为了解决制造过程中模具表面与中子结合面处有铝片残留问题,本实用新型提供了一种模具吹气结构。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:模具吹气结构,模架上部安装模芯,模架上设有贯通的吹气孔,吹气孔内端位于模架与模芯结合面处。
所述吹气孔为横孔或斜孔。
本实用新型的模具吹气结构,对模具进行改造,在模具模架与模芯结合面追加吹气孔吹气,在铸造过程中将铝片吹落。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的模具吹气结构如图1所示,模架1上部安装模芯2,模架1上设有贯通的吹气孔3,吹气孔3内端位于模架1与模芯2结合面处,吹气孔为横孔或斜孔。
追加模架吹气孔,接续铸造机吹气,铸造过程中通过电磁阀控制,开启和关闭吹气,在开模过程中,将残留铝片吹落,保证模具清洁,减少杂质卷入。
