Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the embodiments described with reference to the drawings are exemplary.
A tray 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-2. The tray 1000 may be used to carry various objects to be carried. In the following description of the present application, the tray 1000 is used for carrying photovoltaic modules (not shown) for example. Of course, one skilled in the art will appreciate that the tray 1000 may also carry other types of objects and is not limited to photovoltaic modules.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a pallet 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pallet body 1 and a reinforcement device 2.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the tray body 1 includes a receiver 11 and a plurality of spacers 12. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more. The supporting part 11 is used for placing objects such as photovoltaic modules. A plurality of spacers 12 are disposed at the bottom of the support 11 to support the support 11, and the support 11 can be spaced above and below the ground, for example, when transporting an object such as a photovoltaic module, the tines of a forklift can be extended into the space between the support 11 and the ground, so that the pallet 1000 and the object such as a photovoltaic module carried by the pallet can be transported to a desired location (e.g., in a container). The thicknesses of the cushion blocks 12 are all equal, so that the supporting part 11 can be stably supported on the cushion blocks 12, and the stress of each cushion block 12 is uniform. The support 11 has a first side 13 and a second side 14 opposite to each other, the first side 13 of the support 11 having a thickness smaller than the thickness of the second side 14 of the support 11. The reinforcement device 2 is fixed to the first side 13 of the support 11.
When the tray 1000 is used for carrying an object, such as a photovoltaic module, short sides or long sides of a plurality of photovoltaic modules may be placed on the supporting portion 11 of the tray 1000 side by side, for example, the plurality of photovoltaic modules may be placed in sequence from the first side 13 of the supporting portion 11 toward the second side 14 of the supporting portion 11, and since the thickness of the first side 13 of the supporting portion 11 is smaller than the thickness of the second side 14 of the supporting portion 11 (in this case, the height of the upper surface of the supporting portion 11 on the first side 13 is smaller than the height of the upper surface of the supporting portion 11 on the second side 14), the gravity center of the object, such as the plurality of photovoltaic modules, may be biased toward the first side 13. Moreover, because the reinforcing device 2 is arranged on the first side 13, the center of gravity of an object such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules can be deviated to the reinforcing device 2, and the reinforcing device 2 can provide a certain lateral support for the plurality of photovoltaic modules, so that the object such as the plurality of photovoltaic modules can be effectively prevented from toppling over in the assembling, disassembling and transporting processes.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the tray body 1 of the tray 1000 includes the supporting portion 11, the plurality of pads 12 and the reinforcing device 2 disposed at the bottom of the supporting portion 11, and the plurality of pads 12 are made to have equal thickness, the thickness of the first side 13 of the supporting portion 11 is smaller than the thickness of the second side 14 of the supporting portion 11 opposite to the first side 13, and the reinforcing device 2 is fixed to the first side 13 of the supporting portion 11, when the tray is used for bearing an object, such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules disposed side by side, the center of gravity of the object, such as the plurality of photovoltaic modules, is biased to the reinforcing device 2, thereby preventing the object, such as the plurality of photovoltaic modules, from falling down in the assembling, disassembling and transporting processes, and improving the safety of assembling, disassembling and transporting.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the upper surface of the supporting portion 11 extends obliquely downward from the second side 14 toward the first side 13. The upper surface of the retainer 11 now extends gradually downwards from the second side 14 towards the first side 13. So set up, when tray 1000 is used for bearing the weight of the object for example a plurality of photovoltaic module that place side by side, can ensure that the focus of object for example each in a plurality of photovoltaic module can incline to establish reinforcing apparatus 2 at first side 13 to ensure that the object for example any one in a plurality of photovoltaic module can not take place to topple over, further improved the security.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the upper surface of the receiver 11 is formed as a plane. With such an arrangement, it can be ensured that objects such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules are in sufficient contact with the upper surface of the bearing part 11, so that the objects such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules can be more stably supported on the upper surface of the bearing part 11, the stability of the objects such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules on the tray 1000 is improved, the processing of the upper surface of the bearing part 11 is facilitated, and the cost can be reduced. Or alternatively, the upper surface of the receiver 11 may be formed as a curved surface (not shown). It is understood that the specific shape of the upper surface of the supporting portion 11 can be designed according to practical situations to better meet practical applications, for example, the shape of the upper surface of the supporting portion 11 of the tray 1000 can be designed according to the shape of the contact portion of the object with the upper surface of the supporting portion 11 to ensure that the object is in sufficient contact with the upper surface of the supporting portion 11.
Further, the included angle between the upper surface of the supporting part 11 and the horizontal plane is α, wherein α satisfies: alpha is more than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 2 degrees. So set up, can make the object on the bearing portion 11, for example the focus of photovoltaic module be inclined to reinforcing apparatus 2 on the one hand, on the other hand can make reinforcing apparatus 2's intensity requirement again can not too high to practice thrift reinforcing apparatus 2's cost, and then practice thrift the cost of whole tray 1000. For example, when α < 1 °, the change in the center of gravity of an object, such as a photovoltaic module, placed on the upper surface of the support 11 may not be significant, so that the reinforcement device 2 may not provide sufficient lateral support to the object, such as a photovoltaic module, which still risks toppling. For another example, when α > 2 °, the center of gravity of an object such as a photovoltaic module placed on the upper surface of the support 11 may be excessively biased toward the reinforcement device 2, resulting in an excessively high requirement for strength of the reinforcement device 2 and an increase in cost of the reinforcement device 2.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the receiver 11 is a triangle, in which case, the lower surface of the receiver 11 may be a horizontal plane, and the upper surface of the receiver 11 may be formed as a plane gradually inclined downward from the second side 14 toward the first side 13 of the receiver 11, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the receiver 11 directly intersect at the first side 13 of the receiver 11. With the arrangement, the bearing part 11 is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture.
Further, the cross-sectional shape of the supporting portion 11 is a right triangle, and at this time, the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting portion 11 at the second side 14 of the supporting portion 11 may be connected by a first vertical plane. So set up, on the one hand can guarantee that the area of the upper surface of support portion 11 is enough big to can place more objects such as photovoltaic module on support portion 11, on the other hand can guarantee that the weight of the object such as photovoltaic module of placing at second side 14 of support portion 11 can receive the support of the lower surface of support portion 11, thereby improves the bearing capacity of whole tray 1000.
Or alternatively, the cross-sectional shape of the retainer 11 may be trapezoidal (not shown). Further alternatively, the cross-sectional shape of the retainer 11 may be a right trapezoid. At this time, the lower surface of the receiving portion 11 may be a plane, the upper surface of the receiving portion 11 may be a plane gradually inclined downward from the second side 14 to the first side 13 of the receiving portion 11, the upper surface and the lower surface of the receiving portion 11 are connected by a second vertical plane at the first side 13 of the receiving portion 11, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the receiving portion 11 are connected by a third vertical plane at the second side 14 of the receiving portion 11. So set up, on the one hand, the simple structure of supporting portion 11 improves the manufacturing efficiency of supporting portion 11, and on the other hand can set up trapezoidal cross section's vertical height according to required tray 1000's height to satisfy different tray 1000's high demand, and because the first side 13 of supporting portion 11 has certain thickness, thereby bearing capacity is better.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the support portion 11 includes a first tray strip group 111 and a second tray strip group 112. First tray strip group 111 includes a plurality of first tray strips 1111 that set up along first direction interval, and every first tray strip 1111 extends along the second direction perpendicular with first direction, and a plurality of cushion 12 are established respectively in the bottom of a plurality of first tray strips 1111. The second tray strip group 112 includes a plurality of second tray strips 1121, the plurality of second tray strips 1121 are all connected at the top of the plurality of first tray strips 1111, the plurality of second tray strips 1121 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and each second tray strip 1121 extends along the first direction. A plurality of first tray strips 1111 and a plurality of second tray strips 1121 adopt vertically and horizontally staggered structure, make the light in weight of bearing portion 11 on the one hand to make whole tray 1000's light in weight, on the other hand makes tray 1000 atress even, has improved tray 1000's bulk strength, thereby tray 1000 non-deformable when the atress.
Three first tray strips 1111 and three second tray strips 1121 are shown in fig. 1 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the technical solution of the present application that the solution can be applied to two or more first tray strips 1111 and two or more second tray strips 1121, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
Further, the thickness of first side 13 of at least one of first pallet bar group 111 and second pallet bar group 112 is less than the thickness of second side 14. With this arrangement, it is ensured that the thickness of the first side 13 of the support 11 is smaller than the thickness of the second side 14. It will be appreciated that the thickness of only the first side 13 of the first tray strip group 111 may be set to be less than the thickness of the second side 14 (as shown in fig. 1) according to actual requirements, for example, according to the specific shape and size of the object and the number of the first tray strips 1111 and the second tray strips 1112 adopted and material cost, etc.; or only the thickness of the first side 13 of the second pallet bar group 112 is less than the thickness of the second side 14 (not shown); still alternatively, first side 13 of each of first pallet strip group 111 and second pallet strip group 112 may have a thickness that is less than a thickness of second side 14 thereof (not shown).
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the reinforcing device 2 may comprise two first reinforcing strips 21 and at least one second reinforcing strip 22. The two first reinforcing strips 21 are respectively located at two corners of the first side 13 of the supporting part 11, each first reinforcing strip 21 extends along the vertical direction, and the second reinforcing strip 22 is connected between the two first reinforcing strips 21. By such an arrangement, the reinforcing device 2 can ensure better lateral supporting effect on objects such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules carried by the tray 1000, and further ensure that the objects such as a plurality of photovoltaic modules are not easy to topple over in the assembling, disassembling and transporting processes.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, two first reinforcing bars 21 extend upward from the bottom of the tray body 1 at two corners of the first side 13 of the supporting portion 11. So set up, guarantee the fastness of being connected between first reinforcing strip 21 and the whole tray body 1, guarantee that first reinforcing strip 21 is difficult for breaking away from with supporting portion 11 when the object such as photovoltaic module is supported in the side direction, improve the structural strength of whole tray 1000.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first reinforcing strip 21 is substantially L-shaped and includes a first reinforcing portion 211 and a second reinforcing portion 212, and the first reinforcing portion 211 and the second reinforcing portion 212 are vertically connected. With such an arrangement, the first reinforcing strip 21 can be more firmly fixed at the corner of the supporting part 11, and the connection reliability between the first reinforcing strip 21 and the supporting part 11 is further enhanced.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the second reinforcing strip 22 is obliquely connected between the two first reinforcing strips 21. So set up, can further improve the connection steadiness between two first reinforcing strips 21. For example, when the tray 1000 is used for carrying a high-height object such as a photovoltaic module with its short sides grounded, the height of the first reinforcing bars 21 is usually set to be high, and the second reinforcing bars 22 are obliquely connected between the two first reinforcing bars 21, so that the connection stability between the two first reinforcing bars 21 can be ensured to a large extent, and the lateral supporting force of the whole reinforcing device 2 on the high-height object such as the photovoltaic module with its short sides grounded can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the second reinforcing strip 22 is connected to the upper end of one of the two first reinforcing strips 21, and the other end of the second reinforcing strip 22 is connected to the lower end of the other of the two first reinforcing strips 21, which further increases the connection stability between the two first reinforcing strips 21, so that the first reinforcing strips 21 are not easily deformed when the reinforcing device 2 provides lateral support to an object carried by the tray 1000, such as a photovoltaic module.
Although fig. 1 shows the case of one second reinforcing strip 22, two second reinforcing strips 22 may be provided, and the two second reinforcing strips 22 may be arranged to intersect. For example, one end of one second reinforcing strip 22 is connected to the upper end of one of the two first reinforcing strips 21, the other end of the one second reinforcing strip 22 is connected to the lower end of the other of the two first reinforcing strips 21, one end of the other second reinforcing strip 22 is connected to the lower end of the above-mentioned one of the two first reinforcing strips 21, and the other end of the other second reinforcing strip 22 is connected to the upper end of the other of the two first reinforcing strips 21. With this arrangement, the connection stability between the two first reinforcing bars 21 can be further improved, thereby further increasing the stability and structural strength of the reinforcing apparatus 2.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the second reinforcing strip 22 may be horizontally connected between two of the first reinforcing strips 21 (not shown). With this arrangement, the second reinforcing strip 22 can be made of less material while ensuring the stability of the connection between the two first reinforcing strips 21, so that the cost can be saved.
