When the range hood is used, the fan 1 of the air suction device is started, the driving part 13 of the fan 1 drives the impeller 12 to rotate, the accommodating cavity is in a negative pressure state, the inner cavity of the fume collecting hood 5 is correspondingly in a negative pressure state, external fume enters the accommodating cavity through the fume collecting hood 5 under the action of internal and external pressure difference, then flows into the volute 11 through the air inlet 115 and is discharged through the air outlet 111. When the fan 1 needs to be overhauled or replaced, the first cover body 21 can be detached firstly (the second cover body 22 can be detached firstly), the fan 1 is exposed, and an operator can intuitively overhaul the fan 1 or take down the fan 1 for replacement; similarly, during installation, the fan 1 can be connected to the first cover 21 (or the fan 1 is connected to the second cover 22), and then the second cover 22 is connected to the volute 11 of the fan 1 or the first cover 21, so that the fan 1 is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the use convenience of the range hood is improved.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first cover 21 may be covered on the left side plate 112 of the volute 11, and the second cover 22 is covered on the right side plate 113 of the volute 11; the bottoms of the first cover body 21 and the second cover body 22 are both provided with openings, and the openings at the bottoms of the first cover body 21 and the second cover body jointly form a smoke inlet 23. Here, in a specific form of connection between the first cover 21, the second cover 22 and the volute 11, the first cover 21 is connected to the left side plate 112 of the volute 11 to protect the left side portion of the volute 11, a left accommodating cavity is formed between the first cover 21 and the left side plate 112, and an air inlet 115 on the left side plate 112 is located in the left accommodating cavity; the second cover 22 is connected to the right side plate 113 of the volute 11 to protect the right side of the volute 11, a right accommodating cavity is formed between the second cover 22 and the right side plate 113, and an air inlet 115 on the right side plate 113 is located in the right accommodating cavity. Wherein, the first cover 21, the second cover 22 and the coaming of the volute 11 jointly form a housing of the air suction device, a left opening is formed between the bottom end of the first cover 21 and the left side plate 112, a right opening is formed between the bottom end of the second cover 22 and the right side plate 113, and the left opening and the right opening are jointly used as a smoke inlet 23 of the air suction device. When the range hood operates, the fan 1 operates, negative pressure is generated at air inlets 115 on the left side and the right side of the volute 11, external oil smoke enters the fume collecting hood 5, part of the oil smoke enters the left accommodating cavity through the left opening, enters the volute 11 through the left air inlet 115 and is discharged through the air outlet 111; another portion of the oil soot enters the right receiving chamber through the right opening and enters the volute 11 through the right air inlet 115 and is then discharged through the air outlet 111.
The first cover 21 is detachably fixedly connected with the left side plate 112, and the second cover 22 is detachably fixedly connected with the right side plate 113, so that when the fan 1 needs to be overhauled or replaced, the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 can be detached from the left side and the right side respectively, and then the fan 1 is taken down (only one of the covers can be detached to overhaule the exposed fan 1). The range hood is arranged on a kitchen wall, the distance between the top of the range hood and a roof is small, and when the fan 1 outer cover 2 of the range hood cannot be detached from the upper part, the fume collecting hood 5 is required to be detached when the fan 1 is overhauled or replaced in the prior art, and the hands of an operator extend into the fan 1 outer cover 2 to detach the fan 1; in the range hood of this embodiment, the first cover body 21 and the second cover body 22 can be directly disassembled from the side parts, and the operator can intuitively and visually disassemble and assemble the fan 1, so that the disassembly and assembly of the fan 1 are convenient, and the use convenience of the range hood is further improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-5, the edge of the left side plate 112 may be surrounded by a plurality of linear edges, and the connecting edge of the first cover 21 is correspondingly connected with the edge of the left side plate 112; the edge of the right side plate 113 is surrounded by a plurality of linear edges, and the connecting edge of the second cover 22 is correspondingly connected with the edge of the right side plate 113. On the one hand, compared with the arc line or the edge of the fold line, the joints of the first cover body 21 and the left side plate 112 and the joints of the second cover body 22 and the right side plate 113 are all linear, so that the connection matching performance is higher and the position accuracy during connection is easy to ensure; on the other hand, the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 of the volute 11 are in regular polygonal shapes, and the air suction device formed by connecting the first cover 21, the second cover 22 and the volute 11 is correspondingly in regular shapes, so that the overall appearance visibility of the air suction device is improved. Specifically, the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 may each be approximately rectangular in shape, and the suction device is approximately quadrangular in shape.
In addition to the above-described form, it is also possible to set only the edge of the left side plate 112 to be linear or to set only the edge of the right side plate 113 to be linear.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the top plate of the first cover 21 may be disposed obliquely from left to right; the top plate of the second cover 22 may be disposed obliquely from right to left and upward. Taking the flow state of the oil smoke in the left accommodating cavity of the first cover body 21 as an example for analysis, the oil smoke in the fume collecting cover 5 enters the left accommodating cavity from bottom to top through the left opening, and then deflects rightwards under the suction effect of the air inlet 115 on the left side of the volute 11, so that the flow direction of the oil smoke in the left accommodating cavity is the upper right direction, and part of the oil smoke does not flow into the air inlet 115 when moving upwards to the height of the air inlet 115, and continues to flow upwards to the top of the left accommodating cavity; the top plate of the first cover body 21 is inclined upwards from left to right and is consistent with the inclined direction of the flowing direction of the oil smoke air flow, so that the intensity of collision between the oil smoke air flow and the top plate of the first cover body 21 is reduced, then the oil smoke air flow flows under the flow guiding effect of the top plate and downwards moves into the air inlet 115 under the suction effect of the left air inlet 115, the turbulence of the oil smoke air flow in the accommodating cavity is reduced, the air performance of the fan 1 and the range hood is correspondingly improved, and the noise pollution generated in the operation process of the range hood is reduced. The flow of the lampblack gas flow in the right accommodating cavity of the second cover body 22 is similar to that of the left accommodating cavity, and the top plate of the second cover body 22 can also play a role in guiding the lampblack gas flow in the right accommodating cavity, so that the turbulence condition of the lampblack gas flow and noise pollution generated in the operation process of the lampblack absorber are reduced, and the air performance of the fan 1 and the lampblack absorber is improved.
In addition to the above, only the top plate of the first cover 21 may be provided obliquely, or only the top plate of the second cover 22 may be provided obliquely.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, an air duct is formed inside the volute 11, and the bottom end of at least one of the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 of the volute 11 is bent towards the air duct to form a diversion area 114, and the diversion area 114 is inclined from top to bottom towards the inside of the air duct. The oil smoke in the fume collecting hood 5 flows upwards under the suction effect of the fan 1, and under the suction effect of the left air inlet 115 and the right air inlet 115, the oil smoke in the left area flows obliquely leftwards, the oil smoke in the right area flows obliquely rightwards, the side plate of the volute 11 is provided with a flow guiding area 114 which inclines downwards inwards from top to bottom, the inclined direction of the flow guiding area 114 is consistent with the inclined direction of the oil smoke flowing into the accommodating cavity, the intensity of collision between the oil smoke flowing into the accommodating cavity and the bottom of the volute 11 can be effectively reduced, and the disturbance of the oil smoke flowing is correspondingly reduced, so that the noise pollution generated in the operation process of the range hood is reduced, and the air performance of the fan 1 and the range hood is improved.
Specifically, the diversion area 114 may be provided on both the left side plate 112 and the right side plate 113 of the scroll 11, or the diversion area 114 may be provided on only the left side plate 112, or the diversion area 114 may be provided on only the right side plate 113.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the impeller 12 and the driving part 13 may be connected by a driving shaft 14, and the driving part 13 is located outside the volute 11. When the fan 1 operates, the driving part 13 drives the driving shaft 14 to rotate, and the driving shaft 14 drives the impeller 12 to synchronously rotate with the driving shaft, so that the driving part 13 drives the impeller 12. The driving component 13 is located outside the volute 11, so that the blocking of the driving component 13 to the side air inlet 115 of the volute 11 can be effectively reduced, the flow area of the side air inlet 115 is increased, the suction effect of the side air inlet 115 is improved when the negative pressure in the volute 11 is constant, and the air performance of the fan 1 and the range hood is correspondingly improved.
In addition, the oil smoke concentration in the volute 11 is higher than that in other areas, the driving part 13 is arranged outside the volute 11, the pollution degree of oil smoke is correspondingly reduced, and the normal operation of the driving part 13 can be ensured, and the service life of the driving part is prolonged. Specifically, the driving part 13 may be located at the left side of the scroll case 11 or may be located at the right side of the scroll case 11.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, one of the first cover 21 and the second cover 22 may be connected with a recessed isolation cover 3, the driving member 13 is accommodated in the isolation cover 3, and the driving shaft 14 is connected with the impeller 12 through the isolation cover 3. The isolation cover 3 isolates the accommodating cavity into two relatively independent cavities, wherein the oil smoke flows through the cavity between the isolation cover 3 and the volute 11, and the driving part 13 is positioned in the cavity inside the isolation cover 3, so that the contact amount of the oil smoke and the driving part 13 is further reduced, the oil pollution caused by the oil smoke to the driving part 13 is further reduced, and the normal operation of the driving part 13 is correspondingly further ensured, and the service life of the driving part is prolonged. In addition, the driving shaft 14 passes through the isolation cover 3 to be connected with the impeller 12, and the isolation cover 3 can also play a role in supporting and limiting the driving shaft 14, so that the position accuracy and stability of the driving shaft 14 in the rotation process are improved. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the driving part 13 may be a DD (DIRECT DRIVER, direct drive) motor, where the DD motor includes a rotor 132 and a stator 131, the stator 131 may be fixed on the isolation cover 3 by a screw or a bolt, and one end of the driving shaft 14 passes through the isolation cover 3 and the stator 131 and is fixedly connected with the rotor 132.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the mounting hole 24 may be provided on the cover body provided with the isolation cover 3, the cover mouth end portion of the isolation cover 3 is provided with a flange 31 outwardly in the circumferential direction thereof, the isolation cover 3 is inserted into the mounting hole 24, and the flange 31 is connected at the edge of the mounting hole 24. Here, set up a concrete form of keeping apart lid 3, keep apart lid 3, drive shaft 14 and drive part 13 and all can pass through mounting hole 24 dismouting, and keep apart lid 3 and mounting hole 24 edge connection through turn-ups 31, can directly carry out the dismouting operation to keep apart lid 3 and its inside drive part 13 from the outside, on the basis that realizes keeping apart lid 3 to drive part 13 isolation oil smoke, further improve the convenience of use of device that induced drafts.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-4, the first support frame 4 may be fixedly connected to the side wall of the isolation cover 3 facing the volute 11, and the driving shaft 14 passes through the first support frame 4 and is pivotally connected to the first support frame 4. The first supporting frame 4 supports and limits the shaft body of the driving shaft 14 between the isolating cover 3 and the impeller 12, so that the occurrence of the swing condition in the rotation process caused by a longer transmission distance of the driving shaft 14 is reduced, the accuracy of the rotation position of the driving shaft 14 is improved, and the driving stability of the driving shaft 14 to the impeller 12 is correspondingly improved. Specifically, the first supporting shaft and the driving shaft 14 can be pivoted through bearings, so that friction resistance formed by rotation of the driving shaft 14 relative to the first supporting frame 4 is reduced, and driving efficiency of the driving part 13 to the impeller 12 through the driving shaft 14 is improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving component 13 is located at one side of the volute 11, and a second support frame 6 may be disposed on a side plate at the other side of the volute 11, and the driving shaft 14 passes through the second support frame 6 and is pivoted to the second support frame 6. The second supporting frame 6 assists the first supporting frame 4 to support and limit shaft bodies at different positions of the driving shaft 14, so that the rotating position accuracy of the driving shaft 14 and the driving stability of the driving shaft 14 to the impeller 12 are further improved. Specifically, the middle disc 121 may be fixedly connected to the impeller 12, and the driving shaft 14 and the middle disc 121 may be detachably fixedly connected through the cap 141, so as to realize connection between the driving shaft 14 and the impeller 12; the first supporting frame 4 and the second supporting frame 6 are distributed on two sides of the middle disc 121, and respectively support and limit shaft bodies on two sides of the middle disc 121, so that the driving stability of the driving shaft 14 to the impeller 12 is further improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a wind guiding ring 7 may be further disposed on a side plate of the volute 11, and the wind guiding ring 7 is surrounded by the wind inlet 115 on the corresponding side. The direction of the oil smoke changes when flowing through the air inlet 115, and the air guide ring 7 guides the oil smoke air flow so as to reduce the occurrence of vortex caused by the contact between the oil smoke air flow and the edge of the air inlet 115, correspondingly improve the air performance of the fan 1 and reduce noise pollution caused by air flow disturbance. Specifically, the wind guiding ring 7 on the same side as the second supporting frame 6 can be used as a connecting ring to be connected with the second supporting frame 6, and the second supporting frame 6 is connected with the volute 11 through the connecting ring.
