The headrest airbag system according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising a housing; the headrest air bag and the gas generator are arranged in the shell, wherein the headrest air bag is fixed on the inner side of the shell close to the opening of the shell; the headrest airbag system further comprises a gas generator support, the gas generator is fixed on the gas generator support, and the gas generator support is fixed at the bottom of the inner side of the shell.
