2. tablets were prepared according to the following procedure:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the dosage, respectively sieving the raw materials by a 80-mesh sieve, putting the raw materials into a three-dimensional motion mixer for 30 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a composition;

3) mixing in three-dimensional motion mixer to obtain total mixed granule, tabletting to obtain plant nanocrystal tablet, and loading into eye mask box for treating and preventing various eye diseases.
Example 3: preparation of granules:
1. the raw materials comprise: 200g of litsea cubeba alcohol, 150g of alpha-linolenic acid, 30g of turmerone, 35g of trehalose, 65g of natural borneol and 95g of sorbitol.
2. Granules were prepared according to the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the dosage, respectively sieving the raw materials by a 70-mesh sieve, putting the raw materials into a three-dimensional motion mixer for 35 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a composition;
