A pretreatment hub boiling system in the textile printing and dyeing industry is characterized in that: comprises a boiling box and a water washing, filtering and oil removing device; the boiling box is connected with the water washing, filtering and oil removing device through a pipeline; the boiling box comprises a tension roller, a first boiling cloth guide roller, a first boiling filament separating roller, a first boiling transmission roller, a cloth arranging roller, a first boiling maintenance cover, a boiling box body, a second boiling maintenance cover, a second boiling transmission roller, a first boiling spray pipe, a second boiling filament separating roller, a third boiling filament separating roller, a boiling upper roller, a boiling lower roller, a cloth stacking groove, a first water discharge port, a second boiling cloth guide roller, a water tank, a burner heat exchange pipe, a circulating pump, a second water discharge port, a cloth guide plate, a second boiling spray pipe and a lighting lamp; the stacking groove is positioned in the middle of the boiling box body, ten to thirty second boiling cloth guide rollers are distributed below the stacking groove and used for supporting grey cloth, two burner heat exchange tubes are positioned below the water tank, the circulating pump is connected with the lower part of the water tank, the first water discharge port and the second water discharge port are positioned above the water tank and on two sides of the boiling box body, the cloth guide plate is arranged on one side of the boiling box body, the first boiling spray pipe and the second boiling spray pipe are distributed above the water tank, the illuminating lamp is positioned above the water tank, the tension roller, the first boiling cloth guide roller, the first boiling filament dividing roller, the first boiling transmission roller and the cloth swinging roller are sequentially distributed above the left side of the boiling box body, the second boiling transmission roller, the second boiling filament dividing roller and the third boiling filament dividing roller are distributed above the right side of the boiling box body, the boiling upper roller and the boiling lower roller are fixed on the right upper side of the boiling box body, the first boiling access cover and the second boiling access cover are positioned at the top of the boiling box body, the second boiling spray pipe is used for supplementing water, and the other end of the circulating pump is connected with the first boiling spray pipe through a pipeline to form water circulation;
the washing filters and deoiling device includes: the device comprises a clean water buffer tank, a filtering electric cabinet, a filtering tank, an oil removing electric cabinet, an oil removing tank, a cleaning pump, a waste solid box, an oil removing pump set and a cleaning pneumatic valve; the cleaning pump, the waste solid tank and the oil removing pump set are fixed on the base, the clear water buffer tank is connected with the filter tank through the cleaning pump, the filter tank is connected with the waste solid tank through the cleaning pneumatic valve, the oil removing tank is connected with the oil removing pump set through a pipeline, the filter electric cabinet is connected with the clear water buffer tank and the control valve of the filter tank, and the oil removing electric cabinet is connected with the control valve of the oil removing tank;
the oil removing tank comprises an oil removing tank body, an oil scraping motor, a transmission chain, an oil scraping plate, an oil outlet, a liquid inlet, a honeycomb ceramic filter sheet, an aerator and a water outlet; the oil scraping motor is connected with the oil scraping plate through a transmission chain, the oil discharging port is located on one side of the upper portion of the oil removing tank body, the liquid inlet is located on one side of the upper portion of the oil removing tank body, the honeycomb ceramic filter sheet is located on the lower portion of the oil removing tank body, the aerator is located at the bottom of the oil removing tank body, and the water outlet is located on one side of the bottom of the oil removing tank body.

The pretreatment hub cooking system of the textile printing and dyeing industry according to claim 1, wherein: the boiling box is specifically connected with the water washing, filtering and oil removing device as follows: a first water discharge port and a second water discharge port in the boiling box are connected with a liquid inlet in a degreasing tank in the water washing filtering and degreasing device, and a water outlet in the degreasing tank is connected with a water tank in the boiling box; the bottom of the water tank in the boiling box is connected with a filter tank in the washing filtering and oil removing device through a pump and a pipeline, and a clear water buffer tank in the washing filtering and oil removing device is connected with the water tank in the boiling box.

The pretreatment hub cooking system of the textile printing and dyeing industry according to claim 4, wherein: the PLC controller is electrically connected with a filtering electric cabinet, an oil removing electric cabinet, a cleaning pump, an oil removing pump set and a cleaning pneumatic valve in the washing filtering and oil removing device.
6. The pretreatment hub cooking system of the textile printing and dyeing industry according to claim 5, wherein: the PLC is electrically connected with an oil scraping motor and an aerator in an oil removal tank in the water washing, filtering and oil removing device.
7. The pretreatment hub cooking system of the textile printing and dyeing industry according to claim 1, wherein: 20-60 ultrafiltration ceramic membrane tubes are distributed in the filter tank.
8. The pretreatment hub cooking system of the textile printing and dyeing industry according to claim 1, wherein: 43 ultrafiltration ceramic membrane tubes are distributed in the filter tank.
