Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the embodiments described with reference to the drawings are exemplary.
A reinforcing apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4. In the following description of the present application, a package assembly 200 for reinforcing and packaging a plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 by using the reinforcing apparatus 100 will be described as an example. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the reinforcement device 100 may also be applied to reinforcement of other packages of articles, and is not limited to photovoltaic modules 201.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a reinforcing apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a tray 1, a plurality of protecting ribs 2, and a plurality of connecting strips 3. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
Specifically, a plurality of protection stupefied 2 along the circumference interval setting of tray 1, every protects stupefied 2 and extends along upper and lower direction, and every protects stupefied 2's lower extreme and links to each other with tray 1. For example, in the example of fig. 1-4, the bottom of the pallet 1 may be provided with a plurality of pallet foot blocks 11, and the lower end of each of the berms 2 may be connected to the corresponding pallet foot block 11. When reinforcing apparatus 100 is used for reinforcing the packing aggregate 200 of a plurality of photovoltaic module 201 of packing, tray 1 can be located a plurality of photovoltaic module 201's bottom, and tray 1 can play the effect of bearing to adopt fork truck etc. to operate, and tray 1 can play the guard action to a plurality of photovoltaic module 201's bottom, prevents that a plurality of photovoltaic module 201's bottom from installing and removing, the operation in-process receives the damage.
The plurality of the protecting ridges 2 comprise at least one first protecting ridge 21 and at least one second protecting ridge 22, the cross section of the first protecting ridge 21 is L-shaped, and the second protecting ridge 22 is of a flat structure. For example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of protection ridges 2 may be located radially outside the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 that are placed side by side in an upright manner, and the plurality of protection ridges 2 are located at a plurality of corners of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201, respectively, so that the corners of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 may be protected to a certain extent, and the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 may be prevented from being damaged during assembly, disassembly, and operation. The first edge protection strip 21 may include a first edge protection strip 211 and a second edge protection strip 212, and the first edge protection strip 211 may be perpendicular to the second edge protection strip 212. But is not limited thereto. The included angle between the first and second protection fillet strips 211 and 212 only needs to be the same as the included angle of the reinforcing part of the reinforcing article.
Each connecting strip 3 is connected between two adjacent protecting ridges 2, so that the structural strength of the whole reinforcing device 100 can be effectively improved, when a plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 are placed in the reinforcing device 100, the stability of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 can be effectively ensured, for example, when the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 are placed side by side, the gravity centers of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 are relatively high, and the phenomenon that the photovoltaic modules 201 topple over can be effectively avoided by adopting the reinforcing device 100. In addition, because the second protection stupefied 22 is the flat structure, under the circumstances of guaranteeing joint strength, the area of contact of being connected between connecting strip 3 and the second protection stupefied 22 can be less relatively, and when photovoltaic module 201 was pulled down to needs, operating personnel can conveniently demolish this connecting strip 3 from the second protection stupefied 22 to can improve dismantlement efficiency.
According to the utility model discloses reinforcing apparatus 100 through protecting the second stupefied 22 and setting up to flat structure, can guarantee reinforcing apparatus 100's structural strength effectively. When the reinforcing device 100 is used for reinforcing the packaging assembly 200, the photovoltaic modules 201 can be effectively prevented from being damaged in the assembling, disassembling and operating processes, the stability of the photovoltaic modules 201 in the reinforcing device 100 is ensured, the phenomenon that the photovoltaic modules 201 topple over is avoided, meanwhile, an operator can conveniently disassemble the reinforcing device 100, and the disassembling efficiency is improved.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, referring to fig. 4, the second protects stupefied 22 and includes that first protection stupefied portion 221 and the second protects stupefied portion 222, and first protection stupefied portion 221 is flat structure, and first protection stupefied portion 221 extends along upper and lower direction, and connecting strip 3 links to each other with first protection stupefied portion 221. The second protects stupefied portion 222 and first protects stupefied portion 221 perpendicularly, and the second protects stupefied portion 222 and connects at the lower extreme that first protected stupefied portion 221, and the second protects stupefied portion 222 and first protects at least one in stupefied portion 221 and links to each other with tray 1. Wherein, only the first protecting ridge 221 may be connected to the tray 1; alternatively, only the second shielding ridge 222 may be connected to the tray 1; still alternatively, both the first and second protecting ridges 221 and 222 may be connected to the tray 1. When the operator removes the reinforcing apparatus 100, the operator can directly remove the reinforcing apparatus 100 from the first edge protection portion 221, so that the convenience of removing the reinforcing apparatus 100 by the operator can be effectively ensured, and the removal efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, the second protection edge 222 is arranged at the lower end of the first protection edge 221, so that the connection strength between the second protection edge 22 and the tray 1 can be effectively improved, and the height of the second protection edge 222 can be set lower, so that the material consumption of the second protection edge 22 can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
Further, the plurality of connection bars 3 includes at least one first connection bar 31, and one end of the first connection bar 31 is connected to a side surface of the first edge protection part 221. For example, in the example of fig. 2 and 3, the first connecting bar 31 is obliquely arranged, and particularly, the upper end of the first connecting bar 31 may be connected to the side of the first protecting ridge 21 adjacent to the second protecting ridge 22, and the lower end of the first connecting bar 31 may be connected to the side of the first protecting ridge portion 221. From this, when guaranteeing reinforcing apparatus 100's structural strength, because the lower extreme of first connecting strip 31 is less with the connection area of the side of first protection stupefied portion 221, can effectively improve the convenience that operating personnel demolishd reinforcing apparatus 100 to can further improve and dismantle efficiency.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second protecting ridge 222 is connected to the side of the first protecting ridge 221, and the height of the second protecting ridge 222 is equal to the height of the tray 1. Thus, by setting the height of the second protecting ridge 222 to be equal to the height of the tray 1, the strength of connection between the second protecting ridge 22 and the tray 1 can be effectively improved.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the height of the first edge protection part 221 is equal to the height of the first edge protection 21. The top surface of the first protecting ridge 21 and the top surface of the first protecting ridge 221 may be in the same plane. So set up, can guarantee whole reinforcing apparatus 100's structural strength effectively, when installing a plurality of photovoltaic module 201 to reinforcing apparatus 100 in, can guarantee a plurality of photovoltaic module 201's stability, avoid photovoltaic module 201 to take place to empty, and made things convenient for a plurality of stupefied 2's of protecting processing.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, one end of at least one connecting strip 3 is connected below the top surface of one of the adjacent two protecting ridges 2, and the other end of the connecting strip 3 is connected in the middle or lower portion of the other of the adjacent two protecting ridges 2. So set up, connecting strip 3 can be connected aslope between two adjacent protecting stupefied 2, and the connecting strip 3 that sets up of slope can protect stupefied 2 with two adjacent and roughly constitute the triangle-shaped structure, because triangle-shaped stable in structure to make reinforcing apparatus 100's structure more stable, and then a plurality of photovoltaic module 201 can install in reinforcing apparatus 100 more stably.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, two of the plurality of connecting strips 3 opposite to each other are arranged in parallel (as shown in fig. 3) or in a cross arrangement (as shown in fig. 2). As shown in fig. 2, the number of the connecting strips 3 is four, two connecting strips 3 of the four connecting strips 3, which are opposite to each other, are obliquely connected between two adjacent protecting ridges 2, and when the two connecting strips 3 are arranged in a crossing manner, the two connecting strips and the triangular structure formed by the two adjacent protecting ridges 2 can be symmetrical about the center of the reinforcing device 100, so that the structure of the reinforcing device 100 is more stable, and the structural strength of the reinforcing device 100 can be further improved. As shown in fig. 3, the number of the connecting strips 3 is four, two connecting strips 3 of the four connecting strips 3, which are opposite to each other, are obliquely connected between two adjacent protecting ridges 2, when the two connecting strips 3 are parallel to each other, the two connecting strips 3 can be located in the same plane, and the two connecting strips 3 and the two adjacent protecting ridges 2 can substantially form a triangular structure, so that the structural strength of the reinforcing device 100 can be further improved, and the installation of the connecting strips 3 is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2 and 3, the tray 1 is a rectangular tray 1. The four protective ribs 2 are respectively arranged at the four corners of the tray 1, so that the structural strength of the reinforcing device 100 is guaranteed, and the four edges of the photovoltaic modules 201 which are vertically arranged side by side can be effectively protected. The connecting strips 3 are four, the four connecting strips 3 are sequentially connected between two adjacent protecting ribs 2 along the circumferential direction of the tray 1, two of the four connecting strips 3 are horizontally connected between the two adjacent protecting ribs 2, two of the four connecting strips 3 are opposite to each other, two of the four connecting strips 3 are connected between the upper ends of the two adjacent protecting ribs 2, and the other two opposite connecting strips 3 of the four connecting strips 3 can be obliquely connected between the two adjacent protecting ribs 2. With this arrangement, the structural strength of the reinforcing apparatus 100 can be effectively improved.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, four connecting strips 3 may be connected horizontally between the upper ends of two adjacent protecting ridges 2, and the four connecting strips 3 are all located in the same plane (not shown). Alternatively, four connecting strips 3 may be obliquely connected between two adjacent protecting ridges 2 (not shown), for example, two connecting strips 3 opposite to each other may be parallel or cross to each other. But is not limited thereto. Thereby, the structural strength of the reinforcing apparatus 100 can be effectively secured as well. It will be appreciated that the specific arrangement of each connecting strip 3 between two adjacent ribs 2 may be specifically set according to the actually required structural strength and the like of the reinforcing device 100, so as to better meet the practical application.
Optionally, each edge protector 2 and each connecting strip 3 are wooden pieces. The wood protective ribs 2 and the connecting strips 3 can be repeatedly recycled, so that the cost is reduced, and the processing of the protective ribs 2 and the connecting strips 3 is convenient. But is not limited thereto.
Optionally, the pallet 1 is a wooden pallet. For example, when the distance between the top of the package aggregate 200 and the top of the container is large during the process of loading the package aggregate 200 into the container, the pallet 1 may be a wooden pallet, which can effectively load the package aggregate 200 into the container, and can effectively reduce the cost of the entire package aggregate 200 because the wooden pallet has a low cost.
Or alternatively, the tray 1 is a metal wood hybrid tray. The pallet 1 can now be made of both metal and wood. For example, when the distance between the top of the package aggregate 200 and the top of the container is small or the weight of the package aggregate 200 is heavy in the process of loading the package aggregate 200 into the container, the tray 1 may be a metal wood hybrid tray. On the one hand, the height of the metal-wood mixed tray can be set to be lower, and the packaging aggregate 200 can be effectively loaded into the container, and on the other hand, the metal-wood mixed tray can effectively ensure the structural strength of the reinforcing device 100, and the packaging aggregate 200 is prevented from toppling.
As shown in fig. 1, a packaging assembly 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 and a reinforcing device 100. The reinforcing apparatus 100 is the reinforcing apparatus 100 according to the above-described first aspect of the present invention.
Specifically, a plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 are placed side by side in the reinforcement device 100. Here, "standing up" may be understood as the short side of each photovoltaic module 201 contacting the ground, and the long side of each photovoltaic module 201 being perpendicular to the ground. For example, in the example of fig. 1, a plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 may be sequentially arranged in a thickness direction of the photovoltaic modules 201, and a length direction of each photovoltaic module 201 is the same as a vertical direction. When the size of the photovoltaic module 201 is large (for example, the side length of the battery piece reaches 210mm), a plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 which are vertically arranged side by side can conveniently and stably pass through the door of the container under the protection of the reinforcing device 100, and meanwhile, the transverse occupied space of the packaging aggregate 200 is relatively small, so that the number of the packaging aggregates 200 in the container can be effectively increased, and the transportation efficiency is improved.
According to the utility model discloses package assembly 200 is through erectting a plurality of photovoltaic module 201 side by side and placing in reinforcing apparatus 100 for a plurality of photovoltaic module 201 can conveniently and steadily pass through the container door under reinforcing apparatus 100's guard action, can increase package assembly 200's in the container quantity effectively simultaneously, has improved conveying efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the reinforcing device 100 includes at least one first connecting bar 31 arranged obliquely, one end of the first connecting bar 31 is connected to the side of the second protective edge 22 of the reinforcing device 100, and the long edge 2011 of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 is opposite to the first connecting bar 31. For example, referring to fig. 1, the reinforcing device 100 includes a first connecting strip 31, one end of the first connecting strip 31 is connected to the side of the second protecting edge 22 of the reinforcing device 100, and the other end of the first connecting strip 31 is connected to the side of the first protecting edge 21, so that convenience of an operator in removing the reinforcing device 100 can be effectively improved, and the removal efficiency can be further improved. In addition, by arranging the first connecting bar 31 facing the long side 2011 of the photovoltaic modules 201, the structure of the reinforcing device 100 can be more stable, and when the photovoltaic modules 201 are taken out from the reinforcing device 100, an operator can take out the photovoltaic modules 201 from the side (namely, the side where the long side 2011 of the photovoltaic modules 201 is located) conveniently, so that the dismounting efficiency can be improved, and the labor is saved.
In some optional embodiments, the heights of the protection ridges 2 of the reinforcing apparatus 100 are all equal, the height of each protection ridge 2 is H, the thickness of each tray 1 is t, and the height of each photovoltaic module 201 is H, where H, t, and H satisfy: h is more than or equal to t + 1/2H. When H is less than t +1/2H, the height of the protective ridge 2 is low, so that the stability of the reinforcing device 100 is not easy to ensure, and when the photovoltaic module 201 is placed in the reinforcing device 100, the photovoltaic module 201 may easily fall over. Therefore, when H, t and H satisfy that H is more than or equal to t +1/2H, the top surface of the reinforcing device 100 can be effectively ensured to reach the gravity center positions of the photovoltaic modules 201 or be higher than the gravity centers of the photovoltaic modules 201, so that the photovoltaic modules 201 can be effectively prevented from toppling, the weight of the reinforcing device 100 can be reduced, the photovoltaic modules 201 can be conveniently assembled, disassembled and operated, and the cost can be reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging assembly 200 further includes a surrounding box 202 and a top cover 203, the surrounding box 202 is disposed around the periphery of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201, so as to effectively protect the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201, and further prevent the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of photovoltaic modules 201 from being damaged during assembly, disassembly and operation.
