背景技术
现有的汽车充电口盖按材质一般分为:金属充电口盖和塑料充电口盖。随着新能源汽车的高速发展,车身轻量化要求越来越高,金属充电口盖已不符合设计要求,且外观存在锈蚀风险。而目前常用的塑料充电口盖,由外板、外板加强板、鹅颈式转动铰链、转动销轴、充电口盒底座、密封垫、锁止机构、拉线组成,结构较复杂且售后成本高。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种汽车用充电口盖,结构简单、安装方便、售后维修成本低。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种汽车用充电口盖,其特征在于:包括外板、铰链、底座、弹簧卡扣、转轴和铰链弹簧,所述外板的背部与铰链的加强板进行装配,所述铰链的加强板上设有弹簧卡扣固定槽用于固定弹簧卡扣,铰链的头部通过转轴和铰链弹簧连接底座,铰链的加强板通过弹簧卡扣与底座锁止连接,所述底座采用塑料螺母座和螺钉固定在侧围钣金支架上。
所述的外板采用长方形板,外板的四角采用大圆角,外板的下边中间位置设有凸起的半圆型扣手。
所述的外板为可拆换式结构,外板的背部均匀分布有7个卡槽,其中6个卡槽左右方向对称设置,卡槽的深度为4mm,中部的卡槽上部设有2个限位筋,外板的背部与铰链的加强板装配连接。
所述的铰链一体注塑成型,铰链的加强板上设有田字型加强筋。
所述的底座的底部中间位置设有与弹簧卡扣卡接的凹槽,并与弹簧卡扣卡接深度保持在2~3mm。
所述的底座周圈设有密封垫,密封垫与底座为双色注塑成型,密封垫宽度为8~10mm,厚度为2~3mm,闭合状态与外板的压缩量为0.3~0.8mm。

如图1到图4所示的一种汽车用充电口盖,其特征在于:包括外板1、铰链2、底座3、弹簧卡扣4、转轴5和铰链弹簧6,所述外板1的背部与铰链2的加强板进行装配,所述铰链2的加强板上设有弹簧卡扣固定槽用于固定弹簧卡扣4,铰链2的头部通过转轴5和铰链弹簧6连接底座3,铰链2的加强板通过弹簧卡扣4与底座3锁止连接,所述底座3采用塑料螺母座和螺钉固定在侧围钣金支架上。
所述的外板1采用长方形板,外板1长宽尺寸为292*195mm,外板1的四角采用大圆角,外板1的下边中间位置设有凸起的半圆型扣手。
所述的外板1为可拆换式结构,外板1的背部均匀分布有7个卡槽11,其中6个卡槽11左右方向对称设置,卡槽11的深度为4mm,中部的卡槽11上部设有2个限位筋12,外板1的背部与铰链2的加强板装配连接。
所述的铰链2一体注塑成型,整体结构呈鹅颈式,头部与铰链轴配合孔为直径3.2mm,铰链2的加强板上设有田字型加强筋。
所述的底座3的底部中间位置设有与弹簧卡扣4卡接的凹槽,并与弹簧卡扣4卡接深度保持在2~3mm。
所述的底座3周圈设有密封垫,密封垫与底座3为双色注塑成型,密封垫宽度为8~10mm,厚度为2~3mm,闭合状态与外板1的压缩量为0.3~0.8mm。所述弹簧卡扣4宽度8mm,高度13mm,其限位筋凸出高度设计为1.3mm。当充电口盖闭合状态时,弹簧卡扣4与底座3卡槽重合高度设计为2mm。

1.一种汽车用充电口盖,其特征在于:包括外板(1)、铰链(2)、底座(3)、弹簧卡扣(4)、转轴(5)和铰链弹簧(6),所述外板(1)的背部与铰链(2)的加强板进行装配,所述铰链(2)的加强板上设有弹簧卡扣固定槽用于固定弹簧卡扣(4),铰链(2)的头部通过转轴(5)和铰链弹簧(6)连接底座(3),铰链(2)的加强板通过弹簧卡扣(4)与底座(3)锁止连接,所述底座(3)采用螺母座和螺钉固定在侧围钣金支架上。
