second female chain or a second sub-chain extending in the same direction as the first zipper, the middle part of the back body piece, corresponding to the lower limb, is provided with a third sub-chain or a third female chain extending in the same direction as the first zipper, and the second female chain or the second sub-chain is 3mm-20mm away from the third sub-chain or the third female chain; and the restraint component is arranged in the sleeping bag and comprises a first elastic belt and a second elastic belt which are arranged in the sleeping bag and correspond to the upper limb parts, a third elastic belt and a fourth elastic belt which are arranged in the sleeping bag and correspond to the lower limb parts, the first elastic belt and the second elastic belt are respectively positioned on the first connecting side part and the second connecting side part so as to respectively correspond to the two arms, and the third elastic belt and the fourth elastic belt respectively correspond to the two legs.
