Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，包括供气装置，气源输送管汇，过滤装置，气体检测系统和连接装置，所述气源输送管汇，过滤装置和气体检测系统集成在压裂管汇设备上，所述供气装置通过过滤装置与气源输送管汇连接，气源输送管汇通过连接装置给涡轮发动机供气。有益效果：避免了高压区的隐患，节约了占地面积，避免了现场输送管汇的布线，提升了连接效率，降低了井场安装难度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及涡轮压裂技术领域，具体涉及一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统。
背景技术
数十年来水力压裂被应用于油井或者气井的增产作业。这种方法是用压裂泵在高压下将流体泵入到井筒内，然后将流体挤入地层，压开裂缝，水、其它液体以及压裂支撑剂也被注入到裂缝中，压裂完成后，压裂液被返排回地面，压裂支撑剂留在裂缝中防止裂缝闭合，大量油、气经裂缝进入井筒被开采。
在全球的油气田压裂作业现场，涡轮压裂用的气源供应方式如下：
涡轮压裂车并列放置，涡轮压裂车与涡轮压裂车之间连接气源管道，气源过滤器放置在涡轮压裂车附件位置，整个气源管路绕着车组布置。
存在的问题如下：
1、不安全：气源用过滤器放置在涡轮压裂车车尾处，此处为高压区，存在过滤器被碰坏的风险，且大部分气源过滤器防护均不够安全，一旦高压管线泄露，最终导致供气断开，影响井场的工作效率。
2、布置不合理：整个车组的气源管道是环形形式，如果其中一个涡轮压裂车需要开走，整个车组的管线就断了，存在断气的风险，影响井场工作效率。
3、结构不够紧凑，安装费时费力：需要待井场布置完成后，临时安装气源过滤器、气源管道等物料，增加井场安装难度，影响施工效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的不足，提供一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，通过将气源输送管汇，过滤装置集成在压裂现场的管汇设备上，避免了现有技术中气源输送管汇的现场布线，节约安装时间，降低井场安装难度，提升安装效率；过滤装置的位置改变也消除了现有技术中涡轮压裂车车尾高压区的危险隐患；连接装置使得供气更灵活，从现有技术中涡轮压裂车组之间串联供气，变为并联供气，单个涡轮压裂车的走与不走，并不影响其他涡轮压裂车的供气，只需关断阀门、断开快速接口即可；防护装置的设置隔开了压裂管汇与气源输送管汇，增加了安全性。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的：一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，包括供气装置，气源输送管汇，过滤装置，气体检测系统和连接装置，所述气源输送管汇，过滤装置和气体检测系统集成在压裂管汇设备上，所述供气装置通过过滤装置与气源输送管汇连接，气源输送管汇通过连接装置给涡轮发动机供气。
进一步地，所述利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统包括防护装置，所述防护装置集成在压裂管汇设备上，所述防护装置用于隔离气源输送管汇与压裂管汇设备上的压裂管汇。
进一步地，所述防护装置为隔离板。
进一步地，所述防护装置材料为钢材。
进一步地，所述气体检测系统为激光气体检测系统。
进一步地，所述气体检测系统为云台式激光气体检测系统。
进一步地，所述云台式激光气体检测系统包括多台扫描式激光气体遥测仪，云台带动扫描式激光气体遥测仪对现场进行多维立体空间实时检测。
进一步地，所述连接装置包括连接管线，阀门和快速接口，所述阀门用于连接管线的供气通断，所述快速接口用于连接管线与涡轮发动机的快速对接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，通过将气源输送管汇，过滤装置集成在压裂现场的管汇设备上，避免了现有技术中气源输送管汇的现场布线，节约安装时间，降低井场安装难度，提升安装效率；过滤装置的位置改变也消除了现有技术中涡轮压裂车车尾高压区的危险隐患；连接装置使得供气更灵活，从现有技术中涡轮压裂车组之间串联供气，变为并联供气，单个涡轮压裂车的走与不走，并不影响其他涡轮压裂车的供气，只需关断阀门、断开快速接口即可；防护装置的设置隔开了压裂管汇与气源输送管汇，增加了安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，包括供气装置1，气源输送管汇2，过滤装置3，气体检测系统4和连接装置6，所述气源输送管汇2，过滤装置3和气体检测系统4集成在压裂管汇设备7上，所述供气装置1通过过滤装置3与气源输送管汇2连接，气源输送管汇2通过连接装置6给涡轮发动机供气。在实际压裂作业现场，压裂管汇设备7设在井口附近，作用将压裂设备中的压裂液输送到井口内，压裂设备的发动机为柱塞泵通过动力，柱塞泵将压裂液泵送到井口内，压裂设备在实际的现场位置，也是设在压裂管汇设备7周围。本技术中压裂设备的发动机为涡轮发动机。本技术方案通过将气源输送管汇2，过滤装置3集成在压裂现场的管汇设备上，避免了现有技术中气源输送管汇2的现场布线，节约安装时间，降低井场安装难度，提升安装效率，减少了现有技术中气源输送管汇2和过滤装置3的占地，过滤装置3的位置从现有技术中涡轮压裂车车尾高压区改变到压裂管汇设备7上固定，也消除了过滤装置3的危险隐患。
所述利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统包括防护装置5，所述防护装置5集成在压裂管汇设备7上，所述防护装置5用于隔离气源输送管汇2与压裂管汇设备7上的压裂管汇。防护装置5的设置隔开了压裂管汇与气源输送管汇2，实现天然气及高压压裂液的安全防护，提高井场安全性。所述防护装置5为隔离板。
所述防护装置5材料为钢材。
所述气体检测系统4为激光气体检测系统。
所述气体检测系统4为云台式激光气体检测系统。
所述云台式激光气体检测系统包括多台扫描式激光气体遥测仪，智能云台带动扫描式激光气体遥测仪实现横向360°、纵向180°旋转，对现场进行多维立体空间实时检测。所述云台式激光气体检测系统具备的智能化调整功能，可实现有重点的检测区域，摄像机同步抓拍现场实景图，实现对漏点区域基本定位。同时，将实时检测数据传送到后台分析系统，实现安全隐患的早发现、早预警、早处理，大大的提高井场的安全防护等级。
所述连接装置6包括连接管线，阀门和快速接口，所述阀门用于连接管线的供气通断，所述快速接口用于连接管线与涡轮发动机的快速对接。连接装置6使得供气更灵活，从现有技术中涡轮压裂车组之间串联供气，变为并联供气，单个涡轮压裂车的走与不走，并不影响其他涡轮压裂车的供气，只需关断阀门、断开快速接口即可。

1.一种利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：包括供气装置，气源输送管汇，过滤装置，气体检测系统和连接装置，所述气源输送管汇，过滤装置和气体检测系统集成在压裂管汇设备上，所述供气装置通过过滤装置与气源输送管汇连接，气源输送管汇通过连接装置给涡轮发动机供气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统包括防护装置，所述防护装置集成在压裂管汇设备上，所述防护装置用于隔离气源输送管汇与压裂管汇设备上的压裂管汇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述防护装置为隔离板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述防护装置材料为钢材。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述气体检测系统为激光气体检测系统。
6.根据权利要求5所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述气体检测系统为云台式激光气体检测系统。
7.根据权利要求6所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述云台式激光气体检测系统包括多台扫描式激光气体遥测仪，云台带动扫描式激光气体遥测仪对现场进行多维立体空间实时检测。
8.根据权利要求1所述的利用压裂管汇设备给涡轮发动机供气的气源系统，其特征在于：所述连接装置包括连接管线，阀门和快速接口，所述阀门用于连接管线的供气通断，所述快速接口用于连接管线与涡轮发动机的快速对接。
