本实用新型涉及充电桩领域,具体涉及一种物联网电动车充电系统。
背景技术
新建住宅小区需要配建永久性非机动车停车场/库,老旧小区、平房地区要通过建设公共停车场,解决居民停车问题。因此,随着非机动车停车场/库的不断建立,那么电动车的充电难、收费难,以及充电的安全性、便利性,是需要解决的问题。
本实用新型的发明人发现,由于物业功能不完善,设备安全隐患高,不智能,运营成本高,运维无法保障等原因,导致近年来电动自行车火灾频发且呈逐年增长趋势,造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失。因此,开发一种物联网电动车充电系统是很有必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种物联网电动车充电系统,通过电流传感器、温度传感器、门磁感应和空载过载保护装置等,防止偷电,杜绝误判充电、电池保护、充满自停和空载断电等功能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取了以下技术方案。
一种物联网电动车充电系统,包括主机和至少一个子机,所述主机包括主机物联网模组、主机识别模组、主机语音模块和主机电流检测控制模组;所述子机包括至少一个充电插座、子机识别模组、子机语音模块和子机电流检测控制模组;所述主机与所述子机通讯连接。
进一步,所述主机通过485/Lora与所述子机通讯。
进一步,所述主机与所述子机安装在不同区域,以实现远程通讯和远程控制。
进一步,所述多个子机之间采用级联的方式。
进一步,所述充电插座为多孔式插座。
进一步,所述子机电流检测控制模组包含:子机电流传感器、子机温度传感器、子机门磁感应和子机空载过载保护装置。
进一步,所述主机电流检测控制模组包含:主机电流传感器、主机温度传感器、主机门磁感应和主机空载过载保护装置。
进一步,所述子机识别模组内设置有识别数据。
进一步,还包括移动终端,所述移动终端可以与所述子机识别模组通讯并发送移动终端数据。
进一步,当所述移动终端数据与所述识别数据匹配成功后,充电插座开始通电并为电动车充电。
本实用新型一种物联网电动车充电系统的积极效果是:
(1)本实用新型通过通过电流传感器、温度传感器、门磁感应和空载过载保护装,实现了防止偷电、杜绝误判充电、电池保护、充满自停和空载断电等功能。为电动车用户解决了充电难、收费乱的问题同时为物业解决了私拉电线以及安全隐患的消除。
(2)本实用新型通过采用物联网模块,将主机、子机和移动终端连接在同一个私有化的物联网内,对充电数据和收费数据进行集中管理。

参见图1。一种物联网电动车充电系统,包括主机1和至少一个子机2,所述主机1包括主机物联网模组3、主机识别模组4、主机语音模块5和主机电流检测控制模组6;所述子机2包括至少一个充电插座7、子机识别模组8、子机语音模块9和子机电流检测控制模组10;所述主机1与所述子机2通讯连接。
主机物联网模组3采用4G/5G物联网模组,所述主机1通过485/Lora与所述子机2通讯。所述主机1与所述子机2安装在不同区域,以实现远程通讯和远程控制。所述多个子机2之间采用级联的方式,从而实现一个主机1控制多个子机2的目的。
所述充电插座7为多孔式插座,每个子机2可根据情况设1-4个多用充电插座7。
所述子机电流检测控制模组10包含:子机电流传感器、子机温度传感器、子机门磁感应和子机空载过载保护装置。所述主机电流检测控制模组6包含:主机电流传感器、主机温度传感器、主机门磁感应和主机空载过载保护装置。
所述子机识别模组8内设置有识别数据。还包括移动终端,所述移动终端可以与所述子机识别模组8通讯并发送移动终端数据。当所述移动终端数据与所述识别数据匹配成功后,充电插座7开始通电并为电动车充电。
在用户插入电动车充电插头到子机2的充电插座7,子机电流传感器通过不间断的电流检测反馈当前是否有接入待充电插头,子机语音模块9发出语音提示用户进行身份识别,识别成功后充电插座7开始通电并为电动车充电,同时为用户计时计费,用户通过移动终端,即手机端,可随时查询充电状态、充电时间和产生的电费。

1.一种物联网电动车充电系统,其特征在于,包括主机和至少一个子机,所述主机包括主机物联网模组、主机识别模组、主机语音模块和主机电流检测控制模组;所述子机包括至少一个充电插座、子机识别模组、子机语音模块和子机电流检测控制模组;所述主机与所述子机通讯连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物联网电动车充电系统,其特征在于,所述主机通过485/Lora与所述子机通讯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的物联网电动车充电系统,其特征在于,所述主机与所述子机安装在不同区域,以实现远程通讯和远程控制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的物联网电动车充电系统,其特征在于,多个所述子机之间采用级联的方式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的物联网电动车充电系统,其特征在于,所述充电插座为多孔式插座。
6.根据权利要求1所述的物联网电动车充电系统,其特征在于,所述子机电流检测控制模组包含:子机电流传感器、子机温度传感器、子机门磁感应和子机空载过载保护装置。
