Abstract
一种手提式电热锅，本实用新型由锅体、蒸盘、锅
盖、提手及电热机构组成，其特点是蒸盘中间设有凸
柱，该凸柱的上部开有通孔，这样，当锅体内煮食物
时，蒸汽可通过通孔进入到蒸盘，直接蒸煮食物，热效
率高，蒸煮效果好，可直接发挥蒸盘的蒸煮作用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种手提式电热锅，属于家用电热器具的改进。
手提式电热锅由锅体、蒸盘、锅盖、提手及电热机构组成，使用者一般用锅体为主锅煮饭，用蒸盘坐热菜肴。现有电热锅的蒸盘与锅体下部是相互隔开的，锅内在煮饭时，蒸汽无法上升到蒸盘，而只是在蒸盘底部起加热作用，蒸煮效果不好，无法起到真正的蒸煮作用，所以在大多数情况下只用来坐热菜肴。另外蒸盘除盘边外无处把持，较难从锅体上取出。
本实用新型的针对上述不足而加以改进，目的在于提供一种蒸煮菜肴效果好的手提式电热锅。
本实用新型如图1所示，由锅体（1）、蒸盘（2）、锅盖（3）、提手（4）及电热机构组成，其特点是蒸盘（2）中间设有凸柱（21），该凸柱（21）的上部开有通孔（22）。这样，在锅体内煮食物时，所产生的蒸汽可以通过凸柱（21）的通孔（22）进入到蒸盘，直接蒸煮食物，热效率高，蒸煮效果好，另外，凸柱（21）还可用作提把，很方便便可将蒸盘从锅体上取出。
由于蒸汽上升到蒸盘，蒸盘内会凝积有较多的汤水，为防止汤水太多溢出，锅体（1）端口做成有一承压面（11）的阶梯状，蒸盘（2）的盘边卡在承压面（11）上，汤水太多时会流入锅体下部而不会向外溢出；或者蒸盘（2）的凸柱（21）在不高于盘边高度位置开有溢水孔，同样可起到防溢作用。
上述凸柱（21）所开通孔（22）可以开在凸柱（21）上表面，也可以开在凸柱（21）柱身靠上部位；或者通孔（22）开在不高于盘边高度位置，同时起到溢水孔的作用。
本实用新型的结构改进，可真正发挥蒸盘的蒸煮作用，蒸煮菜肴效果好。另外蒸盘方便取出，使用方便。

1、一种手提式电热锅，由锅体(1)、蒸盘(2)、锅盖(3)、提手(4)及电热机构组成，其特征在于蒸盘(2)中间设有凸柱(21)，该凸柱(21)的上部开有通孔(22)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电热锅，其特征在于所述凸柱（21）所开通孔（22）开在凸柱（21）上表面或凸柱（21）柱身上部。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的电热锅，其特征在于所述锅体（1）端口做成有一承压面（11）的阶梯状。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的电热锅，其特征在于所述凸柱（21）开有溢水孔。
