According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the edge portion of the inner lid 12 is formed with a downwardly extending lower extension side 14, and the insertion hole 141 may be provided at the lower extension side 14. The lower extension side 14 is further provided with a via hole 142 communicating with the insertion hole 141, the via hole 142 having a lower side opening at the lower end of the lower extension side 14. The insertion plate 32 can be inserted into the insertion hole 141 by rotating along the circumferential direction of the upper cap body 10 after being inserted into the through hole 142 from the lower opening, and the insertion plate 32 can be supported on the lower wall surface of the insertion hole 141, so that the shielding member 30 can be hung on the inner cap 12 by the insertion plate 32 and the insertion hole 141 in a matching manner, the insertion structure is simple, the assembly and disassembly are easier, and the shielding member 30 is not easy to be separated from the inner cap 12.
Still further, as shown in fig. 12 and 16, the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 141 adjacent to the through hole 142 is provided with a retaining portion 143 protruding into the insertion hole 141, and after the insertion plate 32 is inserted into the insertion hole 141, the retaining portion 143 can prevent the insertion plate 32 from being released from the insertion hole 141 and sliding down to the through hole 142, which causes the shielding member 30 to fall off, and is beneficial to improving the reliability of the connection between the shielding member 30 and the inner cover 12.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 16, the retaining portion 143 may be an inclined boss provided on the lower wall surface of the insertion hole 141 and protruding upward. The side surface of the inclined boss facing the through hole 142 is inclined upward with respect to the axial direction of the shielding member 30 and extends in a direction away from the through hole 142 to guide the insert plate 32 when the insert plate 32 is inserted into the insertion hole 141 by rotating in the circumferential direction of the upper cap body 10, so that the insert plate 32 is inserted into the insertion hole 141 more easily and the shielding member 30 is mounted more easily. The side of the inclined boss facing away from the through hole 142 extends obliquely upward and toward the direction close to the through hole 142 with respect to the axial direction of the shielding member 30 to guide the insert plate 32 to be disengaged from the insertion hole 141 more easily and the shielding member 30 to be detached more easily when the insert plate 32 is disengaged from the insertion hole 141 in the circumferential direction of the cap body 10.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12 and 16, the via hole inner wall surface 144 of the via hole 142 adjacent to the insertion hole 141 may extend obliquely upward and toward a direction close to the insertion hole 141 with respect to the axial direction of the upper cover body 10. Accordingly, when the insert plate 32 is inserted into the insertion hole 141 while rotating in the circumferential direction of the upper cover body 10, the insert plate 32 can be guided to be inserted into the insertion hole 141 more easily, and the user does not need to intentionally align the insert plate 32 with the insertion hole 141 and then rotate the insert plate 32, thereby making it easier to install the guard 30.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12-14, the lower end of the lower extension edge 14 may be further provided with an outer extension edge 15 extending in a direction away from the center of the inner cap 12, so that the inner cap 12 and the outer cap 11 are more matched, and the appearance of the upper cap body 10 is neater and more beautiful. In addition, the outer extending edge 15 may be provided with an avoiding hole 151 communicating with the lower opening, and the insert plate 32 may pass through the avoiding hole 151 to be inserted into the through hole 142, so as to prevent the insert plate 32 from interfering with the outer extending edge 15 during the process of assembling and disassembling the protection member 30, and the structural design is more reasonable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the protection member 30 may be provided with an operation portion 35, and the operation portion 35 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the protection member 30 to form a hand-held convex portion. In the process of attaching and detaching the guard 30, the user can hold the operation portion 35 to move the guard 30 relative to the inner cap 12 for attachment and detachment, which facilitates the attachment and detachment of the guard 30 and facilitates the attachment and detachment of the guard 30 with one hand. The structure of the operation unit 35 is not particularly limited in the present invention. Alternatively, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, 14 and 15, the protection member 30 includes a bottom plate 33, a middle portion of the bottom plate 33 is bent and deformed downward such that a lower surface of the bottom plate 33 is convex downward, and an upper surface of the bottom plate 33 is concave downward, forming the operation portion 35. In other words, the guard 30 is more structurally simple and firm because a part of the base plate 33 is formed as the operating portion 35.
Alternatively, the protection member 30 and the fastening portion 41 may be integrally formed stampings, and specifically, in an embodiment where the plurality of clamping plates 31 of the protection member 30 are respectively provided with the fastening portion 41, the plurality of clamping plates 31 may be integrally formed with the protection member 30, and in an embodiment where the fastening portion 41 is an insertion plate 32 provided with the protection member 30, the insertion plate 32 may be integrally formed with the protection member 30, so that the structure of the fastening portion 41 is simpler, the production cost is lower, and the processing is easier. Alternatively, in embodiments including the operating portion 35, the guard 30, the snap location portion 41, and the operating portion 35 may be integrally formed stampings. The connecting structure of the protection piece 30, the buckling part 41 and the operating part 35 is simple and firm, assembly is not needed, and production efficiency and structural stability are improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 14, the protection member 30 may include a bottom plate 33 and a side wall 34, wherein the side wall 34 may be connected to the upper cover body 10 through a fastening structure 40. The connecting structure of the side wall 34 and the buckling structure 40 is more convenient to arrange, the protection piece 30 is formed into a protection cover, the side wall 34 can shield the heating piece 20 from the side, the effect of preventing a user from touching the heating piece 20 is better, the distance between the bottom plate 33 and the heating piece 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the axial extension length of the side wall 34 along the upper cover body 10, and the temperature is prevented from being too high due to too close distance between the bottom plate 33 and the heating piece 20.
Optionally, at least one of the bottom plate 33 and the side walls 34 may be provided with air passing holes 331 so that the shielding member 30 forms an open structure, and hot air heated by the heating member 20 can enter the cooking cavity 210 of the pot assembly 200 through the air passing holes 331 to heat the cooking cavity 210, so as to bake, fry, air-fry, stew and the like the food in the cooking cavity 210.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 14, the bottom plate 33 may be formed in a circular shape to be more matched with the structure of the upper cover assembly 100 of most cooking appliances 300, and has a simple shape and easy process.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, when the upper cover assembly 100 is covered on the pot assembly 200, at least a portion of the shielding member 30 extends into the cooking cavity 210 of the pot assembly 200 to reduce the axial height of the cooking appliance 300, so that the cooking appliance 300 is more compact, and the distance between the heating member 20 and the cooking cavity 210 is reduced, which is beneficial to improving the cooking efficiency and the cooking effect.

Claims (16)

1. An upper cover assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
the upper cover body comprises an outer cover and an inner cover arranged on the inner side of the outer cover;
a heating member mounted to the upper cover body with at least a portion of the heating member being located inside the inner cover;
and the protection part is arranged at the inner side of the heating part and is detachably connected with the inner cover through a buckling structure.
2. The upper cover assembly of the cooking utensil of claim 1, wherein the retaining structure comprises a retaining portion disposed on the protection member and a retaining mating portion disposed on the edge portion of the inner cover, and the retaining portion is connected with the retaining mating portion in a snap-fit or plug-in manner.
3. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the rim of the inner cover is provided with a flange, the snap-fit portion is provided on the flange, the rim of the shielding member is provided with a plurality of snap plates spaced apart along a circumferential direction thereof, and each of the snap plates is provided with the snap-fit portion.
4. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein one of the catch portion and the catch fitting portion is formed as a protrusion, the other is formed as a catch groove, the catch plate is located outside the flange in a radial direction of the inner cover, the flange is formed in a bent shape to form the catch fitting portion, and the catch plate is formed in a bent shape to form the catch portion.
5. The upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the catch plate comprises:
a first plate section having a lower end smoothly connected to an edge of the shielding member, the first plate section extending obliquely upward and outward with respect to an axial direction of the upper cap body;
the lower end of the second plate section is smoothly connected with the upper end of the first plate section, the second plate section extends upwards and outwards in an inclined mode relative to the axial direction of the upper cover body and then extends inwards in an inclined mode, and the second plate section is provided with the clamping groove;
and the lower end of the third plate section is connected with the upper end of the second plate section in a smooth manner, and the third plate section extends upwards and outwards in an inclined manner relative to the axial direction of the upper cover body.

The upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the fastening portions extend to both ends of the card plate in a circumferential direction of the guard and a central portion of the card plate is provided with an opening extending through a thickness direction thereof.
7. The upper cover assembly of the cooking utensil of claim 3, wherein the buckling position matching part is one and extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the inner cover, and a plurality of buckling positions are clamped with the buckling position matching parts.

The upper cover assembly of the cooking utensil as claimed in claim 2, wherein one of the locking part and the locking part is a jack, the other is an insert plate, the jack and the insert plate include a plurality of jacks which are inserted into one another in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the plurality of jacks are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner cover.

The upper lid assembly for a cooking utensil as claimed in claim 8, wherein the rim portion of the inner lid is formed with a downwardly extending lower extension edge, the insertion hole is formed in the lower extension edge, the lower extension edge is further provided with a through hole communicating with the insertion hole, the through hole has a lower opening located at a lower end of the lower extension edge, and the insert plate is inserted into the insertion hole by the lower opening in a circumferential direction of the upper lid body after being inserted into the through hole.
10. The cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein an inner wall surface of the insertion hole adjacent to the through hole is provided with a coming-off prevention portion protruding inward of the insertion hole.
11. The upper lid assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein an inner wall surface of the through hole adjacent to the insertion hole extends obliquely upward and toward a direction close to the insertion hole with respect to an axial direction of the upper lid body.
12. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 9, wherein the lower end of the lower extension edge is further provided with an outer extension edge extending away from the center of the inner cover, the outer extension edge is provided with an avoiding hole communicating with the lower side opening, and the insert plate passes through the avoiding hole to be inserted into the via hole.
13. The upper cover assembly of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the shielding member is provided with an operating portion protruding downward from a lower surface thereof.
14. The cover assembly of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the shielding member comprises a bottom plate and a side wall, the side wall is connected with the cover body through the catching structure, at least one of the bottom plate and the side wall is provided with an air passing hole, and the bottom plate is formed in a circular shape.
15. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pan body assembly;
the upper cover assembly of the cooking appliance as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, which is openably and closably provided to the pot body assembly.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 15, wherein the upper cover assembly further comprises a fan disposed above the heating element, the fan blowing air toward the heating element to blow hot air heated by the heating element downward into a cooking cavity of the cooking appliance to heat food, the cooking appliance further comprising:
the pressure cooker cover assembly and the upper cover assembly can be alternatively covered on the cooker body assembly, the cooking appliance has a pressure cooking mode and a baking mode, the pressure cooker cover assembly covers the cooker body assembly, and the upper cover assembly covers the cooker body assembly in the baking mode.
