The utility model relates to a household electrical appliances technical field particularly, relates to a cooking utensil.
Background
At present, take the cooking utensil of fan to go up and generally establish a soft gum cover in the periphery cover of fan and then assemble cooking utensil again, soft gum cover though can play the effect of damping, owing to increased the part, and then increased process, the quality control that has increased the production assembly and increased the project, increased manufacturing cost.
That is, the cooking appliance in the prior art has a problem of high production cost.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The main object of the utility model is to provide a cooking utensil to there is the high problem of manufacturing cost in cooking utensil among the solution prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cooking appliance, comprising: a fan; the fan is arranged in the fan fixing cavity; the deformable structure extends out of the outer surface of the fan or the cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity, so that the deformable structure is supported between the fan and the cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity.
The vibration of the fan can be reduced by arranging the deformable structure, so that the abrasion of the fan and the noise generated by the fan due to vibration can be reduced, and the use experience of the cooking utensil is improved. The deformable structure is supported between the fan and the wall of the fan fixing cavity so that the fan is assembled in the fan fixing cavity. The deformable structure extends out of the outer surface of the fan or the cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity, so that one-step assembly of the fan can be realized, the fan is more convenient to assemble, the assembly process of the fan is saved, and the production cost is saved. And the outer surface of fan or the chamber wall in fan fixed chamber of deformable structure stretch out to make the deformable structure can stabilize and be connected with fan or fan fixed chamber, can effectively avoid the condition that the deformable structure drops, has increased the stability of deformable structure work.
Furthermore, the deformable structure is a vibration reduction sheet, and the section of the vibration reduction sheet is of a closed structure; or the section formed by the vibration reduction sheet and the cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity is of a closed structure. The cross section of the vibration reduction sheet or the cross section formed by the vibration reduction sheet and the wall of the fan fixing cavity is set to be of a closed structure, so that stable work of the fan is facilitated, the closed structure is more stable in the deformation process, the fan is not easy to separate from the vibration reduction sheet, and the working stability of the fan and the vibration reduction sheet is further ensured.
Further, the closed structure is D-shaped, B-shaped or O-shaped. D shape, B shape and O shape make to have the deformation clearance between the chamber wall in fan and the fixed chamber of fan, at the in-process non-deformable of deformation, be difficult for breaking away from between fan and the damping piece, and then guarantee that damping piece and fan homoenergetic can stable work.

Further, but the deformation structure is a plurality of, and a plurality of deformation structures set up around the circumference interval in the fixed chamber of fan to form the multiple spot and support. The setting of a plurality of deformable structures makes and supports at a plurality of directions homoenergetic between fan and the fixed chamber of fan, has reduced the direct contact in fan and the fixed chamber of fan, has reduced the fan and has produced the noise at the in-process of work.
Further, the deformable structure is detachably connected with the cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity or the fan. The manufacturing of the cavity is fixed to the structure of being convenient for to deform, fan and fan so that the structure of being convenient for to deform and fan are convenient for maintain and change simultaneously for cooking utensil can work stably.
Further, cooking utensil is including toasting the lid, toasts the lid and has the heating space, and the fan is located one side of heating space and fan and heating space intercommunication. The fan supplies air to the heating space to blow heat in the heating space into the pot body, and then baking food in the pot body.
Further, the cooking utensil comprises a baking cover and a pot body, wherein the baking cover is provided with a fan fixing cavity; or the pan body is provided with a fan fixing cavity. The fan may be arranged on the baking cover, the fan blowing wind directly into the heating space. The fan can also be arranged on the pot body, the baking cover is provided with an air inlet cavity communicated with the heating space, and after the baking cover is arranged on the pot body, the fan is communicated with the air inlet cavity so as to guide the air blown out by the fan into the heating space.
Further, when toasting the lid and having the fixed chamber of fan, toast the lid and include: a handle; lid subassembly, the handle setting is at the top surface of lid subassembly, and the handle has accommodation space, and accommodation space and lid subassembly's top surface form the fixed chamber of fan. Set up accommodation space on the handle, set up the fan in accommodation space, can effectively reduce the thickness of toasting the lid for toast the lid more frivolous, be favorable to toasting the miniaturization of lid.
Furthermore, the top surface of the cover body assembly is used as a bottom cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity, and the deformable structure is at least arranged on the bottom cavity wall. The deformable structure is arranged on the wall of the bottom cavity, so that the deformable structure can support the fan, and meanwhile, noise caused by vibration of the fan can be reduced. If only when setting up deformable structure on the bottom chamber wall, need guarantee the top surface of fan and the top chamber wall in close contact with in fan fixed chamber to guarantee fan atress balance, make fan steady operation.

In order to solve the problem that cooking utensil has high production cost among the prior art, the utility model provides a cooking utensil.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the cooking appliance includes a fan 1, a fan fixing cavity 5 and a deformable structure 30, wherein the fan 1 is arranged in the fan fixing cavity 5; the deformable structure 30 extends from the outer surface of the fan 1 or the wall of the fan fixing cavity 5, so that the deformable structure 30 is supported between the fan 1 and the wall of the fan fixing cavity 5.
Can reduce fan 1's vibration through setting up deformable structure 30, and then can reduce fan 1's wearing and tearing and fan 1 because of the noise that the vibration produced, improved cooking utensil's use and experienced. The deformable structure 30 is supported between the fan 1 and the wall of the fan fixing chamber 5 so that the fan 1 fits in the fan fixing chamber 5. The deformable structure 30 extends out of the outer surface of the fan 1 or the cavity wall of the fan fixing cavity 5, so that one-step assembly of the fan 1 can be realized, the fan 1 is more convenient to assemble, the assembly process of the fan 1 is saved, and the production cost is saved. And the outer surface of fan 1 or the chamber wall of fan fixed cavity 5 stretch out to make deformable structure 30 be connected with fan 1 or fan fixed cavity 5 stably by deformable structure 30, can effectively avoid the condition that deformable structure 30 drops, has increased the stability of deformable structure 30 work.
As shown in fig. 3 to 10, the deformable structure 30 is a vibration damping sheet, and the deformable structure 30 is set to the vibration damping sheet to ensure that the deformable structure 30 has certain structural strength and certain deformation amount, so as to ensure that the deformable structure 30 can support the fan 1 well, and simultaneously reduce noise generated by vibration of the fan 1, so that the experience of the cooking appliance is better.
Example one
Of course, the deformable structure 30 has at least two contact points with the walls of the blower 1 and/or the blower mounting cavity 5.
