Description

Assembled shelf structure for pallet with adjustable width and height
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an assembled shelf structure for pallets, which can adjust the width and height of the shelf structure, and more particularly, to an assembled shelf structure for pallets, which can stably accommodate articles by being assembled and mounted on a pallet, and can stack and store pallets as needed in a state where the articles are accommodated as described above.
Background
In general, a square pallet is used for transporting an article by a forklift, and the pallet is formed with a hole of a predetermined size penetrating through a side surface thereof, and a forklift of the forklift is inserted into the hole, so that the pallet is lifted and lowered by the forklift to transport the article mounted on the pallet.
However, since the articles attached to the pallet are likely to fall off due to vibration or the like during transportation, and the pallet is not likely to be stacked from top to bottom in a state where the articles are attached to the pallet, a separate shelf for storing the articles is required.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, korean registered patent publication No. 1808276 discloses an assembled shelf structure for pallets (hereinafter, referred to as 'patent document').
The pallet assembly type shelf structure disclosed in the above patent document is formed of: a pallet, which is integrally connected between an upper plate and a lower plate thereof by means of a plurality of corner connecting frames and side connecting frames; a base member that is fixedly attached by being inserted into and coupled to corner connecting brackets formed at respective corner portions of the pallet, and that has a vertically erected attachment pipe formed thereon; a 1 st column member formed with a pair of 1 st vertical frames, the lower portions of the 1 st vertical frames being vertically erected by being inserted into mounting pipes of base members inserted and coupled to one side front and the other side rear of the pallet, respectively, and a 1 st horizontal frame attached between upper ends of the pair of 1 st vertical frames, and a 1 st coupling groove formed at an upper portion of a middle portion of the 1 st horizontal frame; a 2 nd cylindrical member formed with a pair of 2 nd vertical frames, the 2 nd vertical frames having lower portions thereof respectively directed forward and backward of the other side of the palletThe mounting tube of the base member inserted and combined is inserted and vertically erected, and a 2 nd horizontal frame is attached between the upper ends of a pair of 2 nd vertical frames, a 2 nd coupling groove is formed at the lower part of the middle part of the 2 nd horizontal frame, and the 1 st coupling groove and the 2 nd coupling groove of the 1 st horizontal frame are connected by up-down contact, and the 1 st horizontal frame and the 2 nd horizontal frame are mounted on the same horizontal plane to cross each other, and the base member is formed with a base plate formed in a state of being formed in a horizontal direction and being in contact with the lower part of each corner part of the lower plate of the pallet, the vertically erected mounting tube is welded to one side of the upper surface of the base plate, a corner support plate bent in an L shape when viewed from the upper part is welded to the other side of the upper surface of the base plate and being in contact with the outer side of each corner part of the pallet, and an insertion piece is formed at the other end of the corner support plate by protruding in a front-back horizontal direction, corner support plate and insert sheet
Figure BDA0003146246690000021
The lower plate is inserted between the substrate and the insertion piece.
The assembled shelf structure for pallets of the patent document is assembled and mounted along the corners of the pallet, and the shelf structure is assembled according to the width of the pallet, and the height of the shelf structure is determined according to the length of the column member, so that the size of the articles to be placed on the shelf structure of the pallet is limited.
Therefore, if the article is slightly larger or wider than the width and height of the shelf structure, the shelf structure must be newly installed on a relatively large-sized pallet, and at this time, the size of the corner connecting brackets is different according to the size of the pallet, and thus, the size of the shelf structure is also differently manufactured according to the size of the pallet.
Therefore, there is a need to develop an improved structure of a pallet assembly type shelf structure which can be assembled by the same shelf structure even if the specifications of pallets are different, and can be used after the width and height of the shelf structure are appropriately adjusted as necessary.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings that illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention.
The present invention provides an assembled shelf structure for a pallet, which can be installed in the same way even if the specifications of the pallet are different, and can adjust the width and the height according to the requirement, so as to accommodate the articles with the width wider than the width of the pallet, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention comprises: the fixing member 10, the interval adjusting member 20, the 1 st assembling rod 30, the 2 nd assembling rod 40 and the horizontal connecting rod 50.
The fixing tool 10 is fixed to a mounting portion 1A having a square cross section formed at a corner portion of the pallet 1, and is configured to vertically mount the 1 st assembly rod 30.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixing member 10 includes: a lower plate 11 formed of a square plate material having a predetermined size and closely attached to the bottom surface of the pallet 1; a 1 st side plate 12 having a predetermined size, one end connected to the lower plate 11 and the other end vertically attached to one side surface of the mounting portion 1A; a 2 nd side plate 13 formed in a predetermined size, one end of which is connected to the lower plate 11 and the other end of which is vertically disposed in close contact with the other side surface of the mounting portion 1A; and a fixing plate 14 having a predetermined length, one end connected to the 2 nd side plate 13 and the other end parallel to the 1 st side plate 12.
A plurality of insertion grooves 14A are formed in the fixing plate 14 at predetermined intervals, and a pitch adjusting member 20, which will be described later, is selectively attached to the insertion grooves 14A, whereby the fixing tool 10 can be fixed to the attaching portions 1A of the pallets 1 of various specifications.
An extension plate 11A extending a predetermined length to one side is formed on the lower plate 11, and a plurality of insertion tubes 15 into which the lower ends of the first assembly rods 30 to be described later are inserted and fixed to a predetermined depth are provided on the extension plate 11A.
As shown in fig. 6, the plurality of insertion tubes 15 described above are arranged as follows: by arranging a virtual Diagonal Line (DL) having both side surfaces connected to the diagonal edges of the mounting part 1A closely attached to the 1 st and 2 nd side plates 12 and 13 on the same line as the Center Point (CP) of the insertion tube 15 with reference to the corner parts where the 1 st and 2 nd side plates 12 and 13 are in contact with each other at 90 DEG, the width of the shelf structure can be adjusted by changing the position of the 1 st assembly rod 30 inserted into the plurality of insertion tubes 15, or by arranging the mounting part 1A on the virtual Diagonal Line (DL) with reference to the 1 st and 2 nd side plates 12 and 13 even if the size (W1-W2) of the mounting part 1A formed in a regular quadrangular shape is different, the 1 st and 2 assembly rods 30 and 40 and the horizontal connecting rod 50 can be maintained in a state of being connected in an "X" shape, whereby the overall shape is not damaged even if the width of the shelf structure is adjusted, and can be stably maintained.
Further, the extension plate 11A is provided with a pair of support plates 16, one end of each support plate is fixed to the extension plate 11A, and the other end of each support plate vertically protrudes along the outer side surfaces of the plurality of insertion tubes 15 to support both side surfaces of the insertion tubes 15, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 17 connecting the pair of support plates 16 and the extension plate 11A in the diagonal direction are provided, so that the insertion tubes 15 are reinforced by the support plates 16 and the reinforcing plates 17, and even when a large lateral external force is applied to the 1 st assembly rod 30 in a state where the 1 st assembly rod 30 is inserted, the insertion tubes 15 can be prevented from being deformed.
With the above-described structure of the fixing tool 10, the distance adjusting tool 20 of various sizes, which will be described later, is selectively attached to the fixing plate 14, so that the same arrangement can be made on pallets of different specifications, and the width of the shelf structure can be appropriately changed by changing the position of the 1 st assembly rod inserted into the insertion tube 15.
The spacing adjuster 20 is attached to the fixing plate 14 of the fixing tool 10, and the fixing tool 10 is inserted and fixed in close contact with the mounting portion 1A of the pallet 1.
As shown in fig. 7(a), the above-described distance adjusting member 20 includes: a 1 st hanging plate 21 having a predetermined width and length, closely attached to one side surface of the fixing plate 14, and having a predetermined size insertion portion 21A protruding into the insertion groove 14A; a 2 nd engaging plate 22 formed with a predetermined width and length, spaced apart from the 1 st engaging plate 21 by a predetermined interval via the insertion portion 21A, and closely attached to the other side surface of the fixing plate 14; an extension plate 23 having one end connected to the 2 nd hook plate 22 and having a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the 2 nd hook plate 22; and a close contact plate 24 formed in a predetermined size, connected to the extension plate 23, and closely contacted to the mounting portion 1A.
The extension plates 23 of the interval adjusting members 20 are manufactured to have different lengths according to the specifications of the pallet 1, and thus, the distance between the 2 nd hooking plate 22 and the contact plate 24 is formed differently, and a plurality of extension plates are manufactured in a set.
The above-described spacer 20 is such that the spacer 20 having the extension plate 23 of an appropriate length is selected from among the plurality of spacers 20 according to the specification of the mounting portion 1A of the mounting fixture 10, and as shown in fig. 7b, the insertion portion 21A is inserted into the insertion groove 14A of the fixed plate 14, whereby the 1 st and 2 nd hook plates 21 and 22 of the spacer 20 are brought into close contact with both side surfaces of the fixed plate 14, and the close contact plate 24 is provided to face the 1 st side plate 12 of the fixture 10.
As shown in fig. 9(a, b), the outer side surfaces of the mounting portions 1A formed at the corner portions of the pallet 1 are inserted and mounted to the first and second side plates 12 and 13 of the fastener 10 and the attachment plate 24 of the spacer 20
Figure BDA0003146246690000081
The inner side surface of the character shape is formed by the 1 st and 2 nd side plates 12 and 13 and the fixing plate 14 even if the outer side surface of the mounting part 1A is larger than that of the mounting part as shown in FIG. 10
Figure BDA0003146246690000082
Even when the inner side surface of the letter shape is smaller in size, the fixing tool 10 can be firmly fixed to the mounting portion 1A.
Accordingly, the user can easily attach the fixture 10 to the attachment portions 1A of various specifications by simply attaching the spacer 20 of an appropriate size to the fixing plate 14 of the fixture 10.
Further, although it has been described above that the extension plates 23 of the pitch adjusters 20 are formed to have different lengths, and a plurality of pitch adjusters 20 are manufactured, in contrast, as shown in fig. 8(a, b), instead of forming the extension plates 23 on the pitch adjusters 20, the pitch adjusters 20 having elastic contact plates 24 'formed thereon may be modified, one end of the elastic contact plates 24' being connected to one end of the 2 nd hook plate 22, and the other end being bent at a predetermined angle and being capable of being pressed and deformed by elastic force.
In this case, since the entire planar shape formed by the 2 nd engaging plate 22 and the elastic contact plate 24 'is formed in the shape of "V" or "U", when the fastener 10 is inserted into the mounting portion 1A, the free end of the elastic contact plate 24' is naturally pressed against the outer surface of the mounting portion 1A, and the fastener 10 can be easily mounted on the mounting portions 1A of various sizes.
Therefore, it is not necessary to separately manufacture a plurality of interval adjusters 20 according to the size of the mounting portion 1A, and one interval adjuster 20 formed with the elastic contact plate 24' is mounted on the fixed plate 14 of the fixture 10 or detached, and can be easily mounted on mounting portions 1A of various sizes.
The 1 st assembly rod 30 is vertically installed by inserting one end (lower end) thereof into the insertion tube 15 of the fixture 10 to a predetermined depth.
As shown in fig. 11, the first assembly rod 30 is formed as a pipe (duct) having a predetermined length from the top to the bottom, and a plurality of height adjustment holes 31 are formed in the upper outer surface along the top and bottom length at predetermined intervals.
At this time, the fixing pin (P) is inserted into any one of the height adjusting holes 31 selected from the plurality of height adjusting holes 31, so that the height at which the 2 nd assembling rod 40, which will be described later, is inserted and fixed to the upper portion of the 1 st assembling rod 30 can be appropriately adjusted as shown in fig. 12.
The 2 nd assembly rod 40 has one end inserted and fixed to the upper end of the 1 st assembly rod 30 and the other end inserted into a horizontal connecting rod 50 to be described later, thereby forming the upper part of the shelf structure so that a plurality of shelf structures can be stacked up and down.
As shown in fig. 13, the 2 nd assembling rod 40 includes: a vertical part 41 having one end inserted into the upper end of the 1 st assembly rod 30 and the other end vertically formed to a predetermined length; a horizontal part 42 having one end connected to the upper end of the vertical part 41 and the other end horizontally formed to a predetermined length, and a 2 nd assembly rod integrally formed

Through holes 41A and 42A having a predetermined size are formed in the vertical portion 41 and the horizontal portion 42, and a fixing pin (P) inserted into the height adjusting hole 31 and a distance adjusting hole 51A, which will be described later, passes through the through holes 41A and 42A and is firmly fixed to the assembly rod 2.
The horizontal connecting rod 50 is configured to connect the horizontal part 42 of the 2 nd assembling rod 40.
As shown in fig. 14, the horizontal connecting rod 50 includes: a connecting rod body 51 horizontally formed in a predetermined length and formed in a circular tube body so that the horizontal portion 42 of the 2 nd assembling rod 40 is inserted through both ends; and a crossing part 52 formed at a middle portion of the connecting rod body 51 and formed with a groove of a predetermined size so as to cross and overlap another horizontal connecting rod 50 in an X shape on the same height line.
Further, a plurality of distance adjustment holes 51A are formed through the connecting rod main body 51 with a predetermined interval between both sides centering on the intersection portion 52, and a fixing pin (P) is inserted into a predetermined position of the distance adjustment hole 51A as in the height adjustment hole 31, so that the position where the horizontal portion 42 of the 2 nd assembly rod 40 is inserted and fixed can be adjusted to adjust the width of the shelf structure as shown in fig. 15.
Hereinafter, an example of the assembled shelf structure for pallets using the adjustable width and height of the present invention will be described.
When assembling the shelf structure on the pallet 1, the pitch adjuster 20 having the extension plate 23 formed with an appropriate length is selected and assembled on the fixing plate 14 of the fixture 10 according to the size (specification) of the mounting portion 1A of the pallet 1, and the fixtures 10 to which the pitch adjusters 20 are attached as described above are mounted on the 4 mounting portions 1A located at the corner portions of the pallet 1.
Then, 41 st assembly rods 30 are inserted into and mounted on the insertion tubes 15 of the mounted fixture 10, and the vertical portions 41 of the 2 nd assembly rod 40 are inserted and fixed at predetermined depths into and mounted on the upper ends of the 1 st assembly rods 30.
Then, a pair of horizontal connecting rods 50 are installed such that the horizontal portions 42 of the 4 nd assembly rods 40 form an "X" shape, thereby completing the installation.
When the height of the shelf structure is to be adjusted in a state where the shelf structure is mounted on the pallet 1, the 2 nd assembling rod 40 is appropriately raised and lowered according to the height to be adjusted in a state where the fixing pin (P) inserted into the height adjusting hole 31 of the 1 st assembling rod 30 is removed, and the fixing pin (P) is inserted into the height adjusting hole 31 and the through hole 41A in this state in order, whereby the mounting height of the 2 nd assembling rod 40 can be adjusted.
In order to adjust the width of the shelf structure, the position of the insertion tube 15 into which the 1 st assembly rod 30 is inserted is first adjusted, and therefore, the 1 st assembly rod 30 inserted into one insertion tube 15 is sequentially separated, and then the 1 st assembly rod 30 is attached to the insertion tube 15 at another position. At this time, the fixing pin (P) assembled on the horizontal connecting rod 50 may be removed first so that the width can be adjusted.
Then, the width of the shelf structure can be adjusted by appropriately adjusting the distance of insertion of the horizontal portion 42 of the 2 nd assembly rod 40 into the horizontal connecting rod 50 and inserting the fixing pin (P) through the distance adjusting hole 51A and the through hole 42A in this order.
Further, although the above description has been made on the case where a plurality of insertion tubes 15 are attached at predetermined intervals, in contrast, as shown in fig. 16, a horizontally long hole H1 having a length equal to the horizontal length may be formed in the support plate 16, and the position of one insertion tube 15 may be appropriately adjusted along the horizontally long hole H1.
At this time, by forming a plurality of hooking grooves H2 along the horizontally long hole H1, the position of the insertion tube 15 adjusted in the horizontal direction can be easily adjusted to be the same.
Further, a hooking pin 15A is formed on an outer surface of the insertion tube 15 and selectively inserted into the hooking groove H2 to be fixed, and a screw (not shown) is formed on the outer surface of the hooking pin 15A, so that the position of the insertion tube 15 is firmly fixed by fitting a nut to the hooking pin 15A using a screw in a state where the position of the insertion tube 15 is appropriately adjusted by the horizontal long hole H1 and the hooking groove H2.
With the above configuration, the user does not need to separate the 1 st assembly rod 30 from the insertion tube 15 to adjust the position thereof in order to adjust the width of the shelf structure, and the user can easily change the mounting position of the insertion tube 15 using the horizontal long hole H1 and the hooking groove H2 in a state where the 1 st assembly rod 30 is inserted into the insertion tube 15, thereby making it possible to more easily adjust the width of the shelf structure.
The above description has been made of the configuration in which the width can be adjusted by inserting the other end of the 2 nd assembling rod 40 into both ends of the horizontal connecting rod 50 installed to cross each other in the shape of "X", respectively, but it is also possible to insert the front end of the other horizontal part 42 into the inside of the front end of the one horizontal part 42 to be horizontally connected by crossing each other in the shape of "X" by a predetermined length, instead of this.
At this time, a connection portion 42B having a predetermined length is formed at the front end of the one horizontal portion 42 and the diameter of the connection portion is relatively larger or smaller than that of the front end of the other horizontal portion 42, so that the width of the shelf structure can be appropriately adjusted by inserting the front end of the other horizontal portion 42 into the connection portion 42B by a predetermined length or inserting the connection portion 42B into the front end of the other horizontal portion 42 by a predetermined length.
The through holes 41A and 42A are formed at the tip ends of the connecting portion 42B and the other-side horizontal portion 42 with a predetermined interval therebetween, and the adjusted width is fixed by the fixing pin (P) as in the case of the horizontal connecting rod 50.
As described above, the present invention can be mounted on pallets of various specifications only by attaching the pitch adjusters having appropriate sizes to the fasteners, and if the width of the goods is wider than the width of the pallet, the width can be easily adjusted by changing the position of the 1 st assembly rod inserted into the insertion tube and then used, and the height of the 2 nd assembly rod inserted into the 1 st assembly rod can be easily adjusted by the fixing pins.
