所述的一种全塑真空泵,其特殊之处在于:所述弹性体包括顶圆环座、底圆环座、若干个中间螺旋环和若干个螺旋单线体,弹性体由塑料材料制成;
至少二个螺旋单线体与顶圆环座和中间螺旋环连接,至少二个螺旋单线体与相邻二个中间螺旋环连接,至少二个螺旋单线体与底圆环座和中间螺旋环连接。
所述的一种全塑真空泵,其特殊之处在于:所述弹性体包括顶圆环座、底圆环座、右旋弹簧体和左旋弹簧体,弹性体由塑料材料制成;
右旋弹簧体和左旋弹簧体的起始端与底圆环座相交且相对,右旋弹簧体和左旋弹簧体每螺旋旋转180度时相交。

如图1所示,一种全塑真空泵,包括按头1、螺牙2、锁盖3、主柱4、副柱5、活塞6、弹性体7、本体8、设在本体下端的单向阀9和下开口的保护盖10,按头1包括进液通道11、出液通道12和环绕进液通道的导向套13,螺牙2包括设在顶板上导向固定套21和罩体22,导向固定套21内上设有上梯级211;锁盖3包括导向孔31、设在导向孔上端的沉孔32、设在下部的插接部33、锁合座34、设在锁合座34上的下开口的环形锁合槽341,锁合座34的下部设有下梯级342;本体8的上开口端的设有插接口81和法兰82;主柱4的上端设有圆环形弹性体座41;按头1的进液通道11插入主柱4的上端内,活塞6设在副柱5上的活塞安装位上,主柱5的下端穿过锁盖3的导向孔31,副柱5插入主柱4的下端内,锁盖3插接部33插入本体8的上端内,插接口81插入环形锁合槽341内,锁合座34的下梯级342与上梯级211配合止位;弹性体7套在主柱4上,上端与圆环形弹性体座41、下端与锁盖3的沉孔32的底板配合;本体8的法兰82与导向固定套21的下端配合止位;保护盖10与罩体22的上端可拆卸配合。
所述环形锁合槽341的顶板上设有环形密封圈342,环形密封圈342可折挠,其截面呈角形,如图1A所示;
环形密封圈342与插接口81的上端面配合液气密封。
所述单向阀9包括设在本体下端的上开口的单向阀座91和阀芯92,
单向阀座91的底板上的导液孔和环绕导液孔的环形凸起911;
阀芯92包括筒形座921、圆形阀芯板922和将筒形座921与圆形阀芯板922连接的弹性筋923;弹性筋包括圆弧形部、与筒形座921连接的外径向部和与圆形阀芯板922连接的内径向部;
筒形座921设在单向阀座91内,圆形阀芯板922与环形凸起911配合。
如图6所示,所述弹性体7为圆筒形压力弹簧,圆筒形压力弹簧由塑料材料制成,圆筒形压力弹簧的线材料空心或实心;
如图7所示,所述弹性体7为塔形压力弹簧,塔形压力弹簧由塑料材料制成,塔形压力弹簧的线材料空心或实心。
如图8所示,所述弹性体7包括顶圆环座71、底圆环座72、若干个中间螺旋环73和若干个螺旋单线体74,弹性体7由塑料材料制成;
二个螺旋单线体74与顶圆环座71和中间螺旋环73连接,二个螺旋单线体74与相邻二个中间螺旋环73连接,二个螺旋单线体74与底圆环座72和中间螺旋环73连接。
如图9、图10所示,所述弹性体7包括顶圆环座71、底圆环座72、右旋弹簧体75和左旋弹簧体76,弹性体7由塑料材料制成;
右旋弹簧体75和左旋弹簧体76的起始端与底圆环座72相交且相对,右旋弹簧体75和左旋弹簧体76每螺旋旋转180度时相交。

1.一种全塑真空泵,包括按头、螺牙、锁盖、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹性体、本体和设在本体下端的单向阀,按头包括进液通道、出液通道和环绕进液通道的导向套,螺牙包括设在顶板上导向固定套和罩体,导向固定套内上设有上梯级;锁盖包括导向孔、设在导向孔上端的沉孔、设在下部的插接部、锁合座、设在锁合座上的下开口的环形锁合槽,锁合座的下部设有下梯级;本体的上开口端的设有插接口和法兰;主柱的上端设有圆环形弹性体座;锁盖插接部插入本体的上端内,插接口插入环形锁合槽内,锁合座的下梯级与上梯级配合止位;弹性体套在主柱上,上端与圆环形弹性体座、下端与锁盖的沉孔配合;其特征在于:所述环形锁合槽的顶板上设有环形密封圈,
环形密封圈与插接口的上端面配合液气密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全塑真空泵,其特征在于:所述单向阀包括设在本体下端的上开口的单向阀座和阀芯,
单向阀座的底板上的导液孔和环绕导液孔的环形凸起;
阀芯包括筒形座、圆形阀芯板和将筒形座与圆形阀芯板连接的弹性筋;
筒形座设在单向阀座内,圆形阀芯板与环形凸起配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全塑真空泵,其特征在于:所述弹性体为塔形压力弹簧或圆筒形压力弹簧,塔形压力弹簧或圆筒形压力弹簧由塑料材料制成,塔形压力弹簧或圆筒形压力弹簧的线材料空心或实心。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全塑真空泵,其特征在于:所述弹性体包括顶圆环座、底圆环座、若干个中间螺旋环和若干个螺旋单线体,弹性体由塑料材料制成;
至少二个螺旋单线体与顶圆环座和中间螺旋环连接,至少二个螺旋单线体与相邻二个中间螺旋环连接,至少二个螺旋单线体与底圆环座和中间螺旋环连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全塑真空泵,其特征在于:所述弹性体包括顶圆环座、底圆环座、右旋弹簧体和左旋弹簧体,弹性体由塑料材料制成;
右旋弹簧体和左旋弹簧体的起始端与底圆环座相交且相对,右旋弹簧体和左旋弹簧体每螺旋旋转180度时相交。
