Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a range hood fan installed in a kitchen or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, the range hood fan is installed on a wall or the like having a predetermined height substantially directly above a cooking range of a kitchen in order to discharge smoke, steam, hot air, exhaust air, and the like during cooking. The following are arranged at a position above the range and having a suction opening which opens downward at the lower part as follows. That is, it is a hood having a fan with a fan attached to a box, extending both sides and the back of the box downward, forming a substantially right-angled isosceles triangle on both sides, and inserting a slanted edge inside the hood. The lower end of the rear part of the portion is formed into a channel-shaped oil receiver, an isosceles trapezoidal guide plate having a lower edge received in the oil receiver, and an inverted triangular opening provided on an inclined plate. A gap between an upper edge of the guide plate and a front edge of the box and a gap between both side edges of the guide plate and both sides of the hood portion are substantial suction ports (for example, Patent Document 1). reference.).
[0003]
However, in the ventilation device having such a configuration, the suction port for discharging smoke, water vapor, hot air, exhaust gas, etc. is formed by a gap between the upper edge of the guide plate and the front edge of the box, and both side edges of the guide plate and the hood. Is limited to the gap between both sides of the section, and there is no gap at the lower part such as the lower edge of the induction plate closest to the cooking range below where cooking is being performed. Cannot be said to be efficient. Also, in this device, since the box body has a hood part of a substantially right-angled isosceles triangular shape with a blower incorporated therein, the weight is heavy, the overall shape is large, and the guide plate is not detachable, It is difficult to install and clean ventilation equipment.
[0004]
In other cases, a plurality of removably inclined panels are overlapped with a gap therebetween in a hood body having an open lower part on the tip side, so that steam is attached and dew condensation is guided in a rearward direction. A steam attaching means, an exhaust device housed in a space behind the steam attaching means with the suction direction being horizontal, and a water receiving means provided with a water reservoir facing the lower end of the rearmost panel of the steam attaching means. The exhaust is performed from a gap between both side surfaces of the hood body and left and right ends of the panel, a gap between a front end of the hood body and a front end of the front panel, and a gap between panels (for example, Patent Document 2). reference.).
[0005]
However, even in such a range hood, the exhaust is generated by the gap between both side surfaces of the hood body and the left and right ends of the panel, the gap between the front end of the hood body and the front end of the panel located at the foremost position, and between the panels. Similarly, since there is no gap at the bottom of the panel closest to the range, it cannot be said that exhaust can be efficiently performed.
[0006]
Still further, there are a hood case with an open lower part, a rectifier plate provided with a gap between the hood case in an open part of the hood case and detachably provided to the hood case, and a rectifier plate. The fan is housed in the hood case with the filter arranged at the upper back of the hood, and by driving the fan, the oil smoke is sucked from the gap between the hood case and the rectifying plate and passes through the filter. It is released to the outside (for example, see Patent Document 3).
[0007]
However, in such a range hood, oil smoke is sucked in from the gap between the hood case and the rectifier plate, and although there is a gap between the lower part of the panel closest to the range and the hood case, the suction in the filter portion is performed. The location is relatively high and far from the range, and it cannot be said that the emission of oil fumes can be achieved efficiently.

The current plate 5 is passed through the hole, and is attached to the lower part of the range hood body 3 on the front side of the suction port 2 so as to be inclined downward.
[0030]
At the time of cooking, for example, at the start of cooking, oil smoke, water vapor, and hot air are mainly supplied to the flow straightening plate 5 formed so as to have an opening wider than the suction opening 57a as indicated by a solid arrow X in FIG. The air is sucked into the range hood fan 1 from the suction opening 57b between the lower plate portion 21b and the front edge, and is discharged and exhausted to the outside. At the time of normal cooking, as shown by the solid arrow Y in FIG. 12B, oil smoke, water vapor, and hot air are sucked into the range hood fan 1 from all the suction openings 57a, 57b, 57c, 57d to the outside. Exhausted, exhausted.
[0031]
With the above-described configuration, oil smoke, water vapor, and hot air during cooking are reduced by the straightening plate 5 inclined in the guide box 4 when the upward flow is small at the start of cooking or during cooking by the IH cooker. However, it is reliably sucked into the suction opening 57b between the straightening plate 5 and the front edge of the lower plate portion 21b, which is close to the range and wider than the suction opening 57a on the front edge side of the straightening plate 5, and efficiently discharged to the outside. , Will be exhausted. In addition, since the rear side portion serving as the lower end edge of the current plate 5 is located above the lower plate portion 21b of the rear plate 19, all oil and water droplets adhering to the current plate 5 are surely removed from the oil receiver lower plate portion 21b. In addition, the current plate 5 can be attached and detached by a simple operation, and the hanging metal 55 and the hanging metal 56 for attachment / detachment are also formed by bending a rod-shaped member into a loop shape. Good cleaning performance eliminates the risk of injury during cleaning.
[0032]
In the guide box 4, the end portions of the side plates 33 and 34 of the outer plate members 30 a and 30 b and the inner plate members 31 a and 31 b that are abutted to form a double structure of the side plates 18 a and 18 b are covered with a decorative plate 32. Since it is not exposed, it is easy to clean the side plates 18a and 18b, and there is no risk of injury. Further, the side plates 18a, 18b have a double structure, cover the ends of the side pieces 33, 34 butted with the decorative plate 32, and have a flat outer surface on the side plates 18a, 18b which is not processed, so that the external appearance is visually recognized. Is improved. Further, since the mounting bracket 27 for mounting the current plate 5 is mounted on the inner plate members 31a, 31b via the cap 28 of the resin composition, leakage of the adhered oil from the mounting portion can be prevented, and vibration And the occurrence of abnormal vibration noise and the like can be suppressed.
[0033]
When the range hood fan 1 is installed, a separate guide box 4 can be attached after the range hood main body 3 is fixed to the wall portion, so that the range hood is heavy, has a large overall shape, and is difficult to handle. The installation of the fan 1 is relatively easy and easy, and the safety of construction at the time of installation is increased.
[0034]
