The feeding conveyor 100, the front-side marking conveyor 200, the back-side marking conveyor 200 and the discharging conveyor 500 may be belt conveyors, and the transmission is reliable, stable and free from shaking by means of friction between the belt 302 and the paper board 6. The lengths of the front-side coding conveyor 200 and the back-side coding conveyor 200 along the conveying direction may be lengths capable of sequentially placing at least two paper boards 6.

1. A horizontal paging machine is characterized by comprising a feeding mechanism, a front side marking mechanism, a page turning mechanism, a back side marking mechanism and a blanking mechanism which are sequentially arranged;
the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding conveyor and a baffle piece; the feeding conveyor is used for supporting and conveying the stacked paper boards; the baffle piece is positioned above the feeding conveyor, and a discharging gap for outputting a single paperboard is reserved between the baffle piece and the feeding conveyor;
the front side marking mechanism and the back side marking mechanism respectively comprise a marking conveyor and a marking machine; the label spraying machine frame is arranged above the label conveyor, and a spray head of the label spraying machine faces the label conveyor;
the page turning mechanism comprises a turntable and a turntable driving mechanism; the rotary table is positioned between the front side coding mechanism and the back side coding mechanism, and the axial direction of the rotary table is horizontally arranged; the turntable is provided with a radial notch, and the paper board is conveyed to be inserted at the notch through the front marking mechanism; the rotary table driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the rotary table and is used for driving the rotary table to rotate so as to overturn the paper board inserted at the cut to the reverse side marking mechanism; the turned paper board is conveyed to a position away from the notch by a reverse side marking mechanism;
the blanking mechanism is used for collecting the marked paperboards to one position.
2. The horizontal paging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the turntable is provided with at least one pair of slits, each pair comprising two centrosymmetric slits.
3. The horizontal paging machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the turntable is provided with two pairs of notches, and the angle between adjacent notches is 90 °.

The horizontal paging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the page turning mechanism further comprises a base, a rotating shaft and a bracket; the two supports are arranged and stand on the base; the rotating shaft penetrates through the center of the turntable, and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively arranged at the two supports through bearings; and the turntable driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft.

The horizontal paging machine according to claim 4, wherein the turntable driving mechanism comprises a rotating motor, a belt and two pulleys; the two belt pulleys are respectively fixedly sleeved at the output end and the rotating shaft of the rotating motor; the belt is connected end to form a closed loop and hooped outside the two belt pulleys to transmit the power output by the rotating motor.
6. The horizontal paging machine according to claim 1, wherein the turntable is provided in two; the two turntables are coaxially arranged, and the notches of the two turntables are symmetrically arranged.

The horizontal paging machine according to claim 1, wherein each of the front side coding mechanism and the back side coding mechanism further comprises a gantry and a position adjusting assembly, and the position adjusting assembly comprises a slider and a screw; the portal frame spans over the code conveyor; the screw is arranged in the portal frame through a bearing, and the axial direction of the screw is orthogonal to the conveying direction of the code marking conveyor; one end of the screw rod penetrates out of the portal frame and is provided with a handle; the slider is provided with a threaded hole, the slider is screwed at the screw rod through the threaded hole in a threaded transmission manner, and the label spraying machine is arranged at the slider.
8. The horizontal paging machine of claim 7, wherein the position adjustment assembly further comprises a guide rod; the guide rod is arranged in the portal frame, is parallel to the screw rod and penetrates through the sliding block; the slider is axially movable along the guide rod.

The horizontal paging machine according to claim 1, wherein each of the front side coding mechanism and the back side coding mechanism further comprises an image pickup mechanism; the camera shooting mechanism is arranged on the code marking conveyor, and the label spraying machine and the camera shooting mechanism are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the code marking conveyor; the camera shooting mechanism is used for acquiring images of the mark codes sprayed by the mark spraying machine for inspection.

The horizontal paging machine according to claim 1, wherein the blanking mechanism comprises a blanking conveyor and a material receiving frame; the blanking conveyor is arranged at the output end of the code marking conveyor of the reverse code marking mechanism; the receiving rack is arranged at the output end of the blanking conveyor.
