The indication structure 34 is in the form of "open" or "close" when it is a Chinese character. The handle portion 44 is slid to the "on" position to remove the cover 40 from the cover 30. The handle portion 44 slides to the "closed" position, indicating that the cover 40 and lid 30 are in place.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cooking utensil comprises the baking cover 10 and the pan body 70, wherein the baking cover 10 is covered on the pan body 70. As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the toasting cover 10 further includes a fixing clip 14, and the heating element 20 is fixed on the reflection housing 38 by the fixing clip 14, so that the heating element 20 can be stably connected with the reflection housing 38. The fixing clip 14 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of fixing clips 14 are arranged at intervals.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the lid body 32 includes a face cover 35, an inner liner 37, and a reflection cover 38, the inner liner 37 being disposed below the face cover 35, the reflection cover 38 being disposed below the inner liner 37, and the reflection cover 38 being located inside the inner liner 37. After the bowl 38 is mounted under the liner 37, at least a portion of the sidewalls of the bowl 38 and the liner 37 cooperate to form the receiving recess 31, with the first section 311 and the second section 312 on the bowl 38, and the third section 313 being a feature on the liner 37.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the face cover 35 has a see-through hole, the cover body 32 further includes a see-through window 36, the reflection cylinder 15 is vertically disposed in the heating space 50, one end of the reflection cylinder 15 is connected to the cover plate 40, the other end of the reflection cylinder 15 is connected to the cover body 30, and the see-through hole is coaxial with the reflection cylinder 15. The perspective window 36 is arranged at the perspective hole, and the perspective window 36 is clamped between the surface cover 35 and the inner lining 37, so that a user can observe the baking condition of food in the pot body 70 through the perspective window 36, the reflecting cylinder 15 and the cover plate 40.
As shown in fig. 2, the toasting lid 10 further comprises a temperature sensing element 16, the temperature sensing element 16 is disposed on the reflective cover 38, and a temperature sensing probe of the temperature sensing element 16 extends into the heating space 50, so that the temperature sensing element 16 can measure the temperature in the heating space 50 to control the toasting temperature of the toasting lid 10 for the food.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cover plate 40 includes a support cover 45 and a light-transmitting plate 46, the support cover 45 is annular, the light-transmitting plate 46 is disposed at the central hole, and one end of the reflection cylinder 15 abuts against the light-transmitting plate 46, so that the light-transmitting plate 46 is limited between the reflection cylinder 15 and the support cover 45. The exposed light-transmitting plate 46 serves as a light-transmitting area, and the support cover 45 serves as a non-light-transmitting area. The air outlet 47 is provided on the support cover 45.
It should be noted that the supporting cover 45 and the transparent plate 46 are connected together, after the transparent plate 46 is assembled on the supporting cover 45, the longitudinal position limitation of the transparent plate 46 can be realized only by the supporting cover 45, and when the cover plate 40 is disassembled and assembled, the transparent plate 46 and the supporting cover 45 cannot be separated. The reflecting tube 15 further limits the transparent plate 46, so that the transparent plate 46 can be prevented from shaking, and the working stability of the transparent plate 46 is improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the fixing ring 60 includes a ring body section 62 and an abutting section 63, and the abutting section 63 extends outward from the bottom surface of the ring body section 62, so that the abutting section 63 abuts against the bottom surface of the third section 313 to limit the fixing ring 60. The ring body section 62 abuts against the third section 313, and the clamping groove 61 is disposed on the ring body section 62 and located on the inner annular surface of the ring body section 62.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking utensil further comprises a lid 80, the lid 80 and the baking cover 10 are alternatively covered on the pot body 70, and the lid 80 has a third coupling structure 81 coupled with the second coupling structure 71, so that the pot body 70 supplies power to the lid 80 for realizing conventional cooking.

The difference from the first embodiment is that the cover plate 40 is different from the fixing ring 60 in the form of fitting.
In the present embodiment, the cover plate 40 is clamped between the fixing ring 60 and the cover body 32. This configuration can reduce the use of structural members and the design of the cover plate 40, but the fitting makes the cover plate 40 less likely to be detached from the cover body 32.

Claims (13)

1. A baking lid, comprising:
a heating element (20);
a cover (30), the heating element (20) being disposed on a bottom surface of the cover (30);
a cover plate (40), wherein the cover plate (40) is detachably arranged below the cover body (30), after the cover plate (40) is installed on the cover body (30), a heating space (50) is formed between the cover plate (40) and the cover body (30), and the heating element (20) is positioned in the heating space (50).
2. The toasting lid as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the cover plate (40) has a light-transmitting region through which heat emitted by the heating element (20) can be radiated to the outside of the toasting lid (10).
3. The toasting lid according to claim 2, characterized in that the cover plate (40) further has a non-light-transmitting area, which is located outside the light-transmitting area, the non-light-transmitting area being connected to the lid body (30).

The toasting lid as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lid body (30) comprises a lid body (32) and a securing ring (60), the lid body (32) having an upwardly recessed receiving groove (31), the heating element (20) being arranged in the receiving groove (31), the cover plate (40) being arranged at the opening of the receiving groove (31), the securing ring (60) being arranged at the side wall of the receiving groove (31),
the cover plate (40) is clamped between the fixing ring (60) and the cover body (32); or
The fixing ring (60) is provided with a clamping groove (61), and the cover plate (40) is clamped on the clamping groove (61).

The toasting lid according to claim 5, characterized in that the lid body (30) further comprises a gasket (33), the gasket (33) being arranged between the lid body (32) and the securing ring (60), at least a portion of the cover plate (40) being arranged in abutment with the gasket (33) for sealing a gap between the cover plate (40) and the lid body (32).
7. The baking lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side wall of the lid body (30) has a snap groove (61), the cover plate (40) has a snap structure (41), and at least a part of the snap structure (41) extends into the snap groove (61) to be snapped into the lid body (30).

The baking cover according to claim 7, wherein the clamping groove (61) comprises a guiding section (611) and a clamping section (612) connected in sequence, the guiding section (611) is communicated with the bottom surface of the cover body (30), and at least a part of the fastening structure (41) enters the clamping section (612) through the guiding section (611) to be clamped with the cover body (30).
9. The toasting lid according to claim 7, characterized in that the cover plate (40) comprises:
a cover body section (42), an opening of the cover body section (42) facing the cover body (30);
an outward-turning flange (43) is arranged at the opening of the cover body section (42), the outward-turning flange (43) is attached to the cover body (30), and the buckling structure (41) is connected with the outward-turning flange (43).

13. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the baking lid (10) of any one of claims 1 to 12;
the baking cover (10) is covered on the pot body (70).
