Background
At present, the commercial fishes can be naturally cultured on large water surfaces such as a reservoir and a marsh, the reservoir can be opened frequently to discharge water and flood in rainy seasons with large water amount, and the commercial fishes in a reservoir area can flow out of the reservoir area along with water flow, so that economic loss is caused. In order to ensure the production safety of commercial fishes in reservoir areas, reservoir managers often use pole piles such as pine poles to arrange blocking nets at flood discharge gates, so that the production safety of fishes is ensured. In the north, the reservoir area freezes in winter, and after the ice melts in spring, the reservoir area surface of water has a large amount of ice rows, causes very big damage to the block net of installation, and the big surface of water's in the north common way is to extract the block net before sealing the ice, and reinstallation in spring of the next year avoids the damage of ice rows to netting gear and pole stake. However, in the prior production, pile pulling is performed manually, the work difficulty is high, the efficiency is low, the operation safety of workers is not guaranteed, and accidents such as falling into water often occur. Therefore, how to improve the safety and efficiency of pile pulling is the key point of solving the problem of cleaning work of pole piles installed on the blocking net of the flood discharge port in the north in winter.
Because the lake water area is wide and the water is deep, a deep rod for supporting the large net needs to be laid down firstly when the blocking net is arranged. In consideration of the workability of the actual vertical rod, a light and firm pine rod is generally selected and is referred to as a pine pile (A) in the industry. The pine stump (A) needs to be pulled out in time because the lake blocking net does not need to enter the winter.
At present, all pile pulling of pine piles is carried out by adopting manual sailing to discharge water to reach a designated area, and a lot of prior preparations are needed during pile pulling operation, such as personnel preparation, arrangement of operation tools and the like, so that the work efficiency of pile pulling operation is low, and at present, automation of existing pile pulling operation cannot be realized.

2. Principle of operation
When the pile pulling device is used, a fishing boat carrying the pile pulling machine drives to the position before a pole pile needing to be pulled out is driven, the elastic wood pile (A) is automatically locked by the locking piece, the electric hoist is opened by the control center 11, and then the pile pole is pulled out.
