The upper reflector 13 shields the top of the heating element 7, reduces the heat radiation from the heating element 7 to the cover assembly 11, and reduces the temperature at the cover assembly 11, and the upper reflector 13 reflects the heat radiated from the heating element 7 to the see-through plate 8, so that the heat emitted from the heating element 7 can be radiated to the outside of the baking cover 1 through the see-through plate 8. The perspective plate 8 is connected to the bottom end of the lower reflector 14, and can transfer the heat radiated by the heating element 7 to the outside of the baking cover 1, and the perspective plate 8 also has the function of air guiding, so that the wind energy entering the heating space 4 from the wind inlet 5 flows along the perspective plate 8 to flow out of the wind outlet 6.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the roast lid 1 further comprises a fixing clip 83, and the heating element 7 is fixed to the upper reflection housing 13 by the fixing clip 83. Since at least a part of the handle 38 is snapped into the body part, the wind blown by the fan 2 cannot blow laterally into the heating space 4. The first communication hole 46 of the cover assembly 11 is correspondingly communicated with the second communication hole 47 of the reflection cover assembly 12, one end of an air inlet adapter block 49 is connected to the second communication hole 47, and the other end of the air inlet adapter block 49 is connected to the air inlet 5, so that vertically flowing air is horizontally sent into the heating space 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the toasting cover 1 further includes an air outlet transition block 26, and the air outlet transition block 26 is installed at the air outlet 6, so that the air flowing out of the air outlet 6 transversely is turned into the air blowing out vertically downward, and the air is blown out of the toasting cover 1 vertically downward. The end of the air outlet transition block 26 is flush with the see-through plate 8.
Example two
The difference from the first embodiment is that the structure of the fan 2 is different.

The difference from the first embodiment is that the matching relationship between the baking cover 1 and the pan cover 10 is different.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the baking lid 1 is detachably connected as an accessory to the pan lid 10. The arrangement is such that the baking cover 1 can be detachably connected with the pot body 3, and when baking cooking is required, the baking cover 1 is mounted on the pot cover 10. When regular cooking is required, the roast cover 1 is detached. The cooking utensil is small in occupied space when not in use and convenient to place due to the dismounting mode.

1. A baking lid, comprising:
a main body part having a heating space (4);
a heating element (7), the heating element (7) being arranged in the heating space (4);
a see-through window (52), the see-through window (52) being disposed at a middle position of a top surface of the main body portion.

3. The cooking lid as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the heating element (7) is located outside the projection of the viewing window (52) into the heating space (4).

The toasting lid according to claim 1, characterized in that the main body further comprises a see-through plate (8), the see-through plate (8) being arranged at the bottom of the heating space (4), through the see-through window (52), the heating space (4) and the see-through plate (8) a cooking space within the structure of the toasting lid (1) to be covered can be observed.

8. The roaster cover of claim 5, wherein the main body further comprises:

a lower reflection cover (14), wherein the lower reflection cover (14) is arranged below the upper reflection cover (13), and the perspective plate (8) is arranged on the lower reflection cover (14).

a face cover (28);
