Abstract

本实用新型涉及镗床附件。解决现有W160镗 床主轴锥度不能满足生产要求的问题。设计出的镗 床变锥套能在不改变其主轴锥度的情况下达到加工 要求。利用一个变锥刀杆,其与主轴相联接的外锥度 与镗床相同,但其内锥孔的锥度可与铣刀联接。在变 锥刀杆上钻铰两斜孔,在铣刀尾部安设一个拉钉,通 过在两斜孔内上两个内六角平端紧定螺钉,顶在拉钉 斜面上。这样与镗床主轴不同锥度的刀具即可使用 于镗床。

Description

本实用新型涉及镗床附件。
现有镗铣床,如“W160”型落地镗床,其主轴锥度为公制1:100,用锁紧孔楔紧后加工零件,精度差、效率低,不能满足生产要求。
本实用新型的目的是设计出一种不改变其主轴锥度而能满足上述镗床要求的加工用刀杆附件。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:利用一个变锥刀杆,其与镗床主轴相联接的外锥度是公制1:100,用锁紧孔与主轴镗杆锁紧,其内锥度是7:24,与铣刀联接;键带动传动。在变锥刀杆上钻铰两个45°斜螺孔,上两个内六角平端紧定螺钉。铣刀尾部安设一个拉钉。
上述设计方案,通过内六角平端,紧定螺钉顶在拉钉斜面上,从而拉紧铣刀,其效果是:1.提高生产效率约5倍;2.精度保证在0.05毫米以内;3.扩大了刀具的适用范围。
下面通过附图和实施例作进一步描述:
附图为本实用新型结构示意图。
图中:1.变锥刀杆,2.锁紧孔,3.斜螺孔,4.内六角平端紧定螺钉,5.拉钉,6.螺扣,7.内锥孔,8.锥体,9.刀具,10.拉钉头部,11.键槽。
如图所示:镗床变锥套,由变锥刀杆1、螺钉4、拉钉5及刀具9所组成,其特征是在变锥刀杆1上设有带动传动的键槽10、锁紧孔2及内锥孔7,在变锥刀杆1下部设有两个对称的斜螺孔3;在刀具9的尾部为与内锥孔7相配的锥体8,在锥体8中设有与拉钉5连接的螺扣6;拉钉5一端设有与螺扣6啮合的螺纹,另端即拉钉头部10为六角形;通过内六角平端紧定螺钉4顶在拉钉5的斜面上,将刀具9牢固地固定联接在变锥刀杆1上。变锥刀杆1外锥度为公制1:100,内锥孔7的锥度为7:24;刀具9的锥体8的锥度为7:24。这样利用本实用新型,7:24锥度的刀具均可用在W160镗床上。

Claims (2)

1、镗床变锥套,由变锥刀杆1、螺钉4、拉钉5及刀具9所组成,其特征是在变锥刀杆1上设有带动传动的键槽10、锁紧孔2及内锥孔7,在变锥刀杆1下部设有两个对称的斜螺孔3;在刀具9的尾部为与内锥孔7相配的锥体8,在锥体8中设有与拉钉5连接的螺扣6;拉钉5一端设有与螺扣6啮合的螺纹,另端即拉钉头部10为六角形;通过内六角平端紧定螺钉4顶在拉钉5的斜面上,将刀具9牢固地固定联接在变锥刀杆1上。
2、如权利要求1所述镗床变锥套,其特征是变锥刀杆1外锥度为公制1:100,内锥孔7的锥度为7:24;刀具9的锥体8的锥度为7:24。
