背景技术
心脑血管疾病患者容易发生偏瘫,在恢复治疗过程中,传统的康复器械为简单单一的行走杆,或者手摇锻炼装置,需要医护人员进行辅助的康复锻炼,只能锻炼单一部位,不仅耗费了医护人员的大量体力,同时锻炼时间不足,无法较好的促进康复部位的血液循环,加速病患的康复。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种心脑血管病患康复装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种心脑血管病患康复装置,包括底座、座椅和康复机构;所述康复机构包括摆动臂,所述摆动臂下端贯穿有下辊轴,下辊轴两端固定连接有呈对角线对称的下曲柄,下曲柄端部转动连接有脚踏,脚踏上设有脚绑带;所述摆动臂上端贯穿有上辊轴,上辊轴与摆动臂转动连接,上辊轴两端固定连接有上曲柄,上曲柄上转动连接有手扶杆,手扶杆上设有手绑带;所述下辊轴和上辊轴之间通过第一传动皮带连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述摆动臂通过铰接轴转动连接有支撑架,支撑架与底座固定连接,铰接轴贯穿支撑架并与支撑架转动连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述摆动臂为空心结构。

请参阅图1-4,本实用新型实施例中,一种心脑血管病患康复装置,包括底座1、座椅2和康复机构;所述康复机构包括支撑架3,支撑架3与底座1固定连接;所述支撑架3内嵌套有摆动臂4,摆动臂4固定连接有铰接轴9,铰接轴9贯穿支撑架3并与支撑架3转动连接;所述摆动臂4下端贯穿有下辊轴5,下辊轴5两端固定连接有呈对角线对称的下曲柄6,下曲柄6端部转动连接有脚踏7,脚踏7上设有脚绑带8,脚绑带8将病患的脚步固定在脚踏7上,避免脚部脱离;所述摆动臂4上端贯穿有上辊轴10,上辊轴10与摆动臂4转动连接,上辊轴10两端固定连接有上曲柄11,上曲柄11上转动连接有手扶杆12,手扶杆12上设有手绑带13,通过手绑带13将病患的手部固定在手扶杆12上;所述下辊轴5和上辊轴10之间通过第一传动皮带14连接,摆动臂4为空心结构,第一传动带14嵌套在摆动臂4内。
使用时,病患坐在座椅2上,脚踩脚踏7并用脚绑带8固定,手握持在手扶杆12上并用手绑带13固定;通过脚踩和手摇的方式进行锻炼,同时锻炼腿部和手臂,同时通过设有第一传动带14,手脚并用驱动锻炼装置,达到省力方便的作用。
为了进一步的适应不同恢复状态的病人;所述摆动臂4内嵌套有驱动电机16,驱动电机16的输出轴通过第二传动皮带15连接有下辊轴5,支撑架3上设有电机开关,驱动电机16通过导线依次电性串联有电机开关和外部电源;具体的,通过启动驱动电机16,带动下辊轴5和上辊轴10转动,带动病患进行手臂和腿部的锻炼,省力高效,适应不同恢复阶段的病患。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:为了适应不同身材的病患;所述座椅2与底座1滑动连接,座椅2底部贯穿有丝杆17,丝杆17与座椅2螺纹连接,丝杆17末端固定连接有第一手摇轮18,通过第一手摇轮18驱动丝杆17转动,丝杆17驱动座椅2在底座1上移动,使得病患能够调节去康复机构之间的距离。
为了使得病患更好的使用康复机构,所述铰接轴9延伸至支撑架3外侧,铰接轴9端部套接固定有蜗轮19,蜗轮19齿合有蜗杆20,蜗杆20转动连接有安装架22,蜗杆20延伸至安装架22上方并固定连接有第二手摇轮21,转动第二手摇轮21,蜗杆20带动蜗轮19和铰接轴9转动,进而带动摆动臂4转动,调整脚踏7和手扶杆13的设置角度,方便病患在舒服的姿态上实用,进行康复锻炼。
需要特别说明的是:同步转动的脚踏和手扶杆、可调节角度的摆动臂、可移动的座椅为本申请的创新点;通过设有通过传动带连接传动的脚踏和手扶杆,实现对腿部和手臂的锻炼,同时减小单独驱动的锻炼的阻力,同时设有电机驱动模式,适应不同康复阶段的病患的锻炼;通过设有可调节角度的摆动臂和可移动的座椅,适应不同身材的病患,同时方便调节身体姿态,提高康复的舒适性。

1.一种心脑血管病患康复装置,包括底座(1)、座椅(2)和康复机构;其特征在于,所述康复机构包括摆动臂(4),所述摆动臂(4)下端贯穿有下辊轴(5),下辊轴(5)两端固定连接有呈对角线对称的下曲柄(6),下曲柄(6)端部转动连接有脚踏(7),脚踏(7)上设有脚绑带(8);所述摆动臂(4)上端贯穿有上辊轴(10),上辊轴(10)与摆动臂(4)转动连接,上辊轴(10)两端固定连接有上曲柄(11),上曲柄(11)上转动连接有手扶杆(12),手扶杆(12)上设有手绑带(13);所述下辊轴(5)和上辊轴(10)之间通过第一传动皮带(14)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种心脑血管病患康复装置,其特征在于,所述摆动臂(4)通过铰接轴(9)转动连接有支撑架(3),支撑架(3)与底座(1)固定连接,铰接轴(9)贯穿支撑架(3)并与支撑架(3)转动连接。
