技术领域
燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室涉及锅炉技术,具体涉及一种波纹腔燃烧室。
背景技术
对于燃烧室热交换器分置的传统锅炉技术而言,燃烧室的散热表面越小散热损失越少;保温要求越低。现行工业锅炉,特别是用于发电的大型高压锅炉,更是如此。但是对于燃烧室热交换器连体结构,燃烧室就包在热交换器管箱内的锅炉,不仅不应减少燃烧室的散热面,而且要反其传统结构,适当增大散热面,使其兼有相当的热交换能力。
发明内容
燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室要解决的技术问题是:增加与热交换器连体燃烧室的散热性和抗热变形能力。
采用的技术方案是:波纹腔体、圆锥腔底、球冠腔盖。
燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室(图1)由波纹腔体1、圆锥腔底2、球冠腔盖3构成。波纹腔体1下端焊着圆锥腔底2,圆锥腔底2锥面有群孔。球冠腔盖3装有燃烧器,将可燃气与空气的混合气体喷入燃烧室点燃。球冠腔盖3焊在波纹腔体1上端。
燃烧室的圆锥腔底2也是热交换器的顶盖,使二者连成一体装于热交换器的管箱内。
燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室的有益效果是:燃烧室的散热不再是热损,而是变做加温传热工质的热量,提高了锅炉热效率;燃烧室由平顶底圆筒变为弧顶底波纹筒,既增强了燃烧室的三维刚度,又增强了抗热变形能力。

具体实施方式
波纹腔体1用不锈钢板造。腔体沿高均布一组凹凸相间的弧圈,形同波浪。外凸弧圈横截面的凹面半径为10mm。内凹弧圈横截面的凹面半径为10mm。
圆锥腔底2用不锈钢板造。锥顶角150度。锥面均布几圈与热交换器烟管对接的群孔,径向相邻两圈的孔错开,每圈孔数向内递减。
球冠腔盖3的底圆直径等于波纹腔体1的凹凸弧圈的衔接直径;曲面平缓,外表有隔热层,既便安装燃烧室,又耐热变形。

1.燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室,其特征是:由波纹腔体(1)、圆锥腔底(2)、球冠腔盖(3)构成;波纹腔体(1)下端焊着圆锥腔底(2);圆锥腔底(2)锥面有群孔;球冠腔盖(3)装有燃烧器;球冠腔盖(3)焊在波纹腔体(1)上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室,其特征是:波纹腔体(1)用不锈钢板造;腔体沿高均布一组凹凸相间的弧圈,形同波浪;外凸弧圈横截面的凹面半径为10mm;内凹弧圈横截面的凹面半径为10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室,其特征是:圆锥腔底(2)用不锈钢板造;锥顶角150度;锥面均布几圈群孔;径向相邻两圈的孔错开;每圈孔数向内递减。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃气锅炉的波纹腔燃烧室,其特征是:球冠腔盖(3)的底圆直径等于波纹腔体(1)的凹凸弧圈的衔接直径;曲面平缓,外表有隔热层。
