the PLC is also connected with an oil scraping motor 30-1 and an aerator 30-7;
the specific connection relationship between the water washing tank and the water washing filtering oil removal device is as follows: the bottom of the washing tank 12 in the washing tank is provided with a connecting port and is connected with the filter tank 28 through a pump set and a pipeline (washing water enters the filter tank 28 from the washing tank through the pipeline); the clean water buffer tank 26 is provided with a connecting port and is connected with the top of the washing tank 12 through a pump set and a pipeline (the washing water is filtered by a ceramic membrane filter pipe inside, waste solids enter the waste solid tank 33, and clean water passes through the clean water buffer tank 26 and is circulated back to the bottom of the washing tank 12 in the washing tank); an outlet is arranged on the liquid level surface of the washing tank 12 in the washing tank and is connected with a liquid inlet 30-5 at the upper part of the oil removing tank 30 through a pump set and a pipeline, and a water outlet 30-8 of the oil removing tank 30 is connected with the washing tank 12 through the pump set and the pipeline;
the operation flow of the pretreatment rinsing system in the textile printing and dyeing industry in the embodiment 1 of the invention is as follows: the back of the washing tank is connected with a washing filtering deoiling device, water in the washing tank is conveyed into a filter tank 28 through a pump set and is filtered by a ceramic membrane filter pipe in the washing tank, clear water passes through a clear water buffer tank 26 and circularly returns to the washing tank, when excessive residues on the ceramic membrane filter pipe and the pressure difference formed on the two sides of the ceramic membrane filter pipe reach a set value, a cleaning pump 31 is started, a cleaning pneumatic valve 32 is opened, the residues on the ceramic membrane filter pipe are cleaned through high pressure, and the residues are collected in a waste solid tank 33; through deoiling pump package 34, the greasy dirt layer in the washing case enters into deoiling jar 30, through the deoiling device (not marking in the picture, can be the conventional scraper blade deoiling device that can purchase on the market) in the deoiling jar 30, the clean water circulates back boil-off case and washing case, and the greasy dirt is collected in the greasy dirt collecting vessel through the pipeline.

the oil removing tank comprises an oil removing tank body, an oil scraping motor, a transmission chain, an oil scraping plate, an oil outlet, a liquid inlet, a honeycomb ceramic filter sheet, an aerator and a water outlet; the oil scraping motor is connected with the oil scraping plate through a transmission chain, the oil discharging port is located on one side of the upper portion of the oil removing tank body, the liquid inlet is located on one side of the upper portion of the oil removing tank body, the honeycomb ceramic filter sheet is located on the lower portion of the oil removing tank body, the aerator is located at the bottom of the oil removing tank body, and the water outlet is located on one side of the bottom of the oil removing tank body.
