电力管为中空结构的圆管,将电缆穿过管道,然后将其暴露设置在电缆高架杆上,或者深埋地下或者砌在墙体中。随着电力管使用年限的增加和使用环境因素的存在,很多问题随之暴露:夏天的高温加快了老化;冬天的低温造成电缆内部金属组织结构变化;土壤及植物环境对外部进行腐蚀磨损。
同时,电缆在电力管的两端端部容易造成电力管局部形变,对电缆的束缚力降低。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术的不足与缺陷,本发明提供一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道及其使用方法,使电力管道具有良好的性能,良好的外部耐磨性与内部耐磨性,提高了电力管两端的使用寿命,延长了产品整体的使用寿命。
技术方案:本发明的一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:包括中部的管体与管体两端端部的首端与末端,管体由内至外依次设置有阻燃层、保温层、屏蔽层、抗腐蚀层、防水层、耐磨辅助凸块层与磨砂层并在阻燃层内设有若干个弧形的弹性支撑体I且弹性支撑体I与电缆的接触面设有耐磨层I;所述首端与末端的结构相同,首端的阻燃层部分内设有若干个弧形的弹性支撑体II且弹性支撑体II与电缆的接触面设有耐磨层II;所述的耐磨层I位于弹性支撑体I的外表面且耐磨层II位于弹性支撑体II的内表面。
其中,所述的阻燃层内设有3个以上的弧形的弹性支撑体I。
其中,所述的首端的阻燃层部分内设有2或3个弧形的弹性支撑体II。
其中,电缆位于弹性支撑体I外表面的耐磨层I之间且位于弹性支撑体II内表面的耐磨层II之间。
其中,所述的阻燃层为聚酯亚胺层,保温层为玻璃棉层,屏蔽层为铜丝与涤纶棉线交织结构层,抗腐蚀层为镀锌层,防水层为橡胶层,耐磨辅助凸块层的耐磨凸起为硬质塑料凸起,磨砂层为单面磨砂结构。

一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道的使用方法,其特征在于:首端或末端的弹性支撑体II交叉设置,电缆首先穿过首端的若干个弹性支撑体II之间并与弹性支撑体II内表面的耐磨层II贴合,通过弹性支撑体II对电缆进行束缚;电缆然后穿过管体的若干个弹性支撑体I之间并与弹性支撑体I外表面的耐磨层I贴合,通过弹性支撑体I对电缆进行束缚;电缆最后从末端穿过,末端与首端的束缚结构相同,完成电力管道的使用。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著优点:本发明的电力管道具有良好的阻燃性、保温性、屏蔽性、抗腐蚀性、防水性与耐磨性。可以在夏天高温时延缓老化;在冬天低温时保护电缆内部金属组织结构;有效防止土壤及植物环境对其进行腐蚀磨损。同时,本发明在电力管道具有良好的外部耐磨性时,提高其内部耐磨性,有效延长使用寿命。而且,本发明在首端与末端采用了二重束缚设计,使电缆从弹性支撑体II内侧通过,并通过若干个弹性支撑体II对电缆进行束缚,保证了电缆的稳定性,提高了电力管两端的使用寿命,延长了产品整体的使用寿命。

而且,电缆位于弹性支撑体I11外表面的耐磨层I12之间且位于弹性支撑体II13内表面的耐磨层II14之间。现有的电力管,往往在首端2与末端3采用与管体1一样的设计,长期的使用,弹性支撑体I11靠近首端2或末端3处的部分弹力会下降,对电缆的束缚力也会下降,虽然电力管弹性支撑体I11不靠近首端2或末端3处的部分弹力仍然可以束缚电缆,但由于电力管两端的松弛原因需要更换,缩短了产品使用寿命,造成了浪费。本发明在首端2与末端3采用了二重束缚设计,使电缆从弹性支撑体II13内侧通过,并通过若干个弹性支撑体II13对电缆进行束缚,保证了电缆的稳定性,提高了电力管两端的使用寿命,延长了产品整体的使用寿命。

1.一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:包括中部的管体(1)与管体(1)两端端部的首端(2)与末端(3),管体(1)由内至外依次设置有阻燃层(4)、保温层(5)、屏蔽层(6)、抗腐蚀层(7)、防水层(8)、耐磨辅助凸块层(9)与磨砂层(10)并在阻燃层(4)内设有若干个弧形的弹性支撑体I(11)且弹性支撑体I(11)与电缆的接触面设有耐磨层I(12);所述首端(2)与末端(3)的结构相同,首端(2)的阻燃层(4)部分内设有若干个弧形的弹性支撑体II(13)且弹性支撑体II(13)与电缆的接触面设有耐磨层II(14);所述的耐磨层I(12)位于弹性支撑体I(11)的外表面且耐磨层II(14)位于弹性支撑体II(13)的内表面;
该高适应性电缆束缚电力管道的使用方法:首端(2)或末端(3)的弹性支撑体II(13)交叉设置,电缆首先穿过首端(2)的若干个弹性支撑体II(13)之间并与弹性支撑体II(13)内表面的耐磨层II(14)贴合,通过弹性支撑体II(13)对电缆进行束缚;电缆然后穿过管体(1)的若干个弹性支撑体I(11)之间并与弹性支撑体I(11)外表面的耐磨层I(12)贴合,通过弹性支撑体I(11)对电缆进行束缚;电缆最后从末端(3)穿过,末端(3)与首端(2)的束缚结构相同,完成电力管道的使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:所述的阻燃层(4)内设有3个以上的弧形的弹性支撑体I(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:所述的首端(2)的阻燃层(4)部分内设有2或3个弧形的弹性支撑体II(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:电缆位于弹性支撑体I(11)外表面的耐磨层I(12)之间且位于弹性支撑体II(13)内表面的耐磨层II(14)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:所述的阻燃层(4)为聚酯亚胺层,保温层(5)为玻璃棉层,屏蔽层(6)为铜丝与涤纶棉线交织结构层,抗腐蚀层(7)为镀锌层,防水层(8)为橡胶层,耐磨辅助凸块层(9)的耐磨凸起为硬质塑料凸起,磨砂层(10)为单面磨砂结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高适应性电缆束缚电力管道,其特征在于:所述的耐磨层I(12)与耐磨层II(14)为环氧树脂层。
