In the closed state of the range hood, the first baffle 32, the second baffle 33 and the third baffle 34 of the lower panel assembly 3 are just arranged in the outer cavity 141, and the upper panel 2 and the lower panel 31 form a whole large plane, which is the first position of the lower panel assembly 3. When the range hood works and is in an open state, the lower panel assembly 3 can move to the front of the upper panel 2 to open the air inlet 11, and at the moment, a complete outer cavity 141 is formed, and at the moment, the lower panel assembly 3 is in a second position. The first oil guiding plate 71 is provided with a first inlet 711, and the second oil guiding plate 72 is provided with a second inlet 721, wherein the first inlet 711 is a main air inlet, and the second inlet 721 is an auxiliary air inlet. The outer cavity 141 can ensure that smoke can be rapidly collected and collected when the volume of the oil smoke is large, then the oil smoke is sucked from the first inlet 711 and the second inlet 721 on the oil guide plate assembly 7, and the oil smoke passes through the oil guide plate assembly 7 from the outer cavity 141, enters the fan system 6 through the inner cavity 142, and then is discharged outdoors. Preferably, the first inlet 711 and the second inlet 721 are both bar-shaped holes, and are uniformly spaced in the left-right direction, so that the first oil guide plate 71 and the second oil guide plate 72 become a grid net.
As described above, the front inner liner plate 151 is disposed obliquely with respect to the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and in this embodiment, it is preferable that the front inner liner plate 151 is disposed at an angle of 50 ° with respect to the horizontal direction, in cooperation with the oblique disposition of the oil deflector assembly 7, so that the inner cavity 142 has a substantially conical cavity. The front inner lining plate 151 enables negative pressure in the inner cavity 142 to move outwards, and corresponding inlets on the first oil guide plate 71 and the second oil guide plate 72 are uniformly arranged, so that negative pressure in the outer cavity 141 can be uniform after the negative pressure moves outwards through the oil guide plate assembly 7, and the outer cavity 141 becomes a pressure equalizing cavity. In addition, the air inlet speed of each inlet on the oil guide plate component 7 is uniform, and oil smoke can uniformly enter the fan system 6. The outer cavity 141 is closer to the rising position of cooking food oil smoke, so that the rising oil smoke can be more easily captured, the oil smoke is prevented from escaping, and a user can really feel smokeless cooking in the cooking process.
Because the fan system 6 is arranged on the upper portion, noise generated during operation is reflected and diffused downwards through the fan frame 4 and enters the conical inner cavity 142. Therefore, it is preferable that the front inner liner plate 151 is a noise reduction plate structure. Referring to fig. 5, the inner lining plate assembly further includes a sound absorption cotton 153 disposed at the front side of the front inner lining plate 151, and the noise reduction holes 154 are opened on the front inner lining plate 151, so that the front inner lining plate 15 and the sound absorption cotton 153 form a noise reduction structure capable of reflecting the noise diffused downward in the fan frame 4, and the uniform arrangement of the first inlet 711 and the second inlet 721 of the oil guide plate assembly 7 can block the reflected noise again. According to bernoulli and fluid continuity principle, the inner cavity 142 is located below the fan system 6, the flow speed of the inner fluid is high, the dynamic pressure is high, the static pressure is low, the static pressure of the gas in the pressure equalizing cavity formed by the outer cavity 141 is maximum, the dynamic pressure is minimum, the air flow is more stable, the flow loss is low, the air inlet fluid is more uniform, and the noise is lower.
When the range hood is opened and is in a working state, a certain gap is formed between the lower panel assembly 3 and the upper panel 2, the first baffle 32 of the lower panel assembly 3 gradually inclines upwards from front to back to form a flow guide structure, so that oil smoke below the lower panel assembly 3 can be quickly guided into the outer cavity 141 on the front side of the oil guide panel assembly 7. In order to ensure that the smoke collecting effect and the user experience are optimal, the range hood is installed on the wall, and the distance between the bottom of the lower panel 31 and the wall is 360-380 mm.
Can set up light 36 in the first baffle 32 department of lower plate subassembly 3, install light 36 in this region, avoid the dazzling problem that the user brought is directly penetrated to light, can also shine the whole kitchen mesa of range hood below, promote user's culinary art and experience the effect.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, because the fan system 6 generates relatively large noise during the high-speed rotation process, the generated noise is reflected and diffused outwards from the front and rear air inlet end faces of the fan system 6, and is finally discharged from the air inlet 11 of the range hood after being reflected by different end faces during the noise propagation process, so that the user experience is seriously influenced by the large noise during use. Above-mentioned preceding welt 151 and inhale the effect of making an uproar of falling that the cooperation of sound cotton 153 played and be not enough to satisfy the demand, for this reason, the utility model discloses still the design has other structures of making an uproar of falling. The fan system 6 includes a volute 61, an impeller 62 disposed within the volute 61, and a motor 63 for driving the impeller 62. The top of the fan frame 4 is provided with an air outlet plate 41.
