The utility model relates to a household electrical appliances technical field particularly, relates to a toast lid and cooking utensil.
Background
At present, a window cylinder in the baking pressure integrated cooker adopts a straight-edge structure, the sectional area of the window cylinder with the straight-edge structure is more than that of a heating source, heat concentration is not facilitated, straight-edge heat reflection is almost not generated, a temperature field is not uniform, and uniformity of food baking is not facilitated.
That is, the baking cover in the prior art has the problem of uneven temperature field.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
A primary object of the present invention is to provide a baking cover and a cooking utensil to solve the problem of uneven temperature field in the baking cover in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a roasting cover comprising: a cover body having a heating element; the heating element is positioned at the outer side of the reflecting cylinder, and the wall of the reflecting cylinder is obliquely arranged relative to the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder.
The inner cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder is arranged in an inclined manner relative to the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder, so that the cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder is provided with an inclined section, the heating element is arranged on the outer side of the reflecting cylinder, and the side wall of the reflecting cylinder can reflect the light emitted by the heating element downwards under the action of the inclined section, so that the uniformity of a baking cover temperature field is increased, and the baking of food is more uniform.
Further, the reflection barrel at least comprises a hole expanding section and/or a hole reducing section in the vertical direction, the upper opening of the hole expanding section is larger than the lower opening of the hole expanding section, and the upper opening of the hole reducing section is smaller than the lower opening of the hole reducing section. The arrangement of the hole expanding section can increase the area of the perspective area, increase the visual field for observing food and increase the perspective range. The area of the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder can be increased by the arrangement, more food can be seen, the perspective range is further increased, and the baking condition of the food at the edge position can be observed.
Furthermore, when the reflector comprises an expanding section and a contracting section, the expanding section is positioned above the contracting section, the lower opening of the expanding section is equal to the upper opening of the contracting section, the upper opening of the expanding section is larger than or smaller than the lower opening of the contracting section, the upper opening of the expanding section is used as the top opening of the reflector, and the lower opening of the contracting section is used as the bottom opening of the reflector; or the shrinkage section is positioned above the reaming section, the lower opening of the shrinkage section is equal to the upper opening of the reaming section, the upper opening of the shrinkage section is larger than the lower opening of the reaming section, the upper opening of the shrinkage section is used as the top opening of the reflecting cylinder, and the lower opening of the reaming section is used as the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder. The reflection barrel comprises an expanding section and a shrinking section, so that the size of the top opening of the reflection barrel is different from that of the bottom opening of the reflection barrel, and the perspective range of the baking cover is larger. When looking at food through the see-through region, the area of the see-through region can be increased by the reaming section to enlarge the see-through range.
Furthermore, the reflecting cylinder also comprises a straight hole section in the vertical direction, the straight hole section is positioned above the shrinkage hole section, the lower opening of the straight hole section is equal to the upper opening of the shrinkage hole section, the upper opening of the straight hole section is smaller than the lower opening of the shrinkage hole section, the upper opening of the straight hole section is used as the top opening of the reflecting cylinder, and the lower opening of the shrinkage hole section is used as the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder. Due to the arrangement of the shrinkage hole section below the straight hole section, the perspective range can be increased, so that a user can see more foods.
Further, the top opening of the reflex cylinder is larger than the bottom opening of the reflex cylinder. When the top opening of the reflecting cylinder is larger than the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder, the area of the perspective area is larger, more food baking conditions can be seen when the food baking cover is obliquely observed, and the perspective range of the baking cover is enlarged.
Furthermore, an included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder and the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 40 degrees. If the included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder and the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder is less than 20 degrees, the visual field which can be increased by the reflecting cylinder is smaller, and the problem of small perspective range still exists. If the included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder and the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder is more than 40 degrees, the occupied space of the reflecting cylinder is larger, and the miniaturization of the baking cover is not facilitated. The included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder and the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder is limited within the range of 20-40 degrees, the perspective range of the baking cover is enlarged, the size of the baking cover cannot be increased, and the miniaturization of the baking cover is guaranteed.
Further, the top surface of the cover body is provided with a perspective area, and at least one part of downward projection of the perspective area falls on the reflecting barrel. Through set up perspective region at the top surface of lid, can see the toasting condition of food through perspective region to carry out real time monitoring to food. The reflecting barrel is coaxial with the perspective area, and a user can observe the baking condition of food through the perspective area and the reflecting barrel. The size of the top opening of the reflecting cylinder is different from that of the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder, so that the perspective area of the reflecting cylinder can be increased. It should be noted that the area of the see-through area is larger than the tube section of the reflex tube. If the top opening of the reflecting tube is larger than the bottom opening of the reflecting tube, the area of the perspective area can be larger, and a user can see a larger visual field range without shielding of the reflecting tube when obliquely seeing the area. If the bottom opening of the reflection cylinder is larger than the bottom opening of the reflection cylinder, the reflection cylinder expands the visual field. This arrangement increases the range of perspective of the roaster cover.
Furthermore, the cover body is provided with a perspective space, the reflecting cylinder is vertically arranged in the perspective space, the top surface of the perspective area is provided with an annular convex edge extending downwards, and the top of the reflecting cylinder is abutted and sealed with the annular convex edge; and/or the bottom surface of the reflection cylinder is provided with a flange extending outwards, and the flange is abutted with the bottom surface of the perspective space. The annular convex edge is hermetically connected with the reflecting cylinder so as to reduce the heat generated by the heating element from flowing into the reflecting cylinder. Meanwhile, the annular convex edge can limit the reflecting cylinder, so that the reflecting cylinder is prevented from shaking, and the working stability of the reflecting cylinder is improved. The arrangement of the flange increases the abutting area between the reflecting cylinder and the bottom surface of the perspective space, is favorable for reducing the shaking and inclination of the reflecting cylinder, and increases the working stability of the reflecting cylinder.
Further, the cover body includes: the cover body is provided with a perspective area; the reflecting cover is arranged below the cover body, is positioned on the circumferential outer side of the reflecting cylinder and forms a heating cavity with the reflecting cylinder; the perspective plate is arranged below the reflecting cover, and the reflecting tube is abutted to the perspective plate. The side wall of the reflecting cover is obliquely arranged, so that heat in the heating cavity can be reflected to food through the perspective plate, the waste of heat is reduced, and the baking efficiency is increased. The heating element is arranged in the heating cavity, the heat is reflected downwards by the reflecting cover, the heat transmitted to the cover body is reduced, the overhigh temperature of the cover body is avoided, and the working stability and safety of the cover body are improved.
Furthermore, the inner side wall of the reflecting cover is flared downwards, and a heating element is arranged in the heating cavity. The side wall of the reflecting cylinder is in an upward flaring shape, so that the heating cavity forms a downward bell mouth shape, the irradiation range of the heating element is further increased, the heating element is favorable for the heat to be quickly radiated to food, and the baking efficiency is increased.
Further, the inclination of the inner side wall of the reflector is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 40 degrees. If the inclination of the reflector is smaller than 20 degrees, the inclination angle of the reflector is too small, the side wall of the reflector has a small reflection effect on the heating element, and heat is not favorably transferred downwards. If the inclination of the reflecting cover is more than 40 degrees, the inclination angle of the reflecting cover is too large, and the space of the heating cavity between the reflecting cover and the reflecting drum is small, so that the assembly of the baking cover is not facilitated. The inclination of the inner side wall of the reflecting cover is limited to be 20-40 degrees, so that the space of the heating cavity is ensured, and meanwhile, the reflecting effect of the reflecting cover on heat generated by the heating element can be ensured.
Furthermore, an included angle between the inner side wall of the reflecting cover and the outer side wall of the reflecting cylinder is greater than or equal to 50 degrees and less than or equal to 70 degrees. If the included angle between the inner side wall of the reflecting cover and the outer side wall of the reflecting cylinder is smaller than 50 degrees, the space of the heating cavity formed between the reflecting cover and the reflecting cylinder is smaller, and the heating element is not beneficial to installation. If the included angle between the reflection cover and the reflection barrel is larger than 70 degrees, the inclination angle of the reflection cover or the reflection barrel is too large, which is not beneficial to the miniaturization of the baking cover.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance, including: the above-mentioned baking cover; a pot body, and a baking cover which can be covered on the pot body in an opening and closing way. The cooking utensil with the baking cover has the advantage of large perspective range, and can observe the baking condition of food in the pot body in a larger range so as to accurately grasp the baking time.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
It is noted that, unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
In the present application, where the contrary is not intended, the use of directional words such as "upper, lower, top and bottom" is generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings, or with respect to the component itself in the vertical, perpendicular or gravitational direction; likewise, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves, but the above directional words are not intended to limit the invention.
In order to solve the problem that the baking cover in the prior art has uneven temperature field, the utility model provides a baking cover and cooking utensil.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the baking cover includes a cover body 8 having a heating element 1 and a reflection cylinder 23; the heating element 1 is located outside the reflection cylinder 23, and the cylinder wall of the reflection cylinder 23 is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the reflection cylinder 23.
The wall of the reflecting cylinder 23 is inclined relative to the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder 23, so that the wall of the reflecting cylinder 23 is provided with an inclined section, the heating element 1 is arranged at the outer side of the reflecting cylinder 23, and under the action of the inclined section, the side wall of the reflecting cylinder 23 can reflect the light emitted by the heating element 1 downwards, so that the uniformity of the temperature field of the baking cover is increased, and the baking of food is more uniform.
It should be noted that how the inclined section is inclined may be, since the light can be reflected for multiple times, only the light needs to be reflected upwards or downwards, the light is reflected upwards to the reflector 11 by the wall of the reflector 23, and then the light is reflected downwards by the reflector 11, so that the purpose of uniform temperature field can be achieved. The light passing downward can be increased as compared with the straight-tube reflecting tube 23.
The arrangement of the wall of the reflection tube 23 inclined with respect to the axial direction of the reflection tube 23 means that a section of the wall of the reflection tube 23 is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the reflection tube 23. But not necessarily the entire wall of the reflex cylinder 23 is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the reflex cylinder 23.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the baking cover 13 includes a cover body 8 and a reflecting cylinder 23, and a top surface of the cover body 8 has a see-through region; the reflecting tube 23 is vertically arranged in the cover body 8, at least one part of the downward projection of the perspective area is positioned in the reflecting tube 23, and the size of the top opening of the reflecting tube 23 is different from that of the bottom opening of the reflecting tube 23.
Through set up the perspective area at the top surface of lid 8, can see the toasting condition of food through the perspective area to carry out real time monitoring to food. The reflecting tube 23 is coaxial with the perspective area, and the user can observe the baking condition of the food through the perspective area and the reflecting tube 23. The size of the top opening of the reflex cylinder 23 is different from that of the bottom opening of the reflex cylinder 23, so that the see-through area of the reflex cylinder 23 can be increased. Note that the see-through area is larger than the tube cross section of the reflex tube 23. If the top opening of the reflex tube 23 is larger than the bottom opening of the reflex tube 23, the area of the perspective area can be made larger, and meanwhile, a user can see a larger visual field range without the shielding of the reflex tube 23 when looking obliquely. If the bottom opening of the reflex cylinder 23 is larger than the bottom opening of the reflex cylinder 23, the reflex cylinder 23 itself enlarges the visual field. This arrangement increases the range of perspective of the roaster cover.
Optionally, the reflection cylinder 23 includes at least a perforated section in the vertical direction, and an upper opening of the perforated section is larger than a lower opening of the perforated section. The arrangement of the hole expanding section can increase the area of the perspective area, increase the visual field for observing food and increase the perspective range.
Of course, the reflection cylinder 23 may further include a shrinkage section in the vertical direction, and an upper opening of the shrinkage section is smaller than a lower opening of the shrinkage section. The area of the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder 23 can be increased by the arrangement, more food can be seen, the perspective range is further increased, and the baking condition of the food at the edge position can be observed.
Example one
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the top opening of the reflex cylinder 23 is larger than the bottom opening of the reflex cylinder 23. When the top opening of the reflecting cylinder 23 is larger than the bottom opening of the reflecting cylinder 23, the area of the perspective area is larger, more food baking conditions can be seen in oblique observation, and the perspective range of the baking cover is increased.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the reflection cylinder 23 includes only a hole expanding section, and the inner cylinder wall of the reflection cylinder 23 is disposed obliquely with respect to the axial direction of the reflection cylinder 23. More food can be observed in this way, and the baking time can be accurately grasped. The inner wall of the reflecting tube 23 is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the reflecting tube 23, so that the view field around the reflecting tube 23 is enlarged.
Optionally, an included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflection cylinder 23 and the axial direction of the reflection cylinder 23 is greater than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 40 degrees. If the included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflection cylinder 23 and the axial direction of the reflection cylinder 23 is smaller than 20 degrees, the increased visual field of the reflection cylinder 23 is smaller, and the problem of small perspective range still exists. If the included angle between the inner wall of the reflection cylinder 23 and the axial direction of the reflection cylinder 23 is greater than 40 degrees, the space occupied by the reflection cylinder 23 is large, which is not favorable for the miniaturization of the baking cover. The included angle between the inner cylinder wall of the reflecting cylinder 23 and the axial direction of the reflecting cylinder 23 is limited within the range of 20-40 degrees, the perspective range of the baking cover is enlarged, the size of the baking cover is not increased, and the miniaturization of the baking cover is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the cover body 8 has a perspective space, the reflecting tube 23 is vertically placed in the perspective space, the top surface of the perspective area has a downwardly protruding annular convex edge 38, and the top of the reflecting tube 23 abuts against and seals the annular convex edge 38. The annular flange 38 is hermetically connected to the reflection cylinder 23 to reduce the inflow of heat generated by the heating element 1 into the reflection cylinder 23. Meanwhile, the annular convex edge 38 can limit the reflecting tube 23, so that the reflecting tube 23 is prevented from shaking, and the working stability of the reflecting tube 23 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom surface of the reflection cylinder 23 has a flange 39 extending outward, and the flange 39 abuts against the bottom surface of the see-through space. The arrangement of the flange 39 increases the abutting area between the reflecting tube 23 and the bottom surface of the perspective space, is beneficial to reducing the shaking and inclination of the reflecting tube 23, and increases the working stability of the reflecting tube 23.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the cover 8 includes a cover body 10, a reflective cover 11 and a see-through plate 12, the cover body 10 having a see-through area; the reflecting cover 11 is arranged below the cover body 10, the reflecting cover 11 is positioned at the circumferential outer side of the reflecting cylinder 23, and a heating cavity is formed between the reflecting cover 11 and the reflecting cylinder 23; the see-through plate 12 is provided below the reflection cover 11, and the reflection tube 23 abuts on the see-through plate 12. The side wall of the reflective cover 11 is inclined so as to reflect the heat in the heating chamber to the food through the perspective plate 12, thereby reducing the waste of heat and increasing the baking efficiency. The heating element 1 is arranged in the heating cavity, the heat is reflected downwards by the reflective cover 11, the heat transmitted to the cover body 10 is reduced, the overhigh temperature of the cover body 10 is avoided, and the working stability and safety of the cover body 10 are improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the inner side wall of the reflective cover 11 is flared downwards, and the heating cavity is internally provided with the heating element 1. The side wall of the reflecting tube 23 is flared upwards, so that the heating cavity forms a downward bell mouth shape, the irradiation range of the heating element 1 is further increased, heat can be radiated to food quickly, and the baking efficiency is increased.
Optionally, the slope of the inner sidewall of the reflective cover 11 is equal to or greater than 20 degrees and equal to or less than 40 degrees. If the inclination of the reflective cover 11 is smaller than 20 degrees, the inclination angle of the reflective cover 11 is too small, and the side wall of the reflective cover 11 has a small reflection effect on the heating element 1, which is not favorable for downward heat transfer. If the inclination of the reflection housing 11 is greater than 40 degrees, the inclination angle of the reflection housing 11 is too large, and the space of the heating chamber between the reflection housing 11 and the reflection cylinder 23 is small, which is not favorable for assembling the baking cover 13. The inner side wall of the reflecting cover 11 is limited to 20 degrees to 40 degrees, so that the reflecting effect of the reflecting cover 11 on the heat generated by the heating element 1 can be ensured while the space of the heating cavity is ensured.
Specifically, an included angle between the inner sidewall of the reflection cover 11 and the outer sidewall of the reflection cylinder 23 is not less than 50 degrees and not more than 70 degrees. If the included angle between the inner side wall of the reflective cover 11 and the outer side wall of the reflective cylinder 23 is smaller than 50 degrees, the space of the heating cavity formed between the reflective cover 11 and the reflective cylinder 23 is small, which is not beneficial to installing the heating element 1. If the angle between the reflective hood 11 and the reflective cylinder 23 is larger than 70 degrees, the inclination angle of the reflective hood 11 or the reflective cylinder 23 is too large, which is not favorable for miniaturization of the baking cover 13. Setting the angle between the inner side wall of the reflection housing 11 and the outer side wall of the reflection cylinder 23 to be in the range of 50 to 70 degrees facilitates the installation of the heating element 1 and also facilitates the miniaturization of the baking cover 13.
