The pretreatment rinsing system with an improved structure as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the number of the water washing tanks is three, and the water washing tanks are respectively a first water washing tank, a second water washing tank and a third water washing tank, wherein the first water washing tank is connected with the second water washing tank, and the second water washing tank is connected with the third water washing tank; the first water washing tank, the second water washing tank and the third water washing tank are respectively provided with a liquid level sensor and a temperature sensor which are respectively connected with the PLC.
