By arranging the conveying jig 13; after the jig clamping assembly 14 moves to a corresponding processing station, the air cylinder 152 is started to act to drive the clamping driving shaft 19 to rotate, and the clamping shifting block 191 rotates to drive the left clamping gripper 181 and the right clamping gripper 182 to respectively drive the clamping guide rods 17 connected with each other to move along corresponding hole positions of the clamping base 16; the left gripper block 1812 and the right gripper block 1822 are loosened, and the feedthrough capacitor falls to a corresponding station to be processed to complete the jig conveying process. The jig clamping component 14 and the jig opening component 15 are separately arranged; the jig clamping assemblies 14 are fixed on the jig driving mechanism 11, and the jig opening assembly 15 is not fixed on the jig driving mechanism 11 together with the jig clamping assemblies 14; therefore, only the jig clamping component 14 is fixed on the jig driving mechanism 11, and the occupied volume of the whole equipment is reduced; meanwhile, the number of the jig opening assemblies 15 is small, and the small number of the jig opening assemblies 15 are fixed on a machining station where the feedthrough capacitor needs to fall; the jig driving mechanism 11 drives the plurality of jig clamping assemblies 14 to circularly move to the processing station, and the jig opening assembly 15 located at the processing station needs to continuously move to open the jig clamping assemblies 14; therefore, the problem that the jig opening assembly 15 does not work for most of the time when the jig opening assembly 15 and the jig clamping assembly 14 are jointly fixed on the jig driving mechanism 11 is avoided, and the utilization rate of the jig opening assembly 15 is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the ac spot welding apparatus 2 includes a spot welding assembly 21 and an upper stopper assembly 22; the spot welding assembly 21 and the upper top limit assembly 22 are fixed on the workbench, and the spot welding assembly 21 is positioned above the upper top limit assembly 22; the spot welding assembly 21 and the upper top limiting assembly 22 are respectively contacted with the upper end and the lower end of the feed-through capacitor product; the spot welding assembly 21 is used for spot welding between the lead-through capacitor pin and the lead; the upper top limiting component 22 is used for supporting the bottom surface of the feedthrough capacitor product to prevent the feedthrough capacitor product from sliding downwards; the upper ejection limiting assembly 22 comprises an upper ejection rack 23, an upper ejection screw 24, an upper ejection guide rod 25, a guide rod connecting block 26 and an upper ejection cylinder element 27; the upper top frame 23 is fixed on the workbench, and the upper top screw 24 and the upper top guide rod 25 are fixed on the upper top frame 23; one side of the guide rod connecting block 26 is connected with the movable end of the upper ejection guide rod 25, and the other side of the guide rod connecting block 26 is connected with the output end of the upper ejection screw 24; the upper top cylinder element 27 is fixed on the guide rod connecting block 26, and the output end of the upper top cylinder element 27 is in contact with the feed-through capacitor product; the upper deck cylinder member 27 includes an upper deck cylinder 271, a cylinder top block 272, and a cylinder receiving plate 273; the output end of the upper jacking cylinder 271 is connected with a cylinder top block 272, and the upper surface of the cylinder top block 272 is contacted with the bottom surface of the through capacitor product; the cylinder receiving plate 273 is fixed to the upper ceiling cylinder 271. The cylinder top block 272 includes a top block center bore 274; the top piece center hole 274 is located in the center of the cylinder top piece 272, and the top piece center hole 274 is aligned with the feedthrough capacitor pin; the top block center hole 274 is a cylindrical hole location; the diameter of the cylinder of the center hole 274 of the top block is larger than that of the pin of the feedthrough capacitor; the upper top limit component 22 also comprises a steel plate ruler 28 and an indication sheet 29; the steel plate ruler 28 is fixed on the upper top frame 23, and the steel plate ruler 28 is vertically arranged; the indicating sheet 29 is fixed on the guide rod connecting block 26, and the front end of the indicating sheet 29 is connected with the steel plate ruler 28; the spot welding assembly 21 comprises a spot welding frame 211, a spot welding guide rail 212, a spot welding electrode holder 213 and a spot welding electrode piece 214; the spot welding machine frame 211 is fixed on the workbench, the spot welding guide rail 212 is fixed on the spot welding machine frame 211, and the movable end of the spot welding guide rail 212 is respectively connected with the spot welding electrode holders 213; the spot welding electrode plates 214 are respectively fixed on the spot welding electrode seats 213, and the spot welding electrode plates 214 are respectively connected with the feedthrough capacitor product; the plurality of spot weld tabs 214 are positioned one behind the other, and the plurality of spot weld tabs 214 are in contact with the feedthrough capacitor lead and the wire, respectively.
During operation of the ac spot welding apparatus 2: 1) the jig conveying device 1 drives the corresponding feedthrough capacitor to move to a position connected with the alternating current spot welding device 2; 2) the upper jacking cylinder 271 acts to drive the cylinder jacking block 272 to move upwards to a position where the cylinder jacking block is contacted with the bottom surface of the feedthrough capacitor; 3) the lead conveying device conveys the cut leads to the positions where the leads are contacted with the feedthrough capacitor pins, and the spot welding assembly 21 acts to drive the spot welding pole pieces 214 to be respectively contacted with the feedthrough capacitor pins and the leads and perform spot welding to complete the process of spot welding of the feedthrough capacitor pins.
The alternating-current spot welding device 2 solves the problem that when spot welding is carried out on the feedthrough capacitor pin, the spot welding mechanism is firstly moved downwards to the position where the spot welding mechanism is contacted with the feedthrough capacitor pin, and then spot welding is directly carried out on the feedthrough capacitor pin and the lead; when the spot welding mechanism moves downwards to be in contact with the pin of the feedthrough capacitor, a downward force is applied to the feedthrough capacitor, and when the clamping force of the clamping mechanism on the outer surface of the feedthrough capacitor is reduced due to abrasion or processing errors, the feedthrough capacitor slides downwards for a certain distance under the downward force of the spot welding mechanism; therefore, the spot welding mechanism cannot accurately spot weld the pin of the feedthrough capacitor, and the spot welding quality of the feedthrough capacitor pin is reduced. By providing the upper ejection limiting component 22; after the feedthrough capacitor moves to the spot welding station, the upper jacking cylinder 271 acts to drive the cylinder jacking block 272 to move upwards to a position where the cylinder jacking block is contacted with the bottom surface of the feedthrough capacitor; the lead conveying device conveys the cut leads to the positions where the leads are contacted with the feedthrough capacitor pins, and the spot welding assembly 21 acts to drive the spot welding pole pieces 214 to be respectively contacted with the feedthrough capacitor pins and the leads and perform spot welding to complete the process of spot welding of the feedthrough capacitor pins. The upper surface of the cylinder top block 272 has a supporting function on the feedthrough capacitor when contacting with the bottom surface of the feedthrough capacitor; when the spot welding assembly 21 moves downwards to be in contact with the pin of the feedthrough capacitor, a downward force is applied to the feedthrough capacitor, and when the clamping force of the clamping mechanism on the outer surface of the feedthrough capacitor is reduced due to abrasion or machining errors, the cylinder top block 272 prevents the feedthrough capacitor from sliding downwards due to the downward force; therefore, the position accuracy of the pin of the feedthrough capacitor is ensured, and the spot welding quality of the pin of the feedthrough capacitor is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the soldering device 3 includes a soldering frame 31, and a solder wire feeding mechanism 32 and a solder wire welding mechanism 33 fixed to the soldering frame 31; the soldering tin frame 31 is fixed on the workbench; the output end of the tin wire feeding mechanism 32 is contacted with the output end of the tin wire welding mechanism 33, and the output end of the tin wire feeding mechanism 32 and the output end of the tin wire welding mechanism 33 are respectively connected with the feed-through capacitor product; the solder wire feeding mechanism 32 is used for feeding solder wires; the solder wire bonding mechanism 33 is used for wire bonding between the feedthrough capacitor leads and the leads.
As shown in fig. 8, the tin wire welding mechanism 33 includes an electric iron adjusting assembly 34 and a pollution discharging assembly 35; the electric soldering iron adjusting assembly 34 comprises a rotary adjusting bottom plate 36, an up-down adjusting cylinder 37, an up-down adjusting guide rail 38 and an electric soldering iron element 39; the rotary adjustment base plate 36 includes a rotary base plate fixing hole 361 and a rotary base plate rotating hole 362; the rotating bottom plate fixing hole 361 is connected with a circular hole of the soldering tin rack 31, and the rotating bottom plate rotating hole 362 is connected with a circular arc-shaped sliding groove of the soldering tin rack 31; the up-down adjusting cylinder 37 and the up-down adjusting guide rail 38 are fixed on the rotary adjusting base plate 36; the output end of the up-down adjusting cylinder 37 is connected with an electric soldering iron element 39, the electric soldering iron element 39 is connected with the movable end of the up-down adjusting guide rail 38, and the output end of the electric soldering iron element 39 is connected with the output end of the tin wire feeding mechanism 32; the sewage drainage assembly 35 includes a sewage drainage housing 351 and a sewage drainage suction pipe 352; the blowdown stander 351 is fixed on the soldering tin stander 31, and the blowdown suction pipe 352 is fixed on the blowdown stander 351; one end of the blow-down suction pipe 352 is connected with the vacuum suction device, and the other end of the blow-down suction pipe 352 is connected with the output end of the electric soldering iron element 39.
As shown in fig. 7, the electric soldering iron element 39 includes an electric soldering iron bottom plate 391, an electric soldering iron upper clamp 392, an electric soldering iron lower clamp 393, and an electric soldering iron 394; the electric soldering iron bottom plate 391 is connected with the movable end of the upper and lower adjusting guide rail 38, the electric soldering iron upper clamping block 392 and the electric soldering iron lower clamping block 393 are fixed on the electric soldering iron bottom plate 391, and the electric soldering iron upper clamping block 392 and the electric soldering iron lower clamping block 393 are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the electric soldering iron 394; the electric iron upper clamp block 392 includes an upper clamp block hole 395; the electric iron lower clamping block 393 comprises a lower clamping block hole 396; the diameters of the upper clamping block hole 395 and the lower clamping block hole 396 correspond to the diameters of the clamped parts at the upper end and the lower end of the electric soldering iron 394 respectively; the blowdown suction pipe 352 comprises a blowdown upper suction pipe 353, a blowdown transition suction pipe 354 and a blowdown lower suction pipe 355; the upper end of the upper sewage drainage suction pipe 353 is connected with a vacuum suction device, and the lower end of the lower sewage drainage suction pipe 355 is connected with the output end of the electric soldering iron element 39; two ends of the sewage discharge transition suction pipe 354 are respectively connected with the lower end of the sewage discharge upper suction pipe 353 and the upper end of the sewage discharge lower suction pipe 355; the waste upper suction pipe 353 and the waste lower suction pipe 355 are both cylindrical, and the diameter of the waste upper suction pipe 353 is larger than that of the waste lower suction pipe 355.
The tin wire welding mechanism 33 is in the working process: 1) the jig conveying device 1 drives the corresponding feedthrough capacitor to move to a welding station, and the solder wire feeding mechanism 32 conveys the solder wire to a welding position; 2) adjusting the connecting position of the rotating hole 362 of the rotating bottom plate and the arc-shaped chute of the soldering tin rack 31 according to the shape of the feedthrough capacitor pin, so that the welding position of the welding head of the electric soldering iron 394 is opposite to the welding position of the feedthrough capacitor pin; 3) the up-down adjusting cylinder 37 acts to drive the electric soldering iron 394 to move downwards to a soldering position to solder the lead capacitor pin and the lead wire; 4) the vacuum suction device drives the blow-down suction pipe 352 to generate suction force, and the blow-down suction pipe 355 sucks away smoke generated by the electric soldering iron element 39 connected with the blow-down suction pipe to complete the tin wire welding process.
The tin wire welding mechanism 33 solves the problem that when tin soldering is added to the through capacitor pin and the lead, the electric soldering iron is directly driven by the air cylinder to move downwards to a welding position, and the through capacitor pin and the lead are welded; the cylinder drives the electric soldering iron to move only up and down, and the welding angle of the electric soldering iron relative to the pin of the feedthrough capacitor is not changed; when the shape of the pin of the feedthrough capacitor changes, the welding angle of the electric soldering iron cannot be adjusted to adapt to the shape of the pin of the feedthrough capacitor, so that the adaptability of a welding mechanism is low; meanwhile, when the feedthrough capacitor pin and the lead are welded, smoke generated in the welding process of the tin wire is not treated, so that the problem of reduced environment quality in the welding process is caused. An electric soldering iron adjusting assembly 34 and a pollution discharge assembly 35 are arranged; when the feedthrough capacitor pin and the lead are welded, the connecting position of the rotating hole 362 of the rotating bottom plate and the arc-shaped chute of the soldering tin rack 31 is adjusted according to the shape of the feedthrough capacitor pin, so that the welding position of the welding head of the electric soldering iron 394 is opposite to the welding position of the feedthrough capacitor pin; the up-down adjusting cylinder 37 acts to drive the electric soldering iron 394 to move downwards to a soldering position to solder the lead capacitor pin and the lead wire; the vacuum suction device drives the blow-down suction pipe 352 to generate suction force, and the blow-down suction pipe 355 sucks away smoke generated by the electric soldering iron element 39 connected with the blow-down suction pipe to complete the tin wire welding process. The connection position of the rotary bottom plate rotating hole 362 and the arc-shaped sliding groove of the soldering tin rack 31 is adjusted, so that the electric soldering iron 394 can rotate around the rotary bottom plate fixing hole 361, and the welding angle of a welding head of the electric soldering iron 394 relative to the through capacitor pin is adjusted; when the shape of the feedthrough capacitor pin changes, the welding head of the electric soldering iron 394 can be adjusted to a position matched with the shape of the feedthrough capacitor pin, so that the tin wire welding mechanism 33 is suitable for various feedthrough capacitor pins; meanwhile, the pollution discharge suction pipe 352 can suck away smoke generated in the welding process when the through-electrode capacitor pin is welded, the influence of the smoke of the solder wire on the working environment is reduced, and the environmental quality of the welding process is improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the solder wire feeding mechanism 32 includes a solder wire feeding rack 321, a feeding cylinder 322, a feeding guide 323, and a solder wire conveying assembly 324; the tin wire feeding rack 321 is fixed on the tin soldering rack 31, and the feeding cylinder 322 and the feeding guide rail 323 are fixed on the tin wire feeding rack 321; the output end of the feeding cylinder 322 and the movable end of the feeding guide rail 323 are respectively connected with the tin wire conveying assembly 324, and the output end of the tin wire conveying assembly 324 is contacted with the tin wire welding mechanism 33; the feeding cylinder 322 is used for driving the tin wire conveying assembly 324 to move along the feeding guide rail 323; the solder wire conveying assembly 324 is used for conveying solder wires; the tin wire conveying assembly 324 comprises a conveying bottom plate 325, a tin wire conveying rack 326 fixed on the conveying bottom plate 325, a tin wire driving motor 327, a tin wire driving gear 328 and a tin wire guide tube 329; the solder wire carriage 326 cooperates with the solder wire coil; the output end of the tin wire driving motor 327 is connected with a tin wire driving gear 328; the tin wire driving gear 328 comprises a tin wire driving gear 3281 and a tin wire driven gear 3282; the tin wire guide tube 329 is made of plastic materials, and the shape of the tin wire guide tube 329 is matched with a tin wire conveying curve; the solder wires extending out of the solder wire coil respectively penetrate through the joint of the solder wire guide tube 329 and the solder wire driving gear 3281 with the solder wire driven wheel 3282, and the tail ends of the solder wires are contacted with the solder wire welding mechanism 33; the solder wire rack 326 is used for storing solder wire coils; the tin wire driving motor 327 and the tin wire driving gear 328 are used for driving the tin wires to move; the wire guide 329 is used to adjust the wire feed path. The tin wire conduit 329 includes a first conduit 3291, a second conduit 3292, and a third conduit 3293; first, second, and third conduits 3291, 3292, 3293 are all secured to a transport base 325; the upper end of a first guide pipe 3291 is connected with a soldering tin wire coil, the lower end of a third guide pipe 3293 is connected with a soldering tin wire welding mechanism 33, and the upper end and the lower end of a second guide pipe 3292 are respectively connected with the lower end of the first guide pipe 3291 and the upper end of the third guide pipe 3293; the plurality of tin wire driving gears 3281 and the plurality of tin wire driven gears 3282 are arranged, the plurality of tin wire driving gears 3281 and the plurality of tin wire driven gears 3282 are distributed up and down, and the tin wire driving gears 3281 and the tin wire driven gears 3282 are connected at the same height.
As shown in fig. 10, the solder wire drive gear 3281 includes solder wire drive gear teeth 32811 and a solder wire drive nip wheel 32812; the tin wire driving gear teeth 32811 are meshed with the output end of the tin wire driving motor 327; the tin wire driving pressing wheel 32812 is positioned at the outer end of the tin wire driving gear teeth 32811, the tin wire driving pressing wheel 32812 is connected with the tin wire driven wheel 3282, and the outer surface of the tin wire driving pressing wheel 32812 is in contact with the surface of the tin wire; the second conduit is located between the upper and lower wire drive gears 3281.
As shown in fig. 11, the first, second, and third conduits 3291, 3292, 3293 each include a conduit outer wall 3294 and a conduit inner bore 3295; the inner hole 3295 of the guide tube is a through hole, and the inner hole 3295 of the guide tube is connected with a solder wire; the conduit bore 3295 is a circular bore; the diameter of the inner bore 3295 of the circular tube is larger than that of the solder wire.
During the operation of the tin wire feeding mechanism 32: 1) the jig conveying device 1 drives the corresponding feedthrough capacitor to move to the welding station, and the feeding cylinder 322 acts to drive the tin wire conveying assembly 324 to move downwards to a position connected with the tin wire welding mechanism 33; 2) the tin wire driving motor 327 operates to drive the tin wire driving gear 3281 connected with the tin wire driving motor to rotate, the tin wire driving pressing wheel 32812 rotates to drive the tin wire driven wheel 3282 connected with the tin wire driving pressing wheel to rotate, and the tin wire moves between the tin wire driving pressing wheel 32812 and the tin wire driven wheel 3282; 3) the solder wire passes through the guide tube inner hole 3295 and moves to a welding station along the bent shape of the solder wire guide tube 329 to complete the solder wire feeding process.
The solder wire feeding mechanism 32 solves the problem that when solder wires are fed, the solder wires between the pressing wheels are directly driven to move forwards by the rotation of the two pressing wheels to complete the feeding process of the solder wires; the pressing wheel rotates to convey the soldering tin wire, the soldering tin wire can only be driven to move through the friction force of the pressing wheel, and no mechanism is used for limiting the moving direction of the soldering tin wire after the soldering tin wire is not in contact with the pressing wheel; when the pinch roller output is far away from the punching capacitor welding position, the length of the output free end solder wire is long, and the free end solder wire is more easily affected by gravity and folded down, so that the problem that the loading position of the solder wire is inaccurate is caused. By providing a wire feed assembly 324; when the solder wires are fed, the solder wire driving motor 327 operates to drive the solder wire driving gear 3281 connected with the solder wire driving motor to rotate, the solder wire driving pressing wheel 32812 rotates to drive the solder wire driven wheel 3282 connected with the solder wire driving pressing wheel to rotate, and the solder wires move between the solder wire driving pressing wheel 32812 and the solder wire driven wheel 3282; the solder wire passes through the guide tube inner hole 3295 and moves to a welding station along the bent shape of the solder wire guide tube 329 to complete the solder wire feeding process. The solder wire is conveyed along the solder wire guide tube 329 when being conveyed forwards; the tin wire guide tube 329 is made of a plastic material and can be bent into a corresponding shape according to a conveying path, so that the conveying direction of the tin wires output from the driving pressing wheel 32812 and the tin wire driven wheel 3282 is limited; when the output end of the pressing wheel is far away from the welding position of the feedthrough capacitor, the length of the output free end solder wire is long, and the solder wire penetrates through a guide tube inner hole 3295 of the output end of the pressing wheel, so that the support of a guide tube outer wall 3294 and the limiting effect of the bending shape of the solder wire guide tube 329 on the output direction of the guide tube are obtained; thereby avoiding the solder wire to receive the influence of gravity and roll over down, having guaranteed the accuracy of solder wire material loading position.

The feedthrough capacitor stitch bonding apparatus of claim 1 wherein the drive shaft paddle (193) further comprises a paddle bearing (195); the inner ring of the toggle bearing (195) is matched with the lower end of the drive shaft toggle rod (193), and the outer ring of the toggle bearing (195) is contacted with the output end of the opening cylinder (152).

The feed-through capacitor stitch bonding equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection of the left clamping gripper (181), the clamping guide rod (17) and the clamping shifting block (191) and the connection of the right clamping gripper (182), the clamping guide rod (17) and the clamping shifting block (191) are all connected by pins.

The feed-through capacitor stitch welding device as recited in claim 1, wherein the left clamping gripper (181) comprises a left gripper slider (1811), a left gripper block (1812) and a left gripper connecting block (1813); the output end of the left gripper sliding block (1811) and the input end of the left gripper block (1812) are respectively connected with the left gripper connecting block (1813); the output end of the left gripper block (1812) is connected with the feed-through capacitor product.

The feed-through capacitive stitch welding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the right clamping gripper (182) comprises a right gripper slider (1821), a right gripper block (1822) and a right gripper connection block (1823); the output end of the right gripper slider (1821) and the input ends of the right gripper blocks (1822) are respectively connected with the right gripper connecting block (1823); the output ends of the plurality of right gripper gripping blocks (1822) are respectively connected with the feedthrough capacitor product.
