(3) opening a hot water valve on a hot water pipeline 41 and a steam valve on a steam pipeline 40, closing a first discharge valve on a first discharge pipeline 42, enabling the water temperature in the blanching barrel 4 to be more than or equal to 95 ℃ and the water level to be positioned at the lower side of a first overflow pipeline 50, manually pouring the hot pepper shreds in a turnover box into the blanching barrel 4, cleaning the hot pepper shreds for 10s to 20s by utilizing the blast formed by the steam in the steam pipeline 40 and the hot water in the hot water pipeline 41, then fishing out the hot pepper shreds in the blanching barrel 4 by utilizing the turnover box and transferring the hot pepper shreds to the upper side of a cleaning barrel 5 by a lifting machine 39, opening the first discharge valve, discharging sundries with high density to a discharge trench 29 through the first discharge pipeline 42, and discharging the foreign matters with low density to the discharge trench 29 through the first overflow pipeline 50;
(4) opening a normal temperature water valve on a normal temperature water pipeline 43, closing a discharge valve on a second discharge pipeline 44, enabling the water temperature in the cleaning barrel 5 to be 5-30 ℃ and the water level to be positioned at the lower side of a second overflow pipeline 51, manually pouring the hot pepper shreds in the turnover box 17 into the cleaning barrel 5, opening an air inlet valve, enabling an expansion link 28 in an air cylinder 27 to move upwards, rotating a fixing frame 31, rotating a stirring blade 34 to the upper center of the cleaning barrel 5, closing the air inlet valve, enabling the expansion link 28 of the air cylinder 27 to move downwards, enabling the stirring blade 34 to be positioned at the lower center of the cleaning barrel 5, opening a driving motor 32, enabling the driving motor to drive a stirring shaft 33 and a stirring blade 34 to rotate for 80-100 s in the cleaning barrel 5, then stopping the driving motor 32 and opening the air inlet valve, enabling the stirring blade 34 and the stirring shaft 33 to move to the outer initial positions of the cleaning barrel 5, enabling the turnover box to fish the hot pepper shreds in the, then, a discharge valve on the second discharge pipeline 44 is opened, the sundries deposited at the bottom are discharged to the discharge trench 29, and the foreign matters with low density can be discharged to the discharge trench 29 through the second overflow pipeline 51;
(5) opening a low-temperature water valve on a low-temperature water pipeline 45, closing a discharge valve on a third discharge pipeline 46, enabling the water temperature in the cleaning barrel 6 to be 5-10 ℃ and the water level to be positioned at the lower side of a third overflow pipeline 52, manually pouring the hot pepper shreds in a turnover box 17 into the cleaning barrel 6, standing for 10-20 s, opening an air inlet valve, enabling an expansion rod 28 in an air cylinder 27 to move upwards, rotating a fixing frame 31, rotating a stirring blade 34 to the center above the cleaning barrel 5, closing the air inlet valve, enabling the expansion rod 28 of the air cylinder 27 to move downwards, enabling the stirring blade 34 to be positioned at the center of the lower part of the cleaning barrel 5, opening a driving motor 32, enabling the stirring shaft 33 and a stirring blade 34 to rotate for 80-100 s in the cleaning barrel 5, then stopping the driving motor 32 and opening the air inlet valve, enabling the stirring blade 34 and the stirring shaft 33 to move to the initial position outside the cleaning barrel 5, enabling the turnover box to fish the hot pepper shreds in, then, a third discharge valve on the third discharge pipeline 46 is opened, the sundries deposited at the bottom are discharged to the discharge trench 29, and the foreign matters with low density can be discharged to the discharge trench 29 through a third overflow pipeline 52;
