背景技术
公知的，目前机械加工领域越来越多的使用加工中心，而加工中心的使用就要用到刀具，刀具和刀柄的连接就要用到刀柄螺母。然而，随着高速、高精密加工的快速发展，传统的刀柄螺母偏心结构已无法满足使用要求。
传统刀柄螺母在结构、外观和安装上存在问题，严重时能引起机床主轴和刀具系统的振动，导致机床磨损造成破坏性事故。结构设计存在不平衡，高速切削加工过程中，易导致刀柄头颤振进而影响被加工工件的精度和表面粗糙度；加工完毕后，需要在表面钻孔去除材料来校正动平衡，影响外观；安装和拆卸时，筒夹不易变形，造成安装和拆卸困难，降低效率。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本实用新型公开了一种平衡螺母，其自身良好的动平衡性，可以确保机床主轴和加工刀具在高速旋转时的稳定性，进而可以保证加工精度和表面粗糙度；加工完毕后，不需在表面去除材料、校正平衡，直接从结构上保证整体重量在圆周上的均衡分布；筒夹易变形，安装拆卸轻松高效。
为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
1.一种平衡螺母(1)外形为六方或圆柱对称平衡结构；螺母内孔有偏心圆结构的长圆孔 (2)，借助长圆孔(2)短轴两侧卡住筒夹(5)外壁一周的卡槽；长圆孔(2)短轴其中一侧有凹槽(3)，用于减重配平，使平衡螺母整体重量沿圆周均匀分布；螺母下底面有小槽(4)，作为安装标记，实现良好装配和拆卸。
2.小槽(4)还可以用孔或缺口代替，是规则或不规则形状，数量由一个至多个，与凹槽(3)位于同侧。
3.凹槽(3)还可以用孔或缺口代替，是规则或不规则形状，数量由一个至多个。
4.平衡螺母可适用但不限于ER螺母、小径螺母、外螺纹螺母。

【具体实施方式】
结合附图，对本实用新型技术方案做进一步描述：所述的平衡螺母主要是借助螺母偏心圆结构长圆孔的短轴两侧卡住筒夹外壁一周的卡槽。
1.一种平衡螺母(1)外形为六方或圆柱对称平衡结构，外形可参考但不限于图2；螺母内孔有偏心圆结构的长圆孔(2)，借助长圆孔(2)短轴两侧卡住筒夹(5)外壁一周的卡槽；长圆孔(2)短轴其中一侧有凹槽(3)，用于减重配平，使平衡螺母整体重量沿圆周均匀分布；螺母下底面有小槽(4)，作为安装标记，实现良好装配和拆卸。其装配方法为，先将筒夹朝凹槽一侧卡入，再顺势将筒夹推入，全部卡进平衡螺母；其拆卸方法为，将筒夹朝小槽一侧掰开。详见附图1和附图6。
2.小槽(4)还可以用孔或缺口代替，是规则或不规则形状，数量由一个至多个，与凹槽(3)位于同侧。

1.一种平衡螺母，其特征在于：平衡螺母(1)外形为六方或圆柱对称平衡结构；螺母内孔有偏心圆结构的长圆孔(2)，借助长圆孔(2)短轴两侧卡住筒夹(5)外壁一周的卡槽；长圆孔(2)短轴其中一侧有凹槽(3)，用于减重配平，使平衡螺母整体重量沿圆周均匀分布；螺母下底面有小槽(4)，作为安装标记，实现装配和拆卸。
