The invention relates to an auxiliary operation platform for pipeline installation in an urban rail transit tunnel, in particular to a movable and adjustable auxiliary operation platform for pipeline installation.
Background
In the urban rail transit electromechanical installation project, a construction ladder stand needs to be erected during the construction and installation of the interval low-voltage power distribution and illumination. In order to avoid safety accidents in ascending operation in construction, a ladder with welding characteristics of SC20-SC25 galvanized steel pipes is often used for construction and installation.
When the construction is carried out in the interval tunnel, the construction distance is usually 5-6 kilometers, and even the construction distance is increased due to the increase of the distance between stations. The steel ladder stand made of SC20-SC25 galvanized steel pipes by welding is heavy, and can be continuously constructed only by manually carrying to the next place after one place is installed in the construction process, and the heavy weight is inconvenient to move, so that the construction time is prolonged, and the construction risk is increased.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art and reduce the lengthening of construction time and the increase of safety risk caused by the inconvenience of platform movement in the construction in the interval tunnel, the invention provides a pipeline installation auxiliary operation platform which is characterized by comprising a platform component, a ladder stand component and a support component; the support assembly is connected with a ground track in a sliding mode and is respectively connected with the ladder stand assembly and the platform assembly; one end of the platform component slides along the wall of the tunnel, one end of the platform component is connected with the ladder stand component, and the supporting component supports the lower part of the platform component.
The platform assembly comprises an operation platform, a protective fence, a side wall pulley and an adjustable inclined strut adjusting hole; the side wall pulley slides along the wall of the tunnel; the adjustable inclined strut adjusting hole is positioned below the operating platform and is connected with the supporting rod of the supporting component; the operation platform is sleeved with the ladder stand component through a sleeve.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-4, the auxiliary work platform for installing pipelines in the urban rail transit tunnel comprises a platform assembly 1, a ladder stand assembly 2 and a support assembly 3. The platform assembly 1 comprises an operating platform 4, a protective fence 5, a side wall pulley 6 and an adjustable inclined strut adjusting hole 7. The side wall pulley 6 is in contact with the inner wall of the tunnel and can slide along the wall of the tunnel. The adjustable inclined strut adjusting holes 7 are arranged below the operating platform 4 and are a plurality of holes and are used for being connected with the supporting rods 10 of the supporting component 3. The height of the protective fence 5 is larger than 1m, and the protective fence is welded with three sides of the operating platform 4. The ladder stand component 2 is a telescopic ladder stand and is sleeved with the platform component 1 through a sleeve. The telescopic ladder stand 2 consists of a large ladder stand and a small ladder stand, wherein a C-shaped pipe is welded on each of two sides of the large ladder stand, the small ladder stand is arranged in the C-shaped pipe so as to realize the telescopic function, and the C-shaped pipe and the small ladder stand are provided with a pair of through holes 11 for fixing the ladder stand. The ladder stand component 2 is provided with a C-shaped pipe 12 respectively at the upper part and the lower part and is used for being sleeved with the platform component 1 and the supporting component 3. The support assembly 3 comprises a track running carriage and a support bar 10. The track sliding support comprises two sets of mutually perpendicular wheels 8 and 9, one set of wheels 8 slides along the track, and one set of wheels 9 is perpendicular to the track to prevent the platform from sliding outwards. The rail sliding support also comprises an anti-skid baffle 13. The rail sliding support slides along the rail and is sleeved with the ladder stand component 2. The support rods 10 support the platform assembly 1 through the adjustable bracing adjustment holes 7.
When the platform assembly 1 is used, a ladder stand assembly 2 and a support assembly 3 are connected to form a triangle when entering a regional tunnel for construction and erection, wheels 8 and 9 and side wall pulleys 6 of a rail sliding support are respectively arranged on a rail on one side to be constructed and the side wall of the regional tunnel, the ladder stand is fixed by bolts after the platform is lifted to be at a proper height by changing the height of the ladder stand according to the installation height of a pipeline on site, the platform is kept horizontal by adjusting the connecting hole positions of a support rod 10 and an adjustable inclined strut adjusting hole 7, and finally the platform can be fixed by using an anti-skid baffle 13 after the platform is adjusted.
