本实用新型公开了一种复合型电力管，由内至外依次设置有阻燃层、保温层、屏蔽层、抗腐蚀层、防水层、耐磨辅助凸块层与磨砂层并在阻燃层内设有4个弧形的弹性支撑体且弹性支撑体与电线电缆的接触面设有耐磨层；所述耐磨辅助凸块层围绕防水层外壁排列设置有若干个耐磨凸起且该耐磨凸起为弧形。本实用新型具有良好的阻燃性、保温性、屏蔽性、抗腐蚀性、防水性与耐磨性。

本实用新型涉及电力领域，尤其涉及一种复合型电力管。
背景技术
电力管为中空结构的圆管，将电线和电缆穿过管道，然后将其暴露设置在电缆高架杆上，或者深埋地下或者砌在墙体中。随着电力管使用年限的增加和使用环境因素的存在，很多问题随之暴露：夏天的高温加快了老化；冬天的低温造成电缆内部金属组织结构变化；土壤及植物环境对外部进行腐蚀磨损。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：针对现有技术的不足与缺陷，本实用新型提供一种复合型电力管，具有良好的阻燃性、保温性、屏蔽性、抗腐蚀性、防水性与耐磨性。
技术方案：本实用新型的一种复合型电力管，其特征在于：由内至外依次设置有阻燃层、保温层、屏蔽层、抗腐蚀层、防水层、耐磨辅助凸块层与磨砂层并在阻燃层内设有4个弧形的弹性支撑体且弹性支撑体与电线电缆的接触面设有耐磨层；所述耐磨辅助凸块层围绕防水层外壁排列设置有若干个耐磨凸起且该耐磨凸起为弧形。
其中，所述的耐磨层为环氧树脂层且阻燃层为聚酯亚胺层。
其中，所述的保温层为玻璃棉层且屏蔽层为铜丝与涤纶棉线交织结构层。
其中，所述的抗腐蚀层为镀锌层且防水层为橡胶层。
其中，所述的耐磨辅助凸块层的耐磨凸起为硬质塑料凸起且磨砂层为单面磨砂结构。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下显著优点：本实用新型的复合型电力管具有良好的阻燃性、保温性、屏蔽性、抗腐蚀性、防水性与耐磨性；其中耐磨性包括外部耐磨性与内部耐磨性，是针对电线电缆特异性设计的结构。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的描述。
本实用新型的一种复合型电力管，由内至外依次设置有阻燃层3、保温层4、屏蔽层5、抗腐蚀层6、防水层7、耐磨辅助凸块层8与磨砂层9并在阻燃层3内设有4个弧形的弹性支撑体1且弹性支撑体1与电线电缆的接触面设有耐磨层2；耐磨辅助凸块层8围绕防水层7外壁排列设置有若干个耐磨凸起且该耐磨凸起为弧形。其中，耐磨层2为环氧树脂层且阻燃层3为聚酯亚胺层。保温层4为玻璃棉层且屏蔽层5为铜丝与涤纶棉线交织结构层。抗腐蚀层6为镀锌层且防水层7为橡胶层。耐磨辅助凸块层8的耐磨凸起为硬质塑料凸起且磨砂层9为单面磨砂结构。
本实用新型在阻燃层3的外壁设置保温层4，在保温层4的外壁设置屏蔽层5，在屏蔽层5的外壁设置抗腐蚀层6，在抗腐蚀层6的外壁设置防水层7，在防水层7的外壁设置耐磨辅助凸块层8，在耐磨辅助凸块层8的外壁设置磨砂层9。在阻燃层3内部设有4个弧形的弹性支撑体1且弹性支撑体1与电线电缆的接触面设有耐磨层2，这样的结构，便于电线电缆从阻燃层3内穿过，并通过4个弧形的弹性支撑体1对电线电缆进行位置固定；在弹性支撑体1与电线电缆的接触面设有耐磨层2，也提高了本实用新型的复合型电力管的内部耐磨性。
本实用新型的复合型电力管具有良好的阻燃性、保温性、屏蔽性、抗腐蚀性、防水性与耐磨性；其中耐磨性包括外部耐磨性与内部耐磨性，是针对电线电缆特异性设计的结构。可以在夏天高温时延缓老化；在冬天低温时保护电缆内部金属组织结构；有效防止土壤及植物环境对其进行腐蚀磨损。

1.一种复合型电力管，其特征在于：由内至外依次设置有阻燃层(3)、保温层(4)、屏蔽层(5)、抗腐蚀层(6)、防水层(7)、耐磨辅助凸块层(8)与磨砂层(9)并在阻燃层(3)内设有4个弧形的弹性支撑体(1)且弹性支撑体(1)与电线电缆的接触面设有耐磨层(2)；所述耐磨辅助凸块层(8)围绕防水层(7)外壁排列设置有若干个耐磨凸起且该耐磨凸起为弧形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型电力管，其特征在于：所述的耐磨层(2)为环氧树脂层且阻燃层(3)为聚酯亚胺层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型电力管，其特征在于：所述的保温层(4)为玻璃棉层且屏蔽层(5)为铜丝与涤纶棉线交织结构层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型电力管，其特征在于：所述的抗腐蚀层(6)为镀锌层且防水层(7)为橡胶层。
