本实用新型涉及一种鳞茎类作物粗加工机械，尤其涉及一种全自动大蒜筛除装置。
背景技术
在大蒜加工技术领域，需要对大蒜的根茎进行切除，切除根部有利于在后续加工过程中的去皮干净，浸水效果好。但目前对于大蒜的去根工序，主要是依靠人工进行切除，该工作劳动强度大，并且由于手持切除易造成伤害。市场上也有半自动形式的切胡机，但是仍对人工依赖较大，其中主要原因就包括现有机械对于蒜头垂直输送，也就是蒜头朝上，蒜胡朝下的输送难以保证，也就无法保证后续的夹持与切割环节的准确。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，克服现有技术不足之处，提供一种结构简单，稳定可靠的大蒜切胡机，本实用新型所述的一种大蒜切胡机是全自动大蒜切胡装置中的传输、矫正及筛除部分，装置通过巧妙配合，自动筛除不符合要求的大蒜，保证供料一致性，防止不良品的产生，提高大蒜品质。
设备由plc控制器协调控制，包括圆盘震动上料机、平移输送带、传感装置、气缸、防伤隔板、出料导料罩、支架、不合格品输送带和料筐。
所述支架为本设备的主体设备支撑部件。
所述圆盘震动上料机出料口与平移输送带相接。
所述平移输送带一侧设有传感装置，位于传感装置后部，在平移输送带的一侧设有气缸。所述传感装置用于检测位置不正的蒜头，并将信号传输至plc，由plc协同控制气缸，气缸活塞杆击落位置不正的蒜头。
进一步的，对应活塞杆位置，在平移输送带底部设有不合格品输送带，不合格品输送带末端活动设有料筐。
进一步的，所述气缸活塞杆末端设有防伤隔板，所述防伤隔板采用弹性材质注塑而成，用于防止蒜头损伤。
进一步的，对应蒜头击落位置设有出料导料罩，所述出料导料罩为平板形式，其底部设有朝向不合格品输送带的斜向折弯，对掉落的大蒜起到缓冲作用。
本实用新型使用时，圆盘震动上料机将蒜头输送至平移输送带上，平移输送带将蒜头继续向夹持环节输送，在输送过程中，传感装置检测位置不正的蒜头，并将信号传输至plc，由plc协同控制气缸，气缸活塞杆击落位置不正的蒜头。蒜头经出料导料罩掉落至不合格品输送带上，然后输送至料筐集中处理，重新上料。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，造价低廉且易于维修维护，通过不同部件的巧妙配合，自动筛除不符合要求的大蒜，保证供料一致性，防止不良品的产生，提高大蒜品质。

参照图1，本实用新型所述的一种全自动大蒜筛除装置由plc控制器10协调控制，包括圆盘震动上料机1、平移输送带2、传感装置3、气缸4、防伤隔板5、出料导料罩6、支架7、不合格品输送带8和料筐9。
所述支架7为本设备的主体设备支撑部件。
所述圆盘震动上料机1出料口与平移输送带2相接。
所述平移输送带2一侧设有传感装置3，位于传感装置3后部，在平移输送带2的一侧设有气缸4。所述传感装置3用于检测位置不正的蒜头，并将信号传输至plc，由plc协同控制气缸4，气缸4活塞杆击落位置不正的蒜头。
进一步的，对应活塞杆位置，在平移输送带2底部设有不合格品输送带8，不合格品输送带8末端活动设有料筐9。
进一步的，所述气缸4活塞杆末端设有防伤隔板5，所述防伤隔板5采用弹性材质注塑而成，用于防止蒜头损伤。
进一步的，对应蒜头击落位置设有出料导料罩6，所述出料导料罩6为平板形式，其底部设有朝向不合格品输送带8的斜向折弯，对掉落的大蒜起到缓冲作用。

1.一种全自动大蒜筛除装置，包括圆盘震动上料机、平移输送带、传感装置、气缸、防伤隔板、出料导料罩、支架、不合格品输送带和料筐；所述支架为本设备的主体设备支撑部件，其特征在于：所述圆盘震动上料机出料口与平移输送带相接，所述平移输送带一侧设有传感装置，位于传感装置后部，在平移输送带的一侧设有气缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动大蒜筛除装置，其特征在于，对应气缸的活塞杆位置，在平移输送带底部设有不合格品输送带，不合格品输送带末端活动设有料筐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动大蒜筛除装置，其特征在于，所述气缸的活塞杆末端设有防伤隔板，所述防伤隔板采用弹性材质注塑而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全自动大蒜筛除装置，其特征在于，对应蒜头击落位置设有出料导料罩，所述出料导料罩为平板形式，其底部设有朝向不合格品输送带的斜向折弯。
