Description

本实用新型涉及印刷机内的一种部件装置,特别涉及一种胶版印刷机新型水辊。
目前国内外胶版印刷机的水辊,一般采用在钢铁基体上电镀硬铬,但镀铬层有孔隙(电镀标准要求,在铬层厚度超过40μm时,每平方厘米上不超过3个穿透到底层的针孔),且电镀层铬是晶态组织,致密性差,所以水辊长期在酸性水溶液中工作或接触酸性水溶液,酸性水溶液能浸入进水辊基体,使水辊基体腐蚀,造成镀铬层脱落,而且电镀时需通电,由于电荷分布不均,在镀层超过30μm时,将引起形状误差,如锥度、椭园度等变形,使后加工费工、费时。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种使水辊长期在酸性水溶液中工作或接触酸性水溶液时不腐蚀、镀层不脱落、后加工时省工省时且水辊不粘油墨的胶版印刷机新型水辊。
本实用新型是按以下技术方案实现的。备好水辊基体,在水辊基体表面上镀覆上化学镀层,在其化学镀层上再镀覆上电镀层,即构成胶版印刷机新型水辊。
水辊基体用钢铁等金属材料制成;化学镀层为镍磷合金镀层或镍硼合金镀层;电镀层为铬层。
本实用新型由于第一镀层采用了化学镀层,化学镀层为非晶态组织,没有晶格结构,没有位错、层错之类的缺陷,是均一的单相体系。这种结构为金属基体提供了严密的保护层,使酸性水溶液无通道进入水辊基体,保证水辊在酸性水溶液中不腐蚀,镀层不脱落;而电镀层不粘油墨,满足了印刷工作对水辊不粘油墨的要求,且加工时省工省时。

参照图1,用钢铁制成水辊基体1;在水辊基体1表面上镀覆上化学镀层2,化学镀层2为镍磷合金镀层,在化学镀层2上再镀覆上电镀层3,电镀层3为铬层,即构成胶版印刷机新型水辊。

1、一种胶版印刷机新型水辊,包括水辊基体1,其特征是在所述的水辊基体1表面上镀覆上化学镀层2,在其化学镀层2上再镀覆上电镀层3,即构成胶版印刷机新型水辊。
2、如权利要求1所述的新型水辊,其特征是所述的化学镀层2为镍磷合金镀层或镍硼合金镀层。
3、如权利要求1所述的新型水辊,其特征是所述的电镀层3为铬层。
